Good Product for the Price.. STILL TAKING A PEA SIZE KERNEL A MORNING, I DON'T FEEL ANY BENEFIT FROM THIS AND HAVE BEEN TAKING IT FOR OVER A MONTH. .   This is the review I did not finish and never posted about a month ago.  Things have changed and I am now benefiting in so many great appreciated ways. . m.  or earlier which has been normal but usually needed a nap or had afternoon "slump" time pre Shilajit. .  Also I have an elevated conscious clarity hard to describe.  My vibration feels "higher" if that makes sense.  My thoughts are not as negative and I generally feel "good" about my life and find I am not focusing on irritations as much. I would pay more for it, the positives are worth the cost of a psychiatrist and a personal trainer.  I received my second order this week.  I almost gave up on it but because it was so expensive I saw it through, give this product 6 weeks before you decide if its properties are helpful for you. .  First is the energy I have, I am up at 6 a.  Now I have strong positive energy, not "bright" nervous energy as coffee drinkers may experience. It is real resin and I tested it for being real Shilajit.  I WOULD BE INTERESTED IN HEARING WHAT OTHERS HAVE TO SAY AS IT CAME SO HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.  I am not sure if I can attribute all of this to Shilajit but it may have provided an internal environment lending itself to this more welcome state of being and it came to me without me having to work to hard for it but now I want to maintain it.

Pleased with the product and the price!. I like that this shilajit has a bold and smoky flavor without being overly bitter. You do not notice much for 3 days, then if you skip a day you notice less energy.

Great Product sheets.. Highly recommend!. I have been loving this Shilajit and Aswagandha combo. I am using this with Quercetin and Jiaogulan  Gynostemma  to help shrink my viseral fat in my abdomen.  Already feeling the positive benefits.  I have taken them both separately but having it combined makes my routine easier and it is a better cost than buying them both individually.

Shreddin up a storm. Yes the flavor is. Absolutely love this shilajit. . smoky! But that is how Shilajit should taste! Both my husband and I find Shilajit incredibly transformative for our energy and day.  However, when searching on , I discovered this brand and decided to give it a try because the jar was larger and the price good, and I am happy that I did.

It was easy to use. Definitely will buy again. This stuff is the real deal.  Great packaging, great price.  I wish I had bought the 4oz bottle but went with the 1oz because I wanted to try it first. This shilajit is top notch!.  The way I take it is by dissolving it in hot water and drinking it.  Does not taste bad to me, but if you have sensitive taste buds then you might not like it.  This stuff definitely gives me energy and clarity.  Some shilajit can have heavy metals in it, however, they seem to have lab testing as well.  Last shilajit I bought cost over twice as much from a different vendor.  I like that it comes with a spoon and they even threw in a free small sample bottle of saffron to go with your shilajit tea.

Pleasantly surprised. So many health benefits from shilajit  a lot of info online  but it can be used on a daily basis as a "rejeuvenative" to give strength and a long life. It is too soon for us to comment on product effectiveness, as it arrived an hour ago.  The jar was completely full and a very black very stiff taffy consistency at about 80F temperature.   Based on other reviews I was bracing for something that tasted awful.  But its not that bad.  My wife agreed it is not bad.  It reminds me of slightly scorched very strong coffee.  Maybe a hint of the strong taste of molasses without any sweetness, if you can imagine that.   I like strong coffee.  So I suspect I will take it mixed with morning coffee.  It dissolved quickly in warm water.   I will update when when we have some results to report.   I read a lot online about many health related subjects.  What I can not figure out is how did I never read anything about shilajit before last week? The National Institute of Health has good things to say so it appears its not just hype.

Good to have these around for a lot of reasons.. I know it takes time and you cant overdue it, but it is really good so far. I started taking this every day and then I forgot to take it for a few days and I could tell the difference in my legs and the way my body felt from not taking it so I started back up taking it every other day now. I have just used it for a few days and I can see a difference.

Has not jammed once!. The purity can be seen by how it dissolves in water.  Have had other shilajit products that do not fully dissolve, leaving chunks of “tar”  or whatever it is . Tons of shilajit products out there - I have tried a handful and this one takes #1.  This one is very clean, dissolving with ease.  Very satisfied and hope it continues to be available!  Also really enjoyed the packaging/graphics.   Thanks to the vendor. I could tell within a week that I was getting benefit of advertised nutritional supplement.

GREAT VALUE & A QUALITY RESULT. It was soupy  even after refrigeration  and tasted like how tar or an oil slick smells.   I was very happily surprised at what I received with this vendor, especially the quantity.  The quality of their product seriously declined.  I emailed them for heavy metals test results and they wrote back with multiple tests & some educational links!.  Huge plus! The down side is the taste.

5mil, 11x17 and 100 came out perfect. I think a person probably has to be seriously committed to stick with shilajit to notice the benefits long-term.  This may not not be the absolute best there ever was, but I have yet to try anything better.  I am still in the process of trying them all.  This is by far the cleanest shilajit I have tried by far.  I would recommend it for those in need of rebuilding their core energy due to depletion from various causes.  It is not a miracle overnight cure but I think it does work.  There are several other brands selling poor quality shilajits and I know this from personal experience.  The small amount you get of 10 grams can be deceiving but at the same time it does not take much to notice some effects.  Most people who try this I think would be satisfied with it.  If you have a gram scale you can measure out a once daily dose of 0.  To make it last 60 days you would have to split that.  To be sure of the effect, try taking one gram in a days time. 25 grams per day.  I tried that and within 24 hours later I experienced a great sense of wellbeing.  It has a subtle power that builds up the more I have of it.  At this rate though a 10gm container would not be lasting more than 10 days and would wind up being an extremely expensive supplement.  It takes roughly five days for the effects to build for me.  To get any noticeable effects, I have to take at least 0.  I think it is better to look at it as more of a long term form of health insurance that supports overall wellbeing in collaboration with a healthy lifestyle instead of a quick fix for chronic conditions.  You do not get a very large amount for the money but considering the rarity of the actual substance and the lengths these people go to collect and process it, I think the price is actually worth it.  I use it first thing in morning and again at about 3 pm. I have sampled a few other brands of resin.

