Awesome little machine!!. The bone structure could be a bit more firm but overall no complaints. I am 5'4 roughly 200lbs ordered a medium & im wearing it on the last clasp.  Fits snug but not too tight. Love it for my workouts, i can see the difference after 1 week of use.  I love the length  underboob to top of vag  b/c most waist trainers are not full torso.

Any size you need shared works great. The standing aspect and the resistance bands were the main reasons I ended up purchasing this model and I do not regret getting it at all.  There is slight squeaks from the wheels but it is nothing a little WD-40 can not fix.  We do not have space at home for a treadmill, my preferred machine, so I opted for this compact strider instead.  I even made sure to look for one that was able to withstand being stood on since I know there is other compact striders that are meant to be used while sitting down.   After using this for around two weeks  3-4 times a week , I can already see the positive effects it is having on me.  It was not until the next day that I decided, I was going to get that thing on - old school style, lay on the bed - like we used to get our skinny jeans on.  I am also able to just store it in the corner of the room without it taking up too much space whenever I am done using it. I have wanted a cardio machine at home for a while.  I am able to go further distances  according to the pedometer on the strider  within my workout time and there is already slight toning on my arms from using the resistance bands.

Works as it should. I first took the synthetic meds, then moved to a desiccated thyroid medicine prescribed by my doctor.  I was overall doing well with good labs and fewer symptoms, but just could not get past the tiredness, often falling into bed by 8 pm, just not able to push myself to go on. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism/ Hashimotos about 10 years ago.  So when I saw an ad online for a natural "thyroid cure" supplement, I clicked.  I read about all the various ingredients and decided it was snake oil; however, as I read about some of the supplements, and researched some others, I got curious.  I found a different, more comprehensive supplement and ordered it.  It was amazing! I finally did not feel exhausted at the end of the day, and I really noticed if I forgot to take the pills on any given day.  I ordered a regular subscription to make sure I never ran out.  After about 9 months,  told me the supplement was out of stock and did not know if it was going to come back in.  So I searched for alternatives with the same formula and found Soothe's Adrenal and Thyroid Support, which had a very similar formula, plus some other supplements that I had been considering adding related to stress.  I am now expecting my second bottle to be delivered and am very pleased.  I do not have the extreme tiredness and have noticed less brain fog. Works great, well built, small, easy to move, will stand up on end against wall, comes assembled, mostly.

Does what it suppose to very quietly. I literally was suffering horribly, unable to stay awake I would sleep most of the day.  I have not been able to work due to exhaustion and if I was not sleeping I was sitting in my bed too tired to even move.  It was horrible, the mental agony as well as the weight gain and anxiety that comes along with being unable to complete simple daily tasks.  I was at my wits end, dealing with the aches and pains of Hashimotos and the debilitating depression that came with it.  I do not remember what made me start searching online for something that would help but I ended up on .  I suffer from Hashimotos  hypothyroid  and severe depression. .  searching for thyroid supplements.  I had heard about Adrenal failure and how stress can be a agitator of this condition. .  I certainly had stress! ANYWAY. .  I did not necessarily “believe” the reviews about people having all this energy but I thought if I can get a teeny tiny bit of energy from these supplements then I am winning!! I never ever would have believed how this has changed my life! I have only been taking them for about a week, two capsules a day in the morning.  When I say I am a new person. . MY LIFE HAS CHANGED!! I do not know what else to say.  I mean I am a NEW person!!! One of my biggest areas of anxiety was my bedroom which had turned into an absolute disaster area as I sat there day after day for months trying to get myself up to clean it but was unable to move.   If you deal with thyroid and depression you will understand this . . . I finally this week cleaned my room.  I am waking up early in the morning ready to go. . .  when I would normally sleep until 2 pm and still feel lethargic and groggy.  I am taking thyroid medication as well as anti-depressants from my doctor but was not feeling any better.  I will say that the moment I realized that things had changed was when I was having trouble getting to sleep at night. .  if this happens to you I would suggest maybe cutting down to one capsule until you adjust.  I still take two because just having energy is the most beautiful experience !!! I was slowly giving up on life, and honestly SOOTHE brought me back from the brink! I can not wait to tell my doctor how much better I am feeling when I see her on Monday.  I obviously highly recommend this product.  If energy and better mood is what your looking for - do not wait.  I am just so happy!!!. I love this, but I do get heartburn, so I do the sandwich method so I will take this in between meals.

Best brand of Product pouches. It snatches my waist very well. I got a medium in this waist trainer.  I would purchase again and recommend.  It is very good and I feel like it.

Fast and Accurate Delivery!. I like this air walker because it is simple and does not take up much space in my apartment.  Just like the other reviews, it will not be much of a challenge down the line because you can not change the resistance levels, but it does keep my heart rate up when I use it, which is the main reason I bought it.  I have had real elliptical machines in the past, so I knew what I was doing when I got this one.  When we move, I will be able to take this little exercise equipment with me, with no worries.  I would recommend it to anyone who just needs to get their steps in & heart rate up.  This book is a fantastic tool for that.

Includes goods pouches.. The smell is not as bad as I anticipated by reading other reviews; easily mitigated with a washing. This waist shaper is the best I have gotten and I am in love.

Recommended purchase.. These are so good. I honestly love this product so much.  I have tried many sweat suits but most just do not work or feel really uncomfortable but when I tried this one I felt it heating up way before I started working out.  I will definitely purchase more products and more sweat suits.  !!!!.

Simple to use and looks sleek. Instead of sitting on the couch to watch my favorite shows I step!!! Efficient and easy to use. Only thing, apparently you should read the instructions because I clearly put it together backwards as you can tell in the photo. Bought this with the goal to get movement while being in meetings at home.  Still works though!.  Works well with a standing desk, but can also be used while sitting! No one can even tell I am moving my legs while talking to them — added bonus! I have tried the stationary bikes before and they do not compare to the ease of getting movement with this product.  Will definitely buy more and highly recommend.

Perfect little paper shredder. 2 lbs and I bought both medium & large because my gut was telling me large but the comments where saying otherwise . I am 4'10 173.   The large fits on the last hook on the 1st or 2nd it would be too big but it was not the way I wanted it to fit , I wanted it to be firm and sucking in my stomach for me so I could work out in it .  The medium was hard to put on at first and fits on the last hook which is fine by me because I had like to see my progress anyways .  But it is extremely firm but comfortable and I have worn it for hours while cleaning the whole house , cooking and a store run with zero discomfort , I also have scoliosis and it definitely was reliving some of my back pain  I have ordered many expensive trainers from well known brand and the size medium never fit and was extremely uncomfortable material. I have had this for about 3 weeks and boy am I glad I got it!! My legs have toned up nicely and even my belly has shrunk!! I do about 10000 reps a day.

excellent Product machine. Recomendado. I was not sure this was going to fit but I LOVE it! Stretchy, extremely comfortable and very breathable but works well for shedding excess water weight even when I am not working out.  Really happy with my purchase and can not wait to use at the gym.

Very highly recommended. Like all machines it requires a small amount of maintenance, but for how much I use it I consider that totally reasonable.   Also, the company itself is very responsive to concerns and questions and seems more than happy to work with their customers to ensure their product is working optimally  they sent me an email asking how they could help when they saw my original 3 star review .   All in all, this has turned out to be an excellent addition to my in home workout regiment and well worth the money I spent.  The process was super simple and convenient.  ****  The design of this product is much better than many that are out there and feels much more sturdy in use.  This was the second stepper I bought after the first one I purchased began squeaking loudly and ultimately falling apart after only three months of use. **Updated review**  So, the manufacturer promises a 30 warranty, but thankfully, the return window from  is 90 days.   Originally, I loved this machine.  I was able to go from a 25 minute workout 4 days a week to 45 minutes 7 days a week no problem and it really helped replace my normal outdoor activities.  However, just a few months in and once again, the intolerable squeaking.  I was allowed to return my original purchase and get a replacement at no extra cost.  And not just a small sound you would accept and expect from a machine like this, but a sound so loud I am actually worried the neighbors in the downstairs apartment can hear it.  I am now relegated to exercising with my headphones on full volume to cancel the sound out for myself and hope that the area rug in my living room is thick enough so the sound is not going downstairs.   Since getting the new stepper I have absolutely zero complaints.  If something is missing or seems off, send it back right away.  I should have done that with this stepper as I have now noticed one of the allen screws that holds the right back end of the peddle in place was screwed in crooked and then glued in place.  It creates just enough space for that peddle to loosen and I now have to tighten the two other screws on the bottom after every workout which, btw, are not terribly easy to get to and I am sure will strip fairly soon.  It is stable, quiet, and provides me with the 45 minutes of cardio I need daily.   It could have been a great machine, and maybe for those who got one that was assembled with 100% accuracy, it is, but I am left somewhat dissatisfied after spending $100 and getting just over 2 months of use on it. Taste great and keeps me satisfied so I am not hungry throughout the day but word of caution to those sensitive to caffeine.

Great for household use. It is compact, quiet, great range of motion, could not be happier! Stop comparing items and buy this one already. I was looking for an Elliptical machine to start building a small home Gym area.  After going to Gyms for 17 years I did not want to wait for machines being used or barbells, worry if my vehicles are getting broken into or dented in parking lots, just traveling there 4 times a week no longer appealing to me.  I came across this Glider the price was excellent as were reviews.  It arrived very well boxed it took 5 minutes just to get it out of the tight packaging &15 minutes putting it together.  It is excellent providing 3 major benefits- Lower Leg Movement, upper arm movement both adding to calorie burn depending how long your sessions are and a major benefit getting your heart rate up.  This will compliment my new Home Gym.  Next up is a pull down & weight full Gym System Workout Station.

Just Buy It!!! quit searching. I bought this stepper to replace the one I originally bought that is not as nice.  It was cheaper with less foot space.  There is plenty of foot space, unlike most basic steppers.  If you are a first time stepper, or wanting to upgrade, I highly recommend this.  If it starts to get noisy because of dirt collecting, I just rubbed some cream on the wheels and bottom plate.

Good quality thermal pouches!. I have it located by my entertainment center so that I can enjoy tv and exercise. You can definitely feel the burn with this. . I was discouraged by the reviews but I decided to order one anyway.

