Pleased with this product so far. I have tried other brands of MCT oil before, but I never really noticed any benefits in my energy or brain function like I have with this brand of MCT oil.  When I take this MCT oil, it feels like I get a boost of energy like I had get from a cup of coffee! Just make sure to take it with food because it causes an upset stomach when taken on an empty stomach. 5 tsp twice a day with meals, which equals to 1 Tbsp in total per day and that is been working well for me! It has no noticeable flavor as well, so I can add it to my meals or drinks without worrying about it tasting funny.  It helps him when he has a bit more carbs than he would like in his daily intake.

A fantastic addition to my home office and added security from identity theft (at least for me). shared perfectly - nice and clear. The. CMT comes thru the filter as if I put in in the cup.  I simply add the recommended CMT amount to the coffee in my drip basket on top of the ground coffee and turn it on.  So far the pills have been a good appetite suppressant.

easy to use without a machine. In the past I have used apple cider vinegar in my tea and it was effective so when I saw this product, I was excited to try it out. This shredder is  real gem. You have to start in the mirror. .  I take two in the morning and one at night! My blood sugar has gone down from 75-90 daily and it was about 180.  You have to remember what works for someone might.  Purchased these without much thought into it and I absolutely love them! Since I have purchased this product, I am already down 12 pounds. I have tried all kinds of diet pills and no luck, I even tried the keto with apple vinegar and it does not work for me anyway.  It work the same for you.

Great Product Sheets. Update Sept 2019: I stopped using downy or any other type of softener/scented beads on my pillows and I no longer have any sort of residue itchiness that I would get once in a while.  Of course using fungal acne safe shampoos and conditioners help eliminate the acne/crazy itchy and decrease shedding on my scalp.    Update: This oil is still great! However, I have now used the eddy's baby shampoo for scalp dermatitis. Sorry for the longgggg paragraph but if it can help out another person who has a similar condition as me, then why not.  I have folliculitis/fungal acne and was looking into a good alternative for scalp massaging oil.  And you might ask yourself, who oil their scalp? Me.  This girl.  Dandruff shampoos are the bane of my existence.  They actually aggravated the situation.  .  It was a weird itch bc there was no dandruff, pus, nothing.  Just an itch that made me went mad T_T The only thing that kinda made it better was moisturizing shampoos.  However, those moisturizing shampoos made my hair super flat and caused some acne like bumps on my face.  Then, I heard on reddit that some people were using oils on their scalp and it helped them a lot.  However, olive oil and castor oil were too heavy for my hair and caused pimples on both my scalp and my face. It really does what it says.  Then I use a light weight conditioner and my hair has been in great condition ever since! BUY IT.  And if you do not like it, just return it because   has a great return policy!  P.  Works great! If you have fine hair or needs volume, I would recommend shampooing using it twice! and then if it is slightly itchy because it is dry, use a small dab of hada labo perfect gel for some hydration   HOLY GRAIL.  It can even be shampoos that are free of SLS/allergen free like the free and clear and I still get an itchy scalp.  Therefore, I thought since mct oil is great as an oil cleanser for people who have folliculitis, then it might work for me! And yes, my god yes did it work! I can massage this into my scalp, let it sit for a few minutes or half an hour, and shampoo it off with any cheap shampoos and my hair is lustrous, full of body/volume, and my scalp is hella happy! I tried it with shampoos from pantene, suave, kirkland, etc and the end result was amazing.

great little products!@. I am losing a half pound to a pound a day! I had started Keto with very slow results but this is so encouraging to see the results everyday! Great products for the cost. They work but that answer comes with a qualifier.  It takes two to three weeks on the diet to start fat burning  ketosis  in the body.  So, do not expect instant results.  I always give up because I feel sick and shaky usually at 2-3 days in.

Great for school backpacks and lunchboxes!. So far this medicine has really helped suppress my appetite and instead of eating 3 to 3 1/2 meals a day I am eating two meals a day and not feeling hungry in between like I was. My wife bought this product for me because she enjoyed it so much. Quite and does a great steadying of documents.. What sells me the most on this brand is the bottle. I have purchased many different brands of MCT oil for my morning coffee routine.  It is the first time I have not had an oily mess on my counter! At first when I tipped it over to measure out the tablespoon that I use daily, I thought the top was broken because nothing came out.  Then I squeezed and it was perfect! One good squeeze dispenses a tablespoon, so I might not even have to measure! Because it will only come out when you squeeze there is no waste, no mess and I feel that it is sealed really well to prevent anything to contaminate it.  The quality on this oil is near the top of my list. A POWERFUL SHREDDER!. Thank you.  I have been keto for a few months now and I take 2 of these every morning along with a shot of apple cider vinegar.   Different seller  these are less expensive & capsules absorb better than the gummies I am told.  There is no taste at all.  2 a day.  I swallow one at a time as they are a little bit big.  We plan on going with capsules again.  We hope it continues to slim us down along with our low carb lifestyle.  Over 50 yrs young but still need a little extra help. Easy to use, even without a products. Not cheap at all. I started incorporating more carbs and not such strict keto  20carbs or less a day .  Ive lost about 5 pounds this week alone as I am taking these supplements too… so not sure if it is a fluke or actually working. I recently had to stop keto entirely due to other health issues  Celiac . I was definitely energized after taking two capsules.

