These work REALLY well and are very clear. perfect and between this waist trainer, Khloe Kardashins diet and vitamin regime and only just cardio and resistance bands for exercise has me built like Jessica Rabbit right now.  Cologen Biotin and Iron supplements, 5 or more bottles of water, walking over 10,000 steps, booty bands, and this waist trainer reshaped my entire body with minimal effort.  It trained all my fat to go to my butt instead of stomach and THAT my friends is almost priceless.  Oh and when I get a bit thicker like during the holidays this waist trainer and some Spanx squeeze me into a Kim K figure .  There then that you really can not tell it is there and neither can others.

Excellent products.. I am on my super model journey - and have been taking ACV shots  nasty  which is an inquired taste so I got these for that and other reasons - they taste like apples but you can smells the ACV, which is potent but it does not take nasty at all - first day trying them hope they work and I am sure they will I hope. Used this waist trimmer at the gym today and sweated a great deal on the waist and belly i love it!.

Shreds harder than EVH live. I bought the Keisha Ka'oir one a few years ago and it is highly over rated and way too expensive.  I always got a weird bulge right under my boobs.  Then I bought another high end one from 1800 cinchers and it was fantastic quality, that is the one I have been using for the last 3 years.  Unfortunately, they no longer have their website up and I can not remember what they switched to.  The one I had ended up ripping and it started to smell permanently like sweat because I wear it eveeyday for 12  hours.  I needed to size down anyways, so it was time for a new one.  Regardless, I did not want to pay $80 for another one.   For the price of this one, I would say it is pretty close to the one I have been wearing for a while. I have been wear waist trainers for about 5 years now.  You can tell it is slightly less better quality than the one I have but honestly not by much.  It is hardly even noticeable and like I said for the price difference.  It is worth every penny.   I bought two, one for me and one for my sister in law.  It is snug just like I wanted it to be.  I got my sister in law a large because I really did not know what size she was and it was a surprise.  I was worried it would be too tight.  It was too big, so I made her try on mine and the small was too tight.   Anyways, I submitted a return request and dropped it off at the  drop off today which was incredibly easy.  My refund was not expected for over a week.  But the company reached out to me today and I explained the situation and they sent me my return immediately so I was able to order the correct size quicker than expected.   Customer service is great and the product, especially for the price is worth it!. First day using: I took my first two tablets prior to dinner while I was cooking and ate approximately 45 minutes to an hour afterwards.

It works as advertised. Happy with the purchase. I am happy to say I am down to 162lbs.  I have lost about 3 lbs since I have started taking them.  I have read that Apple Cider is a natural way to help boost your metabolism to aid with weight loss.  It may not seem like a lot but I have only been taking them for a month.  It is been frustrating.  That is a healthy amount of weight to lose in one month.  I was intrigued to find out they made apple cider in gummy form.  What matters is I finally reached below the plateaued weight I was at for so long and yes I do think these gummies helped contribute to that.  I have been taking them about 3-4 times a week.  It is 3 grams of sugars on the bottle nutrition label that I received.  I have been on a weight loss journey but for about 3 months I have plateaued at 165lbs.  Are y'all really complaining about THREE grams of carbs? I do not think that is going to end your world… have y'all even drank real apple cider? Heavy duty, excellent quality. I bought this to help with some lower stomach problem areas and with posture since I sit at a computer desk all day -- the size I got for my measurements was able to fit on the tightest hooks day 1, but was not unwearable.  I did feel like my posture was better even on the first day, my back even hurt a little from being straight for once! The seller reached out to see how it was going and offered to send me the next smallest size at no additional charge.  Talk about customer service!! Great Product Always!. I use this product to lose weight, works good for me I lose a few pounds in a month and a few sizes. This book is exactly what the title states, it gives you a ton of great smoothie recipes and some quality health advice.  If you love smoothies or are just thinking about trying them, then grab yourself a copy and have some fun and improve your health at the same time.  Very educational and descriptive on how to create delicious smoothies that everyone will love.  I really enjoyed reading this book.  I read the whole book the same night I downloaded it on my Kindle.  I was so interesting and all the recipes sound delicious.  I do not know which one I want to try first.

Wow - this is a great products. These shorts were a nice surprise! They fit like spanx and if worn under clothing, which is what I did, you look smoother.  They keep your core warm and feel nice on.  The back side has hooks and loops like a bra which has benefits for sizing but slightly challenging when needing to go to the bathroom.  Not enough to keep from wearing them though.  I felt so good wearing my jeans with these on.  Overall these shorts are really nice and make you feel good wearing them.  . They just got delivered so I can not speak to their long term use quite yet.

