As I seem to get high blood pressure at times it is important for me to monitor it accurately.  No point in buying a cheap one then, I wanted the best one out there and this may be the one at a sensible price.  The difference in price between the cheap basic model and this top of the range model was about ￡30 so, for such an important function I just paid the difference and I am glad I did.  Also the cuff is of such high quality that it is impossible to get a mis-read  a light comes on if that happens .  This is clearly a high quality solid device with very clear displays and features.  There is funcionality that I will never use and the lower models will probably do the job just as well but I wanted the best available and put the extra cash down.

The longer answer is that my wife says when I am wearing this device my snoring is a lot softer. Ah yes, the proverbial "I never write reviews" review. . .  I do not. .  I have been looking for something that will stop or at least decrease my snoring for awhile.  I tried the head/jaw strap thing and it did nothing for me.  to the point where she can actually sleep next to me.  After doing some  read: a lot  of research I came to the conclusion that this is one area where a majority of people have a problem that there is not a single solution for.  Some products work for some people and not at all for others.  I use the Snore Lab app on my phone and while one night is not a scientific sample, for the first time in several tries, using different ways to stop snoring  side sleeping, body pillow, chin strap , my snoring was basically non-existent. . .  I ranged from 45-70 using these other remedies.  but I digress.   After looking at countless of these "up the nose" things, I figured I would try the one that was packaged a to look like some kind of contraceptive  Seriously though, the other reviews are right, the packaging is really well-done and serves as a storage place for your nose things.  Last night.  Without someone telling you how much or why to do that, there would be no way for the average person to know to do it.  The fact is that this multi-size pack should have a size that fits most folks. .  In fact, it is become a bit of a ritual before bed to put my medieval nose expanding contraption in. . . .  5.  In short. .  Yep.  yes.  The fact is.  Single digits.  It was also uncomfortable.  Seems to me like they would have found a remedy for snoring that works by now.  I was kinda amazed.   I think all the bits about these being able to be fine-tuned are much adieu about nothing.  I use the medium ones and after the first time putting them in, I really do not have an issue wearing it.  I can not say for sure this will work for you but I like the design, it fits well, is fairly comfortable and for me at least, does the trick.  did this stop my snoring. . . .   Now to the important part. I wanted to wait a few weeks before leaving a review.   I would highly recommend these as a much cheaper alternative for sleep apnea!.  I could not continue living the way I was. Although I cannot tell that I am a 'snorer', I have noticed that I am not waking up throughout the night as often while using this. This anti snoring solution was purchase by my husband.  So if my husband is okay sleeping next to me in it, then I am good with it!.  According to him, I 'snore like a grizzly bear' and he even went as far as recording my snoring to show me proof.  But if he wanted me to try it, then so be it. These are great ! My boyfriend snores a lot and this is the only thing that helps . These strips work great.  I have been using them for years and years and have NEVER had a bruise or had skin peel off of my nose.  As shown by the attached photos instructions that comes in every box, the strips do not go over the bridge of the nose where her husband applied it.  The go down near the base of the nose right where the nostrils are.  There is also a little trick that can be used for those who might have a small nose due to age or whatever.  Put a very tiny dab of vaseline on the bridge of the nose where the strip goes over the nose.  That way, when you peel it off, it should not stick in that area thus no skin will peel off. To the lady whose husband that had a bruise caused by the strip, he should have read the instructions.  Also, you peel these strips off starting on one side by putting your thumb underneath the edge.  You do not yank it off like a bandaid! Once you lift up the edge with your thumb, you slowly continue to work your thumb underneath the strip and peel a little bit at a time.  You will never peel skin off if you remove the strip in this manner.  At least I have never had that problem.   I think it is unfair to the manufacturer to give them a poor review when it is your own fault for not reading the instructions.  I am a former Marine.  Be a man and get on with life and quit complaining about a tiny piece of skin coming off because when it was your own fault that you did not read the instructions and placed the strip too high on your nose.  A great price going through  pantry.

