Yes this thing works. Excited to see how it does with weight management  Catrenia. Similar to popular shots out there today, this helps reduce sugar cravings.  The capsules are of a moderate size, making them easy to swallow, although it is important to drink plenty of water with them. I bought this product to experiment with addressing my insulin resistance issues.

OUTSTANDING - INDESTRUCTIBLE!!!. I am going to make this supplement a part of my daily life for sure. Every year for the past 3 years my cholesterol has been just a tad high.  It has come back between 240-245.  My doctor gave me some diet tips but did not really seem that concerned about it.  I am almost 40 and in great shape. I used this last year to, but decided to try another brand with higher concentration, however, the other brand not only did not work at all.   I finally started to do some independent research for supplements that could help.  One of the supplements I came across was berberine.  There is a decent amount of research performed on animals which shows it can help lowering cholesterol.  I decided to give it a try.  I have been taking 3 doses of 500mg per day just like the study for the past four months.  In the study positive effects were seen in just 3 months but I wanted to give it enough time to really work.  My cholesterol dropped a full 20 points and was now down to 223.  I also eat very well, so his tips did not really make any difference.

Works for what we need. I usually eat lunch as my first meal of the day due to intermittent fasting and then a dinner around 5:30pm. The pills are easy to swallow but they do taste bitter. Love this supplement.  I am not sure how this has impacted those items but I did notice a huge change to my appetite.  I started taking about 2-3 months ago as I wanted to target my glucose response and the glycemic index of the meals I was eating.

Super nice products for an incredibly reasonable price. LOVE IT! I told my Dr that I took myself off the former and started this and she was okay with it. I am a recent Type II Diabetic and was on metformin 500mg twice a day.  It took about a week to get me right, but my numbers usually range between 100 and 140.  I never knew my outcome on a daily basis.  I have been recommending this to everyone.  It comes with side effects such as nausea, sleepiness - any time of day and gastro issues.  I usually take it when in the keto diet.

Great unit for a great price. I have not worked out or changed my diet. Very Handy product. I have not tried two. Compact but sturdy.. We are using this supplement to support my mother with colon cancer that spread to her liver.  This supplement has radically brought down her liver enzymes.  We know it is this supplement, because we discontinued a short time and the liver enzymes went back up, put her back on it and her liver enzymes went back down.  Also, inexplicably the cancer in her liver reduced by 30%, even though her cancer is Braf   an aggressive cancer resistant to chemo  and which she had stopped taking 2 months previously after a single dose caused a severe reaction that almost killed her.  We now have hope.  Our whole family has begun taking this important supplement for blood glucose, cholesterol and cancer.  I have been taking 500mil twice a day, before meals.

very good quality. It worked very well for me—blood sugar is better now than on Metformin.  Have a friend who did the same thing and it did not work well. I take it after I eat and an hour or 2 hrs.  later check my blood sugar.  I cannot tolerate metformin and have read some studies in pubmed about berberine working much like metformin, so I thought I had give it a try.  I have had lower blood sugars when I use it.  I have had no side effects from it at all.  I hope to keep using it and hoping for more good results.  Have not noticed an effect on my weight at all, but I have not been working on that so much or even weighing myself.  It seems to be helping me for the purpose I use it for, so I am happy with that. I have tried a few types of Berberine and this was my favorite.

Very good quality pouches. I have been taking about three weeks can not say yet. I have been using this for awhile after Covid messed up my digestive system It does keep you regular I will continue to use.

I have shared about 400 flash cards at this point and it works beautifully!. This supplement seemed to even that out. Definitely take this with a nice sized meal; I took it with a light meal and had horrible stomach pain so bad I almost quit taking it immediately, but I braved it another day because of the results.  I fixed the horrible stomach pain with yogurt taken with the supplement & thereafter taking it with a full meal.  This supplement quickly kicked my blood sugar from this wildly erratic 105-129 range fasting it had climbed to recently despite super low carb & 3 hours a day of exercise to a nice mostly mid-90s level.  Note: I have microscopic colitis that is well managed now and in remission, but that makes my tummy super sensitive; I did a search and the stomach/GI pain with this supplement is rare.  I seem to have issues with gluconeogenesis that is many times the norm - I am draining half my glycogen stores with exercise daily, so it is my liver going nuts in some whacked out panic mode that is amping up my fasting glucose levels.  I will likely not be buying this supplement & going with Metformin since it is much, much cheaper, which makes me sad, but the cost difference, for me right now, is making the choice for me.  Still not as low as I would like it, but great for a 3rd generation Type II diabetic 17 years in the game.  It is now September 2022 and I have gotten my period normally every since I started the pills.  I have been keeping my blood sugar in the normal range with diet, exercise and various herbs for years, but it has become more and more difficult over time.