Sturdy and quiet. I usually buy those supplements separately, but now I do not have to.  However, I do wish the company would list the amounts of keto bhb and mct oil on the label so I could know the amounts I am taking.  Yes of course they smell like apple cider vinegar, but I was expecting that, obviously.  However, I enjoyed not having to deal with the apple cider vinegar taste! Before, I was constantly suffering from GI problems like heartburn, acid reflux, distention, etc…but after taking these for two weeks, I was able to start feeling results internally.  If you are looking for a quick fix, like unrealistic goals…these are not for you.  And by the end of the month, I realized I had lost 15lbs, even with eating tons of non-keto foods during a week-long vacation.  I no longer wake up in the middle of the night suffering from heart burn issues.  But if you are patient and understand how supplements work, give these a shot, they definitely work. These were definitely very easy to swallow, even with the size of the capsules.  My appetite completely disappeared which helped make better food choices. I bought Keto Burn and Keto Detox together and I like that Keto they worked very fast I lost 13lb in first 2 weeks and very easy to swallow the flavor is like if you smell dry grass.  Another great thing about this version of apple cider vinegar is the fact it comes with exogenous ketones and mct oil.

This dramatically helped me get back into the swing of things again, along with helping me sleep.  I love the product.  I was struggling to get back into it, as I had headaches and the "keto flu". Great product for the money!. Which is why I wanted to try it. This supplement definitely keeps me fro bloating and gives me energy!.  I only take it when I am going to have a cheat meal as I live mostly on a keto lifestyle diet.  I take 2 pills right before I have my cheat meal and I find I fill fast but also the scale does not move after I eat carbs. I have been using this product for a couple of weeks now.

Works as intended. I have not experienced any stomach issues or rashes from taking these as a couple of others had reported.  The pills are a little large, but easy to swallow and they do not really have a taste in my opinion.  Previously when I have gone low-carb, after a couple of months I have had some of my hair fall out, so I am hoping these will help with that as I must be missing nutrients eating low-carb.  I will continue to take them on my low-carb journey. I was having leg cramps, and these definitely seem to help with that.  It worked well.

An extremely quiet paper shredder.. Only issue I recently had was the last order the pills where larger and a real hard smell of apple cider an ingredient in them. . .  As u see on picture there is not anymore added to it. I have been taking these awhile with proper keto diet and exercise they work perfectly . . colors different The texture of powder is different as well.  But has same ingredients.  I can not see how it could. . . . I love taking ketos.

I have no problem recommending this products Machine or the seller.. Easy to take.  I was taking 2 right in the morning before I ate anything, worked great for me.   Glad I was wrong.  The science behind it seems plausible but the immediate effect speaks for itself.  Feels better than caffeine and provides steady energy throughout the day.  A single Teaspoon works for me.  Might have slight jitters during the comeup.  Initial Jitters went away after a week of use. Thought if was a other one of those "Alpha Brain" Joe Rogan BS supplements.

Nice accessory for school items. This does have much of a thickness being a capsule.  And some how keeps one regular.  Just make sure you drink plenty of water.  To aid the capsule and all of the things this detox promotes.  I had recommend it.  My body had felt better and a bit lighter since taking them.  I even skipped a day by accident and still had the same result. Keto Burn Pills Ketosis Weight Loss is great in helping to manage my weight and assisting with my weight loss plan.  Not sure if that is how it intended to be used, but I feel it is very helpful as I do not want to put oil in the spoon or cup which takes time to clean.

Well made products. I have been taking Keto Boost for 2 months and have lost 18 lbs. I prefer the capsule rather than the liquid, it is just easier for me to take.

Worked perfectly!. Work well with my  basics products. I will be continuing these for a few more months.  But it actually does work. They are thicker than I expected.. This multivitamin has everything you need as a supplement to your low carb or Keto lifestyle. Initially, I had my doubts.  One day I decided to bite the bullet and try these and much to my surprise, I ended up enjoying them.  It increased my energy, and I do not feel like I will keel over every time I walk more than 50 steps.

