I knew it was seasonal and so I thought I had try these in addition to better allergy meds.  These worked!!  The allergy meds did not!!  They are comfortable and easy to use, and while I would not say they provided 100% percent relief from my occasional snoring, they did provide 90% - which kept her in bed and both of us happy!.  I was a bit skeptical but when my girlfriend moved in my snoring became a bit of a hindrance to her sleep. Good quality purchased as a gift. To be upfront: I received an email from this company saying that if I posted a 5Star review I had receive an updated version.

Great cost for a products. The final product turned out great and everyone asked where I purchased the cookies! Of note, I would make sure to handle the outside of the bag with care because it did leave fingerprints. Love these, I have gotten a bunch of people hooked on them too.  I chose the larger size to accommodate pizzelle cookies.  Since we made them a week an advance, we had to package them and keep them fresh which these bags did a great job. These bags were perfect for the party favors we handed out for my daughter's waffle birthday party.

Love it for home use. If you want more deep, full breaths and you have a narrow nostrils this really helps. Fits, works, useful, family has accepted me wearing the nose dilator.  If you are super allergic and full of mucus you should deal with that first. I have ordered these for years. not morning strength, not too weak, and very flavoursome.  She loved every bit of it, even the magnetic flap box it came in, which she says she is going to keep and repurpose.  It is a very well curated afternoon tea set. . Just the right size for my jewelry project.  She also said that the tea was an absolutely perfect afternoon tea blend.

It ain''t no joke ... We ordered this DNA kit and learned that our dog is actually half Border Collie/Belgian Malinois. I love this product.  That explained a lot.  Also gave us the realization that we were lied to by the seller.  Made in U. S. A.  Fast forward 2 years later, and we really did not see much Lab, zero Newf and his personality was way exuberant, energetic  yes, hyper  and SMART.  2.  Customer service reps are based in Portland, OR.  They actually answer the phone, or get back to you very quickly.  3.  Individual response.  First off, we were told when we bought our puppy that he was 1/2 Lab, 1/2 Newfoundland, which is exactly the two breeds I was looking for.  After our initial report, and my lingering doubts, they went on to further customize my dog's report based on some photos I emailed them.  The results were so thorough and individualized, it was well worth the money.  They even included a scatter plot showing how far my dog was from being a Lab or Newf  zero %  , going back to grandparents, with greater than 98% accuracy.   To those who complain that their report only gave them "Mixed Breed" as a result  for example, one reviewer got 50% specific breed info, and the other 50% "mixed breed"  . .  Seriously. if your dog has many, many different breeds---truly a Heinz 57, your result may be "mixed breed", or part of your report may state that.  Our dog also has some English Spaniel, Shar-Pei and Rottweiler.  There was enough DNA to determine this. . .  Like he understands English. but if he had over 40 breeds in him, like some reviewers, yes you will likely get "mixed breed", and only the predominant breeds noted.  That works for me---you can not force-extract breed information that is too minute to quantify.  That is not the fault of Wisdom Panel! This product is fantastic!. 09.

Cardboard monster!. Parfaitement satisfait. As advertised.  I used these to make Halloween loot bags filled with candy.  The quality is great and the seams on the bag hold up well.

Yes for Stickers!. They are very happy with it! They especially enjoyed the fruit cake and said it was excellent. What a wonderful product, my wife can sleep again, and I can breath through my nose.  I am so pleased as my nose blowing has come to a minimal and I am not going through boxes of tissue.  She tried the smallest one for her plug sinus and nasal drip and loves them.  Our grown son  lives on his own  will be purchasing his own as he too has sinus problems.  I went through a sleep study and was told to wear a C-pac, I refused and slept on my stomach.  A great product. ..

Work great for business cards. I ran 3 half marathons and a full marathon and all the training in between using this tube.  Now that I am back into running I am glad I found my old friend! Works great anywhere down there and prevents butt, thigh and groin rash.  I never used above the waist or on the chest area  tape!  but I had try it if I had chafe issues there.  Amazing product and I am looking forward to reordering.

The speed is impressive. This mask is amazing! Zero pressure on my eyeballs, 100% total light blocking, and I love the adjustable strap with no velcro to catch my hair or pillowcase.  I am obsessed with this mask now - if you are thinking about it, just get it already!.  Of course, the pretty blush pink caught my eye and I liked the memory foam feature. I would give it 6 stars if I could!. I struggle with snoring and have been tested for sleep apnea with a zero percent result. I have only used these twice and already feel relieved.  My snoring however is terrible.  I have been using a z-quiet mouth gaurd and numerous other sleep aids like body pillows and chin straps.  Blah blah blah.  Nothing seemed to work.  I get severe headaches throughout the day.  My neck hurt too.  Well I finally feel relief and not tired in the morning.  I slept straight through the night and according to my Snore lab app I scored a 14 vs my 78 point score two nights ago.  I did however pair these with my z-quiet mouth guard but I will continue to use these for a good nights rest.  I was certain they would not be easy to get used to and probably a waste of money.

Excellent refered others. Although I am not all that familiar with the King Charles, I was at least mostly convinced she did not have a significant amount of German Shepard in her as she does not have any of the browns that are popular in German Shepards nor is she anywhere near their typical size. I will start off by saying this: I was leery of purchasing this test as I had heard of tests coming back as just "Mixed Breed.  This observation resulted in my discounting all information I heard about her makeup, though not disregarding it altogether.   One day, I heard of Dog DNA tests during a "This American Life" podcast.  I was very intrigued at the idea and wondered what a test would determine about Nikki.  When I got home from work, I researched the available tests, but was torn about the cost vs.  benefit vs.  We had heard through the grapevine that her parents had King Charles Spaniel and possibly some German Shepard in them, but that was about it.  risk  of the test not being able to determine the makeup .  I ultimately decided to purchase a DNA test for three reasons:  1  I personally was curious of her breed makeup,  2  I did not really care to continue calling her a "mutt" when people asked her breed and  3  I realize that Nikki is one of a kind, but should anything happen to her, I think I would look for dogs similar to her in hopes of finding another dog that could come close to the excellent dog she is.  I personally chose the Mars test because of the composite review score on  and the simplicity of the process.   I received the testing kit, followed the instructions, and only provided the online system with Nikki's current weight and spay/neuter status.  I purposely did not include a photo as I was afraid that it would severely skew the results of the test  she looks a lot like a Border Collie, though we were never told she had Border Collie in her .  We got her as a puppy and never really saw her parents.  I sent the results off and have been "patiently" waiting for her results ever sense.  I just received the results less than an hour ago and I am 100% convinced they are spot on! Full Blood Cavalier King Charles Spaniel on one side and a Border Collie/Mix on the other.  The traits describing each of the breeds also described much of Nikki's personality  there was one about being motivated to "train" by being given food rewards - I cannot tell you how true this is for her! .   I am extremely pleased with my purchase and I am thoroughly convinced of its legitimacy.  I will be recommending it to any friends or family that mention being interested in having a DNA test ran on their puppies! My only advice would be to analyze for yourself the cost vs. " Here's a little bit about why I purchased this test and my experience:  My Nikki is just over 3 years old and is the best dog I have ever had.  benefit vs.  risk of purchasing the test before doing so.  for me it was 1000% worth it, but for others it has proven to be a waste of time and money.   Hope this helps anyone needing an honest review!. Just what I needed!. Every morning I have to search for them in my bed.  They stay in long enough that my girlfriend and I are sleeping deeply through the night.  My snoring had gotten to the point that turning on my side would not always stop it.  My snoring meant my girlfriend was not getting great sleep either so she also loves these vents even though she does not use them herself.   edit: Apparently there is a new version release to address the vents falling out.   Now for the negatives.  First it is expensive for what it is.  Maybe there is a good reason these cost $24 but it seems like a lot  but totally worth it for me since it works for me.  I have not tried the new version yet but will update this comment if I do.   They fallout. I am getting the most solid sleep I have in years so I love this product. These cards are absolutely lovely!.   When you first insert them, they file odd  not surprising, you stick them in your nose.  So this is why I give it 5-stars.

Doing great so far. It is nice to have different sizes to try; the larger ones work for me, and the texture helps keep it in place through the night. I have always had issues with breathing clearly through my nose, which has led to frequent night time wakings with a dry mouth.  You can also easily trim them with scissors to customize it.  Even still, they often fall off if you do not thoroughly clean and dry your face first.   Since I have started using these, I find I wake up less often and night and get better sleep scores with SleepCycle.  Putting it in is easy, though it is necessary to adjust it occasionally.  It is still not a silver bullet for my sleeping problems, but it definitely helps.   So I was a bit skeptical of these nose vents, but willing to try it. Chrystal clear, good weight, easy to use and seal.  I have tried using nasal strips in the past, but was put off by the waste and bother of putting a new one every night.

It works better than other shredders I have had. Overall these are the best I have found and I will continue to use them for the rest of my life. I tried every single product to help breathe better at night and none of them were as effective as this! I even had a septoplasty surgery about a decade ago and it was not enough.  Ideal zum kühlen nach einer OP.   I tried the throw away strips and thought they were too expensive and I hated having to throw them in the trash every day and have them stick all over my trash bin liner.  After going on  and trying every single product option available, I came across these and immediately ordered the sample pack.   The middle ended up being the best size for me and they have completely changed my life.  They stay put most of the time unless I am having a bad night and tossing around.  You can clean them with a diluted disinfectant like bleach or even soap and water and they will still work fine, but with a little discoloration over time.   My only small complaint about them is that I wish the loops on my medium size were a little smaller.  I find that even on the smallest setting they are still a bit too large.  The loops on the small size are perfect, but the unit itself is not long enough to fit deeply enough and so it falls out.  Sleeping has been horrible for years because I ultimately ended up breathing through my mouth which caused me to toss and turn all night.

Best I have owned. The color was a little darker than I wanted, but that was not that big of a deal.  Soft material and the artificial pearls are not heavy at all.  It was not too tight, so no marks on her head like some headbands.  It comes a little flat, but I put it in a pillow case and fluffed it in the dryer for 5 minutes and it was like new.  Precious. I have a deviated septum I notice a difference when I wear these to sleep.

7 years of daily use and it is still going strong!. However, some people with wider mouth or too smaller mouth may not be able to fit well. I had severe sleep apnea problem since I was young.  Five years ago, when I learn this new technology, I start to use it to pull my lower jar forward  open airway .  I need surgery to repair deviated nasal septum, remove a bone spur and repair nasal valve collapse.  It is the most effective tool that I like.  I have more than 10 MRG made through 5 years.