Some people continue to take it for health reasons compared to metformin.  It reduced my appetite and sugar cravings.  Hope I never need it again but still, I am glad to recommend it.  If a person needs a jump start, this might be a good fit. I will say up front that i have been taking berberine for a very long time and though this is first time for the liposomal type, I know what to expect from the product as to the results that i am looking for.  The weight is still off now because of diet changes and exercise.

Heavy Duty shredder. Optimum dosage, best price. I began to use this product because I am elderly, and apparently scabies in the elderly is not easy to overcome.  Since I have used this product, however, my problem seems to be improving.  I must note here that I use these capsules with some natural essential oils, and the oils themselves seem to be working better since I have begun taking berberine.  NOTE: DO NOT USE ESSENTIAL OILS ON SKIN WITHOUT DILUTING THEM IN SOMETHING LIKE OLIVE OIL.

Reasonably priced, convenient, and easy to use!. I do not know if it would help with weight loss on its own. About 3 years ago I changed my diet, little bit of carbs, no sugar and increased the protein intake.  He has bought it twice.  I started using this product, not really expecting weight loss results but more so for the stability of the sugar levels for those days I crave a sweet something.  To my surprise, about 6 weeks taking 1 pill three times per day, I have lost 4 pounds.  More impressive though, have lost 2 inches off my waist and one inch off my arms and one inch off my thighs.  I would say it works, in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise.  So, I am already conscious about how food can affect your hormones.

I got a replacement for it and it came in 2 days working perfectly.. Berberine works but wish it was less capsules to take with a high dosage. Me agrado porq me ayuda a quemar grasa.

Does not cause a mess when changing bags. I am absolutely obsessed with these Berberine supplements! I have already feel so much better from taking these!!. Loving it so far.. It was almost like I had an ulcer.  I stopped taking the supplement for a week and then I tried it again.  I got sick again after 4 hours. Edited: Update- After 3 weeks I started having severe gastrointestinal distress.  So, it was the cause.  Now, my endocrinologist is prescribing inositol.  So far, similar results as the berberine.  So if you find yourself struggling with berberine, inositol might be a better solution.   I bought your product a while back to hopefully control my blood sugars since I have PCOS.  I am trying the product out for the next 3 months and then plan on doing bloodwork again.  So far, I definitely feel better after taking berberine.  I do not get sugar headaches as often and my inflammation has decreased in my joints.  I am hopeful this product will yield exciting results at my next doctor's appointment. So far it is good, I will have to post an actual update street I have taken it for a month.

This one is made from non GMO sunflower oil, in a softgel made of gelatin, vegetable glycerin and purified water.  No other ingredients.  Good for immunity and heart health.  At 1500 mg, it is packed with antioxidants.  It is also supposed to be good for weight loss, lower blood sugar, bad cholesterol and triglycerides.  Hopefully I benefit from all of the above.  I do not feel heavy after eating while using this supplement.

Defective and Cheap!. It has replaced a prescribed medication was recalled for the third time in 5 months, I decided that I needed a change. after much research and reading. .  The taste is tart but manageable.  The pills are large but you can swallow it with enough water bind it. Berberine is very effective as described by the seller and manufacturer. .  That is where and when Berberine came into life.  It helps with blood sugar regulations.