So glad I went with this one. But keep in mind that 4 oz  115g  is actually 575 servings so this one little jar should last you about a year. I was a little skeptical at first because most of the “Shilajit” being sold on the market right now is not even legit.  Plus, it is pretty expensive.  Also consider the method in which it is collected, plus the health benefits and the price starts to seem pretty reasonable in my opinion.  I guess you could mix it into a drink if you really wanted to.   If you are still on the fence, get the little jar an try it for yourself.  The initial feeling is really similar to a certain white powdery substance, and if I take too much it makes me sweaty.  That wears off after about an hour then I just feel very clear minded and I find it easier to focus on my schoolwork.  I am sure you will not regret it.  I feel like I have a lot of energy, but not like I just had a red bull.   You might be concerned about the price point, $65 for a dietary supplement is pretty spendy.   Note: I am a male and I am not sure how it would affect females.   It is an intense rush when I initially put it on my tongue, which I was not expecting.  Could just be a placebo effect, but I have been very productive ever since I started taking this stuff. my experience taking this:  I feel more alive, feel faster/ less foggy- in the beginning I took a little too much, now I know how much to take.   Everyone talks about how awful it taste but I just eat it straight and it is really not that bad.

Other than the occasional curling of a corner this works wonderfully. It was totally worth the money spent. Product quality is good and yes after using this product for few days i can feel the change.  Overall good experience. I personally like this Shilajit flavour a lot.  I use it 2-3x a week now but starting out I would only do 1-2x a week.

The company owner personally selects and acquires the product directly from the best source in a high altitude place of the Himalaya.  No intermediates or third parties are involved.  But most products advertised as authentic are not pure or worse are contaminated with heavy metals.   I have been using this product regularly for one year and the benefits far exceed my expectations.  After taking several supplements for years and analyzing their benefits, compared to Lotus none of them has had such awesome effect in my health.   Benefits that I have obtained are clear mind, high energy the whole day, increased stamina and libido, faster recovery from workout, sense of well being and detoxification.  But when you start taking Shilajit, benefits might not be immediate.  It is much more potent than another famous brand.  Reaction will depend on your health condition.  In my case, the motivation was to help detox heavy metals and to clear brain fog.  First time I took it I had a burst of energy.  But in the following days, I had headache instead. Benefits of Shilajit are many, just do your own research on the Web to see that it is a fantastic product.  I decreased the dosage and gradually increased it to minimize the detox side effect.  It worked but it took me one month of daily use to start getting the benefits.  There are some ways that you can take it  mix it with milk, honey or ghee , but my preference is a tiny amount under the tongue on an empty stomach as a daily routine.  It is the real thing and also heavy metal free.

Must have for shredders, regular maintenance.. This is the only one I have tried and I will be the first to saw, it smells and tastes just awful. I learned about Shilajit from some online sources and was curious about trying it.  I put a little bit in some hot coffee, add creamer and chug it as fast as I can.  I do find that it gives me lots of energy though! There is a noticeable enough difference in my energy level and the way that I feel that I actually *want* to drink it.  Which says a lot lol.  My body is incredibly sensitive: spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically.

So far, Sharp and Straight. I did try it straight off the spoon and it gave me a headache and upset my stomach. I purchased this after reading all the reviews thinking this is to good to be true.  After that I mix it with coffee no problems.  I have been taking shilajit now for two weeks, once a day with coffee in the morning, empty stomach as recommended.  If you try this , I guess you have to find the dosage that works best for yourself.  The taste right off the spoon is awful.  I am 6 ft 2 and 220 weight wise.  First week, nothing special, thought what a jip .  Two spoonfuls gets me up and going, not jittery, no speed talking, just a clear focus to get things done.  Now I am feeling a big difference.  It does seem to wipe out destractions.  When I come home I am able to work my gardens, play with our dogs, relax after dinner and go to bed without collapsing from exhaustion.  The package was Nice instructions easy to read.  I am a very active male over 55 years old working a physically demanding job, coming home , eating dinner and going to bed exhausted.  The jar lid was a sticky mess and had to run it under hot water to open it up.  Too me it tastes like Burt rubber bands in your mouth, so I mix it with my first cup of coffee,still can taste it not as bad however. I have only taken shilajit caps until trying this soft resin.  It definitely has a kick and can increase the effect of alcohol, etc.  I recommend staying very hydrated and starting slowly to let your body adjust. Product machine extremely happy with it. I am used to shilajit that is thick and tastes bitter. Nice & Thick, Good Quantity and Quality. I do notice that I crave less junk food after the first week of taking this so that is a plus.  I recommend that you at least give it a try.  Good thing I was told about taste before I got it. .  I throw it in water and take it with me. .  I know you can put it in smoothies and teas however I admit it has to be easy for me to take and go.  I am in my mid 60's and just do not have the quick recovery like I did when I was younger. Works quite well, but note the Euro sizes. I am a regular user of Shilajit and a frequent customer of another online vendor.  Not that I was unhappy with the vendor that I previously purchased Shilajit from, quite the contrary, but the jar was slightly smaller and I was needing to order more regularly than I wanted.  It is similar or equal to my previous vendor but at a bargain price.

Durable and lightweight. But through the day, I just felt better.  By the third or fourth day I could really feel a difference.  I had more energy and I felt WELL. Nice upgrade from a cheaper strip shredder. The metal spoon works way better than a wooden stick.  I had like it to be longer like a cocktail stir, but I do not mind it hanging out at the bottom of my cup so no big deal.  The packaging at first, I was like what??but let me tell you a lot of great thought went into this and it is perfection.  The results are unbelievable and I will never buy another brand again   my 5th one .  The greatest thing is this small business owner know their stuff and if you want to learn more just reach out. Great Value for the Price. I feel like a teen again.  Definitely going to make sure I do not run out of this stuff.  I decided to get this Shilajit after extensive research.  I was feeling extremely run down to the point where drinking 4 cups of coffee a day was not even putting a dent in my fatigue.  Clearly something was missing.  It definitely helps with stamina and endurance, and I feel like i am recovering a bit faster too.  I have read that the fulvic acid it contains helps cells recover. Worth every penny.  It was about a week into taking this Shilajit I noticed I was not as tired anymore, by two weeks I did not even need coffee in the morning.

Omg, this is wonderful plastic!. Excellent products!!!. I LOVE the shilajit and appreciate the fact that double wood now manufactures and sells it I have been spending way too much on a shilajit mineral resin from Another company and I have been a fan of this company for years now so not only do I save money but the products actually work I trust them and they have a selection and provide deals like no other company, I actually refer everyone I know to DW when they ask me for supplement sources or advice on any number of health and supplements related issues. take one with every meal and within 2 weeks had blood sugar down within regular readings.  better than taking the metformin the dr wanted to prescribe which has too many side affects.  blood sugar under control and no noticeable side affects.