Price is on point. I can eat so much more now without gaining weight!  Overall I have never experienced anything as effective as these pills for losing weight. I purchased these after hearing countless times how good apple cider vinegar is for weight loss.  I was definitely hesitant because I bought apple cider vinegar pills in the past that did not seem to work well.  I finally decided on these because of their high reviews & keto-specific label.  It literally feels like one of those magical weightloss pills you hear on infomercials.  They actually work! The first day I took them I noticed a huge decrease in my appetite.  While some foods can be an appetite suppressant, I still feel like I can eat.  However, when I take these pills my appetite completely goes away.  I feel content as if I just had a large lunch and can no longer eat anymore.  Except these actually work! You cnnot be too careful when tossing out paperwork. Other than that the product seems to work well. Makes a huge difference!. It does boost energy but no drastic effects come with it just makes you a little less tired. Well made product!. These are great.. Great product all around!. Worked Great First Time. We added Keto Boost to help keep us in Ketosis.  We are both continually losing weight. My husband and I started Keto August 8th.  My mom and brother also purchased them after I did, they have lost weight too, but they do not notice a difference with the pills.

Good sturdy Product sheets!. But after only two days of taking the recommended amount, I noticed a boost in my energy.  I have Major Depressive Disorder and am used to working with terrible energy levels and sleepiness.  I managed to stay up without taking a nap after at least two days on these and I felt "awake. I was pleasantly surprised by the effects of these pills because I did not expect much.  I look forward to see if there are any other helpful things from taking these. Out of several similar products I have tried, this one is by far the best and most affective.

Great Buy For Home-Based Office. I never do reviews, but in the case there is a mama out there who just had a baby…here's my review!  Pre-pregnancy I was around 150, end of pregnancy, around 197. but I found I hit 170 and could not get under that number.   I had been eating clean  think whole 30  drinking water, exercising 3x a week, but could not get under 170.   I have done keto before pregnancy and found really good results.  Thought I had look up an option to help stay in ketosis to continue to burn fat.   I start these pills on Oct 15 and weighed about 171.  Along with my diet, exercise, drinking water and taking these pills, it is Oct 26 and I am 167.   Finally under 170!  From the 15th to the 26th, I lost 4 pounds in 11 days.   I think with a healthy diet and exercise, taking these pills work.   I did notice I started getting headaches the first couple days, but after consistently taking them, I no longer get them.   It does say on the bottle to not use if pregnant/breastfeeding.  I unfortunately was not able to breastfeed, so this option works for me.   Hopefully this helps for any mamas out there! Great product sheets. Since taking this product that is fully alleviated. Saved my shredder, worked like new with one feeding of one sheet!. Yes I have a bit of weight loss which I would appreciate, but was also drawn to things about this product. There is not a single thing to dislike about this product.  Loss of energy was also a byproduct of my stroke.  It has been a slow crawl back to where I was prior to my stroke.  I can honestly state that I feel felt more mental clarity and more energy within a few days of beginning to take this product.  Lastly, this definitely helped appetite suppression as well.  I have already talked my wife into trying this also.  I simply add the recommended CMT amount to the coffee in my drip basket on top of the ground coffee and turn it on.

I am going to start Product my picture books I .... I do a 7-15 minute ab workout if possible, and had the energy boost to go on 1, 5mile run  It took 62 minutes , but It is a big step up from nothing.  My sugar cravings have taken a week to subside and are mostly gone.  I feel like the supplements mixed with eating a keto diet and 15 min of exercise daily are definitely making a positive impact on my body shape more than losing lbs on the scale so far.  My clothes fit better and I feel more confident. Pictures in order starting from day one, day 3, day 5 and day9  of use* which is today! I have started 2 pills, 3 times daily.   This is worth trying if you want are serious about making significant changes.  I have not tried it, but I assume these supplements would not be as effective if someone using them continues to eat persistently and seriously unhealthy.  I have been using for a couple weeks and I get full faster and eat less.

Highly Recommend. But COSTCO version does not have MCT 12, only 8 and 10. A great value for the money and a necessity to keep the shredder working smoothly.. It comes in very easy to swallow flavorless capsules which makes it very easy to take. Works well - very fone shred so highly secure- VERY quiet, easy to empty.. The only thing is the price a little bit bites. Like What I See So Far. I liked this product because it is easy on the digestive system. Love this! It really helps push me further into ketosis! Key word there is 'further'.  I have found it works best when you are already following a keto plan.  The first time I tried this product, I was only half-assing the attempt at being faithful to my keto diet, so clearly I was not seeing results.  I know others have said the same, even though I have been told they removed the caffeine.  I wonder if it is a minor side effect to taking this while still eating carbs? But then I went full-on keto for a week and tried the product again, this time using test strips before and after, just to see if there was a change.  HUGE difference! And NO jitters! Bottle says to take 2 pills once a day.  But to start, I am taking 1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon.  Not sure if that is diminishing results by splitting it up, or whether it creates a 'time-release' effect by getting 2 smaller boosts.  I will test my theory and update the results! Will definitely buy again!!.