Fantastic for small businesses. By far, the most comfortable and customizable. This was my 4th anti-snoring device.  Also, customer service is very responsive and easy to work with.  I would recommend.  I find it disconcerting to have to use these every night for time immemorial - but until there is a better solution, I am super grateful to have these.

Saves time and money on projects!!. It would freak me out! I would take 5 breaths before he would take his next! Ofcourse he had some type of sleep apnea. . .  This worked for my husband! He would stop breathing at night. did not need a damn sleep study.  He had to do something, but he did not want to do a CPAP.  He felt it was more of an issue with his jaw ect. .  I sleep better. . . OL168 products A4. They may look good, but the red box extra strength with the tan color is the best BY FAR if your face is like mine. So my poor wife had been tolerating my snoring ever since we started living together.  I was worried that it will exacerbate, so I went and bought a bunch of remedies, like nostril wideners and topical ointments.  They were annoying an uncomfortable.  Then I saw an ad for these strips. Excellent product, fits perfectly our Ipad air and Ipad air2 model A1474 and A1566.  I do not because my face has always produced natural oils  which is why I need to keep my face clean and wash 2x a day with a facial soap .  So if you are on the oily side, you should not have any trouble with the adhesive.  If your face is on the dry side, you may want to use a moisturizer, but the moisturizer does definitely make the adhesive weak, so use the moisturizer sparingly.  Also, since my face does let out quite bit of oil throughout the day  and some at night , I find that the CLEAR STRIPS are not as effective in adhering to the nose.  Hallelujah, No More Snoring!  So I hear that a few people have a problem with the adhesive.

Many of my family members would tell me they would hear me snore super loud so I decided to give it and buy these.  They stick well to your face but make sure to put it on right the first time or it will not stick right when you try again.  Will definitely keep buying!. I purchased these because for a very long time I noticed that one side of my nostrils always closed up when I laid down to sleep.  I can not believe how quiet they have made his snoring.

Good shredder - need to find a better bag option. Love the products!. After hours of research, I decided to give these a shot.  They came in a 6 pack, but only one set actually fit and would stay.  The silicone piece holding the two nose ports actually broke within about 2 months, so at the price, I just took the loss. So apparently I sound like I have a grizzly bear trapped in my nose when I sleep.  They were not too uncomfortable to sleep with, but I did notice my left nostril having dried blood in it when I woke up a few times.  All in all, it is a decent product for the price and I would recommend if you do not have full grown grizzlies trapped in your nose.  Sleeping with a cpap is not comfortable so I looked for a different route. Worked Great to Improve Shredder Performance. There is also a little trick that can be used for those who might have a small nose due to age or whatever. To the lady whose husband that had a bruise caused by the strip, he should have read the instructions.  Put a very tiny dab of vaseline on the bridge of the nose where the strip goes over the nose.  That way, when you peel it off, it should not stick in that area thus no skin will peel off.  As shown by the attached photos instructions that comes in every box, the strips do not go over the bridge of the nose where her husband applied it.  Also, you peel these strips off starting on one side by putting your thumb underneath the edge.  You will never peel skin off if you remove the strip in this manner.  I have been using them for years and years and have NEVER had a bruise or had skin peel off of my nose.  At least I have never had that problem.   I think it is unfair to the manufacturer to give them a poor review when it is your own fault for not reading the instructions.  The go down near the base of the nose right where the nostrils are.  I am a former Marine.  I do not complain about small insignificant things like that.  These strips work great.  Be a man and get on with life and quit complaining about a tiny piece of skin coming off because when it was your own fault that you did not read the instructions and placed the strip too high on your nose.  I breath well all night.

Did I just turn into my parent?. He sounds like a bulldozer is drowning in his throat.  No lie.  This single product has improved my quality of life so much.  We tried everything from Dr , who say nothing is wrong, to every pillow and nasal spray out there.  I was on the verge of separating our bedrooms and then I found this.  My husband has been snoring for a few years now and it is loud and aggressive.  From night one it eradicated his snoring! I can not believe it.  If you or your partner snore this is a must have!. If I could give this 10 stars I would! This is a game changer for me.  It literally holds your nose open so u can breathe.

Great for Storing Cling & Unmounted Rubber Stamps.  Very Sturdy!. They also explained the genetics in a way I could really understand, and given the science of genes  which I verified online  everything now makes sense even though she would not be identified by anyone as either of the two breeds.  Also, I already knew the mother was a golden but had not told the Wisdom Panel folks, but they still got that one 100% right.  I completely understand why there are some one and two star reviews here - I was initially quite surprised by the results and even questioned them with the company.   And she is completely black with short hair.   One other thing I found compelling was a study that showed that the vast majority of mixed breed dogs are misidentified by "experts" - search for that study out of the University of Florida School of Medicine.  They sent the results for review and not only confirmed them but even had me send pictures so they could show me the traits of the two breeds involved.  Bottom line: I really learned that just because the dog does not look anything like her ancestors does not mean that the genetic findings are incorrect.  Great responsive and friendly customer service too. What the warranty. Needless to say, my anti-snore device was a casualty of that battle.  But it worked so well, and was so comfortable, I had to buy another.  This one seems to be holding strong against the onslaught.  I broke my first one, because apparently, my upper and lower jaws absolutely hate each other, so at night they engage in a war that is been raging for almost half a century. It is super cute.

EAsy to use- just turn it on. They are very happy with it! They especially enjoyed the fruit cake and said it was excellent.  The items came well packaged and the box looked great when it arrived, just like the photos.  It was expensive at ￡34. I bought this as a wedding gift for a family member. 99 but it looked special and I was happy giving it as a gift. 3 minutes with this in.

Slow, but useful!. It is great quality and the design is perfect.  Definitely worth the money. This is a lovely well made case.  I also breathe in deep when i sleep which causes my nose to close because i breathe so deep, causing me to snore.

As pictured. As described.. There was one eight that they said was 'mixed breed' and so clearly could not determine, but I was not fussed about that.  They also include a MDR1 screening and he tested 'normal'.  It was a really great process with this product.  The directions are very clear  and do involve creating an online registration  and the packaging is cleverly put together so that it is very simple to ship off the dna swabs.   I really can not say enough about this product and 'experience' of learning about my dog.  The company has a cute video online about dog DNA that my 6 year old son could understand, and the whole family eagerly awaited the results.   The results showed the break-down of breeds from each lineage  does not distinguish whether maternal or paternal  .  I think this was an excellent product and a really fun experience for the family at a really reasonable price.  They also mention whether if there is a lower confidence in the breed designation. We were so happy to use this product when curious about our new puppy! He was a mixed breed from the humane society, so we wanted to know out of curiosity, but also because we thought it would be important to understand breed characteristics to assist with dog training.  The price compared to a cpap machine or other mouth devices is unbeatable.  Then, there is a comprehensive write up of each of those breeds including distinguishing physical characteristics, typical size range and traits.  Once I received an email that they had the package, it was only one week for the results  they say 1-2 weeks.

Helps Make Magnets. Thought I would have to buy a newer version of Ped Egg because I could not find replacement heads in the store. Using this to protect my handmade cards, perfect for what I had intended to use them for.

I bought this for my mutt dog when I started looking at pet insurance.  As with health insurance, pet insurance policies have different pricing/coverage/etc.  This information is EXTREMELY useful for dog owners and veterinarians alike.   The report I received was a lot more comprehensive than I expected.  It shows the previous THREE generations of dogs, on both sides.  2 weeks later, the results arrived. 5% each .  However, it will tell you which group they belong to--Terrier and Herding, in my case.   HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This is such cool technology!. , so it made sense to get something that would cover my dog's breeds  mainly Shepards/herders , as well as any injuries, since he routinely goes to daycares/dog parks.  It also summarizes the breed history, appearance, and behaviors of each breed--for all 5 breed that showed up!  Side note: it will say "mixed breed" for any breed that does not meet the testing threshold  I am guessing this is 10%? It did include 4 of my dog's breeds, which per my math were 12. Was easy to install and keeps the cords in one spot; works great.   I had never heard of MDR-1 testing before, but this alone is worth the cost.

Exactly What you Want!. For the price it was worth getting and fit perfectly. I do not snore anymore! I am not sure if my jaw will suffer long term damage from being forced into an underbite every night, but my wife is very happy I do not snore anymore.

A need for any classroom!. I find the clear ones do not adhere enough to work, so my stars are only for the tan ones.  I find it disconcerting to have to use these every night for time immemorial - but until there is a better solution, I am super grateful to have these.  My husband says these work really well.  I should add that they do not solve for everything - I still sometimes snore  maybe through my mouth  so I am going to add an anti-snoring pillow to the mix.  Fully recommend.  It takes time, effort and hot water, though I see someone uses moisturizer, which I will try tomorrow. After 20 years of marriage, I just randomly started snoring this year, which is frustrating.  And it is so much easier than getting a CPAP, which I am not even sure would help in my situation.  And, I do not like taking them off in the morning.

An Educational Tool. I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea and prescribed a CPAP, I hated it!! I have been wearing a night guard for teeth grinding for several years so I wanted to try an oral device for my sleep apnea.  This was fairly easy to mold to my teeth.  If you have never worn any device it might take a little longer to get used to.  The purpose is to reposition your tooth alignment and you will feel that in the morning and may have some sore teeth.  Hang in there, it gets better after a couple weeks. This is a good temporary relief.

Great share sheets. The testing showed that the father was 3/4 lab and 1/4 mixed breed. Reenergized me every morning I take it with water.  Worth the buy.

Powerful and quieter than expected. When I do not, it drops to under 90% at points during the night. Fanno il loro dovere.  She knows when I am not wearing it or if it fell out of my mouth, she will say “babe, you got your mouth thingy in, because your snoring” and vice-versa.  I also track my oxygen levels with my Garmin watch and they are all green 90% or more when I use the mount piece. I can certify that my wife's snoring has stopped 100% and she states that my snoring has stopped.

Simple and Works. Packaged nicely around together in clear plastic. Bought the wrong one my mistake guess they would have worked if you had the right machine.