Quality products for a minimal price!. I went off Metformin after 3 months, then my weight loss stalled for several weeks.  A month after I discontinued Metformin, I noticed I was getting hungry 2 hours after eating, and at odd times between meals.  My cravings for sweets returned  they had disappeared while on Metformin .  I assumed this was because of the diabetes.  I continued my low carb diet and about three weeks ago discovered berberine.  After about 10 days, my appetite returned to normal and cravings for sweets faded away.  The weight loss began again.  In the four weeks before berberine, I went up and down two pounds, so essentially stayed the same.  In the three weeks since taking berberine daily, I lost 6 pounds.  My diet did not change, the amount of food I ate did not change.  I have no side effects at all with berberine, where with Metformin I was tired all the time and often nauseated.  Have not had a blood test since taking berberine to see where my AC1 levels are, but that is less of an issue than the normalizing of my appetite, the loss of cravings and the continued weight loss.  Berberine is definitely doing what I need it to do.  I intend to stay on it indefinitely. Good quality products.. I have been taking this product for about one month now.  I take it for 6 days, then refrain from the next day, and then it for another 6 days.  I must admit, it truly gives me crazy energy in the gym, I am 59 years old, and when I take it on an empty stomach, a few hours prior to going to the gym, it gives me crazy energy.  When I go to the gym, and it is my day not to ingest it, I truly notice the difference in my energy level.  The taste is an acquired taste, I take a knife, and I stab it into the jar, and roll the knife blade in a "pea" size portion, and pour hot water over the mixture, until it dissolves, wait for it to cool off, then swallow the mixture.  I just purchased my third and fourth jar, my initial two jars lasted over a month, as I was taking it twice a day, as I am 250 lbs.  I have shopped around, and I get more grams for my dollar with this particular brand and vendor.  Lastly, my sleep has vastly improved, I feel by ingesting this product.  I am not being paid to promote this product, I am a retired military veteran, and have nothing to gain by this positive review, except to hopefully inform others.  More of a pot of tar, than a pill.

Easy to use and good value package.. But I have never found it priced as well as this particular supplier has offered through  and I am greatly appreciative. I am 64 years old.  I decided to try it for the health benefits I was told this supplement produced.  Interestingly, I not only felt an increase in overall health, cognitive increase and general energy, I actually saw my blood tests that included tests for proper minerals levels move from the yellow range to the green zone and this has been maintained now for the three years I have been taking this supplement.  My favorite way to take it is this.  Since I enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, I scoop a portion of Shilajit and insert it directly in my mouth, and with my tongue I scrape off as much as I can. I definitely notice when I do not take them .  This process assists with the bitter taste  though I have come to appreciate this taste  as well as the full ingestion.  I then dip the spoon in my coffee and repeat the process two or three times until the spoon is completely void of Shilajit.  One last comment, this product can be found elsewhere.  Sometimes a form of Shilajit originates from other regions of the world besides the Himalayas.  I then take a sip of the hot coffee and swirl it around.

These are very good carriers. There are 2 things I like particularly. I do feel that this supplement is of high quality and effective. I am beginning to enter a time in my life where brain fog is much more prevalent. I understand there is a powdered form because sometimes you are just in a hurry.  Since I have been taking this I have felt a bit more clarity than before.

Small and Mighty...Great Addition to My Office. Seems as good as coffee for now, hoping to avoid caffeine but early work hours. I understand there is a powdered form because sometimes you are just in a hurry.

Great everyday products!. I have had better focus, and many ailments like joint pain, eye twitches, concentration have all improved.  But, I am prior military and well, use to drink basically mud.  Best advice, drink warm.   Now, as to the benefits.  Now I do it about 3-4 days a week.  First day it was a bit to get down, but not bad.  Used a butter knife, take out desire amount and stir into a coffee cup with 1/5 of its capacity hot water.  Let cool, and drink.  To save time in the morning, I often prepare the mixture at night in a small glass baby food jar so it can be equally divided for the two doses.  I usually take a shower then drink it.  I am not a doctor, and gave it a month before writing my review.  DO NOT FILL A FULL CUP.

Great paper shredder and Lubricant sheets. I do recommend berberine if you choose not to use prescription meds. I have been using this product for quite some time now.  I got a flu and it usually takes about a few days for my acute symptoms to pass but this time it passed easy and with less intensity, my sinuses were not as congested either.  It really works if you use it.  It is very effective at lowering blood sugar if you take at least two per meal.

Everyone is diff, I personally recommend steadily watching the intake and amount.  Took too much one day.  I did a lengthy study before I bought any.  It was not a bad effect I just deff noticed.  It is something to anticipate.  I am a fan and recommend! It does not work.. I took another product that contained shilajit before.  I was thinking that was the shilajit aroma No! Good to use in a shop where there are lots of greasy fingers.. I now except better results over the next 2-3 month time period. Decided to try this authentic shilajit after going over detailed reviews of many different products.   The product itself is sticky and was a little hard to take out of the plastic can initially but now I get the drill.  I take one grain size with warm milk and dip it in till it is fully dissolved; takes some time though.  Since the last 2 weeks, I have noticed positive difference; I feel fresh at 3PM in office and I am not totally tired by the time I come home around 7pm.  I was vary of the taste like other reviewers mentioned but I quite like it  to each their own .  In half a glass of milk, I just feel some subtle smokiness and love the flavor.  Yesterday I tried without the milk and it was ok took but I prefer with warm milk.   I am not a big fan of chemical supplements and was looking for something natural to to help cope up with work stress and lack of energy.   It is something you have to try if you are over 30.  There is no substitute for a healthy lifestyle but this definitely helps me feel fresher throughout the day. It is a little expensive but will last up to 2 months.  Having tried this for over 4 weeks now, I must say I am impressed and I am glad I chose this product.  For me the important things are it being natural and the positive effect it has on me. Gets the job done great!. I have had some nausea, dizziness and some exacerbations of symptoms from the issues I have been dealing with.  Dealing with these, I decrease the dose of Shilajit and go up when the symptoms clear.  Since I have many health issues  i.  Or stop it for a day.  I am extremely sensitive to all kinds of meds, supplements, chemicals etc. .  But it is also causing some side effects, probably due to realigning my body's pathways, so to speak.  But I have managed to push through these reactions  they almost feel like "detox"  and am now able to take more Shilajit.  I feel better now and certainly have more energy.  Fibromyalgia, Restless Leg Syndrome, both part of the larger issue of Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome which has been with me most of my life , I must say it is an ongoing process to constantly strive for better health.  Again, it is a process for me and I have to take it slow or it will be too much for my body to handle.  In general I feel better. e.  I will continue to take it and see how I feel as time goes on.  As of now I am pleased with the results.  It is difficult to say if some of these negative symptoms are from a "clearing" or more really a bad reaction to Shilajit itself. Having tried this resin for 2 months, I can say that it is making a difference, in a positive way.  Here is where I have to be cautious and take it slow, know when to push through and when to back off.  So far I have been able to move forward with greater energy and feeling better all around.  This Authentic Shilajit is having a positive effect. . Adding it to my coffee everyday- great stuff!.