Sturdy & Easy to Use. it took a while for results but they were good. Great value for such an amazing product.  I have always had a sweet tooth and now I take 2 capsules around 11:30 am and I do not crave cookies or chocolate for the rest of the day! Idk if that is what they are supposed to do, but I for one say, yay !.

Easy to use and good value package.. It was the same each time. I have purchased so many weight loss pills in the past.  I was very very skeptical about buying these pills for two reasons: 1.  Today is day 3 and I weigh 265 lbs  May 7, 2021 .   I have chronic migraines and these type of pills usually trigger a bed ridden migraine.   I am going to share a little bit of what I was doing before I started taking these pills.  I started on May 1, 2021 doing keto and intermittent fasting.  I weighed 272.   My energy levels are through the roof! Easy to operate and delivers!. I am just a little disappointed that they jumped in price so much in one .... Amazing for the price. Unlike other oils, this one has a cap that is designed to keep the oil in the bottle, not all over the counter as other MCT oils! It was difficult to get a small amount for my cat, without over squirting, so I removed the entire cap.  Great cap will keep me purchasing this brand! Great extras for the price!. I do not fully know what is in these pills but for a doctor who is knowledgeable with the ketogenic diet advised against these, can not be good.  I had been looking for a good pill brand to get my daily electrolytes and came across these…at the time these had better reviews, I can see why they do not anymore.  For one, they are not as keto friendly as advertised, ingredients contain rice flour.  Always double check with a doctor before taking any new supplements! It is been a month now since I stopped taking them and all my symptoms stopped and my blood pressure is back to normal.  Then I started drinking the recommended dose and after 1 month my anxiety got worse after drinking them  at this point I had been drinking decaf coffee  started feeling dizziness, numbness and tingling in my fingers and could not concentrate.  I went to urgent care next day and showed them the pills and they advised me to stop taking them immediately because my blood pressure was high and my symptoms were worsening due to a bad reaction to the pills.  I just felt the pounds dropping off and staying off.  I started taking a small dose to see how my body would react and besides a little anxiety I felt fine just figured it was due to my daily coffee.

I had recommend it to anyone asking which inexpensive products to purchase. I have been taking these for a month and I am very happy with them. Great investment. look 50 at most!! Survived cancer too. Currently I am at 253. 9lbs and going strong from 270lbs it works but you have to stick with it.  It will work it is more will power than the actual taking the pills which is the easy part.  A good diet is good and will help out a lot in your weight loss road.

Love my new products, so easy to use!. Lost a lot of weight with this product will buy again. This is a great product to add to your low carb diet! You have to remember to immediately eat after you take it just like the bottle says.  I take two so that I can take it twice a day because I like to cheat twice a day.  I am not really using it to lose weight, I am mainly using it to stay close but under 150 pounds  my husband said he does not want a bone  and still be able to enjoy a triple whopper and fries! This shredder is super quiet. I have been using the keto apple cider vinegar for 4 weeks and have seen the extra pounds coming off with little to no change on diet and exercise. Great for Product paper die cuts!. 6 days in and within the first 2 days I noticed the fat on my hips and shoulders softening BIGTIME! I feel less inflamed and less achy ALREADY! So much simpler than heading to an office store. I like that it also includes potassium, calcium and vitamin C, plus keto friendly. Slow, but does a good job.. I add MCT to my morning tea. Even though, I had like an all in 1 pill instead of having to take 3, I cannot even complain! Awesome Product!!! Does Exactly What it Promises to Do!!!. but these pills really helped curve my hunger while I fasted, and gave me the needed energy.  I take 2 around 830am and do not feel hungry until around 3pm, and that is when I eat  although maybe if I took 2 more pills around 1pm that might help get me to 6pm  .  They also help energize me for my regular sets and reps when working out.  When fasting I could only get through 1. 5 maybe 2 sets, but with these pills I was able to get through 3 sometimes 4.  I am better fitting into jeans that were tight, and my bra bulge is going down.  Like anything, they work best with healthy eating and exercise.  The only con is they taste like papaya with no lime .  I took just 2 a day to start and i had good results so i kept taking them.

It is hard to describe, but I knew something was off.  I had read that one can be lacking in certain elements while on the diet, so I went looking for a supplement meant to address said deficiencies.  I can not say that I did any in-depth analysis,.  i figured I would know soon enough if they helped.  I felt better within a day or two of starting these, so I consider them a good buy. Shortly after starting a keto diet, I started feeling unwell.  I have been using them for several months now.  Definitely try it before you decide to abandon the diet.  I am working on that part.