Maybe some clarification is needed for this. The machine is very easy to use and set up was a doddle.  I use it with an electric plug so I need to set up the time every time I reconnect the power but that is easy to do.  Apart from that, the item is perfect and hopefully, it will serve me for years.  The heart rate measurement is an added bonus.   The whole thing fits in the pouch supplied with the machine and protects it well.  On Omron's website, there is mention of a 3 year warranty but I could not find anywhere on the website, the steps to register the product. Très satisfait de mon achat. .   Ici j'ai affaire à un appareil avec un très bon réseau de distribution sur le territoire  Ca sera très pratique lorsque il faudra le faire vérifié ou trouver un brassard neuf .  Il ne faut pas toujours croire ce que l'on vous raconte.  C'est un appareil con?u au Japon et fabriqué au Vietnam.  Le brassard est préformé et c'est très pratique.  Il y a un voyant si il est mal positionné sur le bras. .  Juste un reproche, l'écran n'est pas rétroéclairé en conséquence il faut bien mettre la lumière le soir à la pénombre.  On voit rapidement que cet appareil est bien con?u.  J'avais auparavant acheté deux autres appareils sur  très bien coté mais je les ai retourné car ils manquaient des fonctions par rapport à la notice qui de surcroit était écrite en petit caractères avec des dessins minuscules.  Une housse de très bonne facture et un jeu de piles.  Dommage il manque le transformateur pour le secteur, mais c'est très souvent le cas pour ce genre d'appareil.   Voilà mon témoignage.  J'avais posé la question de la qualité de la notice, On m'avait répondu, super, pas besoin etc. . It rubs on the gums at the back of my lower teeth.  To resolve this, I cut a little bit off  less than 1/8 inch  with small sharp scissors.  Nothing to compare it to.  But it does reduce it to a mild gentle buzz.  Small price to pay for a good fit.  Some complain that it does not fit snugly.  Since it is not a boil and bite mouthpiece, it needs to be an almost universal fit.  It holds my jaw slightly forward just enough to open the airway.  It might not fit you.  The hinge is amazing.  I rinse mine in the morning, store it flat in the case, and use their cleaner and a tooth brush before putting it in my mouth at night.  It is important to store it in the open position so it retains that springy hinge for as long as possible.  It might look cheap for the price, I do have to modify mine before I can use it, they do wear out, I replace mine about every 6 months.  The hinge is the part that wears out.  BUT, my snoring does not bother me or my wife now, and I can sleep on my back if I want to. This is the only anti-snoring device I have ever tried.  I do not snort, gasp, or chainsaw like I used to.  I could never do that without gasping myself awake.  It allows my jaw to move, just not backwards.  I should also mention that it takes a while to get used to it.  I can tell when it is time to replace it by how it springs open when I open my mouth.  I think it took me 2-3 weeks before I was comfortable.  I find that a plus.  Now it is part of my routine and I can not imagine sleeping without it! So excited my snoring solution could be this simple after trying the jaw devices and other apnea solutions that caused more issues than they resolved.

It soooo works. Something has been seriously wrong with my nose ever since I was born.  I cannot get adequate air in through there.  After years of being told to breathe through my nose, having medical professionals in hospital settings have to cobble together MacGuyver solutions for me to receive oxygen since the nose-hose does not work, and hearing people speak disparagingly about "mouth-breathers," things began to worsen.  I began having trouble sleeping and staying asleep.  I had wake up with a sore throat, achey and unrested.  I had snore myself awake.  I suspected sleep apnea, despite the fact that I have been tested for it before in an official sleep study and was found not to have it, because I clearly was not breathing in the night.   I have tried changing my sleeping position to seated  can not side sleep anymore due to back problems , a humidifier with eucalyptus oil in the medicine tray, and long have slathered Vicks VapoRub right on my nose to try to clear my nasal passages.  Even more recently I have tried a eucalyptus saline rinse which helps for a little while before my nose closes off again.   In the meantime, I found out about these and decided to give them a go.  And I have lost a lot of motivation to go to the ENT now.  Where before I could only get maybe half a breath through my nose, now I can take full breaths and comfortably nose-breathe without feeling an urge to switch to mouth at all.  I wake up rested with no soreness.  I believe my snoring has stopped as well, although it will take more time to know for sure.   I will be re-purchasing these probably for the rest of my life, unless an ENT is able and willing to intervene.  I strongly consider keeping them in all the time because I hate taking them out in the morning and losing my ability to breathe through my nose.   If you are on this page, you already know something is not right with your nose.  Do not waste any more time.  I wish I had found these years and years ago.  They are worth every penny.