Function and output. I did not know about all of the fasteners.  But it is actually very easy to put on.  I like the idea of the zipper and fasteners. I bought this not really knowing what to expect.  I have a short torso and was worried about the waist trainer slipping or rolling down, but it stays in place.  A plus plus plus for me.  Makes you feel like you can do it too.

love this new products for my office!. I am losing weight.  3 pounds in 2 weeks .  I am always skeptical about weight loss product. Works fine & is quite. After I snapped the tummy- I added an additional weight lost belt around the tummy to burn more fat They come with a factory smell after soaking & washing twice the smell go away. Do not know why it keeps making noise. .  but, I love that it goes "forward and backward" and is pretty heavy duty. . .  but, it seems as tho the wheels on the glides get 'gunked-up' with house dirt and THAT is what makes the noise. . .  as soon as I clean the wheels, its good to go again..

Easy to use and compact. This seem to help me in some odd way for a short time yet seem to stop within middle of my taking.  I did complete it and feel throughout the time I took it, I noticed a difference. ?Absolutely love it!!!' Pouches work perfectly. But I am glad I know about it now, and I will not go a day without taking it!. Pay attention while in-use!. I loved that these extend the silvery material all the way through the legs. I am a 23 yo man with hair loss and acne and I wanted to try black seed oil as a remedy.  I am only about a week into the pills and I already notice a slight difference in hair growth.  For the first 3 days, every time I burped it had a peppery taste.  A week in, I only get that taste of burp for about an hour after I take the pill.  It has been great, I would recommend pill over liquid just for ease of taking it and taste.

Excellent Performance. This is a good quality product.  Perfect for an at home workout.  I use mine while watching tv or listening to music. I have size large fits good and trying this to start off.

Great Smaller Footprint Shredder. They are completely comfortable but not great quality so they did not last me long after the first wash.  It is a great pick me up in the middle of the work shift and it gets my blood pumping hard and fast.

Public school teachers best friend. Again though, am still figuring out how to use the machine and maximize my time on it. I bought this to give me something to do while I laze around.  It does come with a CD or DVD that, I believe, shows you some exercises to do with them-- but I do not have a CD-drive or DVD player soooo.  Sorry about the commercials in the video, but again I do this while I am watching tv!  I tend to use it more while standing.  I am still figuring it out, but I have found that I can not go quite as hard as I would on a regular elliptical, but I still break a sweat. .  I did not purchase it as an exercise machine, but instead to help me be a little more active when I would otherwise be straight horizontal.  And, it does give me a better standing workout than I expected, and feels like a core workout too, to maintain balance.  But I am moving, and that is all that matters.  there is that.  The couch is a little low, but it still works.   Anyway, I think it is great for the price! Also, I bought it with the arm resistance bands bc other reviews recommended doing so. .  I had very low expectations and am very pleasantly surprised.  My standing workouts on it are definitely a bit more leisurely-- but that is fine with me. This product is probably the best things I have heard in my life because I have hypothyroidism and have been taking medication for a year which did no difference and it was very annoying when I started taking the supplement I could not tell you how much cloudiness just disappeared in my brain because I am also in college and I was filling beginning of the semester because I cannot focus because I am too loud enough and I now am getting he's on all my exam and everything because I am actually able to retain information which I am very proud of and I am very convinced that it is because office which I would suggest if your having a problem as I do.  I have not yet used the bands and think they are kind of dumb.  I use this seated while on my couch watching tv or reading and I think it is more intended for under a desk or seated use in a more chair-like seat than a couch.

Super easy to use. Techniques that had worked before were not, and my heart rate was racing to 101 just pulling out of my driveway.  I also had trouble sleeping, both with falling asleep AND staying asleep.  I have been balancing anxiety for over a decade, but this past year things got SO much worse, especially driving.  I was NEVER able to relax, even though the stress I felt seemed out of proportion to the real daily stresses I was facing.  I had been actively dieting and exercising for over 6 months - with only a 5 lb weight loss to show for it.  I became OBSESSED with counting calories, even buying a portable scale so I could weigh and accurately track every. single. thing.  I ate.  I was confidently consuming less than 1400 calories each day, while doing 60  minutes of activity 5 days per week OR MORE.  LITERALLY.  I was so flabbergasted  strange word, I know, but it fits! .  My FitBit told me I was burning at least 500 calories with each exercise, which I switched between HIIT dance routines, running / walking on a treadmill, biking outdoors, hiking, and weight lifting.   I am here 10 days later, and I have seen a lot of improvements already.  My anxiety has lessened a little. I started using the Soothe support when I found out my mother had been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, 6 years ago thanks for the family medical history update, mom!    A lot of the symptoms she displayed were consistent with others I was having.  Last week was not a huge significance, but this week I have noticed my heart rate has not gone over the lower 80s while driving! I also have been sleeping a bit better, with a noticeable difference of about 30 minutes per night increased.  Last, my weight has honestly started falling off! I have lost 3. 2 lbs this past 10 days!! I know there are some skeptics who may think that it had to be *something else*, but after SIX MONTHS of the same routines with a 5 lb weight loss total, I am CONVINCED it has to be this supplement.  If you are interested, I took them as soon as I woke up, with a full glass of water and I had drink my morning protein shake as well  as it says it is better to take with food .  I will say one side effect I noticed is that I was thirstier, and if I did not drink enough water in a day I had get a bit of a headache.  Though, to be fair, I only drink about 15-20 ounces of water in an entire day normally.  I know, that is terrible, but it just was not something I could bring myself to do.  Now, I am thirsty all day and drink about 40-60 ounces a day.   This is a long review, I know, but I wanted to include as much info as possible because honestly, when I was considering buying this I did not see too many people leaving reviews I could connect with.  I hope that if you are in the same position I am, you will read my review and give Soothe a shot! I am going to continue using them DAILY for the rest of my life!.  It works in a different way, but may be even a better bargain.

They are nice and thick. Works very well and no side effects. Was not sure if i wanted to order because I had bought one before and it was nothing like the photo but this one was everything i love it cant wait to start back going to the gym.

Works great for blueprints. Really good purchase, would recommend for everyone.  I opted for the medium instead and it was perfect! Keep in mind, it has hook and eye closures with 3 rows so it can be adjusted during your progress.

Must have for a classron. My waist is looking snached. I purchased a medium in August and it is now October I need a small.  My goal is a 21 inch waist.  I wear it under my tightest dress, you would think it is natural.  He loves the result he's seeing so far. worked too fast.  Small isthe smallest size so I will try corsets next.  The hardest part for me was getting the screws tight enough.

Inexpensive but not "cheap"; great product functions and very sturdy, but lightweight.. I have waited a few days to review and worn several times.  This is perfect! Easy to Use, Great Price. I have already read and reviewed this book, and decided to read it again.  It is pretty cool.  I wish I could afford his other books.  Several of my friends of similar age  mid fifties and up  had either injuries with their hips and knees, or full joint replacement.

Good products for the money!. I was looking for a standing one for my desk and this fits the bill. I was not sure I was going to like this but to my surprise it is easy to use and was easy to assemble.  It is a bit heavy to keep moving around but it works for me. ?I love them, for a tighter fit I recommend going down a size.

Great teacher graduation gift!. It is helping my stomach/abdominal return back to its normal size after having twins. It was a perfect fit I measured myself according to the directions and it was a perfect fit when I received it extra stretch support and comfort and was much cheaper than the other waist trainers that did the same thing.

Easy & works great!. I am 4'11” and 156-ish lbs. I got this waist trainer as a replacement for my other one and it is 100% times better  way more supportive  than my last one! My last one was an all elastic waist trainer with hooks and clasps in the front similar to the ones on bras, and I found that overtime the support became very flimsy and the elastic that once fit snugly ended up being really loose and the only part that cinched me was the straps that go around the waist  that ended up cutting into me rather than supporting me .  This allows for the band to be much more supportive and be much more comfortable because the inner core of the band protects you from the elastic that may cut into your sides.  I wear it over a t-shirt as well so the velcro does not rub against my waist and sides.  I highly highly recommend this band!.

Used for covering apple tree information. Unlike most it is long ienough to cover my fupa and short enough in the back to not cover my ass, not trying to shrink that okurrrrrr.  However, following the suggestions for ordering I went a size up to a 3x and sadly it is too loose.  I have it in the last hooks on the trainer and it is still baggy. I love this waist trainer.  I pull the straps as tight as possible and that helps some but I need to order a 2 X which is my normal size and as I shrink it will gradually reduce to the last hooks before sizing down to a 1x.  U will be snatched and it is concealable under ur clothing.  This is not just about weight loss it is about creating spiritual power.

Excellent, powerful shredder. I would definitely recommend trying it out. Since I feel like my health care is subpar and too expensive, I was trying to self diagnose why I stayed dehydrated and was peeing too much.  It is really easy to workout wearing the sauna shirt which is awesome. I really like this shirt because it is comfortable and I can notice some inches coming off.

Excellent Product sheets. I bought a XXL. I am 5'3", 215 lbs, 38DD.  THIS THING IS SOOOOO COMFORTABLE! Ive bought like 5 different designed sauna shirts in the last couple weeks and this is the only one I am going to buy again.  Others smooshed my boobs, and rode up my stomach during exercise.  This baby stayed PERFECTLY in place.  Did not budge.  And it covers alllll the most important places, my back rolls, tummy pooch, and lunch lady arms? Lol.  Forreal though it is great.  I feel like this looks better under clothes than my waist trainer.  I am searoulsy about to buy 3 more.  It definitely makes you sweat.