Great Long Product Pouches. We use both in part because trusting the vendor, but again, same vendor different product from COSTCO version. I felt increased energy the first day.  Important to determine if want 12, 8 and 10 more for energy, 12 gut, best to do a google search. This is a highly credible vendor, COSTCO stocking MCT oil that is outstanding and affordable.

Great Product pouches for letter size sheets. I lost 40 pounds in 6 weeks and drink lots of water rarely exercise. I started doing Keto a year ago and I bought this to help throw me in ketosis along with ketone test strips to track everything, and it worked perfectly.  Unfortunately I cheated and got off keto after a month.   But this month I really wanted to get back into keto, so after staying off carbs, I purchased this again and it helped put my body in ketosis faster.  I feel great and these work like a charm.   I will say that I only take the directed 2 pills for 3-7 days, and then stick with one pill a day.  That way I have the boost in the beginning and small doses to just keep me on track.  This is not something you take so you have more liberty to eat carbs, but it isgood to put you back in ketosis faster after, say, a cheat day.

Fantastic Product pouches.. I did have three cheat days as it was my birthday and we had a party with family.  I also did the survey/questionnaire which they have on bottle, for an additional free one as they only give you 60-pills per bottle  which only lasts 15 days for my dietary needs .   I began doing the Keto diet with intermittent fasting  6:18 ; no bread; no milk; and used these supplements to help place myself into Ketosis faster.   Week 3: I lost an additional 3 lbs  from original 15.  Because of the Coronavirus, and mandatory isolation being placed into effect, I was only able to do some light cardio for the first week, before my routine changed. 2 lbs , with some cheat days, as my seasonal allergies began acting up  and dieting supplements with any medical-antibiotics is not advised . 5 miles every other day, in addition to reduced caloric intake.   Week 4: I lost 2 more lbs  from original 18.  Within 5-days I had lost 10. 2  and have slowed down weight-loss wise.  I did not have any cheat days, and am now looking for ways to help me lost more weight. 2 pounds .  My goal is to be -40 lbs from original weight, and am trying to figure out how to optimize my dietary needs to accomplish this, due to my plateauing.  Every day I would do two-pills 20-minutes before each meal  as recommended on bottle , and due to my constraints, I only ate two meals a day  lunch and dinner  no snacking.   Overall, this product is really great.  I used my bathroom scale on two different surfaces, and tested myself 3 times per-surface to make sure the numbers were as accurate as possible before placing them on my spreadsheet.  The only negative thing is the amount of pills per bottle.   Week 2: I stopped cardio due to isolation, but maintained my diet and lost 5 lbs  from the original 10.  They recommend 1-2 pills before each meal, but only give you enough for 10-15 days.   ~Results~ Week 1: I was walking 2.  I would recommend they make bottles with 120 pills so their customer can have a months worth of supplies. Disclaimer: Each and every human being is built differently and will have varying effects based upon their own genealogical identity.  Also, I do recommend intermittent fasting  6:18  with reduced caloric intake as it really helps lose weight. 2 lbs, which to some it may be great news, though keep in mind every cardiologist will tell you that "water-weight" is the easiest to lose.  I notice I do not eat as much and it helps reduce my appetite.

GREAT COMPACT SHREDDER  !. I used to be size 10-12 then went to who knows I do not measure anymore all I know is I cannot wear them anymore.  I took all diet programs available but they either makes me so weak and then get sick so I stopped.  Until my friend told me about this KETO BHB that helped her lose about 10 lbs in a week only I mean who does that so I purchased this and believe it or not I am only in my 1 week and I have already lost 11. If it is good enough for a teacher, it will probably be good enough for anyone. They are easy to swallow, and I love the smell. I am extremely skeptical about any 'magic pill' but after reading all the reviews decided to give this one a try.  It was only $25 so I could live without the $25 if this was a bust.  It arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged.  The first two weeks of taking the product I felt like it was maybe making me hungrier than I normally would have been.  I noticed some possible side effects of slight dizziness and headaches.  it is hard to know if these were actual side effects from taking the product or not because it is also allergy season and my allergies can cause the same type of side effects.  But, during the third week I noticed that the pills really are working and I am not really hungry at all.  And any possible side effects that I may have had are gone.  The thing that you have to remember is that you do not have to eat if you are not hungry.  If you eat just to eat, it probably will not work as well.  I do not take these pills every day at the same time, but I do take one in the morning and then every four hours after that; up to 3 a day.  A lot of times I am too busy in the evening to remember to take the last one.  I do not work out on a regular basis, and continue to eat the things that I would normally eat.  I have already lost 3 lb and I am happy in the direction that this is going.  I will definitely continue to take these until I get to my goal weight, and possibly thereafter to maintain that weight.  A big selling point for me is that this product actually works and that it is made in the USA!.

It does not work.. I take it daily and have lost so much weight. Seem to help with weight loss but when taking them they get stuck in my throat and I have a hard time getting tgem down.