Save your identity!. I have been taking this in the evening with dinner as that tends to be my biggest meal of the day in order to help blunt the blood sugar spike. Berberine has a host of potential health benefits, and it continues to amaze me how much nature provides in the way of health promoting herbs.  The gel caps are a tad on the larger side, but were smooth and I was able to swallow them with no problem and have had no negative side effects. Great product for the price.. I wish I knew I had PCOS and Hashimoto years ago because I would have did my research and found berberine 10 years ago.  I am not saying this is a magic pill but for us that are struggling to lose weight and we know our rhythm to lose weight we know what to do but we have a hard time taken if off this is the push you need if you have the same condition or conditions as me.  I low carb exercise, intermittent fasting and it takes a month for me just to lose 5 lb if I am lucky.  I also gain weight so easy.  I am still chronically fatigued but this is not going to help my fatigue I would need another holistic supplement for that help.  I decided to do my diligence and find out what holistic route I can take to help support my thyroid and also PCOS.  However this is a huge start is getting all this weight off.  Since day one I started taking this and I can not believe I lost 15 lb in 3 weeks.  The first 10 lbs I lost was in 10 days and that is without even working out.  Berberine is my new best friend and thank God for this natural remedy. To help with my blood sugar and my blood pressure.  This is all because of my two conditions in which I just found out about a month ago.

Very clear and clean. I have noticed I am not feeling the need to eat snacks throughout the day and if I have a decent size meal at 4pm I am usually good until the next morning. For me this berberine helps to balance my bowel movements and blood results.  Did not notice any side effects.

Perfect for home office. I look forward to checking my labs to see if my A1c and lipids have improved. I am a menopausal woman, was overweight and told I was pre-diabetic.  I have lost about 10 lbs.  I started taking Berberine about 6 weeks ago.  I feel like it has helped boost my weight loss and leveled out my blood sugar and appetite. I started taking these to help control those hangries when my blood sugar drops.  I have been working on improving my diet and cutting back on carbohydrates.

Super Easy to Use and Very Durable!. I have noticed a definite difference in my energy level. Have bought this twice because seems to be helping me feel better & maintain better sugar level.

Does not take up much space. A physician friend of mine suggested Berberine and it works just as well in terms of appetite suppressant, but with no GI issues that Ozempic gave me. Works really good if you follow a good diet. I was on Ozempic, which almost worked too well, as it suppressed my appetite very well, but gave me reflux and mild nausea.

Great product and affordable!. A friend of mine is a nutritionist and she recommended taking it for 3 months and taking 1 month off and then taking it again for 3. I love this product! I have been taking it for about 6 weeks and I have lost 13 pounds.  I test my blood for blood sugar levels and to make sure I am in nutritional ketosis as I am trying to lose weight.  cycling it for maximum benefit.  my sugars went from high 90's hovering below 100 to low to mid 80's on a consistent basis and ketones are around 1. 5 .  Everyones body is different, this works for me.  The Berberine has totally curbed my appetite.  I also do hot yoga 3-4 times a week. Like because it helps with sugar.  I take 500 mg once a day with my first meal of the day at 8-9 AM and I do not get hungry again until late afternoon.  I follow a high protein whole food, low carb diet.

LOVE this Shredder. While I have not taken these long enough to rate their effectiveness, I will say that they are tasteless and easy to swallow. Great for homeschooling.. I would always feel bloated after any meal - even a healthy one! Taking this before a meal I noticed right away I feel satisfied with no bloat! Does a good job with papers. The ingredients and concentrations are of a much higher level than anything else I have found. I love this product I have been able to replace metformin with this and I am so happy.  Metformin makes me nauseous & so sick s i can not take it.  I have been looking for a replacement product ever since & this is it! I did not buy it to lose weight but they will be a natural thing as one eliminates waste.  Can not believe I am putting these comments on the internet buy seems people talk about this these days.  The first couple of days nothing.  Third day it was working. Favorite Product machine. At first I did not see anything happening but after taking them daily, they work great.  However I did find some at  that work as good and cheaper. Works great for Product papers. I am 41 yo, I was most recently around 355 pounds to start the new year, I cut out carbs and sugar and was doing one meal a day.  I dropped to 328 by June. So I have had a long history of fighting my weight battle.  In mid July I was 325 and I seemed to hit a plateau.  I had been watching YouTube health videos and I came across berberine a berberine review I can not remember who it was, anyways i had somehow never heard of it before so I did more research, came on  tried to find a good one and went with this one because of the cinnamon which increases bioavailability and has its own health benefits for insulin resistant people such as myself.  I have also been doing water fast.  Earlier this month I did a 72 hour, and the next week a 90 hour water fast, using pink Himalayan salt and sucking the juice out of fresh limes for electrolytes when I feel sick.  Berberine plus keto and fasting when you can all combined really works.  I look forward to continuing this product.