Great products, easy to use. The cinchers come in 3 levels of hook/loop before you zip.  I do not have any issue zipping up.  I have tried quite a few waist cinchers and have learned what size to get for my body.  If you are body is similar to mine, get a small.  It is long, so it fits my body from just under the chest down to below the navel  lower belly .  A lot of cheaper cinchers run short and do not cover all the way down where problem areas usually are  most people no matter what size you are, will have a defined waistline .  Medium will be too big after a short while.  Overall, the quality is quite good and considering the cost this cincher is a really good deal.   As for size reference - I am athletically built, but I am also in my 40's and slimming my mid section has become increasingly difficult! I am 5'6" and 150lbs  38-29-40 .   UPDATE - 4 MONTHS LATER - As suspected, I could link to the smallest setting! I almost immediately began linking at the smallest setting and without the velcro strap, this would be too large.  50-lbs of muscle weight shows differently that 50-lbs of fat, on the body.  I really need an XS now, but unfortunately the smallest size is SMALL.  Having said that - I ordered a size small, and this was based on my previous experience getting cinchers that were medium - I quickly realized mediums were way to big after a short time, for the function and my frame. I am leaving this as a reference for sizing.  I am still wearing it and cinching using the velcro.  I will say the extra velcro'd cinch is positioned ONLY at the natural waistline and I would much prefer that extra cinch to be located lower toward the low belly coverage.  This trainer has held up well, my only complaint is this needs smaller sizing options for people who are not very big but still need cinching benefit.  I wear about a size 7 dress & pant and I am a solid Medium  in most clothing items .  First, to comment on the quality - I think this is pretty great quality, especially for the price point.  Also, I do not feel bloated anymore after I eat.  I have always been pretty heavy for my size and most people do not believe I weigh that much because I am not "big".

Quality product worth the price. This item runs a bit small but the elasticity is great and does not give.  I love it and it has even supported my back very well.  I was feeling like 45% better with my migraine meds alone, and now I am at 99% with Soothe.

Shreds multiple sheets with no problem!. I like the fact that it is adjustable and can make it as snug as you want with the outer bands which is also velcro. Inflammation is the main reason I wanted to try this product.

Great experience with my first products. I apply Albolene under the jacket and sweat like crazy.  It was exactly what I wanted to help jumpstart my weight loss.  I walk and the sweat just drips from the sleeves.  It was a perfect fit for me.  I was not too crazy about the sleeves.  They were tight on my arms though.  I am excited to start using it on my fitness journey and will probably be ordering a medium soon as well to have it on standy when the inches start dropping! For sure worth the cost and customer service was bomb - they got back to me in 24hrs about an exchange/return.

These are great.. I know that the Black Seed Oil was a contribiting factor to that cyst disappearing. In October 22, I discovered I had a cyst on my ovary the size of a plum or golf ball.  I was so excited to know that my holistic approach to a fairly large cyst worked!!! I hope my experience can help others.  I ordered this BSO and started taking it daily.  Each day I took it, it made the cyst hurt and it was unpleasant.  After 3 months, I had a ultrasound done and my doctor said that the BSO would not remove this cyst and it was still the same size and needed to be surgically removed.  I was very disappointed but I told her I would wait on the surgery as long as it did not grow in size.  After the ultrasound, I was in serious pain for about 3 weeks.  After some research and reading some reviews, I saw that someone had their hypothyroidism improved after taking this product.  I just made an apt last week for a follow up ultrasound to see if the cyst has grown and the cyst was no longer there!!! My doctor was speechless.  At my age, cysts just do not go away  I am post menopause .  I immediately started researching what would help destroy this cyst and help me avoid having surgery.  Then the pain went away.

It works, just not for what I want it to do with it.. The resistance on this thing is very strong.  It feels like you are walking up hill in the snow. First time using it and it was a struggle to get to 15 minutes.  The large pages make it easy to write everything down.

Love this brand!. update 6/20/20 last night I noticed my sweet tooth cravings were gone. I took some of the oil at my mom's house and wanted it in a capsule.  This morning I noticed it again.  But nothing was helping my left knee pain.  I did not realize it but this capsule was the only change I made in the past three days.   Update 7/11/2020 I had noticed that my mood has been so much better since taking these.  Then I got back in bed to rest more and something jumped me out of bed.  I have bipolar, depression, and anxiety.  I said nope it is not possible so I sat down in this chair and began bending my knee which was not hurting.  I am now off my prescribed anxiety meds and that is beyond a blessing.  I have purchased my second bottle for my daughter.  I read reviews and even liked a few of them.  She also suffers with mental disorders.  I did not get it at the time but I was not limping in pain.  When I read that in a review I was not too sure it was possible.  I just wish I could get this on auto-ship.  I am very poor but now I have to either find it at a lower price or find this money in my budget because I am not going to stop taking it.  But to make sure I never run out I plan to buy another bottle today while I have extra funds.   I began walking and noticed the pain was all gone.   I did notice that when I missed a dose my mood was not that happy.  Anytime I can wake up and feel this way for no reason at all.  I could not believe it not even 4 hours and I could already feel the blessing in this oil.  Trust me I am taking these for the rest of my life.  I was getting out of bed and something was strange to me. Does the job perfectly!. The monitor easily snaps in and out so you can switch the display to face you whether you are sitting or standing.  I am not a very coordinated guy and do not even know how to roller skate so I was not sure how well I would fare standing up, but it was a breeze!! If you are going to use this standing up, always follow the instructions and mount and dismount using the lower foot pedal and use a wall or chair for support if you are not confident in your balance.  I recently tried to learn how to ride a Trikke  basically a 3 wheel scooter  and fell on my rear end because I am a klutz and made the huge mistake of leaning backwards. This was very easy to assemble and everything was nicely packaged.  This shook my confidence, but I refused to be defeated by this machine and am happy to say that I am having no problem using this standing up.   I am very surprised there are not more purchases and reviews of this product since it is very well made and a great value.  I also like the fact that this has a handle, which makes this easy to transport.  The unit is a bit on the heavier side, but not so heavy that I would downgrade my review.   One thing that is not mentioned in the description is that you get free access to the muuv app which gives you the ability to design an exercise program around different activities beyond just the elliptical.  I have not used it yet, but plan to soon.  The unit comes with resistance bands which you can incorporate into your routine.  I have used this several times already, both standing and sitting, and absolutely love the smooth feel.  Finally, there is an instructional DVD with various exercises for your consideration.  When you register the product, there is a free exercise guide to download, so yet another perk.  Quite frankly, this exceeded my expectations because I thought more of the unit would be cheap plastic.  The base is solid metal, and the pedals are large enough to ensure a safe and productive workout.  Just take your time, go easy, and you will enjoy this elliptical very much!! I highly recommend this product. To make me loose weight and moving my feet.

Once everyone was feeling better I only took 2 in the morning. .  I believe in allowing the body to do its job without putting unknowns in my body like the flu shot, I never understood the concept of taking a shot that is going to make you sick for a few days just like the flu does lol I just recently heard a black seed oil so I thought I would try it out.  Still have not gotten stick. . . .  I will be taking 2 of these A-day for the rest of my life lol and when ever I know I am around anyone that is sick I will go back to taking 2 in the morning and 2 at night. .  I started taking the black seed oil 4 days before they came home from Visiting family .  As well as I am someone that tends to get a little grumpy around my menstrual cycle . . That definitely has subsided. . .  Do not know if it has anything to do with it but I have noticed a difference.  When I had sick people in the house I took 2 in the morning and 2 at night. . Exactly as advertised. I have been taking this now for 2 weeks and my energy is back and I finally feel like I can do stuff again.  It like having your life back.  I have been constantly tired for a couple years now and I have went to my doctor and they say my thyroid was fine and though I do have a vitamin D deficiency I take a high dose supplement for that but still had lack of energy and tired all the time.  I am mood is better too.  My husband has even agreed .  I will continue to take this for sure.  Fits well under or over clothing.

Good value for a home shredder. After only 2 days I noticed all my cravings were gone and while eating I get full a lot quicker, therefore I am eating less. This book was a quick read with a practical approach toward staying motivated.  I read it twice and took notes.  I plan to put the suggestions into play starting now; though I think I was already putting the steps into play when I sat down with the book and pen and paper.  What motivated me? Not wanting to ride the hamster wheel aka my life as I know it another minute.  I will be in touch.

The durability is awesome. I have been taking these pills for 2 months and I have noticed differences in my health for the better. I have had black oil in liquid form and the taste was very bitter but I can tolerate the pill formula much better.  I have noticed improvements in my blood sugar levels as well.  At first, I could only do two minutes at a time, then five mins.

Great Compact products. I have decided that people were using it wrong.  I do not know if this is in the owner's manual, but I found that the digital readout can be pulled out and reversed.  If I use the device the way that it came, my knees knock the desk, but if I reverse it, lower my chair and push it back under my desk so that the configuration is similar to the seating arrangement on a low stationary bike, my knees do not even come close to knocking my desk.  Bear in mind, I am tall with very long legs.  This device performs fine with a 27” high cubicle setup, though perhaps my 6'2” husband might have trouble. Let me first say that I did not purchase this product without some trepidation.  I will have him try it out to verify that.   Also, some reviews said that they only feel it in their knees.  Again, was it in a good position and were you using it right? One of the things I have always seen at the gym is novices using the equipment improperly.  Cardio and strength training equipment are only as effective as their user.  After the fact, I found a similar product for desks as low as 25” high and I was already planning a return before this product showed up at my door.  I have been using it at my desk today and my calves and hamstrings are whining at me, even my glutes are starting to complain since I have been using it all day.  I am even a little lightheaded  probably overdid it in my zeal  and feel as if I ran an hour on the treadmill.  I am very pleased all the reviews I read are wrong.  This device is not a marathon runner, but it provides a decent cardio workout.  Despite my reticence, I opened the box and put it together and brought it to work to give it a try.  Then of course, compare it to simply sitting all day.  It is low impact and easy to do while working on the computer.   The box arrived in good condition and the equipment was all in good order.  Assembly was about ten minutes.  All the review seemed to say that I, a 5'10” female with a desk that sits at 27” high, would not be able to use the product without knocking my knees.  I cannot say what prolonged use will do, since people said it began to squeak over time, but I will update my review in a month.  I logged 25 miles and almost 1000 calories today.  So far, exceeds my best expectations and I am glad I am not going to have to try to return it.  I have gotten a couple of different waist trainers, and paid some pretty good money for two of them only for them to be disappointing.