Excellent quality and a great value!. Breathe right strips were the best until I found Mute.  Other than the fact these are way too expensive for a 3 pack; they work the best.  I sleep SO MUCH BETTER and actually my snoring was reduced quite substantially as well.  I got sick of dealing with feeling like there is a kinked hose not allowing the full water flow  air flow in nose .  I am waking up feeling much more rested.  Also, when I am congested or feeling blocked, I wear these around the house and at the gym and I feel I am less stressed / anxious and it helps me get in better workouts too.  So I tried everything. Satisfied customer. I am a bit overweight and have obstructive sleep apnea. This is my first review of a product after years of purchasing items on .  I refuse to get a CPAP.  This immediately stopped me from snoring.  Now I do not need one.  Sleeping with a mouthguard is not the most comfortable thing in the world and takes a few nights getting used to.  The science behind it is pretty simple.  Still far better than being hooked up to a machine.  The only other con is that when I wake up it takes my jaw an hour or so to readjust to normal position  because I slept with it in a forward position all night .  It works, period.  This was mentioned in the instructions so I knew what to expect.  I have a sleep tracking device and my data the next morning showed a significant improvement in my amount of restful sleep.  I definitely recommend this for anyone who snores, or has a spouse who snores.  Both myself and my wife are very happy now!.  I have purchased plenty of anti-snoring devices over the past couple years and none have worked. I have purchased these heads repeatedly since the original heads on our 2 Oral-B's became worn.

Home Office Must Have. I have used this anti-snore device for almost a week and after the first morning, my husband rolled over and said "I can not believe it, you did not snore one time!" Another plus is that it keeps me from grinding my teeth. I feel like I can breathe much easier.  They opened up my nose air passages.

The device is custom fit to you by boil and bite method.  Read instructions carefluly and get necessary equipment to accomplish the fit.  There is movement in bars which can allow snoring.  I could not wear the device the entire night the first to nights.  It is not a problem now and it makes sleeping much better for me and my wife. Great product for a competitive price. Easy to fit, forms to teeth and does not fall out. I bought these to keep my nostrils open when sleeping when having some allergies.  But I noticed they improved my allergy symptoms for the day after sleeping with them.  I also love that they are clear so unless my wife looks closely at me when I am sleeping, it is not super obvious that I have something in my nose.  I found the largest ones without the ridges are more smooth and have not had any problem with them falling out.  The ones with ridges kind of tickle and it is hard to ignore them.  Simple concept and well made and easy to clean.

Awesome for shredding more than just paper!. Such a game changer! These are a must have for those who snore!! They WORK wonders!.  Trial and error determined which size/pair worked best for my size nostrils  using the largest pair caused discomfort and soreness.

this machine is a powerhorse. Stops my husband's snoring so I can sleep! It does sometimes fall off at night, but he claims his quality of sleep is greatly improved also.  Recommend trying the trial package first to determine the best size.  I am bloody happy now.

Only flaw is difficult to transport. Awkward and heavy.. In terms of comfort, it took a few days for me to get used to it. I have been using this device for more than a month now, and it has allowed me to sleep better.  I had been using a CPAP machine for the prior 2 years due after a diagnosis of sleep apnea and never liked to sleep with it.  I had tried another mandibular device before this which did not work.   This device has worked and keeps my lower jaw forward.  This prevents my tongue from collapsing back into the back of the palate which is what causes apnea.  The fit in my mouth is ok, though it is not the sleekest of devices.  If you follow the instructions as written, it asks you to use attach some piece of plastic to the lower jaw mold before putting it in the mouth which prevents you from fully biting down.  Because of this the lower part of the appliance kept coming out at night.   After I remolded it without that additional plastic attachment and fully bit down into the appliance then it worked fine after that.   There are six sizes of plastic rods that come with the attachment.  Estoy muy contenta con la compra.   I used a snore meter to record my baseline snoring statistics and once again with the appliance.  My snore score dropped from 28 to 15.   I had to remold the lower jaw mold twice before I got it right.  These are used to attach the upper appliance to the lower one.

Great for pictures. This device is barely invasive.  Crap.  If you want to get more air to your brain, I recommend this.  30 years of sleep and breathing issues.  I have had the dental apparatus.  I am grateful for this .  It was a mid-evil device, a two tier retainer with A hinge at the jaw.  I ordered this about a year ago.

Great Product for the right price.. It is legit and it works VERY well. Funciona perfectamente y bien acabado.  Things you need to know about a product like this.  #1 a dentist can make a device just like this, but it costs $1500.  With that price, you are paying for a precision mold, professional adjustment, and it lasts much longer.   More durable material  .  If you take the time to properly mold this device to your teeth, it fits just as good.  # 2 This device pulls your lower jaw forward.  A LITTLE.  The more you move it, the more you move your teeth.  Figure out the smallest amount you can move your jaw forward to sleep well.  You WILL feel like your teeth moved overnight.  It is sooooo slight, do not concerned.  It is worth it.  That being said, I *would not recommend* this to anyone with any missing teeth in the front area.  It will put pressure on the teeth you have.  Just find another way.  #3 it takes getting used to.  It is NOT comfortable if you never used a device like this.  You get used to it, over months of use.   Basically, I have owned the dentist made devices and this is just as good.  It will probably need replaced every few months.  You will know when you wake up and it popped out of your teeth.   Bottom line. I have sleep apnea and I can literally feel my life leaving me if I do not use some sort of device to open my airways when I sleep.

I have no issues with sound quality or build quality.  It is from a reputable company and just has to be cut to length needed to use.  Nothing more to say really. Bought to put my handmade cards in. Well made cable, does the job, easy to strip and gets the sound from the amp to the speaker.

Worked great for foiling. I sleep so much more soundly now.  IT WORKED! Years and years of snoring stopped or reduced dramatically immediately.  I have tried nasal sprays, snore pillows, humidifiers, breathe right strips.   Okay, it is a device you stick in your nose so obviously you can feel them.  I had two rounds of expensive painful somnoplasty to tighten the back of my throat.  But, they are quite comfortable and they stay closer to the opening of the nose versus the cone shaped devices that get jammed way too far up, in my opinion.  I cannot tolerate them.  I could not deal with those.   It immediately improves air flow and it not annoying to the point it affects my sleep. I have been snoring for years.  Sure, I rather not have something in my nose, but the feeling of being able to breathe is great.  I have tried the nasal dilators shaped like cones.   I do not know if this will work for everyone as everyone is different, but for a pretty small cost, sure seems to make sense to try it even if you have tried many other things.   Sound machine was a great decision.  Life is so much better when you do not disturb your partner and do not have to hear complaints everyday.   I am using the medium size, I think I have an average size nose.  I went to a dentist and got a custom molded snoring appliance for around $700.  If you are not sure, I would recommend getting the trial kit of all three sizes.  I bought a sound machine to mask my snoring.  Needless to say, my anti-snore device was a casualty of that battle.

Perfect for home jobs. I love the design and specially the beige little leather thing that is hold your iPad straight, love it.  Actually she tied a small ribbon to it so they are way more easy to find the morning next day. It just looks like real leather, very nice.

Perfect clear vinyl. This thing takes a good week to get used to, and during that week, you are gonna hate it.  It is gonna make your front teeth hurt like hell.   First and foremost this product works as advertised.  You will think it is gonna pull the sob's out.  How do I know? Because if I try to be sneaky and sleep without it, she will wake me up and ask if I using it, because I will start snoring immediately.  I stuck with it though, like the instructions said, and it took a week for everything to adjust to a new normal during the night.  My wife does too.   This thing will fall out of your mouth in the middle of the night, and so long as your significant other is asleep, set it on the nightstand and enjoy the rest of your night peacefully snoring away. So, my wife ordered this for me, so I am writing the review.  If they wake up, pop it back in, claim it fell out and you did not know.   As far as sleep, well, I sleep better because I am not getting gouged in my side or constantly being told to roll over, and I get to sleep.   It is easy to set up and mold to your teeth, make sure you have a good sharp set of scissors or a handy pocketknife to trim it up along the back, and be sure to smooth it down for your tongue.  I wear it and my wife says I do not snore with it.   All in all, it does the job, and works as advertised.   Now, on to the bad.  I ultimately decided to purchase a DNA test for three reasons:  1  I personally was curious of her breed makeup,  2  I did not really care to continue calling her a "mutt" when people asked her breed and  3  I realize that Nikki is one of a kind, but should anything happen to her, I think I would look for dogs similar to her in hopes of finding another dog that could come close to the excellent dog she is.

Easy to install, easy to use. I have been sleeping with a nasal strip on my nose every night for over 10 years due to nighttime stuffiness.  I also have stuffiness when I take a daytime nap. 30 nasal strip for a half-hour nap.  I had tried a previous version of nose vents and did not like them, but these looked better - more comfortable and worth a try.  Am I GLAD I tried them again! Now I keep a set next to my bed and slip them in whenever I lie down for a nap.  They are comfortable and easy to remove if I need to be "presentable"  I do not like other family members to see me with a nasal strip on, but that is just me .  I can breathe easy, fall asleep just as fast as I do with the nasal strip, and not even think about the nasal vents until morning.  Quick, easy, comfortable solution to my lying-down stuffiness.  I will never be without these again. Exactly what I was looking. It also comes with .... Bernard. I highly recommend this test.  My fur babies have always been shelter rescues and I could not care less about their 'pedigree'.  He's probably about done growing at 29 pounds.  Since then, I have always purchased this test so I could let the vet know to add that test to their regular workups.   But probably the most FUN part of having this DNA test done, is to discover just what kind of mix each one is.  B genes slightly mellow the Jack genes so he's not completely high-strung and obnoxious.  One is a 7 month old "Hound Mix", the other is an 8 1/2 month old  shelter labeled  "Beagle/Terrier Mix".   I now know that my 7 month old "Hound Mix"  Cooper  is actually a Treeing Walker Coonhound with a dash of Australian Shepherd. .  I was able to anticipate and understand more about what makes him do the things he does as well as prepare for what a big boy he's getting to be and going to be!  He went from 18 pounds at adoption on 12/12/15 to 42 pounds at last vet check on 2/1/16!   The older  8 1/2 months , but smaller puppy; the Beagle/Terrier Mix? Well, my boy Tucker is actually  please be seated for your own safety  is actually a Parson Russell  aka Jack Russell  / St.  Bernard Mix.  but we do call him our little "Jacknard".  I discovered he is all Jack on one side and all St.  Bernard/unknown mix on the other side.   Get this test! Yes, you could be potentially saving your sweetie from a pre-disposed genetic mutation, but you also gain a lot of insight into what makes your baby do those things s/he does, how big they will actually get, and what type of dog they  mostly  are! Not to mention you might just get a new word to say when some jacknard cuts you off on the highway.  But I did once have a little one that had a genetic disposition to a disease that I did not know to look for and which he ultimately passed away from.  I currently have 2 male puppies.  .   No, do not try to imagine the "how" of that, the picture will stay in your head forever, trust me .  He's about as tall  short  as a Jack, with the stout body and excess neck skin of a St.  She loved every bit of it, even the magnetic flap box it came in, which she says she is going to keep and repurpose.  One family side is all Treeing Walker, the other side was all unknow mix with the exception of the Australian Shepherd.