Construction use products. I was sceptical about using this type of product but I am very pleased.  I am 60 years old and struggling with weight loss this product is is helping me by curving my appetite so I am not hungry I am pleasantly surprised and happy.  It makes me slightly nauseas in morning but does not last long and goes away after about an hour.

Great for cutting paper strips!. I typically do not rave about a product, but being down almost a pound a day since starting this product I had to!!!! I have not had any side effects from the product and have not changed my diet in any way!!! Never knew you could get pouches this small.. It has been about a month now and I have also lost 5 ibs. I have both PCOS and IBS and high cholesterol but I originally got them for my PCOS.  Will be ordering another bottle!.  Within a week my period stopped completely. I have been taking about three weeks can not say yet.  A friend had recommended to take them along with Evening  Rose in order to help regulate my period which I had been having for almost 2 months straight.

The best by far!. 2 to 5. 9.  This was in about 6 months.  I started taking the berberine when my doctor prescribed Metformin. Since taking the berberine I have lowered my A1C from 6.  No side- affects with the berberine.  Excited to see the benefits.

Good lubrication for your paper shredders. It is VERY hard for me to lose weight as a middle age athlete but after 5 weeks , I shed 3 lbs which may not sound like a lot but, for me, it is great and it is not just water weight.  I noticed I dropped close to an inch off the waist as well to my surprise.  I am an endurance athlete but not the stick-thin type but not obese.  I need to lose a few more lbs & will update later but for now, I like it.  I have to say I am really impressed! I started this on June 6th and took 2-3 a pills a day  keeping the exercise &diet the same if not worse during a week recently .  Nothing crazy or magical but I am def seeing and feeling a difference.  I had a severe injury that caused some weight gain so I thought I would add this to my daily regime as the extra carb cutting & exercise was not doing anything.  Someone mentioned bowel changes - I do think that this is more consistent too without being a laxative. I read about this supplement and was interested.  I want to be clear that I am saying this worked for ME, I would not presume this will be effective for everybody.

I started taking the Berberine supplement 30 days ago for weight loss. 4 lbs.  I lead a pretty sedentary life style because I am forced to spend a lot of time driving long distances for work.  I changed nothing in my diet, but have lost six pounds in the last thirty days.  Is it the pill? Great item for the price!. It definitely helped! A BIT NOISER THAN I''D LIKE, BUT WORKS GOOD. I have never taken a product that produced such overwhelming results.  I started taking 1800 MG of berberine about a week after I received my numbers, 2 morning,1 evening.  Just had blood drawn on 4/20 and my ldl dropped to 85 and overall cholesterol is now at 202.  Thats a 54 point drop in bad cholesterol and an 81 point drop to overall cholesterol.  All I can say is WOW! My doctor actually suggested I take it and she was extremely pleased with the results.  As a bonus, I also dropped 20 pounds with minimal change in my diet.  Highly recommend this product !.  I swear it prevents weight gain.

Highly recommended for Home or Small Office. This is all despite eating a ton of candy for Halloween. I have been on this for almost 4 weeks now. Similar to popular shots out there today, this helps reduce sugar cravings.  My sugar numbers have stayed level and my weight has remained steady.

Great products.. I absolutely will keep this as part of my daily Health regimen. I purchase this product for my mother.  It has been a "Miracle drug" for her! Her prescription diabetes medicine stopped working, caused horrible stomach issues and made her feel horrible in general.  It took a few weeks to get in her system, but it has been WONDERFUL for her.  Her sugar stays at a great level, no more stomach issues and she feels like a different person!!.

Great for at-home Product. I have thoroughly enjoyed taking Thinbi's Berberine supplement.  I have a really hard time with stress eating, and this has helped immensely.  I no longer feel the urge to just sit and snack all day.  Additionally, this supplement promotes a Ht worthy immune system which is key going into the winter season!. I have been taking berberine for a week now and it has curbed my appetite and helped me stay on track with my weight loss goals.