The Right Choice!!. It is compact, but sturdy. I have only given it 3 stars because it has only been two weeks and it has not been enough time for me to really evaluate the product.  So far what I did not like was I had a runny nose for 5 days.  I do not know if that was one of the side effects I could not find that anywhere.  What I have noticed is that I have a condition called lichen planus and it has not been itching the way it used to itch before I started taking the black seed oil.  I will give it another couple of weeks.  Once it really gets into my system I will write an update.   Hello so I am back for an update.  I have been taking the black seed oil caplets for about two months now.  I went to the doctors to have my numbers check regarding my vitamin D my iron and my cholesterol.  Those were the main reasons for me wanting to take this so here we go.   First let me just say that I do not the dosage and the bottle.  I take three caplets before bed because of my weight.  I am on the larger side so I did not think the two would be enough.  The first thing that happened when I started taking this was that my nose ran for 5 straight days.  I have very bad allergies and at first I did not think I was going to be able to take it because my nose would not stop running but once I got used to it that went away.  It is supposed to rid your body of excess mucus.  The second thing that I noticed was the condition that I have called lichen plantis has not flared up since I started taking the black seed oil.  It is just a form of eczema but they do not know where it comes from and they only treated with steroid cream and prednisone if it gets too bad.  My allergies have improved 80% I would say.  I have always had dark circles around my eyes and I noticed that they are getting lighter which is nice I have never had that before.  Nothing happens overnight so it is a process.  A lot of people say they have a lot of energy when taking black seed oil I do not find that.  I find that in the middle of the day I start to get sleepy.   The other reasons why I started taking black seed oil where for low iron, low vitamin D and edema in my right leg too, as well as pre-diabetes to name the main reasons.  Well I went to the doctors and had blood work done to verify if anything has changed.  So my sugar dropped . 4 which is not a big difference.  My Iron & D are still low.  But the state that I live in the low D is not uncommon.  It has also helped with knee pain and trigger finger pain.  I was breaking the caplets and rubbing it into those areas directly.  I have since purchased a bottle of oil from another vendor because Health harmonies did not offer it otherwise I would have got it from them.  I did not want to keep wasting my caplets.  So there you have it I will continue to take it hopefully everything will improve a little bit more.  But I had have noticed the second order that I got from Health's Harmony is not as potent as the first order.  With the first order when i took the top off the bottle l could smell it immediately, but not the second bottle and I also have a third bottle i have not opened yet so I do not know how that is going to go.

4X6 Product pouches. Over all these are minimal issues. Okay, first of all let me say I read hundreds of reviews before getting this.  I figured I had about a 50/50 shot of liking it.  The good news is I actually really do.   Bottom line - if you have realistic expectations this is a great little machine, quiet with a small footprint.   PROS: it is cheap! For $86, I think it is absolutely worth it.  That being said, you do get what you pay for.  It seems to have decent construction, but it is probably not going to last forever.  That is why it is $86 and not $1000, or even the $200  for the Gazelle  which it seems similar to the basic model of to me .  If you are looking for a high quality machine that will last a lifetime, probably better of with a NordicTrack, Bowflex or Peloton.  The adjustable chest/torso pad was fine for me  I am 5'7”  and my legs did not hit the bars at all when slightly bent at the knee in a natural walking position.  However, if your stomach is not relatively flat, you may want to skip the pad or it will have the affect of feeling like you are tipping backwards rather than being gently supported at the front.  For those who said it chaffed, I did not have that issue but I also did not grind my stomach into the machine, I just let my ribs sort of rest on it while my core did the work.  If you are looking or an elliptical, this is not one.  Note, you HAVE to adjust the base by pulling out the pin or you will just have an unsteady machine and tip over.  Think of it like an ironing board or folding table.  The foot pedals are fine for me and my husband  size 11 shoe  was fine on it as well.  If you are looking for a low impact workout more akin to a brisk walk, you will probably be satisfied.  The computer is basic, but counts steps, gives time and has a calorie estimate.  You will need to hold the red button to reset every time or it just keeps adding to your steps and count.   CONS: The hardware feels a bit cheap, which for the price I expected and am not too worried about.  I like it.  Assembly only took me about 10 minutes, but the pin that holds the base in place was a bit bent so it was super hard to get out and quite stuck.  It gives a decent, low impact workout and I was able to get my Fitbit steps in easily without having to venture out into the cold New England morning and brave the cars racing down my road in the dark before I start work.  It is quiet and it is a good way to add some steps in your day. I sweat sweat sweat but it does run smallll so get maybe 2 sizes up- I got a large and would normally wear medium and I am 5'7 and 165lbs with a big 36DDD bra size but the arms and chest were too tight but I went to a large and still tight but it worked- I worked out for 5 mins and was already dripping! That is exactly what I wanted.  He's 6ft  and did not have any issues with stride length or the stomach pad either.  It will slip a bit on hardwood floors, so throw a yoga mat or rug under it.  Even going fast and getting my heart rate up to 150 did not produce much noise, which I like.

Pleasantly surprised. Before buying one of these steppers I saw them all over social media.  Being that I live in smaller space I decided to ditch my gym membership and use this for cardio majority of the time.  I did do some research to figure out what would work best and be budget friendly.  Things I took into consideration was the amount of weight one could hold.  The size of the machine since some of them mentioned “mini stepper” in the description.  Also the style of the stepper.  I like this one because it is not up and down, it kind of sways like a machine at the gym.  It is bigger than a mini size one which gives me more confidence in using and less accidents hopefully.  What I did not pay attention on was whether or not the machine has resistance settings on the actual stairs.  The answer is NO.  It is still not a deal breaker, and since I never looked into it originally I do not know if many of these even come with a setting for that but it would be handy being that I am trying to ease my way back into my fitness journey.  The device itself is a solid 5 stars, but for my personal needs it is only about a 3.

Use regularly to maintain shredder !. Keeps me from just sitting all day. It is working great under my desk.  I am 166lbs and find standing using it is super easy.  It does not make any noise.  I am happy with this purchase.  It does not sync to the machine or anything.  And the workouts tell you to increase speed etc and this machine does not tell you speed so it is impossible to know how fast you are going.  I am 5'3 205 ish lbs.

As Advertised ….very Satisfied. Unfortunately I have not had any success from going to the Doctor for this issue  I came to try this because for the last 6wks.  my fatigue was worse than before and I REALLY needed help.  Thank goodness for this product, I am feeling human again.  I think this works better than other supplements I have tried due to the combination of ingredients addressing several different functions that are interlinked causing these issues. I have exprienced chronic fatigue that does not improve w/ sleep since my mid 20's, so now being in my early 40's you know I have run the gamut to find something that provides some relief.  Im even going to start auto shipping this product, something I never do, thats how much I need this! But, I can say that I do work up a nice glow  aka I get a bit sweaty, but not like full workout sweaty  and do get a bit out of breath pretty quickly, which I love because it means I am getting my blood moving and that was my goal.  It is certainly not high impact but that is not what I expected.  I recently invested in a Varidesk adjustable stand up desk to help me get up off my butt during the work day and this has been a great complement to that.  I have been most surprised by the fact that I actually use this a lot in the evenings too when I am watching TV  I work from home and my home office is adjacent to our family room .  And, that is kind of exactly what I need during the day, so it is perfect.  It is great for getting in some extra steps while watching my favorite TV shows when I am trying to hit a goal on my Fitbit or I am just feeling like I have not moved enough that day.   I have not tried it sitting down at all because that is not what I bought it for, so I can not speak to that.  I used to try to use a treadmill while watching TV but not only did that take up a lot more room and was more of a pain to move around or put away if we were having guests, but it was super noisy to me and my family.  I will say though that I rarely actually use this while I am at my desk working, instead I have it sitting to the side of my desk and I will step aside at least once an hour to just get some strides in and clear my head.   Bottom Line: this thing is perfect for what it is and is still going strong after a few months of use. I have had this for a few months now and totally love it, and have even recommended it to friends.  Easy to assemble, silent in use, durable, stable.  I have tried using it simultaneously while working and the motion just makes it too difficult for me to type/concentrate, though this thing makes virtually no noise and is simple to operate, so someone who is a better multitasker than me or who does not need to type as much would have no problem using it while working or using it in an typical office environment.

Wellworth the money. I have not had to take a nap in over a week and I have the motivation and energy to tackle projects and chores I have been too tired to do. I am pretty sure I have Adrenal Fatigue syndrome and my thyroid, while normal, is still on the lower side.  I feel like this has also helped with my depression/anxiety and reaction to stress.  I decided to give this a try a little over two weeks ago.  I do not feel jittery or hyper like you get from caffeine and stimulants.  I have been struggling with exhaustion for so long, I can not remember when I did not feel tired and have to take a lengthy nap to make it through the day.  I just feel like I have the normal amount of energy a 45 year old woman should have.  I noticed improvement of my energy levels in just a couple days.  I am a person that enjoys and needs to write things down rather than doing it electronically.

A ''Sharp'' Product. It is sturdy. Perfect size to store and move around.  I have small weights so while I am stepping I am also doing arm work outs and it is been really helping get active.  I put it to high resistance with the dial at the bottom and wow did I feel it.  I do not really have sore legs the next day but as I am doing my legs are sore  great workout sore  and I am sweating.  Many other products of this type have put my body out of balance by giving me too much of some nutrients.  I like it because it does not take much room in my living room so when I am watching tv I do some steps.  It was cheaper than a treadmill and I am doing it to build my stamina since I work from home and never workout.

Quiet and heavy duty. I am also grateful that it offers adrenal support, as my blood work showed that I had exhausted my adrenals. I wish this was a 30-day serving container then the price would make sense.  I loved the flavor and the results.  I would purchase again and recommend.

Using on vaccine card.. It balances my hormones and makes me feel more balanced overall.  I had a bit of an elevated thyroid and I did not want to take traditional drugs.  This product is all natural and has so much effective vitamins such as zinc, magnesium, ashwagandha. I absolutely love this product.  I highly recommend.  I buy it on subscribe and save so I never run out. I went to my doctor and I noticed that my thyroid levels were high and my doctor was getting concerned.

Does a good job with papers. I am 5'3”, 220 lbs, and I got an XXL.  If you measure your waist and order the size according to the chart you will get the PERFECT size like I did.  When I take it off my stomach has clearly been sweating all day but never leaks out.  I have that dreaded mom belly flap and this holds it no problem at all.  It does not slide up or down.  I am actually really impressed because my main worry was it not being long enough for my torso to cover my whole belly, but it is literally perfect.  Fits perfect easy to put on.  It took me a few days to realize and then I was like wait my back has not hurt for awhile?? I am literally so happy I feel so good and I can not wait to see how it goes long term.  I have been wearing this one underneath some spanks at work for a week now and I literally forget I am wearing it often.  Also I noticed my back has not been hurting almost at all, and I have FREQUENT back problems.