Awesome quality for price and does the job.. I felt real hungry when I got home after work. So the first day 1/24@ 172lbs  I took 1 pill in the morning around 730am with a big drink of water .  Monday 1/27 i take 1pill at 730am with 2 big drinks of water.  I do not eat in the am so I am drinking about 4 of my water bottles between 8am-12pm.  All this happened while I was at work .  I eat a light lunch around 1230 along with more water.  No feelings of being sick.  Made the mistake of eating within the first 20min mini bagel/creamCheese  and then ate again at 9am boyfriend bought me egg McMuffin .  I drank about 7-8 full water bottles that day.  I am out of shape so for me to do all this means the pill is working with 1/2 recommend dosage.  I worked out  treadmill, bike and stair stepper  for 30min that evening.  1/28 I do the same routine pill @730am, drink water, eat around 1230, 15min squat exercise & 20min dance workout @home.  I have noticed my portions have been less then what I normally eat.  I started to feel nauseous, light headed around 10am and then had to make 5 trips to the bathroom to go #2.  On 1/24 I was 172lbs and today 1/29 I weighed 169lbs  Not bad for only 3pills and plenty of water and average 30min workout for 3days  I will update after the first month to see the progress.  Photo of water bottle I have been using to show how much water I am drinking.  I drank lots of water and I stopped feeling sick around 1pm.  Not use of how many ounces it is as it was a Xmas gift from my daughter.  3mos worth of recording.

You NEED this product for your shredder!. I like the fit, and it comes all the way over my stomach. I was very excited when I received my waist trainer yesterday.  It is made very well.  I like that it has four different rows of snaps so you can fit it perfectly for your size and I love that it cover your entire back and stomach.  The only negative is it is hard to get on.  It definitely fits much tighter than my other brand which I love .  I ordered a size medium which I think is a good fit for me..

Awesome and efficient. I love writing my day on paper better than using online apps.  I can easily flip back and see what works for me and what did not! Journaling is so important in your weight loss journey! When that scale goes up or down, being able to look back to see what you did or did not do is needed in my opinion. Right out of the box…. It does not dig in our ride up our down like other products in have used. I loved the order but it was too big for me  large and extra large too big and I am a thick woman . . . not sure if all three rows are supposed to be able to be reached but I can 0ut it on the last row comfortable the xl large was wayyyyyyyy too big the large a little tighter but not tight at all still. some stretch but this one will do I guess.

I am always very scared to try things that will help me poo because usually the results are very slow and painful with no BM and might end up giving me a hemorrhoid  Miralax, polyethylene glycol, fiber  OR everything will exit me and it is back to being constipated with abdominal pain  laxative .  I wanted something that will give me a good poo without giving me abdominal pain or diarrhea.  This is it! So the first time I tried it I did not follow the directions and did not get a BM, just bad gas.  I tried it again.  This time following the directions but only took 2 because I am scared of abdominal pain/diarrhea, I was able to sleep through the night and after a coffee got a poo and another that night! I do not remember the last time I pood twice in a day, let alone one in a week.  ? And they were not hurting poos or gross poos, just two good poos. I suffer from IBS-C, chronic and bloating constipation.  The kind long guys that make you feel like you did a great thing that day.  If I were a cat I would get the zoomies.  So, I took three the next night and got a bit of a softer stool but no pain or diarrhea.  I am not scared of a fart or anything of that matter, my bloating is gone! Definitely recommend! Good news bad news!. This item has a comfortable but strong fabric.  I bought it for my fiance since she feels uncomfortable with her stomach area post pregnancy.  She loves the product and how she looks with it under her outfits.  Remember to keep your core tight while you are exercising!  Also, I read a review that said that the ball had nothing filled in it, but that is absolutely not the case with the one I got.

Simple but efficient products. 5 miles .  However, I am a horrible dieter; I do not eat much vegetables and I do not drink the recommended amount of water.  Please note that all bodies differ.  I take the recommended dosage of the Nobi fat burner every morning at the same time  8:00am .  Secondly, I run three days a week   20 minutes, 2.  I hope my honest review help answers all questions.  And also, I do not plan to take this product forever. Wonderful hears up fast and for foiling the best machine. Love it. Super easy to do, fast products. It really cuts down on my cravings for sugar. I have tried several brands and these are the only ones so far that make my stomach feel better soon after chewing two.  I take them every day but I take them earlier if I notice my stomach hurts.

For someone who has struggled with diet, exercise and body dysmorphia  never able to see my success in the mirror , I thought that perhaps removing the inches  the belt links  myself might break that trend. I have been making smoothies for a few weeks now but they were just my own concoctions.  I decided to download this book to add a little flavor to my smoothie diet.  This recipe book has 20 amazing and creative smoothies that I cannot wait to try! I highly recommend this for anyone looking to lose weight with smoothies or just to add some additional smoothie recipes to your repertoire.

Easy to use, good for school. It also offers you space to track your water and caffeine consumption. This book has plenty of room to record all my food and snacks.  It is well worth the money if you are trying to change your relationship with food and improve your health.  Oh, it also has a space for daily weight tracking. I felt sexy in my waist beads, would be cute bundled up as bracelets or anklets too.