Better than expected.... I have been trying different nasal dilators for about a year now.  I have a deviated septum and a narrowed passage.  small seems almost like for a child .  I bought Mute as one of my trial and error choices and found it not comfortable and put it away.  Recently I decided to try it again and really work with the adjusting of the paddles.  .  I actually got a reasonable night's sleep.  On subsequent nights  I have been using it about 1 week now  it continues to provide sufficient breathing comfort that not only can I feel the air actually reaching down into my lungs but I am getting quality sleep for the first time in a long time! I have even used it during exercise and it helps there as well.  large did not come close to even going into place for me.  Overall the comfort is better than all the others I tried as is the air flow.  Definitely get the starter pack to figure what works best.  I find Medium is perfect with paddle adjustments .  Good luck and hopefully good sleep!.  I tried the strips and found them way too aggressive, so started looking at the various other options - basket style, clip style, etc.  The first night I used it I had to adjust one side a couple of times during the night for comfort but it was staying in with no issue.  Used to keep one in my car and when I traveled always took one with me on the plane.  .  There is a bit of a learning curve re adjustment both of the paddles and getting used to having the foreign object in my nose.

Withstands constant running, multiple pages. Super shredder, buy it now! Seriously!. I can not believe how quiet they have made his snoring.  He still snores but so quietly I can finally have a nice nights sleep. My husband used to sound like a full orchestra when asleep but since we purchased these nose clips he is now a lone triangle.  He says they are easy to wear and that he can not feel it when placed in position.  They are perfect to protect products before sending them out in mailers.

Would you ever call a shredder cute?. My niece has it and she does alot of shopping for toilet paper etc. It was wonderful and so fast.  It is a custom fit via hot water melting the inner pieces of the retainer so it does not slide off during the night which was my big fear.  My concern is how much is it to keep.

Great for applying adhesive. They work way better than the disposable competitor or other remedies that I have tried. I highly recommend these.  Do they make a drastic difference? When I fall asleep before putting them in she will wake me up to ask me to put them in - meaning: she can tell a difference.  How I can tell: when my nose gets stuffed from allergies or sinuses I can not breathe at all out of my nose, with these, it is amazing the difference.  Mine have fallen out, oh well.  They can be uncomfortable at times, just move them around a little and it is fine.  Mine have not ripped or broken yet so I would chaulk that one up as a user error and if they did just buy another pair, they are not expensive.  I got them because I was keeping my spouse awake.

Does the job perfectly.. I tried this device hoping for better results and it was a success! It is different than the two previous ones in that it has adjustable straps that protrude the lower jaw more or less. I snore bad according to my wife.  I tried the #3 straps and have used it for over a week.  My wife said I am not snoring at ALL which is great.  The mouth device is very comfortable and I do not have a bit of pain or discomfort in the morning when I take it out.  I even had a sleep study to check for sleep apnea, but I do not have that.  For those of you that have tried these devices before, you know that there can be some discomfort in the morning after removing it.  I have not at all experienced that.  My wife is happy and I sleep perfectly fine with the device.  I have tried nose strips and that was a waste of money.  I recommend that you try it and hopefully you will have great results also.  ***I have been using this now for a month and still no snoring.  Then I found this one on  at a much better price point, w/o insurance.

very versatile with accessories. Always tired.  So since wearing these every night, I have been going to bed by 1:30am and sleeping until 9-9:30am! I go to bed breathing better because I have 2 deviated nasal septums and these strips help open up those passages! You can tell the difference.  Maybe a night or two and then I quit using them.  I just received 3 more boxes from  yesterday.  Let me say I have been a night owl for so many years.  I am going to continue nightly use.  I was only getting 5-6 hrs a night.  I sleep much better and feel better.  I do not know why I did that.  These stick well to your nose, so in the morning, start by lifting the strip on each end slowly and lift up until off. I have used these off and on for years.  These are a game changer!!.  Going to bed at 3am and getting up at 8 to 9am. And were so surprised at the results! But once we thought about if, it made perfect sense! She is 100% yellow lab on one side of her lineage, but the other side is yellow Lab, Golden Retriever, and German Short-haired Pointer! Wow! She does point a LOT! And her body shape exactly matches a Pointer! The results were amazing, considering we only sent saliva and no picture.

Solid Product pouches. exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. Had trouble finding the right replacement rollers for the first PedEgg but these are the right ones. Nicely made.

Shreddy the shredder. I include a picture so you can get a better idea of the size my baby was wearing a 6 months size dress on the picture. Have a couple apps that both listen for snoring and monitor my movements in sleep.  This did amazing.  Before, 28 minutes per night snoring to 1. 3 minutes with this in.  Not sure it works for everyone, but do some before and after with an app so you know if it works.  I am amazed that a couple centimeters of adjustment changed things so much.

One tough shredder. So far after a few months of using these at night. I will start off by saying the biggest thing for me is getting use to having them in.  I would definitely recommend.  Once I got used to feeling them in my nose.  I enjoyed using them a lot more and do believe they helped.  They seemed to help keep my nose more open and could breath better.  My fiance did say some nights I sounded like Darth Vader but was better then my snoring lol.  But I am still giving five stars because they have been a cheap fix to a big problem.  The strips use to come off after awhile and why I searched for new answers.  It is a bit awkward at first when I first started using them.  I myself could hear a distinct sound while breathing but honestly it was the sound of air flowing out my nose so I liked it ha ha.

Exactly as Expected. I have tried other products, and they do not stay on nearly as well as these do. These stay on.  They help with snoring. I was skeptical but willing to give this product a try.

Always have these around.. This is a proper copper wire and copper today is worth gold.  I am not a wire maniac type of audiophile but this QED product is the absolute minimum for anyone with serious amplifier and good speakers and dare I say : one does not need anything else than proper heavy 100% copper multi wire.  The only other con is that when I wake up it takes my jaw an hour or so to readjust to normal position  because I slept with it in a forward position all night.

Product refill. So I bought this one and it was much much better! I have a pretty big head and this one is adjustable enough that I can get it comfortable so it is not too tight but it still helps prevent my mouth from opening.  It is so effective I think I am actually going to buy a second one to have in case one of them is being washed or dried!  One thing to note though. . I had tried a different chin strap before this that was way too tight and not adjustable and that was discouraging but I thought I would try another.  This works best with nothing in your mouth.  If you have a dentist made mouth guard this is not very good because those mouthguards are designed to let your teeth slide around and if that is the case this might pull your teeth back a little bit actually causing more of a snoring problem.  But with nothing in your mouth this chin strap can help your teeth stay locked in a neutral bite position which helps prevent snoring from your lower jaw going too far back. .  But once I got used to them, man it has been nice.

Will shred anything in your shred stack at home. Below is his review of the product.   First, I have to say that both the smooth and ridged vents did not always stay in my nose.  On the other hand, I have to say that both types were comfortable. I bought these for my husband.  There was definitely a different sensation, butI did not have any problem getting to sleep with them in.  In fact, I often woke up feeling as if I had been breathing better.  I do not know how else to explain that sensation.   In the down side, I can not say for certain that they did anything to reduce my snoring.  It was the same with these vents.  What I do not know is whether that was because the vents do not stop snoring or whether it was because they were falling out and thus not  literally  in a position to be effective.  I will need to be able to consistently wake up with them in place in order to say for certain.  I include a picture so you can get a better idea of the size my baby was wearing a 6 months size dress on the picture.

Compact products that works excellently. It friggin works wholeheartedly.  No more snoring while on my side.  Sleeping on my back might incur some snore but I do NOT need to use my cpap machine anymore.  Just pay special to the forming of it.  Take your time and read many times so you get it right.  Make sure your teeth are pressed against the front of the mouth piece so that the proper crevass is formed so that it does not fall out of your mouth.  I am bloody happy now.  . So I bought this on March 6th, 2023.

Nice Product pouches.. It took one week for the lab to receive the swabs and two weeks for the lab to deliver the results.  When my husband and first received the result we were very confused, because we really thought our dog was Bernese Mountain Dog or Aussie. I purchased the test and it came with two swabs, which I was very nervous about because my dog was only 2 months old and she did not hold still very well for the 15 seconds you are suppose to swab their mouth for.  The results came back 25% Pomeranian, 25% Golden Retriever and 12% Pekingese.  At first I thought about asking for a second test, but the more I watch our dog grow the more I see she has the body structure of Golden Retriever and lots of characteristics of a Pomeranian, even the markings and color.  Although I see absolutely no Pekingese in her.  The test did state that she had "unknown mix breed" in her and even offered a list of potential breeds that could fall into "mixed" category.  I was disappointed that Bernese and Aussie were not in this category of mixed breed.  Overall we are pretty happy with the results.  Since our dog is a puppy it was even nice to know what her estimated weight will be. Better than expected.  A+. You can not feel this one in your eyes because it is so gentle. If you snore that means you are waking up several times a night and do not know it.  This is sleep apnea and effects your life during the day.  I searched different products and Z Quite checked off two boxes.  Does take a little bit to get used to because it is lifts your lower jaw.  This jaw lifting is the trusted activity in the chin lift CPR.  So the next day on my cardio workout was amazing and not just in my mind.  I am noticing my face is not puffy and my bed head is not very severe which means I am not being restless during the night.  Please get this if you snore.

Comes with everything you need.. I can see her face when I wake up! She says I do not snore at all when I use this device. I have been using this for about 2 months now.  It is basically a double-sided mouth guard but it has some minor adjustments for your overbite.  Pay careful attention to the directions.  If you adjust it too far for your mouth, you will wake up with a sore jaw.  As it is, my teeth were sore every other time I used it for the first 2 weeks for the first 1 hour of the day.  Unlike most mouth guards, you can really sink your teeth far into this one.  My wife does not leave to sleep on the couch or bury herself under 8 pillows anymore.  Make sure you get a deep impression in the mold.  My teeth actually snap into it when I wear it.  It takes a week or so to get use to having such a large mouthpiece in your mouth, but it is better than a CPAP mask.  I hope it works for you too.  Used before and will continue to use.