Does the job and cuts the noise. The serving size is 2 soft gels which I found to be easy to swallow and easy on the stomach. Fast shipping and this product is great for diabetics and lowering blood sugar.

Light weight and not too noisy. At first I took the required dose.  I did not get any benefit.  Glucose was around 240mg/dl.  So I took my meds that day.  I decided to up the Berberine dose.  I really have type 2.  Metformin lowers insulin resistance but it also makes matters worse by storing the excess glucose in your liver and muscle tissue.  The other med I take, glyburide, squeezes extra insulin out of your pancreas.  Again making long term matters worse because your pancreas only makes so much insulin and then it is done. I have been taking this supplement for 10 days now.  So I decided to increase the Berberine dosage with no meds.  I posted a photo of my latest sensor scan.  To get these results I take 4 capsules with every meal.  I also eat ultra low carb.  As an example yesterday I ate grilled scallops and sauteed spinach with garlic and parmesan cheese  I made it .  Today will be a hamburger w/cheese  no bread  and a salad.  No bread, no pasta, no corn, no potatoes.  Just eating like this with no meds was not enough to keep my glucose under 200.  I have not taken Metformin or Glyburide since August 12th.  I am not a doctor but I am someone who took Bayetta, Januvia and was lucky enough to have horrible side effects and stopped using it.  Bayetta caused pancreatitis and Januvia causes a hyperactive thyroid that took 1 year to clear up.  I have been on Metformin since 2007 and Metformin   Glyburide since 2012.  I have been looking for a natural treatment for T2 since I was initially diagnosed.  I think I have found it.  If you wear a glucose sensor like I do maybe you can try a similar dosage to what I am taking to verify my findings ? If someone is borderline diabetic I think the recommended dosage will work.  But if someone had it for a while, has hit highs over 300mg/dl, without meds can easily hit 240, and has the discipline to stick to an ultra low carb diet, and a realtime glucose sensor like I do, try 4 capsules with each meal.  It would be useful if we have several people here document my findings.  I do not recommend taking more than the recommended dosage if you do not have a glucose monitor because low glucose is dangerous.  There are times that I do not drop below 160mg/dl when on Metformin and Glyburide.  Berberine appears to be a promising oral treatment for T2. less appetite, less cravings.

Junk - jams and broke a couple months after warranty ran out. Had my blood work today - extensive blood work by functional med doc, not just basic blood work.  9 vials of blood.  Results were UNBELIEVABLE! Honestly, I had a lot of candy and junk in the past few weeks and was really concerned about my pre-diabetes going into diabetes - dreaded the visit.  Cholesterol, A1C, and other levels dropped by a lot! Awesome products!!!. This seems to help, good experience with product and Double Wood so far. I use Berberine daily as one of a few supplements I take to help with blood sugar and general health.  I am diabetic.  With all supplements I take I need to feel or see definite results.

Solid Product pouches. I also started time window eating from 1pm to 9pm and have not felt hungry or even think of food.  I take two with water, first thing.  It is okay with my diet plan to have ice cream in the evening but I forget to do it.  Then, at dinner I am feeling full halfway into a normal meal.  I think it is a bit high, but that could change if I continue to see great results.  That is only happened a couple times.

Use for no more than 30 min at a time to avoid overheating... I read all the reviews so I knew to take it with food.  On the second day it was clearly affecting my sleep patterns -- I no longer wake multiple times in the night, and am appropriately tired at bedtime. You can shred quickly.  It is very quiet.. I was at the end of a cut and on VERY limited daily calories.

So I am now prescription free of metformin which was holding me in the 110-120 fasting range.  I have not lost weight as some have, but I am maintaining, so that is good.  After 60 days on Berberine 500mg.  I asked my MD for a cholesterol test for next time to see if it has come down.  My doctor looked it up on Web MD, and saw it was effective, and said "if it works, keep it up!" Work like they should.. Type II diabetes and obesity run in my family.  I myself struggle with fat gain and teeter on the obese/overweight line with a history of pre diabetes.  I understand energy balance and being in a calorie deficit to lose body fat. I am not a scientist and I can not speak as to the mechanism of how this works.  However, it always seems insurmountable to achieve even a mild to moderate calorie deficit because I am constantly thinking about food.  Constantly.  This supplement is not magic. I have been obsessed with food for as long as I can remember.    However, it *does* get me to a more reasonable sensitivity to insulin where I can rationally talk myself out of binge eating.  I am sure, since you are checking out Berberine, you are familiar or have been recommended this supplement for one reason or another.  I can stick to a moderate caloric deficit more easily.  Ever time I stop taking this supplement, my hunger cravings take over.  I take a rather large dose of 1500 mg per day, with no issues.  So this is a 30 day supply for my personally.  I have also never tried another brand so I can not speak as to this particular one.  This is a staple for my personal insulin sensitivity/blood sugar issues.  Hopefully it will work for you too. New to the berberine game.

