Great little products. It is easy to just mix it into any hot drink. I bought this bottle last year and I take it at least 4 times a week or so just when I need that extra boost for the day or something else is going on.  It is time released so you have energy for hours to keep you alert.  Best part about this is that is not just a steady stream of energy, you are not going to start shaking or twitching like downing a few cups of coffee or an energy drink.   Best of all this little pill that is around 7 cents a piece is the same stuff they put in those 5 hour energy shots that sell for 3 bucks a pop.   I gave a few pills to my mother and sister earlier this year for them to try out for their long work days and a week later they both bought a bottle themselves.   Negatives to say about this is that it is pretty big pill so make sure you have a full glass of water and your pee will be bright yellow from the pill that your body did not use.  Not really big deals considering the price and that gives you energy for hours.

I wish there were more of them but these are great. This product has made me feel better!!.  highly recommend.

Very nice and efficient shredder. I have been taking shilajit for about a week and can already tell the difference it has made in my mood and energy! Great for the $$. It comes with a small spoon that can be used to scoop it out.  It is difficult to get a precise dose because of its consistency, but there are at least 60 300mg servings in each jar.  And as such, it smells like tar and tastes pretty much the same.   Though unusual, it is genuine shiljat and I appreciate the heavy metal testing that is done on it.  I have taken to putting it near a sunny window to warm up a bit so I can actually get some out.  If it comes back in stock, I will likely order it again once my jar is done.  It was difficult to open the lid on arrival, it is so thick - it is hard to get any out at room temperature. I like it, quality is very good, packing is awesome. Shiljat is intriguing as a supplement because it is not plant based - it comes from the earth.

These are very good carriers. There are 2 things I like particularly. First time taking this.  After doing it for a week consistently I have noticed a big difference in my energy and a little improvement in my focus in school work.  I do remote school so I have been doing quite a few of my upper classes online and sometimes it is hard to focus.  The taste is bad at least for me so I just dissolve the shilajit into something stronger so I do not taste it to help me drink it.  If you are used to taking medicine then you should be fine with the taste.  It dissolved pretty easy in the drink as well.  Happy with results thus far I am going to continue taking this and see what the long effects are.  I am genuinely satisfied with this product.

Highly recommended. Lasted 3 years w/daily usage.. I am very happy with this purchase. I was very skeptical about it at first because you never know if you are buying these type of items from an authentic seller.  However i decided to try it early morning on a day I knew I would be off work just in case and was surprised it did give me energy like 25 to 35 mins after making and drinking a glass of tea with this in it but it should be noted it also had me using the restroom not to long afterwards “with the runs” sorry if that is to much info …I continued to use after the first day it had the same effects but my tummy was not hurting the second day.  I made sure to not put to much honey and lemon so that I could get all the natural benefits without diluting to much. I have had this for years. I use a toothpick to get a little glob on the end and place it on my tongue and chug a glass of water.  I feel wide awake after I take this stuff.  I am usually one to start yawning towards the end of the night but I guess that is a thing of the past now.  Also, upon further research, I have come to the conclusion that this stuff might be the ancient petrified nephilim blood.  I would highly recommend shilajit to everyone.

Fantastic personal products!. I noticed a significant improvement in my overall vitality and endurance. I use it first thing in the morning. This product is really helpful for me it give me energy and helpful in combat fatigue.

All my classroom Product. It was easy to change out because I dropped and broke my lcd.  But be very careful if your trying to reuse your display.  Took 4 hours to charge up from zero.  Super difficult for newbies. My phone has charging problems.  Plus my headphones are louder then before.  This gave my phone new life.  You feel like a detective pulling this out and scribbling notes then putting safely back in your bag or pocket.

Excellent cross cut shredder. Every home should have one of these. It had it so much easier to fill the taco and keep everything in. These are super nice.  These are nice and thick.  The taco holders are the perfect size to sit on a plate, as well as perfect for a soft shell taco lover.

Protect your important documents.. Shilajit is my little secret for staying energized throughout the day. The day I started taking this shilajit from himalaya I gained my energy back.  I used other brands from Indian store but this one is real and pure.  It is a great tonic for old people.  Highly recommended.  If you take it empty stomach it works even better.  It taste bitter but once you get used to it you are fine.

Some time ago, I began doing research on Shilajit because I was looking to become a healthier person and see health benefits out of it.  So I decided to buy it despite my many doubts.  When I first began taking the required amount every day for about a week, I did not notice any benefits.  But as I continued to take it consistently, I began to notice increased energy levels throughout my day and increased brain productivity. I never used shilajit this is the first time I was ordered as per  rating which was 4.   The only other thing I wanna add is that the flavor is really strong.  Almost undesirable which is why it is a good idea to mix it in your coffee or something sweet - to mask the taste.  I can not complain about the taste because at the end of the day, I am technically consuming metallic minerals  aka rocks   Other than that, I highly recommend this product.  For anyone planning to get this, just remember to be consistent with the product.

I do not recommend it. Its not bad but I decided to put it in a capsule and take it. I was skeptical about shilajit because I had never heard about it.  I would of never believed you if you told me one day I was going to be stuffing black goo into a capsule and swallowing it LOL but it works and I will continue to take it.  My husband and I started on it about a week ago and holy cow I cant believe the difference.  My hubby is 68 and still works a full time job and he said he feels great in the mornings again.  I am in charge of the  account, ha ha! That he uses this and he really likes it.  I came across it when doing a search for holistic approach to feeling better.  This stuff to me tastes like soy sauce LOL.

Made for teachers. It is a little pricey, but worth it!.  Felt good energy wise during workouts while fasting.  I can already feel a difference sleeping and feeling more rested instead of being tired all the time. small but efficient. It works!. I was first introduced to this by a friend in Texas. Yeah I said it, and it is absolutely the truth.  I do not get paid for this and even if I was, there is no reason to BS people into buying a lie.  All shilajit has an unpleasant odor and taste.   Now that, that is out out of the way the product works a little too good.  I have ADHD and anxiety.  I feel more balanced on this than I do on my medication.  My brain is not doing the multiple mental gymnastics that I usually experience.  I have so much more energy and I sleep very well at night. Ok so I am going to get the hard facts out of the way.  As far as exercise, I was able to do over 10,000 steps in just a couple of hours, when I normally can not do more than 7000 in a day.  I will continue to buy.  It removes the odor and the taste is completely undetectable.  I will stress that the tea should be prepared the British way.  Tea bag in, hot water poured, and shilajit added  sugar milk etc .  The odor is a faint manure smell and the taste strait up is like ear wax with dirt.  When I made it the American way it tasted burnt, so there is probably something to the British tea experience, but do what works for you.   I do wish it had a longer spoon with a more accurate measurement of the amount needed.  If you buy this product, you really only need about half of the spoon size that was included.  While it is supposed to be a 3 piece body, I simply can not find any joinery.

Best Shilajit ever i purchased, it is thick in cold and soften in Cold tenperature same like original, also i puchased various shilajir from differe t companies but this is the best and original i can say, i consumed it for exercise purpose and now my strength and stamina both improved.  Since taking it I have not had my normal caffeine crashes at work and I maintain a steady mood as well!