So far I have had no issues in the past month and I love it! It heats up super fast. I have definitely be slaking in taking them lately and can feel the difference in my energy.  I thought I just could not flatten my stomach because I would exercise 4-5 times a week at times in the past and after a certain point I would not see any changes anymore.  For the most part they help.  Guess it was just the bloating. I was surprised at how well these worked most days! I got these to help curve my craving and snacking all day.  I could not be happier about deciding to start taking AC gummies and 100% recommend!!.  Some days I am just hungry while others these help control my cravings. No issues with curling. I take 3 pills  start at 3 and increase or decrease - 3 is best for me  and usually do this once a month or if I just feel super bloated.  Take it at bed time and the nice thing is that when you naturally get up it works immediately.  I was very concerned that this was going to keep me on the toilet all day, but not the case.  Once in the morning and then probably again in mid-morning and works incredibly well.  Gets rid of the bloat.  They fit comfortably.

Exactly what I wanted. I take before going to sleep at night.  Usually upon awakening I have a nice full smooth bowel movement.  I like that there is no cramping and tasteless.  I usually take for 7 days.  The last time I did that I dropped 6 pounds of waste.  I usually start with 3 capsules and work my way up to 5. This product came highly recommended about a year ago form a Vegan associate.  Although I do not suffer from constipation I like to take it periodically for a cleanse. Takes a bit to get use to the flavor, but it sure beats a spoonful of straight vinegar!.

Works Fabulously!. I have been looking for exactly this.  I did not want the corset style.  I am using this postpartum and so far helps a great deal with shrinking my stomach back down.  I ordered the medium in the beige - am 5' 7" at 168 lbs.

Good quality goods. This hottie has definently helped smooth my muffin top!. Lawrdt have mercy, this thing makes you sweat! Fits great, you dont feel hot but look out! Bring extra shorts and underpants to the gym because by the time you are done with your workout you are drawers are soaked! I have had it for about 2 weeks now and my waist line and just above my hips are drastically less fluffy! Although I faithfully hit the gym 6 days a week, the cookies and babies have ruined my waistline.  I work 10 hour days at the hospital and I wear it the entire shift.

Being user friendly. 2 usually works but 3 is a sure thing for me. 2nd time I bought this Shredder. This product is really what I expected to lose weight after my delivery the day I started using it.  I decided to weigh myself the first day to see the results.  July 1, I weighed 123. 08 pounds today.  July 19 exactly 18 days later my weight is 120. 05 pounds I am very very happy of course apart from using it I have a routine of running 30 min daily. I loved the thickness of the belt and how good it supports my back.

Product machine. I will continue to take these delicious supplements, so long as they are available!. 2 years ago I started to change my life. I have tried many different waist trainers to wear just in my normal day as mommy.  I saw the gummies in an advertisement on Facebook.  I watched the entire video, did some research of my own and started to see the credibility! Good Product especially for the price. So I am unsure how I feel about the product.  I am not breaking a sweat in the slightest- so am I actually even exercising? The only thing that gets sore are my feet from being planted in the ground and my legs will get sore from being stationary.  Maybe I am doing it wrong, but I will give it a little longer and see if I lose any inches.  I did notice it is easier for me to swing it clockwise than counterclockwise - when I try it counterclockwise, I can not keep it going and it will drop.   The only other complaint I have is the plastic is shaving off from the wheel going around on the inside. .  Hopefully it will hold up.  My issue is that I hardly have to do anything. .  It works as stated, and I can be consistent without dropping the weight easily for as long as I want.  But I would definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking to lose couple inches on waist and see improvement.

I also like the large size.  This one has places for sleep, how feeling, how to do better tomorrow, etc.  I just wanted to record my food intake, water intake, and exercise.  I do not use those features.  I wish it had a place for supplements/vitamins. So many of the food trackers had columns for carbs, protein, fiber, calories, etc.  Also, I wish it were spiral bound. Muy recomendado para todos.

Great Product and Value. A vitamin I can tell a difference when I do not take them. I got this product for my fiance and she loves it! The pressure control is most appealing to me. When they came in I saw tiny shorts and thought I would never fit in them.  I ordered a small, but the fit is great compared to how they look.  That whole section of the belly is a sweat zone.  So far I am a fan the material is a bit cheap but for the price is expected.  I recommend them.   increased to 4 gummies/day.