Love this thing!. Wearing this thing for 30 minutes during a good solid workout it makes me sweat! It looks like i just got out of the shower !this thing is worth every penny. I am like a kid with a new favorite toy….it is great. I disagree. Someone told me about black seed oil and I looked and found the capsules and they work very well I will order this product again.

super quite shredder. I use this more for lower back support than a trainer, and it really helps with my pain. People say they are sweating after ten minutes and I am like woah, how are you all even making it that long on thing thing? Maaan my calves and thighs are burning so hot with just two minutes in.  I am like yelling and having to cheer myself on to keep myself going any longer.  I believe the longest I have made myself go is 5 minutes and I out of breath at that point.

GREAT products SMALL FOOTPRINT. I also noticed a big difference with my body, with daily activity.  I have not worked out in it yet because I just got it today, but its seems that it will stay in place while moving. This gave me great energy throughout the day.

got my money''s worth. Good quality oil, was a fast shipping.  However, this does not bother my knees, or back, at all.

The top is very heavy. It saved my quality of life during dealing with hormonal hell, and again did the same for about 7 months post partum.  I am taking a break on it for the foreseeable future and not sure what scenario I would begin taking it again though .  I took it once for about 3 or 4 months, and then again 10 months later for a duration of 7 months  even while breast feeding  .  Still love it.  That being said I love this product still but know that I should not take it long term.  Try it !.  I do want to note that I believe ultimately this product caused me HORRIBLE pms and very heavy and terrible periods as well as my cycle to go to 34-36 days instead of 28-29 day cycles.  It has helped me so much- much more than any other medication or supplement I have tried   that is just my experience- I am not shooting down meds if people need them . I love this stuff!! What a total life saver really.

Great product. Works wonderfully!. Assembly was simple, though I wish they had not been quite so enthusiastic tightening the cable ties.  I managed to damage the finish on the main tube cutting one of them off.  No matter. After struggling with the decision of whether to drop down big bucks on an elliptical, we decided on this instead, not only because of price but also because it folds away to fit in a very small space.  In all, it probably took less than half an hour, and that included looking for the scissors.  The wrench and allen key needed are both included.  It does not have adjustable resistance  though others have suggested wrapping a bungee cord around the levers , but I have not found that to be a problem.  The first day, I did 20 minutes, and I could not walk properly for several days - killed my calves.  After recovering from that, I built up gradually to my current 25 minutes a day, and I know I can do longer runs if I wish - my legs feel fine.  I still manage to work up a sweat.  I am now experimenting with working against myself - pushing or pulling on the arms instead of using my legs as the primary propulsion, and I can feel my arm muscles getting a workout.  I rigged up a platform for my notebook, and I watch running/cycling/skiing helmet-cam videos as I listen to a podcast, and the time passes quickly.  It makes working out more pleasant than going to the gym.  With walking shoes, my feet were sliding around a bit, but Crocs stick to them like glue.  I have not had any issues with the stomach pad, as others have mentioned: that probably depends on body geometry.  For me, with a bad back and a really naff knee, this is better for me than running, and it is light and compact enough to take outside, should I wish to do so.  The operation of the machine is very quiet, and the only issue I have had is that the bolts holding the arm levers in place started to loosen.  I could hear and feel that they were not held on tightly, so I tightened them and no further problems.  I check all the bolts from time to time.  Anyway, so far so good.  Not second-guessing the decision not to buy an elliptical bike for one moment. Works great, well built, small, easy to move, will stand up on end against wall, comes assembled, mostly.

Works well and saves money. The Material is very stretchy and the thickness OMG IS EVERYTHING. I love the vest  it is very comfortable to wear all day.  Protein, fat, and carbs are what is listed in the book but there are two blank spots you can fill in to track other things.

Brought my old shredder back to life.. It was a bit of a struggle, a little suffocating but it is an adjustment.  Within 5 hours of wearing and after cardio I have dropped down to the second clasp.  I forced it on and I was able to clasp it on the third hook.  I will be wearing this 24/7.  I have a 100$ waist trainer purchased from the mall and there is no comparison.  The expensive one is way too uncomfortable, wore it once and never again. When I first took it out of the bag I thought there is no way this will fit me, it would not even wrap around me.  And for the price on , this is a great buy! Might even buy another one to switch off.  Excited to see the long term results. This product is probably the best things I have heard in my life because I have hypothyroidism and have been taking medication for a year which did no difference and it was very annoying when I started taking the supplement I could not tell you how much cloudiness just disappeared in my brain because I am also in college and I was filling beginning of the semester because I cannot focus because I am too loud enough and I now am getting he's on all my exam and everything because I am actually able to retain information which I am very proud of and I am very convinced that it is because office which I would suggest if your having a problem as I do.

Could not be happier. My anxiety is better.  I feel like I can be more present with my kids and function a lot better.  I needed to function not only as a mother but as a basic human.  When I have forgotten to take it, I see the difference.  I think my adrenals are benefiting the most from this supplement, which is all I could hope for! Love this handy products!. It is working for your large upper body including arms which is larger than your lower body. I only have good reports about this sauna sweat suit.  You most definitely sweat more when exercising. .  You use it daily and you have faith in it.  It is light weight.

It was all there!. This is one of the best sauna vest I have found so far. This sauna sweat vest fits good, it is true to size and it allows you to seat and stay in place.  All the review seemed to say that I, a 5'10” female with a desk that sits at 27” high, would not be able to use the product without knocking my knees.

Super impressed with the quality. I add it to some other supplements for more energy and mind clarity. ?It really helps with cutting cravings and I can feel it increased my metabolism.  Based on my measurements and the size chart I got an XXL but found that I could immediately put it on the smallest hooks so I returned it for an XL.

These are the best. Before purchasing this product I noticed a lot of people mentioning that it had a bad aftertaste especially if you had a tendency to burp after taking it.  If you have ever taken oil of a oregano capsules, you have probably experienced the same type of reaction.  I think the after taste is similar to oil of oregano, not "motor oil".  It is certainly not bad enough to NOT use this product. The design is fine, it is nice, You could wear it out with proper undergarment and the material feels nice, soft.

Soon as I put it on the rolls in my back started sweating.  I definitely going to try it with a thin T-shirt all day just to see the difference.  Perfect fit as well will target arms, stomach, and back. nice compact design. I love this . Took a few minutes to get the hang of it.  It really works! Started with 5 minutes and worked my way up to 15 minutes! You will feel it! I use it while watching Hulu/Netflix and it is quiet enough it does not interrupt my viewing.

Great for foiling. It was fairly easy to put together but you must follow the directions carefully. I had really bad eczema from mold exposure and this cleared it right up in a month.  I only take it twice a week and every three days, I also use one pill and rub it on my face.  My scars and rashes have faded and my skin is really smooth! I take it with food because my stomach is a bit sensitive and no troubles thus far.

Perfect for a home office. Quality of output. It does cinch in your waist but I was looking for something more for exercising and sweating.  With the first order when i took the top off the bottle l could smell it immediately, but not the second bottle and I also have a third bottle i have not opened yet so I do not know how that is going to go. I thought this would help with slimming the mid area and I did not find that to be the case.

Makes shredding almost enjoyable. Have been using regularly for about a week now and see no signs of it weakening or creasing.  This has a ton of support and I like that the tightness can be adjusted with the straps without having to remove/revelcro the entire belt.  This waist trainer has the same warming effect but is much sturdier and more supportive.  My only complaint is that the boning does poke at my hips and lower back sometimes but I think that is more because I have a short waist and there is a 12” difference between where the bottom of the trainer hits and my hips at their thickest.  For someone with less severe curves this probably will not be an issue. I bought this to replace a cheap Nicole Miller neoprene sauna belt because after a month of moderate use it was stretched, creased, and distorted to the point where it was no longer useful.  Love that it goes on like a coat and not a shirt so its easier for you to put on and take off.

GREAT JOB OF MICRO-SHREDDING. Absolutely amazing.  I never leave reviews and I had MULTIPLE waist trainers so far and damn the coverage and the support of this one is unbeatable.  I just got mine today tho, I am not sure how will it will hold over the time but hoping for the best.  If you want to cover most of your stomach and back fat or stomach and lower stomach fat, this is for your. If you are looking to trim on thighs, this is def the product! I love it! Makes me sweat a lot.  Period.

Thermal Product sheets.. I just wish these things were machine washable.  Originally I was worries it would be too tight.  You can imagine what happens next, Candida hit after many years.  I was surprised how well the material though stretchy, it stays firm without being too tight.

extremely easy to use. Fits well under or over clothing. When I first tried it on I was not too sure I thought it was another one that was not going to fit but I think I had it on upside down or somehow it was wrong because I put it on actually yesterday and it was perfect nice and snug and it fit my waist I am pretty short and actually have a fairly small waist but it fit great and I walked around and it was pretty comfortable so it will definitely work I have not worked out in it yet or done any pulling or stretching it yet but seems to be okay so far.  I like to keep hope that it will continue to do so it is definitely not as cheaply made or looking as some of the ones I have seen in stores and no horrid smell.  I had recommend this 1.

Works great on 3 to 10 mil.. I have been feeling sluggish for a while, generally sleeping 10-12 hours  when able .  Day 5 after starting this supplement and I am waking up before my alarm and not even dragging myself to my coffee pot.  Towards evening, I have much more energy as well, instead of falling asleep on the couch after dinner, I have been able to do more around the house or even read.  Definitely an improvement for me!. Working great after a month of daily light use. I love this! It is super comfortable and the length is good it covers my whole abdomen and does not ride up.  I wear it under my workout leggings and with a simple 10 minute workout it helps you sweat, like dripping out the sleeves! Also the underarm is like a vented mesh which I just think is so clever! I will be buying other sauna products like this one! I am very pleased and the quality is excellent for the price!.  Imbalance hormonal.