I have ordered shilajit from Pure Himalayan multiple times.  I know it sounds a bit over the top, as sourced at 16,000 feet in-between the layers of the Himalayan mountains on and on.  I changed it up a bit and got the soft resin, and received just today.  Awesome! Cool little glass container too, which I will keep, when finished as love their logo emblem.  Love telling this to my friends.  So for those of you not impressed with this supplement, give it a chance and let your body work with it.  I am just 5'10", 160lb lean, mean, exercise freak, 65yo male with high metabolism.  Oh and the taste is definitely weird but I have grown to enjoy.  Just plain by itself.  Do some stretching routines then my beverages, and light breakfast.  I hope their tales are true, either way this supp works for me.  They were sooo helpful, even LIVE, on the phone. .  I love the hard taffy like product, awesome supplement, at least for me.   Shilajit, for me, took almost two weeks before I started feeling results. .   Also when I first ordered from Pure Himalayan, I had some ordering questions etc.  They honored a bonus amount which was promised back a year ago. It came quickly, well and securely packed.  The jar is full.  Earlier I liked it, I decided to order more.  At first I took it twice a day-- working from a rice size up to a pea size, then when I was feeling better a few months later, I took a break and then when I became a little immune compromised the deep breathing and fatigue began again, so I started taking Shilajit.

Great personal office shredder for the price. I can not explain it but I just feel like a switch has been turned on. I used to take two scoops of banned pre workout in the morning to get me good for a day of fasted workouts running on caffeine I am completely mineral deficient and eat the worst American diet ever. . two weeks of shilajit changed my life I can fast all day with full energy equivalent to over 1000mg of caffeine and my sex drive is insane like a dragon trying to break out from within me. . . Great-value Product. But with powder form there is a problem of it absorbing moisture and solidifying and thus hard to use it properly. Shilajit - a wonder mineral, as I call it.  And with paste, it is hard to take when traveling.  So I appreciate these capsules! I have taken Shilajit by other brands, but those included other ingredients, although even then I felt that it was Shilajit that gave me extra energy.  Here, it is just one ingredient.  I have taken Shilajit in paste form and in powdered form  diluted in water .  So I know what I am getting, and I already know its potency from prior experience.  I recommend this to all my friends as a great addition along their healthy journey.

Perfect for keeping your important things safe!. 2nd day i had it on an empty stomach this time i went with 2 spoons with my morning black coffee and the focus and energy burst i got from it was clean and very noticeable definitely a good buy.  Tastes disgusting, but as any health nut will tell you; that is how you know it is good for you.  1st day of trying one spoon in water i can feel a little kick mental clarity and kinda up and moving. i have really bad anxiety and it makes me feel unmotivated at times.

Very happy with company and sheets. Apparently I am not as healthy as I think. After extensive research and decided that this is the optimal product in the market, I started taking it 5 1/2 weeks ago.   At this point perhaps some info on my background would help.  I never experienced the burst of energy that a lot of people said they did, however, I did feel a lot more mobile and moved around doing more things during the day.  I am an almost 73 years young female and except for having primary hypertension  no underlying disease causing it  has no other health issues.  Then about 8 days ago I started to notice some mild Herxheimer reactions  at least I think/hope they are .  I am taking Shilajit primarily for it is adaptogenic properties to see if I can perhaps wean myself from hypertensive medication.  Then just last night when I was in bed and turned off the light I felt slightly nauseous but did not throw up and it went away after about 10 min and never returned.  I realize that this might take a long time even if it works, but I am very willing to give it a try.  fast and detox to help expel the toxins.  Besides, I would reap all the other health and rejuvenative benefits along the way.  Being normally a good sleeper, I noticed nothing different there.  Speaking of which, I forgot to mention that the fine lines on my face have gotten shallower, my skin smoother and my eye lids less puffy.  Today I have decided to start a 24 hr.  Yay! What an Amazing Crosscut shredder!. I have tried many different supplements for energy and clarity.  From MCT Oil to Caffeine pills.  Shalijit is the ONE.  Only been taking it a few days, and I feel GREAT.  Best to mix in water best  because of the taste  but just tolerate it. . your body will thank you for it. . . Does what it is supposed to do. I do not feel any different but I do not have any issues either.  So I can not attest to noticeable health benefits but I am going to get more!.  lol I read lots of reviews.  Tried making them into little balls using olive oil to protect my fingers which was a disaster! If it is cold enough, you can take some out with a small knife or scoop and roll it into a ball w/o it getting all over your fingers.  Just do one when you need it.  Making them ahead of time is a waste because they will just melt back together unless you freeze.  I did not want to waste any of it so I got some hot filtered water and cleaned my fingers, knife etc.  with a small amount of water and then I made my coffee with it.  Tasted a little earthy but not bad. I made the mistake of buying a cheaper Shilajit on  and thought it was normal that it was liquid-y and tasted like the pollution of Kathmandu.  I am going to try the toothpick version next.  Definitely keep in the fridge.  Easier to work with when it is cold.  I am already pretty healthy so I am just using this to supplement myself of minerals. .  I probably had half a pea size in there.

Easy to use self-Product sheets!. I also take an extra pill when I eat something I should not, like a doughnut.  It quickly help my body recover from the high blood sugar I sometime subject myself to.  My A1C is 6. 1 by using this without metformin. I loved that a devise was provided to scoop it out of container. This in combination with CinSulin has allowed me to stop taking metformin.