This is a really great food diary.  It is exactly what I wanted - straight forward journal to track weight , food, water and exercise.  There is also a weekly check in sheet.   Super affordable, great quality.  Not bulky - can slip into my briefcase easily so I can take to work.   The only thing I would suggest is a smaller size option, maybe 5x7.  There is so much room on the page to write.   Really great value.  I will be purchasing this quarterly!. Solid Product unit. It did not roll down throughout the day. Desktop Must Have. It help kickstart my fast.   Now, I do not drink atkins shakes at all and lots of water.  I take it as needed.  I do have one cup of coffee and one meal a day.   I paired the two capsules with 2 protein shakes by Atkins and drank lots of water.  This really helps if you want to curb your appetite and minimize your daily intake. It does not give me the jitters.   It took two days to feel the difference in my cravings.  I ate one solid meal for dinner.  Now I get full faster and have more energy to do daily things.  The first two weeks I took two capsules in the morning before I ate or drank anything. Works great and want to order again.

Great value and added extras!. Absolutely works 100. Perfect for knitting patterns. My mother is obsessed and you can remove or add links as needed and it was the best birthday gift for her. I got slightly longer beads so I can cut to size but also have some lower on my hips.  I was worried they would snag my little hairs but they do not.  I am also wearing one as an anklet!.

It WORKS! - Update. Since it velcros back onto itself, you could size down gradually as needed. I bought a few waist trainers to try them all out and see what design/materials I like the most.  3  it does not have the metal clasps for closures that a lot of waist trainers have, so there is not that weird line down your stomach that can kinda hurt when fastened.  Since it does have the two bands, it would be more difficult or apparent wearing under clothing.  It is definitely better as a waist trainer than a corset.  2  There is some size versatility since it has two different elastic with Velcro bands that wrap around.  So if your intention is using it as a waist trainer  for lifting, weights, posture, etc  then this is great.  But it will probably show under tight clothing.  The good thing with the second band  the one that goes on top  is that it is made with a thick mesh-like material  stretchy but with tiny holes  so the top is breathable.  The whole thing is not especially breathable, but the top being a thinner fabric is great so it adds additional support without making it too much heavier.  This one is a very cool design for a few reasons: 1  the materials are comfortable, but thick/sturdy so you really feel supported.  With some of the other waist trainers I have tried on, I did not like how it felt on the top  right under bust and up in the underarm  but this did not give me any discomfort there.   I am short, but have a longer torso with shorter legs haha . Fits GREAT! Was a little nervous to get a Large but it was the right choice.

Been Product for years, this is a quality product and a great deal. It is not a magic pill but definitely with proper eating and active lifestyle-not necessarily working out but just doing physical things- it can help with weight loss. .  I started gaining a bit of belly fat and chub rub.  age related and could not get rid of it despite healthy eating and very little eating.  I do not tend to eat much naturally.  I wanted something with some natural compounds and things that did not sound foreign and a ton of caffeine so I picked this based on the reviews.  Not jittery but weird . .  spacey.  Anyway maybe 2-3 weeks after taking it I noticed my stomach is flatter and I have more ab strength.  I am also doing crunches everyday.  I feel more fit and can be active for longer and do more physical labor type stuff that I could not before. I was skeptical ordering this because I heard that the off brands did not spin smooth and bound up.  I have a thigh gap again now and my stomach does not look like doughy. .  jeans fit better and I feel healthier.  Best weight loss product I have used with no side effects.  I also only take it twice in the am before noon because I was not sure if it would affect my sleep.  I also did not know how much weight would start to drop off and did not want the coke addict meth head look.  Pretty happy with the results so far. First off I am not overweight.  Part of the reason I needed to lose the excess flab was because my back was taking a hit from weak abs.

This shaper was very well made and not flimsy at all.  I have not had time to try it on yet but from the feel and look if it it seems very well made and less likely to roll up like most shapers do because of being well made.  I will update with results after I wear it for a few weeks. Great value on a goods machine. I am new to the waist training world and most I have seen or did research on , a lot of people said they were not comfy.  I do have to say this is about my 3rd day wearing it and I sit at a desk and walk around and it is been snug and comfy , sometimes forget it is there ! Thermal Product Pouches Bundle Pack. The mag 07 is a life changer for me! I take 2 at night on an empty stomach when I go to bed at around 10pm and wake up in the morning at 5:30 and I need to use the bathroom. I have been on weight loss medication for 4 months now and I get constipated quite often.  After 2 days of taking 2 capsules at night, I do not need to take the capsules again for another week.  It is helped me to continue my weight loss journey with no more constipation!!.  I was putting ClearLax in my coffee in the morning and if it did not kick in right away, I had end up rushing to the bathroom at work. great protector but pointy edges. This "waist trainer" is both comfortable and provides great spinal support that relieves a lot of my back discomfort. This Apple Cider Vinegar product works well, and tastes fine. One of the best spinal support belts I have ever bought! The price was fine and the product was as described; I received the product as expected.. I have more energy, evening primrose is a natural estrogen that has a good effect on your skin and helps prevent hair loss. I am from a country that has been familiar with herbal medicine for thousands of years and has a doctor named Bo Ali Sina whose medicine books are taught in universities.  ????.  I took this pill and on the third day I saw its miraculous effect. Works great out of the box. First of all, I ordered 2 sets. Could not be easier to use!. From the first time I put it on all I was thinking was getting to that 3rd row will mean I lost a whole bunch of weight! Very Good Product! shared well and super easy to use!!. Shredder lubericant... This DEFINITELY supports my back while also shape shifting my body.  The Velcro does irritate my skin at various times and I feel like the bottom of my stomach or top of my stomach  depending on the placement  sticks out because of how long my torso is, but overall I am happy with the purchase.  It is such great quality, not uncomfortable at all.