Hat perfekt funktioniert um ein detachable Cable an meine Tastatur zu machen.  Funktion war perfekt.  Das einzige was mich etwas st?rt ist, dass jedes Kabel in der Buchse etwas wackelt.  Verbindung bleibt immer bestehen, aber dadurch hat es sich nur etwas billig angefühlt.  Ich musste den port am Ende etwas zusammenklemmen.  Sitzt zwar immer noch nicht 100% perfekt, aber gut genug, dass es mich nicht st?rt.  Wenn ich das gemacht h?tte bevor ich es reingeklebt habe, w?re es vermutlich perfekt gewesen.  Also the cuff is of such high quality that it is impossible to get a mis-read  a light comes on if that happens.

I purchased this as I have had a recent spike in blood pressure around 152/90.  As a younger male entering his thirties it was extremely alarming.  I was advised by my GP to eat healthy food, reduce salt consumption and excise. so I decided to give this a go on my own for the time being and see how it goes.   The day I received the monitor I took it to my GP and tested the accuracy of my monitor against his equipment which happened to be an older Omron model. .   The device saves your previous readings for up to 2 people.  This is a great feature.  It has actually help motivate me cause I can track the progress of my steps in battling hypertension. . monitor can record up to 100 blood pressure readings each for two individuals; this equals the 200 readings the description says this unit can hold.   The device will also show you your current pulse rate.  I also wear a Fitbit which also tracks heart rate and each time I take a reading I have checked it with my Fitbit.  Surprisingly both devices show the same reading.   Symbols light to show the state of your Blood Pressure, green for good blood pressure reading and red if you blood pressure is above average or high.   The device also detect irregular heartbeat.   Placing the cuff is very simple and once the cuff is securely fitted to the arm a single button press is all it takes to get the reading. . If you do not fit the cuff correctly the monitor will alert you by showing a red light symbol so you can re-adjust the cuff. . also the cuff is pre-formed into a cylinder - sort of like how a Slap Bracelet uses spring tension to stay attached to your arm.  Then use your right hand to pull and the attach the loose end securely.  By pulling on the loose end you affect how tight the cuff wraps to your arm.   For a blood pressure monitor that has an easy to read and understand display in this price range it is hard to beat.  I highly recommend this product to anyone that is needing to track their blood pressure.   Good luck in your battle with hyper or even hypo tension!!!  To improve measurement accuracy, you should not measure your blood pressure within 30 minutes of exercising, eating, smoking, drinking alcohol, or bathing.  You should also sit quietly for 5 minutes and then wear the measurement cuff at the same level as your heart. . Works great and stays on right all night.  For me the regular and even the clear extra strong kept popping up on one side or the other.  This opens my airway and stays in place even as I go side to side and face up or down. These stay on.

So I bought this on March 6th, 2023.  I have been using it faithfully for the most part.  I went on a cruise last weekend worried that I would be keeping my daughter awake with my Paul Bunyan snore or Motorboat Mary snore.  Each night I asked her, was I snoring? She says no, not at all.  Now I know for a fact I snore.  I have a sleep app that records my sleep and boy was I embarrassed when I heard how loud I really snore.  Last night I used said app again for the first time again in a while.  Only complaint I have is that my bottom teeth wake up a bit sore.  But aside from I love this product and I am hoping that goes away in time.  I am a truck driver and good sleep is very important.  I can honestly say that I have been having more energy since I have been using this.  Oh and I forgot to mention that I had bought one in the past, but did not use it faithfully.  Now that I have been and its adjusted to my mouth it works like a charm.  So give it a chance.  What do you got to lose, but a good nights sleep!.