Works like the name brand. So I bought these not sure if they would work.  I started taking them every day with some fish oil right when I wake up and during week 1 I did not notice much of a difference because keto flu is a b**h, but you really start noticing the effects of these pills if you consistently take them for a week and eat clean keto.  I wake up each morning and take them and they immediately reduce my hunger and give me energy that does not just make me crash.  It has been 2 weeks and I lost 10 pounds already.  The best way to take these is like I said with some fish oil pills and it might sound gross but I drink 1/2 tablespoon of pure organic coconut oil before I make breakfast.  It really gives me so much energy and no hunger pains at all. I use this product i like it very much in flavour good taste easy to swallow and reasonable price.

Everything I wanted from a products. I recently started the keto diet and noticed that all of the fat burned from my body was making me feel sluggish and toxic  as fat deposits are normally toxic , so when those fat deposits helped burn off this product help detox the negative side effects. Does what it is suppose to do.  This is not an eat all you want magic pill.  With good dieting and exercise this pill does help curb the carbs if you had a slip up.

Because it was already in my system but when I can think of it and I do it every morning I had get in here and make my breakfast and I take my vitamins and I take my vitamin D and I do everything over the counter I do not never take any kind of drugs I have always done natural and if I can see them inside and think about it I do take them but I take like two in the morning I have never take no more than that but they just made me feel good.  And I have nothing negative to say about them even if it did not make me lose weight that would be okay I have not really paid attention to that I was really in it to trying to keep me and ketosis.  I know nobody's asked me to say anything like this I am saying this from me from the bottom of my heart and soul I am telling you this this is my reaction to this stuff.  And if I never lost a pound off of it in my entire life I would say buy it I am going to I was hesitant I did not believe it and like I say I was really wanting it to lose weight but after if made me feel like it did that thought went out of my head all together and I did not pay no attention if I lost weight or not I just knew that I felt good.  But when it hit me it honesty felt like somebody had throat ice water in my face!! Use oil to quiet it down,  small enough to easily move. In addition, the ingredients are natural, which is a huge plus.  It has not impacted my sleep at all.  I have been doing Keto for about a month  eating less than 30 net carbs per day  and was still having difficulty loosing weight.  I am trying to loose my last 10 pounds, which I know can be a challenge.  With this product I have lost about 1.  I will be using this long term.  That does not sound like a lot but trust me, for me its a huge improvement.  This product greatly increased my level of focus as well.  I have been working from home for several weeks and definitely noticed I am able to pay attention for longer periods of time. I have been buying Pruvit ketones which are quite expensive. I was pleasantly surprised with this product. 5 pounds over the last 7 days.  I normally eat around 10:30am, have a small lunch around 3pm and a light dinner at 7:30pm and do not get very hungry in between meals.

Great home based product. This is my first time purchasing these excited and hopefully they are promising.  Will update after a month.  Then I started drinking the recommended dose and after 1 month my anxiety got worse after drinking them  at this point I had been drinking decaf coffee  started feeling dizziness, numbness and tingling in my fingers and could not concentrate.

A good products. I will continue to use this product.  It really helps curb my appetite so I am not always hungry.  I do not fully know what is in these pills but for a doctor who is knowledgeable with the ketogenic diet advised against these, can not be good.  I still love food, but now I stop eating when I am full instead of stuffing myself silly.  Now I have to remind myself to eat! Great products - My wife loves it!. And even still I could not get that last 10 pounds off until I tried Shift! it was exactly what I needed to get that layer of fat off of the muscle to have that lean, tone look. I started using this organic MCT Oil after a couple of weeks of beginning keto eating.  I feel it helps me to have moderate energy throughout the day and some boosts in my fat burning because I was seeing results through loss of weight.  I believe it helped me progress out of the brain fog I was in from starting up the healthier Keto eating.  I started with 1 tsp at a time and after increased every week until I was at 1 tbsp.  I stay at 1 tbsp a day.  I put it in my flavored water and drink it in the mornings.  I believe it helps in stabilizing my blood sugar because I can last longer between meals without feeling cravings.

Awesome for a Teacher!. These a clear and easily sealed.. Keto Burn seems to be helping to to lose the weight. Easy And Oddly Fun... Once You Figure It Out. These have been amazing and I have not been taking any additional supplements. I only had 1 day of keto flu which was awesome! And No Cramps! That was my biggest challenge the last time I was on keto forcing me to stop.  The smell is not pleasing.  Overall, I would recommend this product for anyone on the keto diet.  I was scared to stretch in bed for fear of my calf cramping up.  This is a good product.