Sheets are great!. When I put it on I have a little bit of room in my shoulder straps.  Like it is just a little too big.  I will definitely buy again when this one gets worn out. The quality is great.  I washed it with my regular laundry but I put it in a laundry mesh bag.  Not sure if you are supposed to machine wash but I did and it was just fine.  The clips are sturdy. I honestly loved this product.

Easy to use paper shredder. Now with how squished everything felt, I was having an acid reflex flair up, that started about an hr ago, and I just took this off about 20 minutes ago. First day using: I took my first two tablets prior to dinner while I was cooking and ate approximately 45 minutes to an hour afterwards.  By the time the food was ready I had already forgotten that I had taken them at all so I began chowing down. . except, I was not “chowing” as I typically do at dinner time  unfortunately I adore eating my largest meal at the end of the day with a few glasses of vino which typically results in a bloated, heartburn-induced uncomfortable slumber  .  I was eating dinner while talking to my partner and by the time they had finished eating I realized I had only had about half of my regular dinner portion and on a typical night I would have gone back for at least seconds   I know .  The food leftover on my plate did not seem overly appetizing   not that I am a gourmet chef but typically I would have eaten it all & quickly  and was easy to pass along to the dog as scraps.  I was able to finish my glass of wine & relax for the rest of the evening with a very not bloated stomach and comfortably-satiated appetite.  This was exciting!  I leave this review as I have researched the crap out of weight-loss aids for women specifically  and tried a few gross ones that left me with heart palpitations, nausea and heartburn   & I am quite pleased that this one has at least acted affectively as an excellent appetite-suppressant when take at the directed time prior to eating.   I have not taken it long enough to observe fat loss  this is my first day  & as I am on my cycle I doubt I will see weight loss for at least a week even though I am using MyFitnessPal & doing cardio daily for 45 minutes on the elliptical.   In ending, I do certainly see that this supplement acts as a successful appetite suppressant which of course will lead to weight loss.  I do not know if it also “burns” fat however I expect to see loss as my caloric intake lowers  From a lower appetite on the supplements  and I continue healthy choices and exercise.  I would recommend it for the appetite-suppressant quality and if I lose weight quickly I would assume it has some fat burning components as well.   Overall, I would recommend the supplement for at least a fantastic appetite suppressant & as I combine them with exercise, nutrition  I am a slightly health-conscious but also lazy vegetarian , lots of iced green tea from Trader Joe's and less stress I anticipate I will see weight loss.  Hopefully it will be enough for me to update my review even more positively!  Certainly worth the price for the appetite-suppressant effect alone.  Go for it! Read the directions, make healthy choices & keep consistent!.

Great item for the price. once the trainer is on completely it fits secure and comfortably.  The waist trainer corset is a two layered deal, the first layer is the abdominal band that you see in the middle of the picture . .  made attached so you have to step inside or pull it over your head to get the complete trainer on  it has some stretch .  I am normally a size 12/14 , it is true to size " 12" however fitted just fine keep in mind you want trainers to fit securely in order to sweat ! It was great while working-out or just for a few hours a day to start training your abs for the summer ! I gave it 5 stars Make sure you get the correct size so please look at the chart ! Great Small products with Small Hidden Goodies. My second evening, I went ahead and took five and drank lots of water.  I saw results on the third day, not a massive elimination event, like others have experienced, but it did work and I had not been able to go for at least a week before I ordered these.  First, I will try to spare the disgusting details.  I have been maintaining a constant 3 pills since I had started and continue to have regular movements  multiple a day .  The doctor told me I need to eat more fiber, however, that did not make sense as I am a vegetarian and with a diet rich in fruits and vegetables my fiber intake is pretty high.  Since I started 5 days ago, I have lost nearly 5 pounds  my assumption is that is how much waste my body was carrying  and that number continues to drop, I have not had any stomach pains when I eat and my acne is clearing up.  I am not sure if there is a connection but I was also having regular headaches, trouble sleeping, rapid weight gain and a face prone to more breakouts than in the past.  Other reviews suggest they saw results the next day and did not need to take 5 pills, so I started with three pills at night and I drank plenty of water.  This has been a life saver for me and worth the expense. This is the first product review I have ever shared, however, I am so pleased with this product- i feel the need to share my success story.  I feel so much better.  My body has been holding on to waste so long, I experience stomach pain and nausea every time I eat food.  I hope this review encourages anyone that is questioning whether to purchase this.  It is clear that my digestive system does not work properly. excelentes! I am using an app to track my eating and I noticed it is lessening in snacks .  Even when I eat a snack I only eat a few and realize I am full and not craving   boredom eating I think .  It most definitely helps with hunger .  So far I have lost 2 lbs .  I am not craving like I normally do.  I have a protein shake in the morning , lunch and dinner.  I am currently not working out regularly due to a surgery but I will most definitely get back to it soon and update my review .  I eat a lot less .  Day 2 took 4 before bed oh & I made sure I was drinking a lot of water, next morning nothing 1 movement that whole day small and hard nothing to wow about. I have been using these pills for 3 weeks.