Best bang for the buck!. They predicted our puppy would be on the smaller side of 40-50 pounds, which the vet agrees with. After a lot of consideration, I decided to give this 4.  I even agreed with the surprise parentage of 25% Golden Retriever and 12% Pointer.  Totally fits.  Where I am dubious is that the one breed we were absolutely certain this dog was was not anywhere on the report.  I definitely think the results were at least 80% accurate-- without any pictures or prompting, the test showed our mutt was a lot of lab and terrier mix, which we suspected.  Not even in the possible "mix" category.  I will say their customer service department was excellent and spent a lot of time addressing my concerns that my German Shepherd mix was not even a hint of German Shepherd.  He was Chow Chow for the last percent. 5 stars.  Really? Bottom line: they may be right, but not sure if I agree with 100% of the results of Chow Chow over GSD.  Still, we would do it again to help us decipher what makes up our pound puppy. Very easy set-up. Great product. I have been known to snore like a bear.  If my wife would fall asleep after me, sometimes it had be impossible for her to sleep due to the volume of my snoring.  I never liked the sticky tape feeling of BreatheRight strips or those pods that you stick in your nostrils that make you look like some character out of Star Trek.  When I saw these silicone nose vents, I thought I had give them a try and I am so glad I did.  First of all, instead of one set, they give you a set of four—a variety pack, if you will, so you can see which one works best for you.  I have yet to find a set that did not work well.  On occasion, in the middle of the night, they have fallen out when I have rolled across the pillow, but for the most part, they are comfortable, invisible, easy to use and most importantly, they WORK! I love them! As soon as you put them in, they open up your breathing passages and give you a much more restful sleep.  Best of all, my wife tells me that instead of snoring now, all she hears is deep breathing—like waves on the ocean—so, if she has no complaints, how could I? Give them a try.

I have always been a nose breather when I sleep until I took a fall that changed my breathing.  After my fall I had trouble breathing through my nose whenever I was in the prone position.  This resulted in me breathing through my mouth at night and waking up multiple times reaching for water to relieve that parched, desert feeling.  I can not say enough about this product except whoever came up with it, genius, just genius!.

It is great for Product papers and mounting labels and small signs .... While this was certainly a possibility, it was obvious there was more to her than just, and we were so curious to know what breeds she was.  I researched these kits and found a general theme to the reviews- people loved them or hated them.  It was clear that the people who were not satisfied were people who got unclear results.  The test is only so specific, and the more mixed breeding there is in a dog, the harder it is to identify the breeds.  For this reason, people with highly mixed breed dogs got more nonspecific results.  We rescued one of our dogs from the SPCA, and we were told she was a shepherd mix.  This is also probably more likely to happen with rescued dogs.  One of the great features is that the test results are formatted like a family tree, giving you your dog's parents, grandparents, and great grandparents.  Our dog was found to be 1/4 Labrador retriever, 1/2 Rottweiler, and 1/4 Mastiff.  One parent was 1/2 lab 1/2 rottweiler and the other parent was 1/2 rottweiler 1/2 mastiff.  I was very pleased with the results.  The test itself was very simple too.  All you do is swab the cheek and send it back in the package provided.  It is so much fun, and a great product/service!.  After looking through different sizes I finally found this one that fit perfect on my desk.

Perfect size for Product cards.. I am a Laboratory professional not genetics but good knowledge of collection techniques so when my "purebred" registered Shih Tzu turned out to be a "mix" it was a bit upsetting.  My dogs sire was AKC with DNA and DAM was ACA without DNA so she  my dog  could have been registered with ACA.  So being Laboratory oriented I wanted her DNA because I was leery of non-AKC so my puppies DNA showed she was only 75% Shih Tzu.   Mars includes 250 breed genetic markers .  Mar's was very good with their communication and different explanations of procedure and results.  She is so pretty and Shih Tzu looking most people would have just registered her and possibly bred her.  That is how this scenario perpetuates itself and people get taken.  My advice is if you are paying for a purebred puppy or even "designer" mixed breeds puppy  these dogs should only have 2 breeds show in their DNA  make sure there is DNA evidence on the parents because these days with all kinds of "registry" organizations it is the only way to know.  Get an addendum to your puppy contract that if you test the dog and it is NOT what it is supposed to be they will refund something and you will not have to give your dog up if they get squeamish walk away.  That was the moment I realized I needed this every time I sleep.

You can keep checking the status on the web as to what is happening ,it is like when you order Dominos and you can see the stages your pizza is going through before it is delivered .  Took around two weeks and they sent another email letting us know the results.  When you receive this you go online to register .  And indeed she was a purebred pug! Going back three generations.  But , you have to make sure your dog has not eaten anything for two hours.  Very impressed, all they had was her DNA , nothing else was mentioned about her. We had bought a puppy from a breeder saying she was a purebred pug, but as she got older we started wondering if she reall was, did research on this product and decided to order it.  You also get a colored certificate that you can put your dogs picture in and print it out.  Put the swabs back in the prepaid box and ship it back, as soon as they receive it they send you an email, which for us was a day later.  Any questions I had with customer service was answered with professionalism.  Then included in the kit are two mascara like wands that you run inside of dogs cheek for 15 seconds, let it dry and rub gently again . I have been using this product for years I suffer from severe sinus issues.

Easy to use and value for money. This was for fun and I am glad I did it.  Little Man is who he is and, knowing his background of very smart breeds, just makes me all the happier he is part of my life.  I adopted a 10 week old mix breed at the end of February and my vet is saying there is some wolfhound in there.  I am saying lab and maybe some poodle.  Even if we are both wrong I think this is a fun way to find out more about my "Little Man"  who is now 17 weeks old, 30 pounds and as tall as a lab already  and will be able to tailor his nutrition needs and training needs to the proper breeds.   I got the results of this DNA test back in less than three weeks.  I was very surprised at the outcome: German Shepherd Dog; Golden Retriever; Boxer and Pomeranian.  They both absolutely loved them.  It is okay though.  This all gives me very good ideas on how to handle his training. I received this kit just a few days ago and have submitted the DNA sample.  I can see the head profile of the GSD and the webbed feet of the Golden, and even the fuzzies from the Pom but, frankly, I just do not see Boxer there.

Book marks look so very very good. If you have sleep apnea and cpaps do not work, it is probably due to an overbite situation.  This corrects that! No cpap, no thousands of dollars.  They stopped making that particular model and I was left hanging in the breeze with sleep apnea again.  The only reccomendation I have is to make the side spacers a hair longer and of a more substantial material. I used to get as similar mouthguard from a professional sleep company.  The acrylic type plastic tends to break easily under the weight of my jaw.  Other than that, it is a great product.  Then I found this one on  at a much better price point, w/o insurance.  After hours of research, I decided to give these a shot.

I am pleased with my purchase.. I have my sleep app photos I could share to show you the major difference this device had made in my life. The VERY FIRST night my husband used this mouth guard, he stopped snoring.  He finds it mildly annoying and his jaw aches a tad when he first wakes up, but no more annoying than the earplugs that I wear which are also slightly annoying and make my ears slightly ache.  We each compromise a little so we can continue to sleep in the same room.  Seriously, I cannot thank the inventor of this device enough.  This was our first attempt before moving on to more expensive anti-snoring methods.  From chainsaw to silence in ONE night.  I recommend trying this first like we did.  He does not appear to have sleep apnea.  Just a snoring problem especially on his back.  Give it a try and then go from there.  We could not believe it.  We love it - well, I love it.  There still is very light snoring from time to time which my earplugs completely block out.  I do not always wear my ear plugs anymore because I no longer need to! Good quality product. I am sleeping SO MUCH BETTER now. My snore score is usually a 140.  Thank you for this.  I was not paid or incentivized to write this, just extremely grateful.  She said that she did not hear me snoring all night, and I listened to the audio and the snoring was extremely quiet!! Compared to taking the cake compared to anyone she is ever slept in the same room with who snores.  Please give it a try  Edit a few months later.  This dropped it to 30!! My girlfriend was finally able to sleep next to me.  Still works good.  Snore score has dropped down closer to 10.  I am beyond happy that this simple easy thing actually is having this much of an effect.  Most nights my girlfriend says I do not snore at all, some nights louder but not often.  I am writing a review because it surprises me that something which worked that well for me that I could not find any other cheap solutions for is being reviewed the way it is.  I snore like a freight train. You Will Use Two Sheets Per Item shared. I called around to other offices and the cheapest I could find was $700 and I was like, whelp I guess my boyfriend and I are never sleeping in the same bed again  Then I found this snore guard. This fall I started snoring REALLY badly.  I ordered it on a whim thinking it probably would not work.  I tried everything.  Nasal strips, wedge pillow, melatonin, humidifier, nasal spray, nothing was working.  But I was actually able to shape the mold while wearing my Invisalign retainers and so I am able to wear both! It took a couple of tries to get used to the snore guard, it is not the most comfortable thing in the world but I am getting used to it, and it took a couple nights with the different guard lengths to find the one that stopped the snoring  #3 , but my snoring has almost completely gone away, and my boyfriend and I are sleeping in the same bed again!.  I was quoted, and I am not even joking, $2000.  Bad enough that my boyfriend and I started sleeping apart because he could NOT fall asleep with my snoring. They REALLY WORK.  I called my dentists office to ask about a device that was very similar to this.

I got my Mars results back in 2. 5 weeks, and he came back as purebreed Doberman on one side, the other side a mixed breed, predominately terrier, with a great grandparent that was a wire haired Dachshund.  This explains his appearance and temperament perfectly, and lets us know what to expect for the future! I am also excited to find out that the Doberman looks come from a purebred, we assume, momma, as there are other dog breeds that have those markings.  But he's short legged and kind of long bodied.  I recommend this to anyone curious about what their pound mutts ancestors were. We adopted a pup from the shelter.  For us, it is not only adult size, but possible health issues, life expectancy, and training needs that we have learned from this test.  I wondered if it was Corgi or Heeler, something larger, that made him short and long  he's a heavy guy, expected to be 60-70 pounds when grown .  Edited to add: Many months later, we have got a new puppy and are eagerly awaiting the results of the Wisdom Panel we mailed off yesterday.  His appearance was confusing, he had the markings, head and tail of a Doberman. I bought this as a wedding anniversary present for my Mum and Dad.