Great for cardstock, too!. The taste is awful, but just get used to it.  Ball it up like others show in photos, and drink something with taking it.  Coffee is what I use. I have low vitamin b12 and this seems to help.  The warm beverage helps get it down.  Great packaging.  At similar temperature its solubility was different indicating different quality of the product.

Great for teachers. Love this product. Very thick and taste nasty I have only been on it 2 days we will see what happens after a couple of weeks.

Performs as Described. If you mix it with another beverage it is almost undetectable.  I love the smokey flavor and mix it into my decar/herbal tea every morning! One of the best things I have tried in a long time and it is now one of my absolute musts for each day.  It taste bad mixed with the water, but it was totally expected. It does work well, however it helps when your lifestyle is already healthy.

Compact and great for smaller projects!. It is working. I am using this with Quercetin and Jiaogulan  Gynostemma  to help shrink my viseral fat in my abdomen.  My stomach size is shrinking and I love it because this is the hardest fat for me to shrink. i have really bad anxiety and it makes me feel unmotivated at times.

Good features for a reasonable price. I bought my first ever Shilajit from another vendor but it was diluted with something because it didnt taste like burn tired/tar.  A true shilajit taste like burn tire or a tar  if you can imagine .  It is not supposed to taste pleasant. SHIPPING WAS INCREIDIBLY FAST!!!. Best deal ever so I really do not care about the .... Since starting this, I seem to be waking up a bit more energetic, clear eyed, with reduced body, aches, and pains. When I ordered this product, I did not realize it had the black pepper extract additive.  I am taking other supplements for weight loss, and it could just be a placebo effect.  I do not notice any other taste that others have described with shilajit. Your results will vary, but this worked as good as metformin for blood sugar control.  The taste of the black pepper is noticeable.

It is a great product!. And restless sleep. I am 67 years young man, living alone with a recently adopted puppy, and while I have always been active, the little dog is far more active than me.  I was also starting to forget things, experience anxiety, and have trouble sleeping.  After only four  4  days taking a pea size amount of shilizit, I feel more alert, more relaxed, fall asleep faster, and experience less joint pain, and that allows me to play more often with my little friend.

Good Stuff, Forever supplier. I did not notice much until after about a week but into the second week, I definitely noticed an increase in energy and have not had an afternoon nap since! I am also sleeping better at night and amazingly have been waking up with "morning wood" which has not happened in years. I was skeptical about this stuff but decided to give it a try anyway.  I highly recommend giving this a try!.  I have been taking the recommended daily dosage with my morning coffee for about three weeks now. Knowing there are so many vitamins and minerals in one little capsule to help with overall health.  Reasonable price for quality and quantity.  Similar to other brands and styles.  2 - year shelf life.  If you try this , I guess you have to find the dosage that works best for yourself.

GREAT products SMALL FOOTPRINT. Like most herbal supplements it takes awhile to feel the effects but it does boost your energy level.  I usually feel like I need a nap at lunch.  But now I am good all day.  Not sure if it has anything to do with me losing weight.  But I have lost 3 lbs.  I feel great I am ready for 58 whoohoo!!.

Simple, easy to use shredder. The capsules made it convenient to take the supplement on a daily basis. I was diagnosed as being border line diabetic so even though I was not prescribed Metformin I asked my doctor could I use it to help lower my A1C to prevent it from going higher.  I read numerous scientific articles that stated it was safe and that the side effects were minimal and would go away.  Not in my case.  I became violently ill after taking Metformin.  I stopped and restarted several times and even cut the dose in half and still could not tolerate it.  I researched the internet to find something natural that could replace Metformin and stumbled on this wonder supplement.  I cautiously tried it and was very pleased with how positive my body reacted.  Over all my glucose went down and I did not change my diet.  Everything does not work for everybody but I can say through the holiday season I ate extra and did not gain any weight, so that was an added bonus.  I can not wait to see how my body does now that my eating will be back to normal.

This is one of the key supplements that I take which put the motion in my ocean. It is easy to use and no mess.  I start off everyday with a dollop from the small popsicle stick on an empty stomach for maximum effect.  I love the earthy natural flavor of the resin.  It invigorates me.  Sitting at a desk all day behind a computer, dealing with an array of attorneys and support staff's computer problems all day can be pretty stressful.

First Impression: So far so good... I took it as directed and did not feel much different after a week but then I increased the dose and about another 7-10 days was like someone flipped a switch.  Feeling great.

Just Like the Name Brands. Thank you!. I LOVE this product and I have been using it for years! I also sold it in my pain clinic to our patients who suffered arthritis.  They were all excited to find they had way more movement and far less pain within 2 weeks.   I was introduced to Shilajit by a good friend.  I had one patient come into the clinic and purchase every container we had for fear we would run out and she could not get it! I use it for myself to prevent arthritis and to make sure I am getting all my minerals.

The Pull-out Draw Makes This Unit Terrific!. Granted, I was not taking much metformin any more, but still, effective!. Your results will vary, but this worked as good as metformin for blood sugar control. works great when traveling. It makes the taste much more tolerable, and the concoction enters the bloodstream directly this way. As a newly-minted physical therapist and novice powerlifter, normally I would be skeptical to any type of cure-all or natural supplement that claims the types of benefits that shilajit has, but I have to say, I am stunned and this is the end of my 2nd day of using it.  I have been having issues with clicking and popping in my neck  not painful  for the past year.   More to come!.  I have no idea why.  I thought my issue was more-so musculoskeletal dysfunction, but clearly the shilajit has made a huge improve.  This review is obviously anecdotal, but I have no doubt in my mind that this product is the real deal.   I was able to perform exercises this morning after taking two doses of this stuff with far less fatigue than normal.  This brand shilajit is the best results .  There is definitely a night and day difference I felt.   Best way to take this is to use a teaspoon, mix with your Manuka Honey of choice and taking both sublingually.  Upon waking up today, it is reduced by 80%.  Again, this stuff is full of magnesium and potassium, as well as other minerals that help with performance.

Larger capacity and so quiet!. The product is simply super, for maintaining the health of the body. Good day.  Especially the quantity.  You need to take very little per day for a month.  I want to share my impressions about this product.  That is, this volume is quite enough for a long time, taking into account the fact that you need to take breaks.  I am very satisfied.  Delivery was on time.  I recommend it!.  I recommend if you can afford.