Seal and protect important cards or paperwork. I do not know but I kinda thought they increased my appetite. I bought these cuz I was told they help with weight loss but, that did not happen at all.  I could be wrong but that is what it felt like. I use these in my mask that does not have a filter air hole on mask.

Easy to use. Economical.. Is it worth it for me, yes, but not a dependency supplement, just something to rebalance my thirst habit and metabolic rate which I felt was thrown off by the extended time outside drinking and not knowing when to cut off hydration.  My results are positive, I have flattened out my stomach.  I was drinking too much out in the sun, Gatorade, silver bullets, etc. Well tryed these they did not work all that well with me but everyone's different.  So tried these for no specific reason other than the healthy guy claims, and have seen progress, much less bloat and some gas.  The gas is obvious, after first week it was much less.  I also take in combination with a metabolic booster, my waist has shrunk and stool is softer.  I also do not drink as much.  My stomach was getting extended, my thirst was endless.

Quality products at an affordable price. I am so disappointed that I am at my age and have never in all my years put 2 & 2 together as to how versatile these are and how they are a must for summer and for vacation! Not just for your waist!!!!!!!! Try wrapping around your wrist, ankle, try wearing as a necklace or headband the used are endless ! I love that these came in a very nice plastic case perfect for travel!.   But this gummy tastes delightful and was almost too easy to take - tastes like candy! Previously I tried to down a straight shot of apple cider vinegar with the mother, but it burned my throat and made my stomach hurt.

Worth the value.. lots of fast foods, processed foods, and sugary sweets and to top it off I was barely drinking any water.  This went on for about 3 months.   When I decided to start eating healthy & lose some weight, although I rehydrated myself  drinking at least a gallon of water a day , I still was not losing the weight I should have, my stomach was constantly bloated, & I was barely going to the bathroom.  I tried metamucil bars which worked a little, then I tried psyllium husks which also worked a little.  I tried senna capsules & that barely worked, even an enema barely produced results.  At first I thought "maybe I am not backed up" but I was not going hardly at all.  My eating was atrocious. . . I would get the urge but then. . . nothing.   I then began taking 3 Mag 07 in the evening & let me tell you. . I purchased this a couple years ago & only used it a few times because it made my stool very watery  of course was drinking lots of water at the time . . things are REALLY moving now! Not just water either like before! This is a stool softener so do not expect your stool to come out formed, but this worked when NOTHING else did.  I am going to keep taking 3-4 every evening for the next 5-7 days as recommended on the bottle as a cleanse.  HIGHLY recommend this. . . no cramping & very predictable.  I have been taking it at 11pm & by 4 or 5am I have to go.  The end of last year I was doing some heavy duty studying so I was drinking lots of coffee, caffeine energy drinks, diet sodas, taking Excedrin almost every day, etc.   UPDATE- MARCH 17, 2012: After taking 3-4 each night for 7 days and then 1 or 2 for seven days, do not want to gross anyone out but my stool went from very dark  the color of strong coffee for several days & finally it got to where I could see through it.  I am happy to say I am now all cleaned out & REGULAR.  I only take a couple on occasion now.  I have also lost about 15 lbs.  since with diet & exercise of course, but my weight loss is steady now unlike before. . I love this belly band, the quality of the material is great, it stretches perfectly to give me that tight squeeze that I need.

Solid, quiet, and large viewing window for bin. It is very well made and I am pleased with how it works. I am normally a 1X/2X I am 5'5" and weight 240. 00.  I bought this in an extra large.  At the biggest point if the hooks it is perfect and it works. great fit.   Would it keep me from buying it again no, its just kind of a pain to fasten.  I may try a velcro system next time, but you cant beat the quality of this.  Needless to say that took a long time to get them all.