A little expensive .... Skin, immune system and liver improvement have been on my radar for a while since I have been focusing on my health and I am happy to finally have a product that does what it says it is going to do. Performance-wise it is a beast (12-sheet model), but the pullout drawer and wheels could be better. Heavy Duty and Very Durable. Upon receiving the bottle, I opened it up and took a big whiff and wowsa. Let me first say, I have Hashimoto's disease, which is an under active thyroid that I have been told will eventually just quit. .  I have been to multiple doctors, witchdoctors, and health coaches.  vinegar!! I started out slow with one pill a day and then two and now I am taking three, one before each meal.  I have been stuck at 182 pounds for a long time now.  i am very sensitive to medicines and supplements so I like to ease myself in and make sure it is not going to shock my system in any way.  I want to feel good and feel good about myself again!  All that to say, I have been working out, cardio and strength training, consistently for 8-9 weeks now, along with eating really well and cutting back on calories.  I had not lost an ounce or an inch.  So far, so good! And HALLELUJAH! I have FINALLY started losing weight.  One of the witchdoctors I had seen had me making this drink concoction that had apple cider vinegar in it to drink before each meal but the taste was HORRIBLE! Good products, great price.. Love putting in my morning coffee. I have only been using this product for a few weeks now, but I can say that I notice a difference in how I feel when I use the product and when I do not use it after eating carbs.  I do not eat simple carbs much, but when I do, I often get bloated and uncomfortable, but when I use this product, I do not seem to get that bloated feel I normally would.

What I liked most about this product is that it has really helped me losing weight 12 pounds woW j still can not believe it.  And so far this works for me it gives me the extra energy that I need during the day.  There is no magic pill that makes you lose the weight cuz that is impossible as long as you eat right and exercise a few times a week it helps.  I will keep you updated when I start losing the weight.

Buy these pouches for a third of the price. I had just bought the one bottle for us to try and with 2 of us using the same bottle im here 2 weeks later to order a new one.  I take these on an empty stomach and do not have any issues.  I also have hypertension and this does not make it worse, in fact being on a keto diet I have actually been able to reduce my hypertension meds. My fiancé and I have been taking these for 2 weeks now and we definitely have an increase in energy.  I will keep buying these as they are awesome and do what they are suppose to do.  I do though still take a daily potassium pill cause apparently I do not get enough and have calf soreness if I do not add in the potassium pill.  I can tell the difference between when I take these and when I do not. Did not work as promised will not purchased again.

Temp control is useful. So far, I have lost 3 lbs. While taking this, I have had quite a bit of success with this.  I have to take Methylprednisone due to inflammation and this Keto Boost has counteracted the gaining of weight - for me - from the medicine.  Thanks a lot to the manufacturers of this product!.

After reading the reviews, including those mentioning the no-mess cap I knew I had to order this product.  I previously used a different brand that always left a trail of dripped oil down the sides of the bottle and my countertop.  This product is great! I had an issue with delivery that caused me to contact their customer service and they were more than accommodating.  The product and the company are top-notch and they have earned a return customer!.

Ok this is a crazy amount of pouches that is super budget friendly.. This is definitely the one to buy if you are following Keto diet, it aids in digestion, helps in suppressing appetite and I have noticed a few pounds lost.  Highly recommend trying this!! You get 2 bottles for the price of 1 .  I would buy again.

Excellent, high quality product at a reasonable price.. First, i would like to say the tablets sizes were pretty easy to swallow and there was no after taste like those of some other brands which i have tried before that force you to take something sugary to wash down the aftertaste. What I liked most about this product is that it has really helped me losing weight 12 pounds woW j still can not believe it.

Well worth the money. This product really does help get my system into keto faster.  Swallow a couple capsules to start getting your system working towards keto calorie burning.  I am definitely a fan and recommend, for sure. 8 pounds my first week and I have been "going" once a day vs once a week with help.

It is a cute little workhorse.  I love it.. There is no taste - I just put some in a spoon and down it I do not do the whole keto coffee mix it in routine. Okay hear me out, I am not sure if this stuff is really what is making my weight fall off, but I think there may be something to this stuff.  I am on keto again, lost 70lbs back in 2018 by diet alone.  But now getting back into it, I noticed a lot more energy after taking this each morning, hardly any cravings at all, and the initial water weight you lose getting back on keto is literally insane how quickly the number on the scale is going down.  I have lost 15lbs of water weight this week alone! Sure I am tracking, weighing my food out, the whole bit.  So you do need to make an effort.  For the price, go for it.  If it does not work for you, take your L and move on.

Works perfectly and looks professional. May not work for everyone but definitely works for me. Let me start by saying I do intermittent fasting   do not eat until 12pm  and keto diet.  I recommend giving it a shot.  It has helped me feel more energetic in the morning   I am definitely not a morning person  and it has helped curb my appetite until about 1pm. It has a squeeze top lid!! I have purchased other more popular brands of MCT oil that were much smaller in ounces, and more expensive.  I found myself getting hungry around 10-11am but not anymore.