Space saving and hard working. I have more energy and feel really alert.  After a couple weeks taking this first step thing in the morning I can start to feel the results. I took this product about 2 weeks.

Needs better way to secure. Energizing and strength building, women can still take it just cut the dose a little lower. Be careful taking this, it is seriously no joke. Researched the product before I decided on this brand.  If you have a chance have lab work drawn before and about 4-6weeks post starting this.  It can increase your hematocrit and hemoglobin and it can and does increase testosterone levels.  Start with smaller doses than most shilajits on the market recommend.

Great tool for home. Not to be confused with uncontrollable. Greetings all.  30 minutes after the first dose I noticed a feeling of expansion in my feet as if there was suddenly more circulation.  A great night sleep the first night and second.  Today, day three  after a deep sleep  I feel so darn alive.  Not euphoric, not driven, not spiky, just more vital and alive within a context of great calm.  I have only been on this Shilajit for three days.  I have more motivation, strength, and desire to talk with people beyond the norm.  I know this is early to be writing, but I truly FEEL the increase in vitality and it is unmistakable.  I greatly look forward to the long term of what this might mean for me.  Perhaps I should wait to comment, but I just can not contain myself.  Thank you Johann for the quality and care you put into this product.  And thank you for your quick responses to my questions as well.  I have taken Shilajit in paste form and in powdered form  diluted in water.

Better than my office shredder. I am sensitive to sugar, so when I do not eat well, my mood suffers  I turn into a grouchy monster , I get tired/crash, and feel weak/shaky. ***Note.  It happens if I have too much coffee  usually more than 1 cup  or anything that is a stimulant.  Quick update: I still take this when I feel a bit 'dodgy' along with other natural supplements, but I have moved on to other products  not available on  .  If I do not eat very well  mostly organic produce, with some grass-fed/pastured meats  I suffer with signs of hypoglycemia.  I still highly recommend giving this a try!  This is going to be a long review - I will break it up in sections so anyone who reads it can skip the parts that are not relevant to them.  If I take shilajit first thing in the morning, I can eat whatever I want and have 2 pots of coffee  terrible, I know  without feeling any bad effects related to hypoglycemia.  I am addicted to this and for good reason.  I have not been eating that well since I started on shilajit, as I like to use the holidays as an excuse to eat whatever I want ;  I have started eating better recently and looking forward to seeing what shilajit will do with a better diet.  All 3 smelled the same, had the same taste, and had the same daily results for me.  However, thanks to shilajit, I have not suffered due to eating poorly  not much produce and too much pizza .  I could not.  I was eating well until I got lazy a year ago, and started eating poorly.  I prefer the one from Lotus Herbs because of the consistency.  I ended up getting ill more times in 2014 than I have in nearly my entire adulthood  I am in my late 30s .  I can get a small amount out, roll it in a ball and swallow it like a pill.  Part of that is having 2 young children who go to school who bring home a lot of germs  I work from home, so I do not have to do not get exposure from work.  It is not a big deal, but it takes 10-15 minutes and I am usually in a hurry.  In 2014, I had the flu 2-3 times, several head colds, I ended up with bronchitis 3 times  never had it prior , etc.   **Initial reaction when taken** I am a highly sensitive person - that means that heat, coffee, medicine, supplements, and food seem to have a greater impact  usually negative  on me than others.  Since taking shilajit, the girls have been sick multiple times.  They had a small reaction of overall feeling better, but nothing like I experienced.  If I get sick, I will have maybe one day where I do not feel great  a bit run down , but recover quickly.  I could not believe how amazing I felt right after I took it.  A couple weeks ago both of my girls were fairly sick, and I woke up one morning with a raw/swollen throat.   **Background** A bit of background  feel free to skip ; I work about 60 hours a week, working on my doctoral degree, I have twin preschoolers, and far too many interests and hobbies - I am one of those people who loves doing things; I rarely sit down to relax, no time for TV watching, etc.  But I have been struggling to keep up with myself for the last 5 years.  The next day my throat was better, but I had a very mild cold.  I also had a very poor diet  lots of sugar and fast food  until the twins were born.  It last for one day.  I entered the world of natural supplements and homeopathy around 2012.  The biggest difference is that I still have clarity and focus, unlike in the past where having a cold would really impact that area and make it difficult to work.  I have explored so many different supplements, remedies, Paleo, whole foods, juicing, smoothies, etc.   **Why I can not stop taking it** I tried to stop a couple of times - it is expensive! I do not like being dependent on any type of supplement.   **What it has done for me** Besides giving me the energy boost that I really needed  w/no crash , it has helped with my blood sugar levels  hypoglycemia , psoriasis, boost in my mood, boost in my immune system in a huge way, I have better focus, clarity, and feel 'alive' or 'whole' - I am not quite sure how to explain that last part.  I just like to experiment and move on.  I have struggled with hypoglycemia ever since I can remember.  However, for me, this is the most important supplement I take and I will take it as long as I can afford it. .  On the days I tried to stop, I felt jittery from having more than 1 cup of coffee, I had hypoglycemic episodes, I felt 'okay' but not 100%.   **Tried 3 different brands** I started taking this in mid-October 2014.  It is not worth it for me to stop, the negative effects of not taking this are too great for me.  I had all 3 at the same time and rotated them throughout the week to see if I could tell a difference.   **Advice for others** I asked others to try this and some felt a mild effect, but no one thought it was worth the money and they could not stand the taste and smell  not that you really taste it as you are not chewing on it .  It is easier to handle.  For me it is a life changer, but none of the other people that tried it are like me - they do not have the same issues that I do.  I take it on am empty stomach in the morning, with other supplements  right now, fermented cod liver oil/butter oil blend, MegaFoods multi, and a couple times a week I add triphala and turmeric .  So this may or may not be a 'magical' supplement for you - you will have to be willing to spend the money in order to try it out for yourself.  I started with PurBlack and my initial response as rather euphoric - it was seriously so magical that even though it tasted and smelled terrible I was drawn to it and wanted more all day long  I limited myself to 1-2 servings .   Also, that euphoric-like feeling wore off after 3 months.  I never fully 'recovered' from having twins in 2011 - I have been exhausted ever since I was first pregnant and I knew my mineral levels were likely very low as I had a very rough pregnancy.  One day it just stopped.  I love to experiment.  I only had this product  Lotus Herbs  at the time, so I quickly bought PurBlack to see if that would give me the 'feeling' again.  I feel like I am functioning at 100% or at least near it on my bad days.  It did not.  There is no negative reason for this, but I found some products that give me better results overall for immune support and energy.  So I tried to quit altogether, thinking that it no longer was working for me, and got the same aforementioned negative results  sensitivity issues .  I will not buy the cheap version again, as I am worried about why it is so cheap  I am paranoid .  I know it is still working, but I also know that I may never get that 'magical' feeling again.  That is important to know, because when I shared some of the supplement with 4 other people, no one else had my same reaction.  That was just a bonus effect, so I am okay with that, though it was wonderful while it lasted.  Afterwards, I learned about proper nutrition, which changed my life  and my family's , but I still needed something to help.   **Bottom line** I cannot live without this supplement, but it is certainly not for everyone.  I have never been treated for it, but try to manage it on my own.  Just like all natural supplements - some are 'magical' and many do nothing, even if 'everyone else' swears by them.  With PurBlack, I have to dissolve it in water; consistency is a bit different, gooier.  You have to find what your body needs and you will know it when you find it.  It is all wonderful, and eating as many veggies as possible really helped me feel so much better, but I still did not feel 100%. .  I had energy boost, and I just felt alive and amazing.  On the days I tried to stop, I felt jittery from having more than 1 cup of coffee, I had hypoglycemic episodes, I felt 'okay' but not 100%.  First let me say that I have also tried PurBlack brand and one on  that was very cheap.