Very quite, cuts relatively small, cuts a lot of paper at once, and does not get bound up. So, I grabbed this book just to read on the basic things I must remember and follow.  I am now ready and equipped to proceed into the my diet proper. I was just recently advised by my doctor to go on a real, formal diet which I have not been into ever so “diet-ing” is somewhat unfamiliar and a quite a scary territory for me. One of the best shredders ive used. It contains the “mother” which is key in an apple cider vinegar supplement. I do not like to drink apple cider vinegar, but I have heard about all the health benefits.  The taste is tangy and sweet I like them! Perfect products for my small business. I started out by taking as directed on the bottle  3 capsules before bedtime  up to 7-10 days but I stopped on day 7. I only write reviews if they are really good or really bad and this passed the test of it working really well for me! After getting polyps removed from my colon, it has been more than a challenge trying to get my bowels to work on it is on again.  My starting weight was 188 and I am now 175 and that was basically all from my stomach I used to look 3mos pregnant  ! Excellent products for the home. These are so cute.  Will definitely buy again for more colors.  I was not sure what size to get.  However, since they are elastic, I was able to tie them off nicely.  I love these!. Great durability to protect your documents. I like that I can change them out. These are very beautiful and fit me well.  They are comfortable.  I saved 3 for my teenage daughter and will adjust them to her waist size.  I wear a 26/28 in clothing and this fit my waist perfectly.

Chews paper up great!!. Tried with a button down shirt and got caught on buttons.  Gonna try with a solid shirt /no buttons Overall great and hoping for good results.  Easy to assemble the sections and weighted ball. They taste great and are a great addition to a vitamin regime in the morning.

Large capacity multi function home office paper shredder. They are very smooth.  Now, the most important part, aside from taste, is of course, do they work? I have been taking them for a month now and I absolutely have noticed a difference in my energy level.  I ordered one bottle, figuring I could always cancel my subscription before the next bottle shipped if I did not feel they actually worked or were worth the cost.  I do not get sluggish in the late afternoon at my desk like I used to and while I used to find myself falling asleep very early in the evening, I am now staying wide awake much later at night and waking up early in the morning and not feeling tired.  The bottle does say that you should take 1-2 gummies up to 3 times per day.  I cannot 100% attest to whether these have helped curbed my appetite as I also started eating more nutritiously at the same time I started taking these and I do think that has also played a role in my feeling fuller without snacking.  I actually consider them a treat with their sweet, but not overly sweet apple flavor.  Also, I take them after dinner when my stomach is usually still pretty full.  I love gummies, but hate how some of them can get stuck in your teeth and these do not do that at all.  And since they are so delicious to me, I look forward to these as a nice little after dinner treat.  They are a big "splurge" for my personal budget at almost $20 per month for a bottle of 60.  I like these so much that I have decided they are worth the "splurge" on myself to continue taking them and I recommend them to family and friends looking to be a little healthier.  Unlike other gummy vitamins I have tried, they are also very soft and not chewy at all.  I even have my husband taking them now, which means we will be going through two bottles a month, but they are so worth it! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these!!!.  I started out by taking 2 gummies once per day and I have to say that first of all, they are absolutely delicious! For me, they have no taste of vinegar at all. Works amazingly!. Would highly recommend these capsules.  Almost everyone needs magnesium and I started taking this one because it was recommended to me by my chiropractor.  Easy to swallow.  Just one capsule helped to eliminate toxins for me but I have taken up to two when I feel like I am not emptying and eliminating everything I eat. they are stretchy have not broke, wish i got bigger size to be more loose.

Fits U.S. sized papers and goods pouches. I will definitely be adding these to my subscription. I suffer from constipation.  I have tried so many different things to help and even force me to go but nothing helped.  I decided to weigh myself the first day to see the results.  I saw these and the reviews and figured why not.  It has been about 4 days that i take 5 pills and now i go to the bathroom about 3 times a day and my belly has shrunk so much from all the bloating.  The best part is that you feel the urge to go but it is not the type that you think you are about to go in your pants.  No pain, no leakage.  I get the urge and i can still hold it for a little until the bathroom is available.  I have literally never felt so amazing and so much more happier.  If you have trouble going then these are the right pills to use.  Save your money from all the other stuff that either do not work or literally painfully forces you to go.  I have been so backed up like spaghetti and meatballs from 3 months ago is still in me backed up.

These fit so great on me.  I have stubborn fat in this area so I am pleased with the results because I do not sweat much at all.  These are not meant to be worn alone maybe under something instead.  They are comfortable and they are great for working out.  The stretch on these is perfect for me.  I ordered the ones right before the knee and I love them. Heats up in 2 minutes. I bought three different brands and all three are huge on me because I followed the size chart. I am so disappointed.  The material feels wonderful though so I will definitely be exchanging this one.  Went by the size chart, just got this today, and it is way too big. All of them arrived in great condition.

Keeping it wrinkle free!. I like that the waist has the sweat liner but wish the thighs had it too. I used this product when I walk and workout to help with training the waist.  It is also used for back support and helps with a more defined posture.  It is very smooth on the skin and holds everything in place.  One of the most comfortable waist trainers I have had thus far.  The longer you wear and work out it the more the body sweats, which is the ideal goal to losing inches.