Runs circles around my old shredder. I used it in reps of 100 steps facing forward and 100 steps facing backward  with toes down where the heels should be , few times per day. Due to the nature of my work, I was lacking opportunity and time to exercise my legs.  Last 3 days I have been using it every time before the meal and after the meal, plus when I was taking break from the work.  Several of my friends of similar age  mid fifties and up  had either injuries with their hips and knees, or full joint replacement.  It must've been at least 7 times per day if not more.  When I ordered this stepper, I did not think of it as a miracle thing whatsoever.  The pain in both of my knees is gone.  Extreme heat, humidity, and severe storms made sure I had a chance to test this little device.  Apparently even this much was enough to strengthen the muscles that surround the joints to make it much easier to move.  The pain, especially in knees, was concerning me: even slight exercise that would require knees was getting painful, going up and down stairs had to be done with patience and care.  Thrilled is a proper word how I feel about this stepper.  I figured that it will be a good addition to my weights and other household exercise equipment when I am unable to do the one I love the most: walking outdoors.  Worth every penny.  I was not looking forward to such situation.  Never heard of it but it sounds interesting.  It is been 6 days since it arrived.

Good Protection for Product Sheets. When I purchased the waist belt, it was small, unable to zip or hook in the first hooks.  I had another belt i was using for my workout.  Couple weeks later, I try the belt again, and it fits perfectly.  Not much of a sweat, but I do feel it in my legs.

Great tool for teachers. This has everything you need and even comes with stickers in the back.  I would suggest laying down to button it up.  The material seems sturdy and for the price it is great.  My only complain is that it gets a bit itchy/uncomfortable when you wear it for too long because of how the material is.  It is a good price and it sucks in my tummy and makes me look slimmer.  Might order more in the future.

Just the ticket for neat freaks.. I have gotten a couple of different waist trainers, and paid some pretty good money for two of them only for them to be disappointing. I really love this product.  This one has been by far the best when I have purchased.  The only thing I can say is that I should have ordered down a size versus getting the size that is listed on the chart. Good Quality Shredder. It is a snug fit but Great for working out or daily activities to burn calories. The product fits as described.  I am 5'1, 170lbs and ordered a large.  I have had and used it for two months now.  Now It can clip in the furthest row on all of them and zip up.  I am sizing down to a medium in this same product.  It work as intended.  I hope to be in a small by Spring 2024.  I use a heat cream on my stomach before wearing it as well.

Decent and large quantity. I like how there is a large main strap and then 2 little straps to tighten you in.  Totally Recommend to family and friends!  My pink Waist Band arrived on time.  I found it very soft and comfortable while exercising   jumping jacks, ab crunches, planks, flutter kicks, Zumba, etc .  After a workout, I hand-wash it in cold water and hung it up to dry.  I bought a Large and it fits very good.  So far so good! :].  I am 5'4" and was 195lbs, but within 3 days of a change in diet, drinking 1 gal H2O a day & exercise, sweating a lot in the belt, I am now 190lbs. Great for classroom!. I had kept mine from the surgery, set it to its highest setting so I would not be stooping over and put it right in front of the unit.  Works like a charm.  I start off using it sitting and when I feel warmed up enough turn it around and use it as an elliptical with the walker in front just to be on the safe side.  This does it.  It is heavy  25 pounds , but it is workable. Short version: Buy it and do not give up! You will not regret it.  It is sturdy and does the job.   Long version: I am a 54 year old fat, sedentary gamer with a congenital heart defect.  My blood sugar and blood pressure were so high at my last doctor's visit, that I had to make some drastic changes.  Along with a better diet  no salt or sugar, much less potatoes and bread , I knew I would have to start exercising.  I bought this stair stepper mostly because it seemed sturdy, was rated for more than my weight, and was in my price range.   The first week or so, it felt impossible.  Like others have said, the tension is set high, and there is no way to adjust it.  Do not panic! It gets better.  At first, I could only do two minutes at a time, then five mins.  Now, one month later, I just finished a 35 minute session! The tension loosened up a bit, and I got better, too.   Here is what helped me.  I parked it next to our TV and put together a Youtube exercise playlist.  I chose songs with good rhythms and fun videos to keep me motivated  tip: Paula Abdul's "Straight up" is still excellent! .  It is MUCH easier to step to dance music than to plod through while watching a movie.  For better cardio, you will want to take shorter steps.  Again, this is where the music comes in handy to keep you on rhythm.   Since I have been able to do longer workouts, I have noticed my weight coming off easier.  I have been losing about a pound every 3-4 days.  The best part is that I was able to lower my blood pressure from 170/95 to 138/88.  It is not perfect, but it is a drastic improvement, and I did not have to go on meds.  The machine gets about an hour of use each day, and so far it works beautifully and has not developed any loud noises.   If you are looking for a reliable exercise machine that will not take up much space and does not cost a ton of money, this one is an excellent choice!.

Product sheets.. It is durable and stable enough to work with compromised patients, but I am going to get a elliptical one that moves in circular motions for myself. I purchased this for myself but I am going to use in my PT clinic to work on strength and balance instead.  That way I can benefit from a larger range of motion to burn more calories and increase strength.  I also want to be able to use seated and under the desk which I can not do in this one.  The device itself is a solid 5 stars, but for my personal needs it is only about a 3. These work great on my new Social Security cards.. It does not move during my cardio or weight training. So I bought this trainer since my other waist trainer is completely worn down and uncomfortable so I wanted to find a replacement, making adjustments based on the pros and cons I found from my last trainers.  I have come to prefer sweatbands but they slide everywhere when you are sweaty so I put on the sweatband then my waist trainer on top to keep my sweatband in place  Which is what I have done in these photos .  I do not have any type of pain and could wear this all day.  I weigh 208-210 lbs or so depending the day but I am pretty bottom heavy with a tummy.  I recommend wearing something underneath the trainer for no skin pinching just in case.  It is a bit smaller than my last one but the only thing difficult about this trainer is getting the zipper up.  But once I put it on the first level and got the zipper up, I feel like I could go tighter.  The trainer covers my entire mid section which is a COMPLETE win.  I measured my hips at like 42 inches and waist at about 40 inches with all this on.  Cons: I do not like the strap thing.  I like the zipper a lot since it helps keep everything in place without any sliding.  Perfect for being on top of my sweatband.  It does not stretch or anything so I am not even sure why it is present.  My previous waist trainer was an XL and I saw a lot of people complaining about the size so I just got another XL which is perfect, if not just more loose than I am use to so it is comfy.  Not sure how I feel about that yet.  Pros: No metal in this waist trainer so nothing will tear through and poke/stab at you once you wear down the trainer from having it so tight.  For reference: I am 5'2 and 3/4 inches or 5'3 to round up. .  It is a waist trainer, you are suppose to struggle a bit.

Heat up fast, runs fast and can do both cold and hot tasks. This is a tiny book packed with power.  This is not just about weight loss it is about creating spiritual power.  The concept of mindfulness is especially appealing to me.  I am already a “health nut” and have tried many natural things for thyroid and adrenal support, but this has worked the best! I take it in the morning with my raw desiccated thyroid, as I am not on prescription thyroid due to not being able to be seen by an endo til this month.

Have really used the shredder. So it does not quite hold me because it is not tight. Simple, Easy to Use, Trimmable Product Sheets. I am sensitive to medication so I only take one capsule a day.  When I took two it seemed to keep me up.  My symptoms fluctuate often.  I have shown some of my doctors the ingredients and they support me using it. Defective and Cheap!. 2 lbs.  Yes I am a big woman, but i like to think my fat is [mostly] in the *right* places.   So, I wear 20/22 size in pants & usually a 18/20 in tops.  I bought a 2XL & ladies who are saying it is tight, IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE! & after 3 consecutive days of wearing this waist trainer for 8 hours EACH DAY, I am already down to the second set of clips! It really does help! I walk 1 to 4 miles every day, it really just depends on my mood.  I still eat whatever I want, but I have 1 heavy meal either for break fast or lunch, & then small snacks the rest of the time.  I am seeing results! It will be uncomfortable the first few days, I will bend over & the velcro strip will roll up or down into the crease of my stomach rolls, but hey the objective is to get rid of those lol.  But that is the only part of it I have had to adjust while wearing.  I machine washed AND dried by accident but the waist trainer is still in good shape. Alright straight to the point, I am 5ft 8 inches tall & I weigh 280.  & that makes me so happy because I am too lazy to wash it in any other way hahaha.  So to summarize: Yes it will be tight - it is supposed to be.  But if you absolutely cannot close it even after sucking & tucking everything in, just go bigger in size one time.  It will make you sweat & you will not like it the first few days - that is normal.  I have scoliosis & this thing makes sure I have good posture & yes, it did assist some menstrual back pain and cramps, oddly enough.  [I took a midol too , good combo] All in all, I applaud the creators of those waist trainer & I will buy again!!..

These do the trick!. I thought this product was great, but I ended up reselling it because it just was not my cup of tea.  The product was exactly as described, it counts your steps or your time, has several modes.  It also comes with the resistance band to hook up which is nice.  The only thing I did not like that much about it was that it was pretty high resistance and it clicks kinda loudly.  I live in an apartment and I was afraid that the downstairs neighbors would be able to hear my clicking and it would be irritating.  Other than that, it is a great product!. Thicker than most.. if one did not fit, I would have the other and 2.  if the XL fit then I had need the L eventually as my midsection shrinks.  First I tried the L and was mortified that it did not wrap all the way around me.  All the negative body image thoughts came rushing into my head.  Then I tried the XL - again, it did not look like it would close although I could hook the i-hooks  when I did I looked like a pilsbury dogh container that you just poked with a spoon .  It was not until the next day that I decided, I was going to get that thing on - old school style, lay on the bed - like we used to get our skinny jeans on.  Come to find out, that zipper must be made out of titanium, because when I hooked the zipper at the bottom, it zipped up rather easily! Oh joy! It fits! It is comfortable and sturdy and not terribly bulky under my clothing.  A great value for the cost.  Hoping someday to buy that medium and maybe even a small.   me luck!. Crystal clear goods!. By time I am finished I am dripping in sweat, it is crazy.  Tighter on the shoulders so i would not do an arm workout in it personally.  It is lightweight which is great. I will not do cardio without this on! I start to sweat within 10 min when on the elliptical.  10/10 would recommend!. Very good book! Before, I started reading, was already doing some of these hacks.

share everything!. To anyone looking for a great waist trainer, look no further, try this waist trainer. The size medium I purchased felt very nice.  Even if it is not the one for you, at least give it a try.  It was not an overabundance of sweat, but just enough to know the waist trainer was working properly.  I am ordering another waist trainer as we speak, in one size smaller, as I like a very snug fit.  I am super happy I chose this waist trainer for my daughter  which she absolutely loves , and even more happy I chose to buy one for myself too !.  I will upload photos of my size smaller waist trainer once I receive in mail.  I had lots of wiggle room, and yet I was still able to get my posture straight. It was a perfect fit I measured myself according to the directions and it was a perfect fit when I received it extra stretch support and comfort and was much cheaper than the other waist trainers that did the same thing.  But that is how I like them to fit.