Very great product. This is such an EASY and convenient way of managing your weight!!! However, in the last 24 hours I had three separate people ask if I had lost weight.  I do not have a scale but pants have a little more room.  However I can not afford $100/week in perpetuity so I gave this a shot.  I am pre-menopausal so my only weight loss goal is to manage the hormonal changes.  In all honesty though, I was on vacation and eating all the things so I was not looking for weight loss results yet.  Overall I am pleasantly impressed.  I have noticed that my blood sugar has been less susceptible to dipping, which has helped me to feel less hungry.  No bread at all, but I do eat a small amount of potatoes and beans. So…my sister is using an injectable weight loss medication and she is very happy with the results.

Great price for quanity and quality. It is like a gastric without the gastric. Ok so you MUST take this around your work schedule or you are going to be pooping at work! Good quality paper. I wake up and I have been seeing numbers range from 98 to 132 which is a huge improvement. After taking this, my blood sugar went below 100 for the first time in a while.  I have found my appetite is smaller when I eat my meals and I am not reaching for sweet snacking foods in between meals.  I noticed that drinking alcohol affected the results, reducing the potency.

Although it requires only one sheet at a time. It works very well.. I have lost consistently 2/3 lbs every week, so far, no side effects.  Berberine has definitely eliminated those. Best Purchase as a Teacher. Those pounds all really dropped off during the third-fourth weeks, so I am excited to see how much more I can do. So, first of all, I never write reviews of products.  I take this pill twice a day, 30 mins before breakfast and 30 mins before dinner.   I have been having a lot of trouble in the past 2 years with overeating and snacking - a combination of stress and feeling super hungry all the time.  I have gradually put on about 30 pounds because of it.  I heard about this supplement so I started taking it at the end of June.  Definitely do not take it without either food in your stomach or food going in soon.  The first week I had some minor stomach pain, but nothing crazy.  Noticed I felt less bloated but no weight loss on the scale.  Second week same thing.  I did that once accidentally and I did get a little sick.  I started to get discouraged since a lot of what I saw on tiktok people were already losing weight in the first 2 weeks.   I am glad I did not give up because the third week is when it really started working.  I noticed my cravings were gone and I did not need to eat as big of meals to feel satisfied.  Super greasy foods do not really sit well with this one either!  End of Bottle Update: So, I finished the bottle! Got down to 185! .  When I go out to eat, I usually can no longer finish the portions of food!  As for numbers on the scale, I started at about 198. 5 and this morning I was at 193.  However, this has really surprised me!! I am only in my 4th week, but I have had such great results I had to share.  So far after just a few days there are no negative effects.  I thought I noticed a slight decrease in my cravings for snacks throughout the day, but looking back I think it was a placebo.  I have always needed to eat 3 full meals in addition to snacks during the day - now I eat a small breakfast or none at all, medium sized lunch, and either a medium or small dinner.  It is good to note that I am not really a supplement/health and wellness girlie, so I have never taken any kind of supplements before.