Works well and less expensive than other types available.. Just what I wanted!. Looking for something to ease my snoring, I discovered nose clips several years ago.  Even if we are both wrong I think this is a fun way to find out more about my "Little Man"  who is now 17 weeks old, 30 pounds and as tall as a lab already  and will be able to tailor his nutrition needs and training needs to the proper breeds.  I needed some new ones and found these for a good price.  Apparently I still snore when using a clip but not as much or as loud.

A+ Customer Service. And of course, we love our girl just as much as we did before we knew anything certain about her heritage!. Phoebe is about two years old and is 15 lbs.  of pure energy, agility, and cuteness – but can also be tough as nails and hold her own in rough and tumble play with much bigger dogs, like our 60 lb.  Golden.  Mars also lets you know if your dog is antibiotic resistant.  However, she is relatively tall – about 12-13 inches at the shoulder, and her long delicate legs, trim waist, barrel chest and rounded haunches made us wonder about Italian Greyhound.  At the same time, Phoebe's behavior is definitely more like a terrier – we were thinking Toy Fox Terrier, Rat Terrier, or Jack Russell, maybe – though we also thought she could be a Miniature Pinscher or Chihuahua Mix.  And her coat color & texture and otter tail look exactly like a yellow lab's.   We also joked that with her speed, agility, her prancing and quick little head movements as well as her hunting ability and personality, she could be part cat, part fox, part bird, part mongoose and part Lippizaner horse.  She is definitely ALL circus dog!  And then the results came back tonight: she is exactly half Chihuahua – not a shock, but a bit surprising given her height and head/muzzle shape.  AND the only other breed that showed up was….  Siberian Husky! That was quite a surprise! It was, unfortunately, the only breed that showed up on a side that appeared to be all mixed breeds except for that one Siberian Husky great-grandparent.  The mixed breed possibilities included the greatest probability of the hunting group, next likeliest sporting group, and finally, terrier.  All of that could potentially make sense, but we were surprised not to see one of our other guesses come up.  We were disappointed not to have more specifics on that side, but that is really not the fault of the test – she just appears to be a Heinz 28. 5, if not a total Heinz 57! In the mean time, it was great fun anticipating the results and learning about a variety of different breeds.  She was picked up by animal control as a stray and was fostered by the wonderful folks at Helping Paws Rescue, who said she was a “corgi mix” – probably based on her long body.

Everything I wanted from a products. Made very well.  the band is not tight and the flower and beads do not interfere with the baby's face.  Not as bulky as pictured but that is a plus.  Very happy. This is gorgeous.   This device actually seems to have made my previous jaw joint discomfort disappear! Also, no more preoccupations if I am grinding or clenching during my sleep.

HIGH QUALITY Product POUCHES/SHEETS. Overall it is still a great mask! You will not regret getting this! And it is lash friendly!. I had originally gotten this to gift my mom as I recently got my own eye mask and started sleeping much better with it.  I will definitely purchase this item in the future if I need another iPad Air cover.  I always have to tilt my head up a bit to feel comfortable.  It does have a funky smell when you first open it but it does go away if you decide to leave it out.  Only real con is the strap goes all the way around, vs.  my current mask that has a velcro strap.  I decided to test it out before handing it over and I am genuinely debating keeping this for myself! I am a side sleeper and my current eye mask is not exactly side sleeper friendly.

A really good shredder, highly recommended!. It does not unclog your nose it just helps you feel better when it is clogged.  The purpose is to reposition your tooth alignment and you will feel that in the morning and may have some sore teeth.  They help when your nose is clogged up and it is hard to breathe.  Also all year round allergy issues.

Exactly what I was looking for. The large ribbed one seems to stay in better, although it does not entirely fit within my nose and sometimes feels like it is on the verge of falling out.  They do not eliminate my snoring, but it seems to delay it and may reduce it a bit.  I am sure this also makes my snoring worse.   Overall, I would say these have worked better than anything else I have tried, other than Claritan-D and Flonase, both of which unfortunately give me nosebleeds after a few weeks. I have one nasal passage that gets stuffed up very easily, which restricts which side I can sleep on, presumably reduces how much oxygen I can take in, and makes it more difficult to fall asleep.  I am now trying these vents in combination with a less powerful, over-the counter decongestant, to see if the two together can keep things open throughout the night.   The four different options are great: my recommendation is to start with the larger size and only drop down if you have to for comfort reasons.  I highly suggest reading all the directions first before you start the process and follow them to a T.

products Review. He has told me that he feels more well rested than prior to putting it his his mouth at night. Upon opening this package, I discovered all parts accounted for.  I do, however, suggest reading through the instructions on how to put it in your mouth, warm, to form to your bite.  Unfortunately, he lost this one at a hotel on a fishing trip.  The use caution when placing it in your mouth.  You could potentially injure yourself.  He claims he must have spat it out in the middle of the night.  Once fitted properly, it worked well on my husband.  His snoring has not stopped but the volume has subsided. It does what it is intended to do. The morning after night #1 was ask my wife how she slept.  She looked confused for a second then realized she had a great night sleep because I did not snore.  My first two nights were a little rough. I am not much of a review type of person.  I am unable to close my mouth fully but have since learned to use my tongue to create a seal inside the mouthpiece so my body naturally breathes through my nose.  I sleep on my side almost exclusively, so that can contr.  This is the first thing that worked. Just perfect for recipe cards!. I was snoring for quite a while due to a deviated septum, and when applied properly, it completely keeps my nasal passage open to stop the snoring. These have been a game changer for my sleep.   I wish they made the extra strength version in a smaller size.  My nose is more narrow, so I do have to place the strip perfectly to make sure it works properly.  Otherwise, it can fall off while sleeping or not have enough skin surface to provide the proper level of adhesion needed. Works great. Excited to use for crafts. Want to try foilng.. If i did not experience that I might have had good luck with the large smooth one, but sliding out and a raw nose is not something I am willing to deal with.  I do not have the newer versions so I cannot speak on them.  I found that all of the sizes and types  flared or smooth  did not fit me well.  I like the idea but this version did not work for me.  The smooth larger size was almost right but it slides out *because of what I will discuss later*.  The larger flared size hurt unless it was hanging out of my nose further than designed.  I will say that having the larger ones in did increase airflow, but I could not sleep an entire night with them.  I tried on multiple occasions, yet I would always end up with so much drainage that my nose would become raw from wiping. Love it, the quality is really nice, it looks a little bigger than the one on the picture.  I am only stating my experience.  The small sizes were too small.  Is this a fault of the product? No.

Great share Pouches. I am not sure it has "solved" the problem, but so far my wife says I am rarely snoring anymore. I use these for my custom coloring books.  I do not want to have surgery or use an artificial respirator.  My friend recommended this stop snoring device to me so I decided to give this a try and so far I am pleasantly surprised. My wife is very annoyed with my snoring so I have researched many solutions.

Great quality, quantity & price - very thick for 3mil!!!!. When I needed a replacement piece, I contacted the company through , and they immediately responded and then sent a complete new mouth guard. This mouth guard takes my Snore Lab score from a 60 to a 20.  That was above and beyond!.  And, most importantly, I wake up feeling rested. I have always used qed 79 strand.

It works great for what I need.. Highly recommended. . . . .  of wearing one.  Summer vacation approaching and a camping trip required a different approach.  The first night I used the smaller size and they performed well.  Then on the beach trip I bumped up to the larger size and wow, I was impressed.  The elastic is a little big so I do not think the baby will be able to wear it newborn but I am excited to see it on her when she can wear it.  Then on the camping trip my buddy always has to put his tent as far away as possible and I convinced him not on this trip.  Next morning said he did not hear me a peep! I also thought this would be a little gross, but find it is much better than having to clean a mouth guard.  Plus with these, you can still easily get hydrated in the middle of the night.  literally.  Kept nasal passages open for some of the best sleep I have had in years and no snoring.

Does what it should. Even my roommate says it is a lot better. Currently deployed and I decided to try these out.  You.  I have been recording my snoring using the snore lab app and have seen a major improvement.  The only downside, I would say, is the fit could be a bit better, but that is to be expected since they are generally sized/shaped.

Works as Expected. Truthfully I had to give a pair to my roommate because we both have sleep apnea.  This product will not solve your problems if you do not use it consistently.  The first few days I kept pulling them out of my nose well I slept.   Nose vents with a little youtube searching for home exercises and month stretches for streangthing your air ways will help and some cases cure your lack of a good nights rest. .   Loss of sleep has a major effect on ones quality of life throughout a regular day of work and exercise plus managing and simple memory recall. . Ill take heavy breathing over not breathing on and off throughout the night.  I finally got past the weird feel of the Nose vents and starting thinking more about the benefits to better sleep. . . I have been using this product for about a week now and Ive notice the difference finally after 7 days. . .  I thought I would never have sleep apnea but my camping trips and shared hotels with friends say other wise. . Good value for a home shredder. No pictures were sent of my pup and I had the results of the testing in just less than 2 week from the date that they received my same.  Now, I am awaiting results of my other pup.  I knew that the father of my pup was primarily lab. . whom I have no idea of her back ground as she was a rescue.  The testing showed, however, that the mother was 1/2 Golden Retriever  the long hair , 1/4 Shar Pei  my pup has black spots on his tongue , and 1/4 mixed breed.  I highly recommend and well worth the money even just for curiosity.  The testing showed that the father was 3/4 lab and 1/4 mixed breed.  I figured that it was no more expensive than going out for dinner on 2 separate occasions.  Plus, it does give some genetic information regarding gene mutations that can cause issues with certain medications mostly among the herding breeds.  While, I know his mother - we have never been able to identify her breed and had assumed that she was likely a cocker spaniel mix with her long wavy hair. . I am very impressed with the ease and accuracy of the testing.  If your face is on the dry side, you may want to use a moisturizer, but the moisturizer does definitely make the adhesive weak, so use the moisturizer sparingly.