It was easy to assemble.  I ended up removing the cushion at the top that I think is supposed to hit your stomach.  I am 4'9", so it was at my collar bone and very uncomfortable.  Without that piece, it is comfortable for me to operate.   The rep counter works correctly.  It runs off a AAA battery  not included .   It feels sturdy while in use.  I appreciate the way it folds for storage, and that it is not too heavy so it is easy to move around the house.  The limbs swing smoothly when in use.   Looking forward to having this when the snow buries me in the house!. Powerful and sleek. The comfortable feel, easy application and smooth wear underneath my clothing are 3 of my favorite things about this product.  I am still on my first hook but since purchasing this and wearing it regularly at the gym, I feel I will be moving to the second hook soon. Every positive review on this waist trainer turned out to be correct so I definitely say go ahead and purchase it. I just got it today and use it for a couple of minutes.

Same quality, better price. -You do sweat a lot on it, even if your not excercising.  -The material is not thick, so you can use it under and over your clothes -Gives less waist definition than the other version.   My sister  last three pictures  One Strip version:  -It is soft and comfortable but she can use it for a maximum of 8 hours.  Now I got a second one,but with two strips for my mother and she loved it as well.  After that it starts to itch a little bit  because of the sweat  but if you take it out for a couple of minutes and then put it on again you will not have problem with it.  -You feel a better posture because it holds you strong.   Now both my mom and my sister made a comparison between the two versions:  My mom  first three pictures  Two strip version:  -Feels softer -You can use it throughout the whole day and you will not feel uncomfortable.  -Gives you a lot of waist definition when using it and after using.  -Can not use beneath the clothes because the material is thicker than the other version.   My mom says she feels very comfortable in it and that she can use it during the whole day, over or beneath the clothes.  -You sweat like there is no tomorrow. A couple of weeks ago I bought the black one with one strip to my sister.   Both of them are very expandable so they can fit both large and medium bodies.   So, according to both of them, they are both great, totally worth your money and you do see results when using them.  She totally loved it.  The main difference would be how much waist definition you want.   If you want way more definition, then the one-strip version is better.  She thinks it helps her with her posture and that it keeps everything in place. You get a good sweat from these pants.

Durable and perfect size. Very motivating! Definitely had some points that I had not seen anywhere else.  I would definitely recommend this book to anyone trying to lose weight.  At first you have to practice to keep your balance so I initially uses a broom but now after a couple tries I am going strong.

Easy to use, helpful product. It is also smooth enough to use while checking emails or even on a call and light enough to pick up and move to the couch. I have shopped around looking for this exercise equipment.  Turning up the resistance helps keep things challenging when I use it seated.  I like most that I can use it while sitting or standing, though I find I get a better “burn” when I use it standing.

Self explanatory. It is comfortable to wear while doing chores around the house. I have used Forskolin before but this brand works better for me.  I have more energy, have lost some weight and just feel better overall.

Handy, Portable and quick warm-up. I also use my arms to complete the long strike as I get tired, I think this helps to make it a complete exercise.  I may add bungees in the future but as for now I am happy with this machine as it is.  I also did not wanted something big a heavy, my wife got a treadmill long ago and it takes two people to move it, takes a lot of space and it makes some noise when you use it.  So I decided for this one as it has no electric parts, motors, sensors or other things to break.  Also because there is no motor or mechanical parts it makes no noise at all.  It is relatively light and can be folded to a point.  It will not go flat but it will fit in a closet if you have to.   I think children around 9 and up should have no problem to use the machine with adult supervision, mine is using it but of course that has to be your decision, I am just sharing my experience.  Well the first time I use it for 15 minutes and I was hardly able to keep pace all 15 minutes.  Now I do 30 with no much problem but still I have to go for a shower after using it.  I think the trick is to go for long, fast strikes.  Of course you can set your pace.  For me it just gave me the opportunity to work on my balance and also I use it as a bike in a sitting position   just turn it backwards  I have lost 20 lbs now and it is made such a difference in how I feel at the end of the day.  We can watch TV as we exercise since the machine is completely silent.  And we all know where everything is made now and we know everything is poorly build to say the least.   As per the exercise like many I thought if it has no resistance it can not be much of an exercise.  I bought this machine for me and my 10 year old son and we both can use it.

great small machine.. It is super comfortable for me I cannot even feel that I am wearing it! I can not wait till I can get the next size down. Perfect fit and snug! I saw results within a week of using.  This waist cincher is excellent for that! I put this on in the birth center after my first post-birth shower and immediately felt so much more supported and more free and able to stand, sit, walk, get up by myself.

BEST products!!. So glad I did not get a whole big machine!! It is quiet, has a big range of resistance. Getting daily cardio the easy peasy way.  One can pedal it seated, as we age….  I do not use the cords, prefer to wear wrist weights and go free style on the arms.  I was trying to avoid purchasing another one in the future and really wanted a tight fit.  I LOVE this machine.

Great products with all the accessories to start you out!. Capsules are small and you get a lot for a great price. I recently did not fit my old waist trainer anymore and I was on the market in looking for a new one. I love black seed oil and this one is great quality.

Great for making puzzles too. Care instructions say to machine wash.  I put them in a mesh intimates bag to wash in Cold water, line dry them.  I wear them walking my dogs, during weight training and, of course, cardio.  Will definitely buy more and highly recommend. These are lightweight and comfortable enough to wear all day. ?I love them, for a tighter fit I recommend going down a size .  I sweat a lot in these, which is the point.

Affordable smaller microcutting shredder. I forgot to take a pic of the vest when I took it off but I had a pic of the pants.  I highly recommend. This sweat vest is very good! It had me sweating right after I put in on lite sweat! By the time I was done I had sweat dripping down my pants.

Fun and easy to use. And wow it makes me feel alive! Easy to use, works well. I see a lot of negative reviews for these waist cinchers, but I disagree.  It really works for support and waist slimming.  I am an inverted triangle, but my waist is not small.  I have a naturally rectangular build, but with wide shoulders, and as a woman, this is unfortunate lol.  However, I have visible "cuts" to my practically non existent waist, and with the right outfit, I actually look like I have a slight hourglass shape.  I think this is a good buy!. Love the fit, I ordered large and its snug but the way I want it because i plan on toning down quick ! Go up a size if you dont want it snug.

High quality and super easy!. It had a nice snug fit.  Did not feel like it was constricting me.  The fabric was nice and smooth, even the ribs were hardly noticeable. i got a small so i could really shape my arms and tummy faster it was a little of a struggle to put on but it keeps everything right and makes me sweat buckets.

Easy to Use and Quick Solution. Great for documents and photos. It is so much easier to get on and off. So I ordered this waist trainer because my other one was way too big after having my son and I have only worn it for one day and im already impressed.  My old one felt like wrestling neoprene.  The boning in it helps keep me from slouching as much so which is nice cuz my back kills me when I slouch. . .  I really liked that I can get a better wrap and tighter fit with this one because it is not 10 miles long.  By far best one I have used yet and it is probably the 3rd or 4th I have had.  And as comfortable as it is I am actually more likely wear it instead of it just sitting in the closet.  It stretches well is comfortable.

I am in late 50s, average weight, not athletic, but in a good shape, and not fond of gyms, workout, and sweat.  But I am used to a lot of walking, taking public transportation, and standing in class.  That made me move up to 7 hours a day.  With Covid, things changed: online teaching, lots of seating, working on the computer, etc.  In the summer, I walk little outdoors due to very low tolerance to heat and humidity.  This summarizes my need for this machine.  Thanks to all the reviews, I bought it.  It took 10 min to screw all the bolts on, and it was ready to work.  I first used, but quickly removed, the press holder, for more movement.  The elliptical is sturdy, makes no noise  I keep it on a yoga mat .  is compact, and relatively easy to move around as needed, or fold and put away.  It is ergonomic.  I feel good tension in many areas when I walk on it: upper arms, legs, knees, buttocks, feet, toes, torso, neck.  I invented several types of movement and have fun with them: skiing  with elevating the heel while on the pedals, and bending knees , torso twist walking  I turn left and right while "walking" , "Pinoccio" walk  leaning back on the air and using the straight leg posture, pulling back on the arm handles , and some others  I also use various speeds of walking.  This machine gives me as much walking as I desire during those days when I have to stay home due to heat and work a lot online.  The fact that it has no expensive resistance device in it does not bother me at all, because this thing can make you sweat and workout a lot, if that is what you want.  It is the right elliptical for me, at the right price, and at the appropriate level of assembly and functionality.  So this compact elliptical is perfect.

Silence of the Products. If you are an athlete I had say this is not it. I have a medical condition that causes me to be sedentary for periods of time.  As such, my joints are weak and easily strained.  This is the best thing I have done for myself.  But if you are like me, someone who needs to get moving and has physical restrictions, this is it!.  I am not new to exercise and I am impressed by this.  Granted I am 5'3” and 120 lbs I do not think anyone much taller would be able to use it. I love this product.  Yoga has been impossible lately but having this at home  on my yoga mat  I can get on it for 15 minutes at a time through the day and I feel amazing.  The handles sit level for me at 5'3” and it wobbles when it is not on the mat.

Great Shredder for the Money. It fits well, and I like how everything is adjustable with the straps and I can have it as tight or loose as I want.  I can function and breathe in it.  I got a Medium.  Funny thing though, I laid down with it, and I could feel everything being snatched and I was as straight as an ironing board lol! The lumbar support is good, and I appreciate that the waist trainer goes all the way down to my hips, and it is not a bother when I put on clothes to workout in.  I went running today and did a bit of exercising along the way, and I definitely had sweat on my tummy. It is just right! I got the 3 belt waist trainer, and I definitely measured my waist, and I was 30 inches. The first one I got I was not happy with these run really small Im a size 7 waist and the xxl is so comfortable and fits amazing.