I have to go #2 much less during the night time even though I still go after breakfast and lunch.  I probably have 3 bowel movements a day, sometimes 4.  I am just happy for the improvement it did make.  Did not feel like changing my diet because its not that big a deal but I figured I would give this a try.  I only take 2 a day, one with breakfast and one with lunch. Great value, works well!. What a God-send! A natural product that works like an NSAID, or other medications! I have strongly recommended this to my friends and I recommend that everybody give it a try. I went to Super Supplements to replenish my joint supplement supply.  I have read all about joint supplements and have taken them for years - such as glucosamine - chondroitin, etc.  Start with 1000 - 1200 mg the first day or so  especially on golf day  and then 500 - 600 per day after that  not on a golf day .  He told me he would recommend a product I had probably never heard of - Berberbine.  I asked about it and he told me that several of their customers had tried it and now were using it exclusively over Tylenol, Aleve, etc.  So, I tried it.  I am an avid golfer and walk over 90% of the time.  As a 69 year old, I get kind of sore. This Berberine, thoughtfully formulated with liposomes, stands as my preferred choice.  But, Aleve starting eating a hole in my stomach.  So, I tried Berberine.  I thought I would see what the store manager knew about them and asked what he would recommend.  I have taken Tylenol, and especially Aleve for years.

Ok this is a crazy amount of pouches that is super budget friendly.. FWIW, I have not received ANY free gifts, kick backs, or other perquisites from this company or its affiliates.  I also eased back on my hardcore adherence to a diabetic diet.  I am conscientious about what I eat, but I enjoy occasional ice cream raisin bran, or birthday pie.  I do not eat much of anything anymore, and while I do not gorge on pizza or sugary cereals I am not hyper-focused on avoiding all carbs all the time.  I have been without my monitor for about 3 months and was frankly surprised that my A1C has continued to drop! I think if I focus even more on diet--including actually eating  I say, noticing I forgot my lunch at home, which also had my breakfast --I can probably get my A1C down to "pre- diabetic" within a year--maybe even lower.  Admittedly, I switched over to Agobi brand, supposedly 3rd party certified and 25600mg of Berberine.  I have got no problem recommending either brand.  Berberine seems to work!  Also, both brands claim to help work cholesterol.  My bad keeps dropping, my good keeps rising, and my overall is looking better.  Is not a massive shift, but gradual step- by- step  ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have been taking 1800mg of regular Berberine HCL, along with turmeric and cinnamon.  This one claims to be a 15:1 ratio on berberine, so a single pill with 200mg of the concentrated extract is equal to 3000mg of regular Berberine.  I am just really excited at how much it SEEMS to have helped me this past week.  I have not done independent laboratory testing to confirm, but I will say this past week was Thanksgiving.  We had two Thanksgiving dinners  both our families are from the same place  and two other family feasts while traveling.   I added one of these prior to eating each time, and my blood sugar spiked to 130 instead of its normal 200 after eating anything sweet.  While I did not gorge myself on desserts or carbs, I also did not avoid them completely.  I ate sweet potato casserole  with butter, brown sugar, pineapple, and marshmallows , a small piece of pie, and some other things that were not especially diabetic friendly.  My morning fasting level was also 90-130--once or twice it went up to 150--which really shocked me.  I can not remember the last time I woke up with my blood sugar below 100.   I even dropped 10 lbs over the past week while on this! Not eating much between feasts, and walking a lot more than normal likely helped, but normalizing my blood sugars seems to have helped too.  My levels stay between 90 and 120.  I have less pain.  I have more energy. .   To all the people who complain that it is "200 mg" instead of "3000 mg", remember, they explicitly say this is a 15:1 ratio.  Several times.  In the listing here.  On the bottle.  All over the place.  If you missed that, sorry, but that is on you.   Again, I have zero clue if this is precisely what it claims to be in the exact ratio it says it is.  I do not know that I plan to stop taking the turmeric and cinnamon  they are higher doses than this claims , but I will plan to replace my regular Berberine with this twice a day--maybe three depending on my sugars.   At this point, I am cautiously optimistic that this sucker works.  I HOPE to be down another 10 lbs before the end of the year. Just got it so can not speak to its effectiveness.  I am DESPARATE to avoid Metformin and the side effects it can cause.  I have not noticed any side effects to this supplement so far. . again, aside from losing weight, less pain, and more energy.  I wish all my meds and supplements had such side effects ;   I will update this if it stops working, it destroys my liver, I grow a superfluous third nipple, or something else negative. . EDIT TO ADD: I have more or less stopped checking my blood sugar  I developed an allergy to the adhesive on the sensor .  It also has and has turmeric, cinnamon, and milk thistle.  This was the only change to my supplements or meds.  I feel like if I can drop 10 after that, I might actually be able to say I HAD diabetes.