I do not generally write reviews, but after trying this product for several months, I felt it was appropriate to provide some feedback.  When I first purchased it, I began using it in conjunction with some sleep and snoring tracking apps.  Initially, it was difficult as I struggled to keep the mouthpiece in my mouth all night.  It would generally leave my mouth dry, making it uncomfortable on my jaw and upper teeth.  Even though my sleep and snoring apps showed that my snoring and apnea were improving during the hours I was wearing it, I stopped using it for a few weeks.  Later, I decided to come back and try the mouthpiece again after my sleep scores worsened, and I decided to wear it all night, regardless.  I was shocked at how well I could sleep after eventually getting used to it.  I hope you find this device as helpful as I have.

Ottimo prodotto, inizialmente mi è arrivato un articolo che a primo impatto non mi ha molto soddisfatto, da subito mi sono accorto che la fascia che si mette intorno al braccio emanava un cattivo odore,  sembrava sudore  non funzionava con il trasformatore  mio personale  allora ho acquistato un trasformatore specifico per "OMRON" ma non funzionava lo stesso  chiesto sostituzione ieri  infine dopo che mi è arrivato il sostituto  oggi  funziona tutto perfettamente, non emana nessun cattivo odore, ho notato anche che nel primo mancavano le batterie e una comoda e pratica custodia nera dove vi sono riposti l'apparecchio e la fascia, penso si tratti di un aggiornamento dal produttore  si può stare senza ma se c'è è meglio, l'apparecchio risulta molto preciso nelle , misuraziomi e permette di tenere in memoria le misurazioni precedenti, fa molte altre cose ancora, ma per me è sufficiente che sia veramente preciso! Assolutamente non deve mancare in casa.

I did not realize this when I purchased it. Something that actually works for my husband's snoring! From the first night he wore it, it was silent in our room. Nothing to dislike - order was on time and package was intact.  One thing to note though- you do need to replace it every 3-4 months.  He has not complained of any discomfort and he has a very large mouth.

They may look good, but the red box extra strength with the tan color is the best BY FAR if your face is like mine. So my poor wife had been tolerating my snoring ever since we started living together.  She told me I snore like crazy, which suck because I had a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy as a kid, and that STILL DIDN'T HELP my snoring.  I was worried that it will exacerbate, so I went and bought a bunch of remedies, like nostril wideners and topical ointments.  They were annoying an uncomfortable. Os wheys da Dux s?o, provavelmente, os mais saborosos do mercado, além de fornecerem uma quantidade ótima de proteina por dose.  I do not because my face has always produced natural oils  which is why I need to keep my face clean and wash 2x a day with a facial soap .  So if you are on the oily side, you should not have any trouble with the adhesive.  If your face is on the dry side, you may want to use a moisturizer, but the moisturizer does definitely make the adhesive weak, so use the moisturizer sparingly.  Also, since my face does let out quite bit of oil throughout the day  and some at night , I find that the CLEAR STRIPS are not as effective in adhering to the nose.  Hallelujah, No More Snoring!  So I hear that a few people have a problem with the adhesive.