Better then what I had. I got my unit so I could exercise consistently to keep up with my Conqueror challenges, its easy to move it out of the way when I am going about my day, and then move it to connect to my office chair. It is super comfortable! Easy to wear! Make my body nice.

Does exactly what it needs to do.. I do not believe in doing all that to slim your waist. I have had this waist trainer for a few years now and I love it and have had no problems.  but I will say I wear it when I work out and do cardio and I love it because it helps you sweat more in that area. .  I do not use it for waist 'training' if I am honest.   I am not having to take this product everyday.

Just the perfect blend of value and quality. I am 5' 4" and was 149 lbs, I purchased a large and it fits perfect, if u want it tight get a medium, I have used it for the last week and I can see a difference in my body shape and I have lost almost 7 lbs, it works!. Everybody has been talking about Blackseed oil pills so I said let me try them out.  I have been taking them for about three weeks now and I do not feel no different honestly, it was very weird the first and second day I had start taking them.  I am not sure.  But the nightmares did stop.

I really wish there was a place to tuck the zipper in or that a flap was available to cover it.  On some tops that are more form fitting and thin you can tell there is someething there.   This is my first waist trainer and I largely bought it because of the rave reviews on it.   The 2XL  XX-Large  I ordered fits great on me for the smallest / tightest / last hook.  I am going for the snatched waist look so this is too big so I returned it and went with another product instead that has steel bones. .  It is very comfortable.   I was really hoping to get some lower abdomen control out of this but it seems that this will not do that.  Understandable since this targets the waist and the stomach.  My measurements were close to the larger size, but I realize now that I should have ordered the smaller one. I am 5'11", wear a size 11 / 12 in straight jeans and a size 10 / 11 in stretch jeans and weigh 185 pounds.   On the day that I received it I wore it for over 13 hours, including sleeping.  However, this morning, including my several mile vigorous and fast paced exercise walk, it has not itched at all.

Great shredder for turning cardboard into mulch. My body already feels stronger and I feel better.  The machine is small and does not take much space.  I have purchased various ellipticals, reclining bikes and none worked.  This air walker was less than a $100.  I am so happy to find a piece of equipment that truly does not make pain worse and is decreasing the pain.  I truly can state I feel no pain when I use this exerciser.  It is definitely the answer to my needs to move.  I would highly recommend this air walker for an elderly person with mobility issues to help build strength and improve activities of daily living.  I honestly can say I feel better.  I have a goal to get to 30 minutes a day.  I am so happy I broke down and purchased this air walker.  it took me  alone   to put it together in about 10 minutes.  I got it this week and have used it daily for 15 minutes in 5 minute increments to build strength and stamina. It is super comfortable! Easy to wear! Make my body nice. I am a 72 yr old female with very painful osteoarthritis all many bone joints including severe in ankles and feet already have total knee replacements.

Produces stiffer shared cards. I have recently ordered one of the waist trainers about a week ago and I love it! The clips are sturdy and the zipper being added really cinches me in.  The three layer security between the clips zipper and velcro straps are amazing.  The only concern that I have is that normally I wear mediums and I ordered a small to really be snatched in and I guess it is a good thing that I can fit the small pretty well but I think I should have got an extra small  if they came in that size  for what I was trying to go for But other than that the product is wonderful.  I would by and even recommend it to my 57 year old mother, that is how comfortable and supportive it is!. These are AWESOME!. however this is easy to do without undoing them. So to start I am a big girl with natural curves looking to lose my belly fat.  I tried those corsets that you clip in the front and while they helped they were just soooo uncomfortable.  I bought the XXL in this one and I am 5' 6. 5" and 270lbs.  This corset is so comfortable I almost forgot I was even wearing it. .  BUY YOUR NORMAL SIZE PEOPLE.  I see a lot of reviews where people buy one way too small to fit right, yall.  And you really cant beat the price you guys, like I paid $40 for a clip one and I immediately returned it when I tried this one on. .  they make it to be your size and still hold you in.  Anyway. .  I also noticed this helped my posture so thats a plus!.  The only thing I can say is annoying is that the straps do shift and move around and need readjusting. . .  For someone with less severe curves this probably will not be an issue. .  I got the one with 3 straps and I love being able to control how each area of my body holds in since my lower stomach is bigger then right under my breasts.  XXL is my normal shirt size.

Easy to use products. Update: Warning-if you have a bad hip this is not the machine for you-intense pain in my hip after several uses and had to return; Still a great machine for the money, just not for me.  Also, you cant wear it under slim-fitted clothing or clothing relative to slim because it will completely show and it does not look good at all.  I am a senior female and I had no problems putting the machine together.  This machine is perfect for a smaller person who just wants a basic workout and does not want to spend a lot of money.  If you are a larger person looking for an intense workout this is not for you. I was looking for a simple air walker that did not have a large footprint and this Sunny Health model was perfect.

But I ended up returning. Also expensive returning. However I am very pleased with this product.. These also make my skin really smooth and gives it a glow. When I get pain in my knees, I takes these and the pain subsides.  I have continued to order these. It is useful to remove all the polluting agents that are inside of our body.

Works for scanning w camera. It is a little heavy to move around but manageable for her. I like this product because it works.  Usually, 1 meal a day is more than enough food for the day.  I no longer crave sweets when taking this product.

Works well and seals water tight. Just purchased my second bottle and will continue to use this! Hallelujah, the pain is very bearable now!. The last year or so I have had severe pain in my left shoulder.  My shoulder is cracking and making all kinds of noise so there is something amiss there but that is expected when you get in your 70s.  After taking this black seed oil   about 3 weeks now   the pain has subsided dramatically! Well, I am allergic to both and this has had zero affect on me with no side affects.  I also read a comment here that this is not good if you are allergic to aspirin or ibuprofen.

Does what it is supposed to do.. I love the Velcro which allows for you to easily adjust it as you eat and as you lose inches. Because I am 6'1” with a long torso I thought it would be too short for me.  When I first tried it I think I pulled it too tight for a first timer and when I ate I got very uncomfortable.  But that was on me and not really knowing what to do, not the trainer itself.  It does not cover as much as I had like but it is not as short as I thought either.  The bones in it do not bother me and I am wearing it 12 hours a day.  Because of how far the Velcro extends around I probably could have ordered a L and had even more room to loose inches with it but I still have some give with this one too.  I am excited to use these techniques--I have already begun just minutes after finishing the book, which only took an hour.

Quick Warm-up and Quiet to Run. Nice!.  This is not an issue due to the product but more because I purchased a size too small. This product makes you sweat and had an affordable price.

Perfect for protection of important items. Shorts fit under my clothes seamlessly and I was also able to use them for tummy control shaping too.  Its also light weight so perfect during summer workouts!! It arrived with light odor but thats possibly attrubuted to the material its made out of. The insulation will definitely increase weight loss through sweating while exercising.

Better than the more expensive models. My advice is to get the SquareTrade Warranty that  offers with it because then you do not have to worry about a thing. Great product.  It has a lot of benefits; my husband has been using it for over 3 month and his blood sugar has improved drastically.  It showed in his lab results.  Very happy with the results and the product.

Easy to use goods!!. I bought it because I have a standing desk, and I started getting water retention in my feet and ankles from standing all day, and all the recommendations for that all say limit salt, and MOVE, especially move your ankles.  This does raise your feet off the floor approximately 5.  I wear a size 11 women's shoe, and I have plenty of room. 5"  if you keep your core and hips at the same place so your body does not bob up and down, which you need to do most of the time you are working  but as much as 8.  Glad I got this model. 5" off the floor if you move your whole body up and down. Quiet, solid, goes in forward and reverse, adjustable, I really like it.  Now I just have the monitor set on top of the riser, and I can stand  which obviously you have to stand still during video conferences, right  but I can use the elliptical the whole day as long as I am not on camera.  The handle makes it easy to pick up and move around.  I prefer standing on my anti fatigue matt, I do not know how comfortable this will be after a few days, we will see.  I did a smidgen of research before I bought it, and for the price, this seemed like the right choice. These pills are a great way to lose weight.

Worked like a charm. Used this product religiously for two years because I did not want to use prescription medication Methimazole for my hyperthyroidism.  This supplement made all of my levels completely normal in two years.  My androgen levels which were also high for a female has been regulated back to normal.  I do and will continue to order this product!. You need different size goodss to get full value out of productss.. I ordered the product for not much more than $20 and it was SWEET RELIEF not to wake up out of a deep sleep and have to go pee. Since I feel like my health care is subpar and too expensive, I was trying to self diagnose why I stayed dehydrated and was peeing too much.   I am not having to take this product everyday.  It was the best $20ish dollars I have ever spent!!!.  I came across an article about low ADH levels being a possible cause and that Forskolin could possibly help with that.  I wear it when I workout.

Super easy to empty. I have been using the Candida Cleans for many years.  It stops Candida.  I was free of Candida for more than 4 years until I went to emergency with an ilment that required high doses of antibiotics.  You can imagine what happens next, Candida hit after many years.  I finish the treatment this week and Candida is not there any more! Life changing - for Product needs. I am not sure how well it will old up over time as but im hoping it last.  I got a medium which was a struggle to put on lol but I wanted it to suck my stomach in and it is doing just that.  I love the fact that it is long enough to cover my complete stomach as another one I order from another company did not do that. Someone told me about black seed oil and I looked and found the capsules and they work very well I will order this product again.  The first time I put it on I put it on the 1st clamps but I then could not get the zipper to zip as I was spilling out of it, so I then put it on the second clamps and got the zipper to close.  In these photos is my 2nd time wearing it and I have it on the second clamps.

LOVE this Shredder. Honestly I was skeptical with the is product.  I was using a treadmill to get cardio in, but had to get rid of it due to space.  And let me tell you know….  I WAS WRONG!!! It is actually so much harder of a workout!  In a good way  sweat DRIPS! I so far love with stepper so far and look forward to seeing what it will do for my body in the coming months. Awesome products with so many handy accessories!. I have been purchasing this product for a while and I love the new change.  It is more comfortable.  The structure is more rigid and fitted.  I think the after taste is similar to oil of oregano, not "motor oil".

Functions well, size not optimum. 5. The book is short and to the point.  Has some great tips for overcoming common roadblocks.  Love the ease of use.  Great for people beginning a new weight management program or need a little refresher course.

Works perfectly!!!!!. Love this trainer shirt!