Excellent quality for a reasonable price. It is only been a month and I see a huge difference so let us hope once im through this bottle I will see my effects. Small, powerful, reliable. It is only been 3days ,however I usually test my glucose level 3 times a day every day Before meals and again 2 hours after, Using these tables I was able to get a 110 reading 2hours after eating 2 burgers then went to bed and woke up with a 108 My Usual numbers would have been 150 ?? after eating that much carbs Testing this 2 and 4 hours after eating carbs And good results so far.  Hopefully it stays like this . . .  I read the benefits and found out if you take at least three capsules a day in three months you could have under control your type 2 diabetic.

Both are 500 mg and both are made in America.   As much as I like Double Wood, I will have to take this into consideration the next time I am ready to buy Berberine.  But it is now getting harder and harder to find, and I have found that it is much more expensive, compared to other Berberine supplements. 33 per capsule, compared to $0. 15 per capsule . Use this to lower my cholesterol and it does an excellent job and avoids me having to get in prescriptions strength meds. I have used this Double Wood product for over a year and have always been pleased with it.  The other brand also makes larger bottles, which is very handy for people who take Berberine regularly.

Yeah, THIS IS THE ONE!! Buy it. gone. I have been taking one pill 15-30 minutes before lunch and dinner  I rarely eat breakfast, not a new habit, and if I do, I do NOT take a pill .  I will enjoy some pizza or ribs or a couple homemade cookies on the weekend so it is not as if I have severely restricted the amount or types of food I will eat.  I have been tracking my weight most days and it looks like it took about 2 weeks to really 'kick in' where the scale is clearly, consistently going down  most days- an occassional bulky dinner will push it back up here or there .  I eat carbs, even rice and potatoes  not much bread though ! I use with deco foil. I am actually pretty shocked at how well it worked because to be honest, I was not expecting it to. So like many people, trying different ways to help take the hard first step to get better.  These helped.

Been using for a few weeks. I changed my dosage to 1 twice per day and the bloating is gone but, I am still a little gassy. Do your research before purchasing since this berberine impacts each person differently.  For me, it is caused bloating and gas.  Other than that, there have been no significant issues or changes since starting this supplement.  Berberine's side effects are listed on various online resources.  In addition, the capsules get stuck in my throat so I have to drink tons of water to push it down.  The smell is a bit strong but there is no weird taste since these ae capsules.  Hard for me to afford because both my husband and I take them.  I will update this review if that works.  It is my first time trying berberine so, I am not sure if the side effects are isolated to this product specifically or all berberine.  I will try to lower my dose to 1 twice per day with meals to see if this helps.

Very nice for breaking Cds!. Super happy to say it works!  give it a try to my pcos cysters!. I have PCOS and found out its linked with also being insulin resistant.  I have not had a consistent regular period cycle since 2017. It works exceptionally well as an appetite suppressant.  I started taking Berberine in May 2022 and I changed my eating habits slightly.  Within a month of taking berberine I got my natural period back.  It is now September 2022 and I have gotten my period normally every since I started the pills.  I took a break from berberine the whole month of August to detox and now started back on berberine.  I did some research because I didnt want to take hormonal birth control pills as a placebo to a fake period back and have me gain even more weight.

Inexpensive but not "cheap"; great product functions and very sturdy, but lightweight.. First tried one capsule to see how I would feel then after a week took two capsules daily . Have not encountered the weight loss yet but it does curb the appetite.  This makes sense to me to maintain a constant supply of the supplement in your system.  Makes you feel full.

Good Price for Solid products. Berberine controls insulin and blood pressure. I ordered these supplements after listening to a podcast which mentioned the potential benefits of Berberine.  I try to follow a low carb diet, and am at the menopause stage where every extra pound sticks if I am not super careful.  I honestly feel like they are helping.  I have been taking them for 9 days.  I take one after breakfast and one after dinner.  The first day I took them, I did have a slightly upset stomach, but nothing major.  If that happens to you, try and stick it out for a couple days.  That effect has now gone away.  I feel like I have less of a mid-morning 'crash' and have no desire for extra snacks or pick-me-ups.  I am going to try to stay consistent for the entire 30 days and see what happens.  They are easy to swallow with a soft shell.  No bad taste and no bad smell.  Good luck!.