This was great - we felt we learned about our dog and are glad we did it!  Our pup came from a rescue shelter, and their guess was that he was a full Black Lab.  We waited until we uncrated him first thing in the morning, so there would not be food or whatever in his mouth, used the included cheek swabs to get genetic material, then mailed in the swabs and waited about 3 weeks for the result.   The test came back 1/8 Lab, 1/4 Weimaraner, 1/4 Border Collie, 1/4 Retriever, and 1/8 "mixed breed. "  If the test can not get to at least 1/8 for each species, it comes back "mixed breed" for that great grandparent, and gives best guess statistics for the mix, like "60% guard dog, 20% hunting dog," etc.    I can not say for sure that the test is right, but Weimaraner in particular opened our eyes.  We would never have thought of it, but his body and head shape are much more Weimaraner than Lab, and he has a Weimaraner's need to be be around other people and dogs.  The test did not particularly change the way we train or respond to our pup, but we are very glad to know, and feel like the test was well worth it.  Put batteries in, pointed at tv  Bush  and it worked straight away.

I like this shredder. I would encourage any snorer to at least give it a try. I have tried many things to quit snoring…nasal spray, nose strips, etc.  I was very skeptical about this product but figured it was worth a try.  I realize that phrase sounds like I am in a bad infomercial, but it really is true.  I am able to sleep next to my partner without guilt now and I can comfortably wear it the whole night now.  I have not snored at all, even when lying on my back.  I would sometimes snore so badly in that position that I would wake myself up.   Update: I have been wearing this for over a year now and it absolutely is the only thing that stops my snoring completely.  When fitting it to your mouth, make sure it is soft enough when you bite down.  Your teeth should sink down into it.  It was well worth the money.  Expect to drool at first.  The first ten minutes or so that I have it in, I will salivate a lot.  After that, though, I have no problem at all.  I have had to cut some of the material in the back to make it fit my mouth easier, but I really cannot say enough good things about how it has impacted my sleep life with my partner.  I have been using it for a week and a half and I am a little shocked.   This device is not without issue, as there is some getting used to it.  The frame was absolutely beautiful, had the new smell to it as well and the engraving was perfect.  Finally, it takes a few minutes for my mouth to go back to normal in the morning after I remove it.  One side of my mouth would ache, but that does not happen now.

Great office shredder. My biggest critique is that it does not last very long, but I use 's return service/warranty to get a replacement. My sleep doctor was blown away that an over-the-counter device took my apneas-per-hour from 13 to 3.  After a couple of attempts, I decided that I had not let the water get quiet hot enough or I had let it cool a little too long, so I got it to a boiling point again.  This really works! My snoring app also shows that it removes all snoring.

What is trash, stays as TRASH. It really helped stop the snoring but it hurts teeth :/.  For the price, it seemed very expensive at first and I have had some friends of mine say these tests are "bogus" and really just random guesses to see your money.

Best deal you will find!. I find Turbine a little more comfortable, but I have got no problem using Mute.  Try them both - the quality improvement in my sleep is huge. I used Mute for a few weeks before trying Turbine - which seems to be the same product, but meant for athletic use.  Plus I snored.

You will be “That products person.”. The only reason I gave four stars on adhesion was that, I need one side to adjust a little further than it does.   I have a tiny nose  So that is more of a ME problem.  I had sinus surgery in 2021 to try to breathe better nasally, and the way my body healed left a 1mm hole in my septum, which CAN happen.  But I have had a whistle in my nose ever since.  Plus I was not getting enough air still.  The doctor and I agreed the hole was too small for a 'button' typically used for this hole in the septum.  So my search began for any way besides breathe-right strips.  Sadly my nose will not let them stick to me.  I found this product less than a week ago, I am breathing more clearly than I can remember.  I almost cried it was such a difference.  If you have issues with your nose, ears or throat and sleep I highly recommend trying at least the sample pack to see if it works for you.  Wonderful invention. Good material quality, overall satisfied.

Love this handy products!. My friend wears one that she paid $1200 for, so I am really glad I have had the help I needed from this product. I have been using these for 15 years for snoring and sleep apnea.  I highly recommend it.  I had the most miserable, horrible 3 nights of sleep, because I literally can not stay asleep for more than 20-30 seconds without it, and wake gasping for air.  My darling Shitzhu has chewed a few of them up over her 13 years of life so I have to be careful not to leave it on my nightstand.  None of them worked.  I have a little glass container that I put water and a little bit of mouth rinse in.  I had a sleep study test in 2021, and my doctor allowed me to wear the appliance for half of the night.  She commented in her diagnostic notes that it had a "remarkable effect" on my sleep apnea.  This is where I store it each morning.  This is a sturdy, well designed little appliance with huge results.  Because I panic to be without it, I always have 2 extra on hand, in case i forget and leave it out for the dog.  We went to different stores and pharmacies to try to find anything that would get me through the trip because I was completely desperate.  It has become the first thing I pack, because I truly panic now at the mere thought of not having it.  She does nothing else wrong in her life, but she finds that appliance an irresistible chew toy.  One time I forgot to pack it when we went out of town.  I am very happy with the quality and glad I ordered the frame, I would 100% recommend to anybody to buy this item.  I have tried many snore appliances prior to this, and this one is the only brand that has worked for me.

Apparently, I snore like a beast.  Then I tried Smart Guard.  This one is the best.  Ever. .  The difference is the fact that Smart Guard allows you to open and close your mouth.  Other products are locked in place, and do not really allow for any kind of mouth movement.  I had to take them out just to feel like I could swallow comfortably.  Nose strips, those plug things, decongestant, humidifier, head wrap thing.  With this mouth guard, I am comfortable all night, and have stopped snoring. . Our guest all love having easy access to two usb connectors.

So I contacted customer support and gave me advice, I had more questions and more questions and each time they patiently listened and gave me excellent advice.  We went back and forth a number of times and after listening to everything I had to say they offered me a replacement product free of charge.  I went through the fitting process following their instruction and the advice I received. I bought this product 2 months back to try out and as an alternative to the more expensive custom products.  The product now fits excellent and my wife says I hardly snore at night.  I am now having a deeper sleep and wake up more rested and energetic.  I followed all the instructions during the fitting process but still it was not comfortable - protruding edges were bothering my tongue and inner cheeks and my teeth was hurting.  This product works and is a great alternative to the expensive custom made ones. I love the size and ease of applying.

This company makes the best goods sheets I have ever seen, this size or smaller.... love the design, quality and especially the different angles you can position your tablet. After years of trying to figure out how to deal with my husband snoring, and my subsequent lack of sleep, my husband purchased this and has been using it for the past six months.  It has been an amazing change in terms of how frequently he snores.  He says it took some getting used to in his mouth, but we agree that the amount of snoring decreasing is very valuable and inexpensive fix to a big problem.

I just wish they made it in a smaller size.  I used the Snore Lab app to evaluate different interventions.  This product is the ONLY thing that works.  It would occasionally come out of place during the night as I relaxed and my mouth would open so I added mouth tape and my snoring is gone! I have been using it for a month with consistent results.  Barely put any on the back of your hand, maybe half a drop and kick it off, swirl around in your mouth.  See screenshot.  Advice: Follow the directions to the letter and give yourself about 5-6 days to get used to it.  It has been life changing.  I did not use it one night and resumed use just to show everyone the difference.

These sheets put life in some old photos, and provides protection from much handling.. Used as a raffle prize. Purchased this before reading the reviews. .  silly me!! fast and efficient. compared to my normal earth shattering loud snores  I tried each size and found the bigger, non-ribbed ones work best for me.  They really seem to open up my airways, helping me sleep better than ever.  These were a last ditch effort to avoid the inevitable, and after reading the positive reviews decided to give them a try.  I would recommend these to anyone looking for a solution to their snoring. I purchased these after visiting an ENT doctor, doing a sleep study for sleep apnea, and being told I could either have surgery or make an appointment to have a mouth guard made.  Even if I snore a little, this product has worked miracles and my husband is happy to be sleeping beside me again vs the couch! For $20 it is worth every penny, whether it cures you or at least helps ease the snoring.  After a week of wearing them, my husband will tell you I have snored once and it was only a tiny little snore.  I am only stating my experience.

9x12 inches - Self Adhesive Product Sheet. I am also hopeful my housekeeper does not accidentally toss this one out. When I first wore these h thought my snoring issues were cured and told everyone to get them, but then my 9 year old informed me j need not bother to wear them.  I do think it makes the snoring less loud than otherwise, so there is that.  And a friend told me it helps her husband breathe better by opening his airway.  It is small and hard to keel track of.  I am the type to develop staph infections, so there is your heads up.  Oh, how does it feel? At first it is a little odd to have something in your nose, but it most definitely did not bother my ability to rest.  Just focus on breathing.  of wearing one.  Also, the packaging does not say this, but it goes in your nose every night, so make sure to sanitize it daily.  For thus review I am getting a newly improved set that I am hopeful to try.

The Bonsai shredder is perfect. Easy to use. It handles 12 sheets, CDs, credit cards, staples.. Nice solid cable helps the sound. I never realized how poor the quality of sleep i was getting until I started using these.  Opened up my airways, reduced my snoring and I wake up refreshed.

These were perfect for my business cards.. We got the results and were super surprised to find boxer, corgi, komondor  definitely had to look that one up  with a wee bit of Pomeranian and Rottweiler. We bought this figuring if we got any more information than what we had about our rescue dog, we'd be happy. It explains some things and leaves us with some more questions about others, but we were very thankful to not receive any "MIXED BREED" results in our test kit.  We were starting to wonder when he was 10 months old and only 32 lbs.  We had heard that could be an issue with very mixed dogs and were not sure what we were going to get.  So we did the test to the fullest by pulling all his food, toys, water at night and swabbing him in the morning.   Overall we are very happy that we got solid results and still laugh about our lab/pit not being a lab or pit.  However, the results are crazy! Nothing we would have predicted.  My family thinks it sounds like a Jerry Springer episode, but we have told a lot of people about it  whom were all curious and had thought about doing it at one point for their rescues  and they all seemed very intrigued by the process.  Plus his features really did not look like either.   I could not guarantee that everyone would have the same luck as us, but if you are not looking for it to be 100% accurate and just want some more information on your pup, I had absolutely recommend it.   Our "lab/pit" mix per our rescue is indeed NOT a lab nor is he a pit AT ALL. This works great.  We sent in our kit and got the results in just about 2 full weeks.

I dreaded the thought of the possibility of needing a breathing machine  CPAP .  I ordered this about a year ago.  I am long overdue to order another one, not because it quit working but because it is discolored and it is time.  Has worked like a charm.  Reordering another one today.  It did take some time to get use to, and your mouth may stay open a bit while sleeping so you may have to wipe your mouth a few times.  Although I should, I do not use it everyday.  Worth every penny.  Admittedly, your jaw will be a little sore in the morning for maybe a week and you should follow the massaging instructions.  I did not realize my breathing was so limited through my nose until I put one on.  Easy to mold and assemble.