Best Bang for your Buck. Humans are all different.  What "WORKS" for one might not for another.  I tried a wide array of berberine capsules.  Want to get away from metformin   =a 'cure' being more harmful than the disease, IMO!  This controls my blood glucose levels better than any single ingredient berberine .   As always, I have not been compensated in any way for this review.   .  I will be a repeat customer.

I have been sick and struggling with my health for over a year.  I have been to several doctors with no answers to my symptoms.  I was suffering from severe joint pains,back pain, adrenal fatigue, low libido, numb hands and feet, headaches, brain fog, & severe food sensitivities which i never used to have.  Worked wonders for my symptoms.  I was in constant pain and had no drive or energy to do anything.  After about 1-2weeks of taking this i was about 80% better. Im thankful i found this and would like to share my experience.  It gives me this clean energy I never felt before and has help my mood tremendously.  Happy I found this product.  I know everyone is different and it may work for some and not others but if you are not well id give this a shot. It might be a placebo effect, but I feel more energetic and focused after only a few days of taking these pills.

Update on my products. Priced reasonably, unlike some of the shilajits available online. Its rare that one finds a high end excellent quality product that is not overpriced, especially in the natural health supplement world.  So many health benefits from shilajit  a lot of info online  but it can be used on a daily basis as a "rejeuvenative" to give strength and a long life.  The taste might be a little strong for some, but I like taking a pea size amount under my tongue.  Note: This unprocessed, tar - like form is much more effective therapeutically than shilajit in capsules, tablets or powder.  Pure Authentic Shilajit Siberian Mumijo is that jewel of a product.  Stephen. Self-Sealing Product Pouches. This is not marketing perception price  higher price=better quality , instead it is relevant to how this seller works directly with the locals & obtaining it. I bought a cheaper Shilajit so I am able to compare my experiences.  It simply costs more to obtain the best.   Third, I experienced this one differently.  This seller was highly creative.  After taking the first  cheaper one  for a week or two; I felt a little edgy/irritated more easily.  I have no idea if that is what happens when it is lower quality or not; just that I felt it.  Hence the higher price.  So I stopped taking it & shortly thereafter, I was back to normal patient self.  The cheaper version's container lid got stuck shut, the paper sealer also got stuck on the side, & I could not find anything to scoop it well.  I actually stopped taking Shilajit & was about to write it off as not for me; when I felt an inner nudging to try it again.  This time I did further research using "high quality" as my main criteria.   First, hands down, the container/packaging this seller uses is nothing but brilliant! Every piece of it.  I landed on this seller's page, went to their website & I knew THIS was the one for me.  While I know that Shilajit has a blegh taste to it, this one is actually far easier to take directly  rice grain size under tongue .  I have been using Lotus Blooming's Shilajit for weeks now & it is significantly different: packaging wise, taste wise, results wise.   BTW, I am a female in my late 50's & take this for cognitive health maintenance.  And that is just their container!  Second, I definitely felt a palpable difference in product quality.  And as we know, your tastebuds know best.

Fantastic value and delivery!. It definitely helps with stamina and endurance, and I feel like i am recovering a bit faster too.  Definitely worth trying if you are looking for something to help take your workouts to the next level. Not sure what all it is supposed to be used for, but I personally got it to add to my workout supplement routine.  Just make sure to take it on an empty stomach, it does not seem to work as well if you take it with food.  Eat something before you use it.

I love this Product machine. Most shilajit you see and can purchase are often heavily refined/processed.  Having been raised in an Indian household, I am aware of how shilajit should be taken from the earth and from where, etc.  This is authentic!  Second, the effects are wonderful.  My body is incredibly sensitive: spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically.  I feel everything that I consume.  Shilajit provides subtle but powerful effects - the energy that comes from it is nothing like coffee or tea.  This one definitely deserves five stars!  I have been on the hunt for authentic shilajit for years now.  There are no jitters, racing heart, etc.  It is subtle but powerful and you feel more alive and more awakened. g.  coffee and tea  are also stimulating to the mind, I will say that shilaijt is not.  It is not going to cause anxiety, overthinking, fast-paced thoughts, etc.  It actually does the opposite: energizes while also calming and balancing the mind. I Shred Cardboard Boxes In This Thing!. This definitely helps with iron deficiency and helped boost my energy levels. I like that this shilajit has a bold and smoky flavor without being overly bitter.  I mixed it in with some fresh ginger and honey.  The flavor is more enticing than I originally imagined.

Simple, compact, it works...insufficient instructions...what is cold goods?. I am a new to Shilajit as a product/supplement, but from my research this is one of the better options I could find.  I take it by itself and do not try to dissolve it any drinks  tried that at first but I am too impatient.  "Earthy" flavor as some other reviewers, but to me it is not that bad .  if it bothers you just chase it down with some water, tea, or juice.  It is for your health and wellbeing so mind over matter anyway.  . I use it for my tea.