If you are wondering the same, hang in there, keep experimenting, and good luck to you.   Based on the appearance of my nose and nostrils, I assumed the medium would fit best.  After about a month, my nostrils got a little sore, so I dubiously switched to the small.  After finding out about nasal dilators, I tried 7 different, one-size-fits-all types before this brand.  After years of waking up with headaches several times a week, I have had only 2 mild, brief headaches since using these dilators and zero nasal discomfort since switching to the small size.  And this has been during an allergy season that is been rough on a lot of people!  The morning headaches had always been pretty bad and made starting the day tough. Due to breathing issues that affected my sleep, I had used nasal strips for years.  They would usually ease after an hour or two but occasionally would transform into a migraine and blow up my day.  No migraines or migraine medication in nearly 3 months now, which is wonderful.  Even if I awaken with nasal congestion, it is mild and without that nagging headache.  They helped somewhat but were not great.   The first month using the medium, I thought these dilators were better than nasal strips but not outstanding.  More time and a better fit with the small size has made me a huge fan.  It was a frustrating, trial-and-error experience.   These are well-made with good-quality, durable material and are substantial  not too flimsy  but without too much air-blocking bulk.  My one criticism is that no case is available for them.  I had many moments of wondering whether nasal dilators were mostly BS or simply not right for my particular nose.  Based on my experience of size-surprise, I strongly recommend starting with this multi-size package of S, M & L. I had NO idea how much snoring was impacting my day-to-day energy.   ONLY ISSUE: I probably take them out/ rub my nose in my sleep and they fall out.  I should have known I had need a small.  Each size  Small, Medium, Large  is adjustable.  They DEFINITELY stay in, and this is user error, lol.   Actual review after use: I used these for 2 weeks and….  wow.  They are CLEAR so I am searching everywhere in the morning to find them.  I did not realize how essential these were until 2 weeks of restful sleep.  I used to sleep for 8 hours and still wake up tired.  Would be nice if they were neon or brightly colored.  A podcast mentioned these and decided I had try them.  The smalls are the most comfortable for me and once they are in place, I do not even notice them.   Overall 10/10.  My partner told me he wakes up and can actually hear me taking deep breathes while I sleep. The starter pack was somewhat helpful.  Find the right size for you and you will be good to go.  I did not realize how exhausted I have been until a week full of restful sleep.  My partner told me my snoring has grown worse over the last few months. Also no waking up with dry mouth from breathing through my mouth anymore.  This did exactly what I needed it to do.  It works perfectly!!! I had a 24hr monitor on from doctor, taking readings every 15 mins. .  and when I was able to get it removed and tried this unit when home the readings were the same over the same time period, not taken as often thankfully. .  The blood pressure and heart rate readings were accurate for both me and my partner so I would be happy to recommend this unit.  Comes with robust storage case.  I know it is expensive but it is a leader in heathcare monitoring and if you want the best and want accuracy then you have to pay a little more. . Easy to use out if the box, just insert the 4 batteries provided, plug in the cuff, wrap round arm and press go, hey presto accurate reading.  About to order more of the correct size.

I will be definitely ordering more!. These are adorable! I am a 6th grade teacher virtually teaching from home and I send out at least three letters to students each night. I love the CRUNCH!! Every bite is flavorful with CRUNCH!.  These are seriously better quality than I could have asked for! They all had different designs, they are heavy duty so I can use my sharpies to write on them.  I logged onto  to see what my options were.

I love that there is no one card that is the same as another and that there is no print on them, so I can use them for any kind of card I wish: a thank you, a bereavement, a greeting,, anything at all.  Every card is unique and all are attractive.  I have a feeling I will be using these quickly and will need to order more!.  I find the clear ones do not adhere enough to work, so my stars are only for the tan ones.

I sleep with my mouth open usually, but have no problems breathing through my nose  for some reason I just do not sleep that way .   The set comes with two mouthpieces, the first one did NOT work - they all heard me snoring as normal.  It was a shame too because it was a bit more comfortable than the second mouthpiece.   The second mouthpiece seemed to do the trick, but it is very uncomfortable - it stretches your bottom jaw up.  I do not have like a massive overbite  or a large-sized mouth  or anything, but it felt like I was making a basketball hoop with my lower jaw with the unit in my mouth. I am usually asleep after 10-15 minutes, it probably took me about an hour and a half to two hours to doze off with the unit in - that sucks.  And the first couple nights, I dreamed about having it on! Perhaps, I will get used to it.  It did get a little better after a week.  But it is all worth it.  Was great to not keep everyone up! Would recommend. My boyfriend uses these every night and they help him sleep.