Nice and thick Product pouches. I got the size that I usually wear and it fits perfectly.  Makes me feel more confident when wearing something form fitting.  It is pretty comfortable compared to some of the other shapewear that I have.  I will have to order a little smaller because other one is getting to big.

I am In love with this products .. I like how tight it is, when I take it off it feels like it did it is job.  I sweat 80% more than what I did without it! wore it to Disney springs for a couple hours and got home and was drenched! it does roll up.  And I am a plus size girl and it does not cover the entire belly, length wise. Fit a little small so I clipped it up and then threw it on over my head.  But that will change as I lose weight.  Was tough but I was not going to waste the purchase. Only had it for a few days and I love it already.

Great shredder for mild to moderate shredding use, for home or home business.. Fit is great.  I have tried castor oil, citrate magnesium, you name it.  It is easy to take and works overnight as stated in the instructions.  Love it.  Thank you to whoever made this stuff.

A really good paper shredder. Worth the price. Works very, very well.  I will only take as needed.  I took one dose  3 capsules  as directed on an empty stomach at bedtime.  I was aware of movement in my stomach overnight but nothing painful or uncomfortable. I am pretty petite so I just kind of twisted them  same way you twist a scrunched  so they actually fit on my waist they are stretchable!. This product was recommended due to taking another medication that can cause constipation.   Upon waking up, needed the restroom and I will say this supplement works very well.

Durable and Do not easily over heat. Lovely set of belly beads.  Fun, and sexy.  We got the purple set, and it is a very nice combo of different shades.  Fits perfectly on a 29ish inch waist, with a little bit of drape.  But the strands stretch a lot.  I did not want to put any to a full stress test to the breaking point to see how much they would stretch, but they would fit a much larger waist than 29 inches. I ordered a size up, so it would cover my entire stomach and so the straps would be too tight on my shoulders.

Great for home office. It is the best waist trainer out there, period. I have tried almost all of the weight control products on the market and this one is the dirst that kept the weight off. I love how it squeezes everything in but it is so comfortable to wear.

These are very good carriers. There are 2 things I like particularly. Very convenient, easy to take, and good health benefits. I have been making apple cider vinegar shots for sometime cause Apple cider vinegar is amazing for you.  Does what it advertises.  I saw an ad for Apple.  Oder vinegar gummies and has to research them.  Love them! It smells like Apple cider vinegar but you do not get any vinegar taste in your mouth.  Makes it super easy to take them.  Since I have been taking them, my wife and son have both gotten colds and the flu and I have not gotten sick at all.  I do not know if I can can give full credit to these gummies but that really has been the only change I have made.  But I was not taking it as consistently when I had to make it all.

GREAT “American-Made” Shredder!. It also gives me a great shape to help with a little confidence boost. Cuts Great & ACCURATE. !!!!.. So I put this one on wow  hands  up I love it  going to keep it 100. I was going to return it when I saw you had to put your arms through it because I had one before from another company it was so uncomfortable,it was not soft this is very soft and comfortable. A Great Shredder!. So I say it is true to size! It is also very comfortable on and there are no hard wires or anything poking you.  I love that it is also like a tank since I am short this style fits me perfect! I love it and if you order you wont be disappointed at all!!!. First off the quality is AMAZING!!! And I could have actually went a size smaller I ordered a large only to be safe, however a medium would have been just fine. They fit just right not to big or too loose.

Better than any shredder I have ever used. I would recommend to anyone who does not have scar tissue on their mid section.  The reflective part was not uncomfortable and did not irritate the skin. Love them, love the colors.  I cannot use this item, but it seems to be exactly what I would have wanted in a workout short.  My only complaint was very specialized as I have a surgical scar that runs diagonally across my mid section and the top of the shorts were snug  as expected  but caused pain where the scar tissue was.

Very good quality for the price. It did work when I took it shortly after eating, but not as well, and the elimination was later in the day with maybe 2-3 smaller movements.  I have only taken this for a week, so I am still figuring out quantities but started with 3 capsules on day 1, 4 capsules day two, now I am back to 3 with good results.  When I previously tried Dr Tobias Colon capsules it was so extreme that I had to open the capsule and pour out half of the contents! I would still have explosive and unpredictable ‘results' periodically the next day.  Drinking water with it is also important.  I like that this is gentle and predictable.  The product seems to be most effective if you take it 2  hours after your last meal.  My movements have NOT been liquid molten lava, but still mostly loose for now. I like that it allows me to eliminate most if not all in the morning without several follow up visits to the restroom. Great product and great person that sent the product.

Omg, this is wonderful plastic!. The gummies are old and I am very disappointed not a fresh bottle. These filters slip easily in and out of my masks.  Hopefully, since I can not personally test for how effective they are, they are doing their job of filtering out viruses, et al.