They are nice and thick. The nose clips work wonders.  I have been using it for the past 2 nights and. . . Surprisingly great products. As soon as I put them in, I can feel my airways expand; allowing for deeper air intake. My husband recently got a CPAP machine for his snoring.   I am not sure if it has stopped the snoring.  I snore quite a bit, due to allergies, sinuses and being overweight.  My husband's CPAP machine is loud enough, he does not notice one way or another.   The only complaint, which is probably more my fault, I left them in my mouth guard container for a few days without venelation and it absorbed a smell I can not seem to get rid of.  I find it surprisingly quite comfortable and unobtrusive.  It is not a strong smell but the vents are in your nose which obviously intensified it.   Seeing how much was involved with the CPAP, I wanted to exhaust all my options prior, in hopes of finding something less restrictive, comfortable as well as effective.  If you keep them in the container they came in this probably could have been avoided.  I wanted to mention it, since the material of the nose vents easily absorbs smells.   I am happy with these nose vents.   Overall, I am happy with them and would purchase again.  It has helped immensely.  This in combo with other therapies has been life changing.

fantastic shredder. I have borderline sleep apnea. I unfortunately have always snored.   This is relatively comfortable, very easy to mold to your teeth if you follow the instructions.  It has helped with my sleep quality and my partner says I barely snore - initally they shook me and woke me up because they got scared I have been quiet while sleeping haha.  I have used a cpap in the past but could not get over the discomfort.  Would definitely recommend trying if snoring is an issue. c'est la deuxième que j'achète car les bords se sont décollés à l'usage.

Great products.... There was one other test that was close, but that one was like 150. 00 bucks.  Our littlest dog was a mystery to us.  So we ordered this test.   We quarantined our little girl from her dog siblings, the water bowl, her treats, and food.  She had a little bowl of water and sat on our laps for two hours and then we took her samples.  I did a little research on DNA tests, I found someone who blogged about trying there different tests for his dog after having done one at his vet.  Read the directions - it makes it easier to open the swabs.  I sort of went in backward.  There is a website to register your kit, and this is how you will receive your results.  She is red and white, she has wirey hair and some incredibly soft fur, her ears are soft and floppy, she has one eye that is half brown half blue, one eye that is half Amber half green, she is wicked fast, a keen hunter, and overall playful.  After we took Roisin's samples we sealed them up and sent them off.  We waited two weeks, and got an email.  Our 8 pounds of furry is chihuahua, dachshund, Samoyed, mix.  She is 8 pounds.  The mix was concluded to be a toy breed or terrier - I can totally see that.  Mars also lets you know if your dog is antibiotic resistant.  Also good to know.  We felt there was some chihuahua in there, but we could not figure out the rest.  You get a little background of each breed, an explanation of any mixed breed finding, and a brief temperament and health expectation.  We love knowing what she is and certainly explains some things like why she loves the snow and then regrets jumping head first into a pile of snow.  It explains why she herds our Guinea pigs, and why she is so incredibly smart. There is a always a risk with a DNA test that your dog may have so much mutt in them that you just can not determine the mix of breeds.   We love the test, the ease and the results.  After the results, we got a little package in the mail from Mars, with a leash, treats, and some other things I can not remember.  We did get a coupon for another test, but our two other dogs are purebreds, and I am pretty sure they are as they appear.  This test had the same results as his vet's office.  So we gave the coupon to a friend, she was really pleased with her experience as well.  They are perfect to protect products before sending them out in mailers.

**10 year Update** Best Purchase Ever Made!. It does not slip out when you are sleeping pairs good with mouth tape too. The starter pack is a good choice I thought I had need the biggest one for good air flow but I stuck with the medium one. Wore it for her one month pics and her two yrs old pics.  I use them every night and it helps be able to breathe better and fits good in your nose if you get the right size.

Excellent products!  Get this one!. So I found this product.  It seriously works for me.  It took a few days to get used to wearing it, but after that break-in period, it is been perfect. Great products - My wife loves it!. So I decided to give this solution a try and I am stunned at the difference!! So excited my snoring solution could be this simple after trying the jaw devices and other apnea solutions that caused more issues than they resolved. I always thought I had sleep apnea because my snoring would wake myself up during the night, but my husband noticed that I never really stopped breathing and that it just seemed like I was not able to get air through my nose and that would wake me up.  Actually she tied a small ribbon to it so they are way more easy to find the morning next day.

I pressed as much air out as I could while putting on the lids, and they have been sitting on the table for several days.  The soft lids remain depressed, showing how air-tight they are.    I tested them with water when they first arrived - also excellent. These are jut perfect! Performs as description show. The thought of sticking something up my nose to help my snoring go away sounds rough.  It took a few moments to get the right size to fit in deep enough to stay, and to prevent the snoring.  I have used the sticker-type strips and they seem to almost work if I place them perfectly before going to bed.  With these I do not get the skin pulled off the bridge of my nose and they keep my wife happier than the "noise" that comes from the mouth part of my face during the day.  I am not a fatty, 5'10" 165 pounds and pretty much a perfect human specimen that functions in perfect unison until I start sleeping/dreaming of being a ball sports player and then I snore, unless I have these.  Es tut aber auch einfach mal gut, wenn man sie sich aufsetzt und relaxed - ein bisschen Wellness für zu Hause.

Surprisingly great.. I was at my last straw before forcibly making myself use a CPAP.  The first three nights sucked using this mouth piece im not going to lie.  I took it out the first two nights hours into my sleep.  By doing that your throat opens up completely and it keeps your tongue from falling over your air pipe. Im a deep sleeper and Ive been told for years I snore LOUD by several women.  I always sleep with my mouth open as well another reason why the CPAP sucks.  After I got used to this mouth piece after several nights sleep I would forget it was in at all.  I should be on a CPAP but I refuse to and I hate those things.  It takes about 20 mintues for your jaw to go back to normal in the morning.  I cant say enough positive things about this device, no snoring at all says my wife.  I breath normally through the mouth piece and I feel like I get a good nights sleep.  I purchased this mouth piece thinking heres another BS gimmick after trying several other stop snoring devices.  I will not go without one of these for the rest of my life now. Usually our tap water would taste very metallic, but now it is comparable to bottled water without a doubt.  We have saved so much money not having to buy bottled water since having these. Great ID badge blanks. Since then, I now get about a 90-95% clear airway and breathing is easy now.  It does work.  There is a tiny amount of discomfort, but you get use to it.   However, with these Mute devices, they now do that job.   Things to keep in mind: 1.  The size you order makes a big difference.  I took a chance at medium and it was perfect.  I did not even have to adjust the size.  Just shoved it in my nose, and moved/shifted it around to get a good fit.  Those nose/tape strips dont work, and many times, I would have to use my thumb and index finger to widen my nostril openings.  I am not even sure if I shove it too far deep inside my nose.   2.  Your nostrils will puff out a little when you insert these.   3.  No need to worry about them falling out or even swallowing them was sleeping. My ENT recommended this to me because I can rarely breathe due to my nostril passages being closed/slim.  They stay tight inside your nose.   4.  This product does not permanently fix your breathing problem.   Overall, a decent products that provides comfort to breathing better.  Mine is the result of a deviated septum and this worked like a charm.

Good machine to work with. These are fantastic! I have mild sleep apnea and these strips along with a Homemate Wedge pillow are doing the trick! i am not snoring and I am waking up noticeably refreshed! Thank you!. Tried a few things for my snoring and then tried these.  I was impressed with the packaging and the selection of tea, biscuits cakes etc.  I did not realize my breathing was so limited through my nose until I put one on.

Thermal Product sheets. Far better than waking myself up snoring! I have also noticed that I am not as congested in the morning or throughout the day and I attribute it to these snoring aids. I am a woman that was apparently snoring enough to run my husband out of the bedroom.  I believe that they are holding my nasal passages open in a healthy way.  There is a straight-walled one and a ridge-walled one in each size.  I tried the smaller straight-walled one the first two nights and still snored, although much better than before.  The only thing that shows outside your nose is a transparent "bridge" that allows you to pull them out in the morning.  I am apparently 1000% better, according to my husband.  Easy peasy.  I bought these because the price was not too high and they seemed like they would give me an option that did not look too embarrassing! Although there are four of these in the package, there are only two sizes.  They also come in a nice hard plastic case.   These are easy to wear and get used to.  Also, customer service is very responsive and easy to work with.  I moved up to the larger size, straight-walled again.

excellent choice. I was so tired of waking up exhausted, immediately wanting to go right back to bed. I rarely write a review but for all the snorers out there this is miraculous! I have tried every type of product to stop snoring.  I was just struggling to breathe all night it seemed.  little tubes that go in your nostrils to expand them, a nose clip on your septum, breathe right strips, throat sprays etc etc.  I feel refreshed, it does hurt a little bit but if you are tired enough you just fall asleep.  It did fall out a few times so I am hoping to be able to keep it in all night.  Last night I received a score of 8 and there was literally no snoring, maybe a cough or something once in awhile to add up a total time of snoring to 1 minute during a nine hour sleep.  I have read other reviews and this is pretty common in the beginning I think.  My boyfriend is so ecstatic, as am I.  Also, do not give up if it makes you gag it first, before you put it in the hot water.  last night when I was practicing putting it in before I had melted it some, I was really gagging. I have an app on my phone  SnoreLab  that records my snoring and I am normally off the charts with a score of about 298 which is awful.  Once it is melted/soft and you can push your teeth and sink them down into it for the mold, it is much better. .  It does feel a little big , but if you are like me you will do anything and it really is not that bad.  I am looking forward to going on girls trips etc again, as once I realized just how awful my snoring was there was no way I was going to sleep or share rooms with other people.  I almost feel like I have been punked because I just never expected anything to actually work that I could buy online for 60 bucks.  Yay!.  I am really floored, please buy this. Good quality.

Yes for Stickers!. Resealable and reusable. Bought to put my handmade cards in.  I think it took me around 4 days to get used to the feeling of sleeping with these in my nostrils  as you try to sleep breathing in allows a lot more air than you will be used to  but the repetitive use will eventually train your nose and mind to these to a point where you will not notice your wearing it.