Large Product sheets that fit every need. I feel more calm and relaxed in situations where I would normally get angry.  Huge plus! The down side is the taste.  I am not a fan of bitter tasting anything! But the positives far outweigh this very small negative so I power though it.  I have noticed a change in my overall mood as well.  I can not imagine drinking some tea made of this, again the bitterness is not favorite! So I take the provided spoon/stick and pull it up a little bit at room temp  which makes it easier to work with IMO  and grab a bit with my fingers and roll it up and take with a little bit of ghee and let it melt under my tongue.   I had pulled the trigger on this sooner! Get it you will LOVE IT!. I understand there is a powdered form because sometimes you are just in a hurry.

Best shredder i bought. I have been sleeping better and feeling stronger at the gym and while rock climbing. I like the consistency of this soft resin.  The smell and taste are much more potent than any of the others. I have tried a couple other shilajit brands and so far this one is my favorite.

Great for recipe cards!. I have only been using it for the past few days, but I can already attest: I feel better almost immediately after taking my tiny little 3 doses throughout the day.  I am quite excited now to learn more about shilajit and dial in the exact dose.   I have read a lot of other reviews online for other products and I am confident this is decent stuff.   Surely I am a rare case here, but honestly it has a really nice salty/rocky/earthy taste to it.  Like I said, I actually ENJOY the taste of this goop! All in the perspective. I just put this stuff in my mouth and let it sit under my tongue for about 90 seconds until it dissolves, then swallow.  Do not think tar.  Think rock! Not that you are a goat, but goats eat rocks and probably find them delicious.  No chaser necessary.   I envision this stuff being consumed by my ancient ancestors as a mysterious elixir of strength emanating from the mountain rock! Somehow the psychodrama of it all makes it taste good to me.  HAHA! An acquired taste for sure, but you will love it if you allow it.   I was introduced to Shilajit by a good friend. So happy I purchased this item.

Working great so far!  Very quiet!. Blood sugar is now lower than metformin at 2000 mg compared to 500 mg Berberine and is in the 90's and I feel great. Ok. I have been taking metformin for 17 years and have been taking 1000 mg in the morning and the same at night, I have been taking Berberine for about a month and the dosage has been 500 mg per day.

Product signs. I started out with the recommended dose I now take approx 1/2 tsp.  I can not say I have had an increase in energy.  I also heat my spoon under hot water in order to get out my morning dose bc it is like tar.  I do not notice any difference where that is concerned but I will take the memory help all day.  Before taking this I would 100% draw a blank when I needed that item.  After a cple of wks of this, I am shocked when I remember where I put something.  It is obviously giving me something my brain/body was missing. This does taste a little yucky however I chase mine with a warm/hot drink.  I live in an apt, I am forever tucking money or jewelry out of sight just in case workers come in while I am not home.  Take this pea size amount and put under tongue to absorb and drink with a fruit juice to absorb into the muscle quickly.  Ive not used anything different to cause my memory to improve.

Impressive paper shredder. I really like this product! I have used it for a few days now and I do feel a positive difference.  I do not mind the taste and it does not make me feel ill or anything.  I had say it is definitely worth the money. I have been taking this supplement for a little bit now and really can feel the difference more energy better mood more vigorous.

That it extends the.life.of the.shredder. If dissolved in warm milk of your choice it becomes more palatable.  One thing i am noticing is my sleep quality improving.  I need to test my blood to check if my Complete blood profile number look good or not, my main focus is on liver and kidney related numbers.  i will make an effort to track monthly once..

Shredder Rejuvenation. This did not work for me but my son in law swears by it so it is worth a try with such an outstanding seller!. Did nothing for me however giving 5 star rating for the superior customer service.  All tests were performed at the same lab, same time of day, fasting, approximately same weight  slightly higher for current tests , female age 64.  After writing my negative experience they took it upon themselves to refund me! This kind of customer service is unheard of these days and I really appreciated them going above and beyond.

It iworks as advertized. Now I retain energy for the rest of the day until bedtime.  This seems to be working fine.  I first tried the dry drops which are packaged well and easy to consume whole but I realized I prefer to take in my morning hot tea and the resin is easy to dissolve.  Shilajit is worth trying and the price is so reasonable that if you find it does not work for you then you are not out a lot.  Brain fog disappeared within days and I feel amazing stamina for when I work.  Give it time though. I would recommend the resin.  Everyone reacts in their own time.  My job is physical and before shilajit I was exhausted by the end of my shift.  By the way, the taste is strong on it is own but in tea or coffee with honey you can not even taste it.  I felt increased energy almost immediately. Ok.

Does exactly what I need it to do. Always use to be tired but now I am full of energy take first thing in morning with my smoothie workout then lunch great will order again.  The only thing I could recommend to improve these capsules is if they were filled in size 00 capsules instead of size 0 capsules.

share sheets / sizes were on point for my projects.. I highly recommend this for energy.  They say it is good for detox.  It tastes horrible, but that is all shilajit.  I just mix it into 2 oz.  juice with a spoon and chug it.  I had some left in my previous jar.

Great package deal!. They say it is good for detox. This is Amazing it tastes like the most awful stuff on earth like you scraped out an ash trey and ate it lol, but it works amazing it makes me more awake more alert mentally.  With zero side effects for me or negatives for me.  Downsides are it is soo expensive and tastes horrible but the effects are well worth dealing with the taste.

Great for those individual odd sizes.. Yes I am a big baby cant handle the taste. I have been taking shilijat for about 2 months now and I am just now starting to notice a difference.  If your taking it for a week and dont notice anything just keep taking it.  I am so excited happy I found this product and it works.  I take a little more than a pea size amount every single morning.  Some recommend you take it twice a day but I dont have to do that my energy level stays all day. Great taste and quality product.  So I started noticing a week ago my energy level has been amazing.  The way I take it I put a little more than pea size amount with warm water and then I hold my nose drink it and I either eat nectarine or apple.

Works perfect. I wish it had wheels.. perfect for my needs. I have been taking this product for less than a week, so I cannot really tell if it makes a difference on my energy level… But my first impression was very good: it has a thick consistency  like black honey , it has a pleasant soft smell that reminds me of licorice, it dissolves very well in a warm drink, and it does not affect the flavor of the drink at all, you will not even notice.  Only thing I would improve is the measuring spoon, which is completely flat and the amount you take is kind of random every time.  With zero side effects for me or negatives for me.