Works great for home use!. I literally forgot that I was taking these because I put them in with other medication that I take in the morning, so I just have been swallowing them without tracking their progress.  Two days ago I realized that through my day I have not been hungry for the little snacks that I usually consume.  Since then, I realized that all I wanted was my major meals, AND DIDN'T KNOW WHY! It was these supplements! Love em already!. These are truly amazing, I can not stress that enough! I will take 3 or 4 before a big cheat meal and the next day the scale shows as if I never ate it! I have tried several other kinds and these are the best.

The oil was easy to use. They also have MCT oil so they got me into ketosis faster than just doing the keto diet alone. I love apple cider vinegar benefits but it is so hard to drink because of the taste .  Highly recommend these!.  And I have tried missing and diluting and everything known to man. This product helps me a lot to increase my Ketones during my keto diet.

Perfect to share if you do not have a machine!. Amazing product for your money definitely would recommend. The product does what it says it does.  It keeps me in a consistent state of ketosis, which is exactly what I am looking for. I have not lost weight per se but definitely inches and it has helped to maintain my fasting for 3 to 4 hours longer.  It also gives me energy and focused throughout the day.

Update: This worked beautiful for 18 months.  Have lost about 1 lb a week averaging 4. 5 lbs a month.  Great Appetite suppressant & could “feel” it burning my calories.  I have major heart issues so this is crucial for me.  My Pulmonologist and Family Dr are delighted with my success and they say this is the perfect rate to lose weight for best chances of maintaining the lower rate.  Lost 37 lbs.  Started September 2020 and this is 8 months later.  Take 2 capsules 10:30 am.  Quit working.  I eat supper around 5:30.  I eat healthy & not so healthy suppers.  What can I do? Please help! Good quality film and adhesive. Quick shipping, and impressive results, after two days I feel healthier, I struggle with brain fog and taking these have helped improve that.  Total cleanse and detox.

Easy to use, and works great. I run Detox and Burn about every 6 months to do a reset. These made me rather sick on the stomach but I gave them to a friend and she has had no complaints at all.  I was put out on disability for life, movement is not really a good friend of mine anymore, this stuff helps in several ways, but you have to order and see the results for yourself. ok guys look, this stuff actully works! Great replacement to my recalled products.. This is not an eat all you want magic pill. A friend gave me some of another brand, these are much cheaper, give me as much energy and are actually easier to swallow.  They had no flavor, like pills should be.

Great space saver!. They are smaller than a fish oil vitamin if that helps. I have taken the supplement for 2 days, before meal.  And no drowsiness at all.  Best supplement so far when I weighed myself again, I lost 0. 5lb.  The pill is easily to swallow.  Recommend it!.

Good shredder for price. For me, I have been tracking my ketone levels and notice that this supplement has help elevate my the ketone level.  I have not experience any issues. I tend to be wary about taking supplements.  It mixes in easily and tastes good.

Health for you Brain and hearts in a bottle.  I take fat-soluble vitamin D, K with this product.  Fat soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K.  I think this wholesome combination, a positive outlook and a genuine desire to live a healthier life is key-- no single product will do the trick on its own, you have to put effort on all fronts for the very best results.

Glad I bought it. I suppose it might be good for hydration and I did notice that it positively affected my ketone levels when I used the ketone urine strips to test. These pills are helping me feel energized and helping me avoid the keto flu while getting back into keto! They are a little big, but not at all difficult to swallow and they smell nice, unlike most vitamins.

suprisingly impressed. You still have to do the hard work of eating correctly, but these really did help me transition back to the keto diet much more easily. I have been on and off the ketogenic diet for years.  So before actually trying the product, I left a review, great customer service, excited to try, etc.  I felt like I got into ketosis more quickly and I did not get any keto flu!!! I have been taking them consistently for about 4 months.  This supplement made getting into ketosis so much easier.

Professional without the machine cost.. Sturdy, clear Product pouches. It is very powerful. I did about an once and got a terrific stomach ache, puked, 4x to toilet.  But I was not hungry. An absolute game changer! I have used AVC pills before in the past but this brand really worked for me.

great Product pouches. I am glad I bought two bottles. I am writing a review a month after using the product.  If they did not work, I was just going to return both bottles but it turns out that I do not have to because they work.  The one thing I will say about this product is that it curves your appetite without the jitters.  Finally, something that works, that do not give me the jitters.  I started using this product February 23, 2023 and today is March 23, 2023.  I recommend.  That was the one thing I was concerned about. Product helped to lower appetite and lower weight.

Quality of product. At first the taking the 3 pills per day seemed a bit much but they are easy to swallow, give me a boost of energy and seem to give me some missing vitamins. As a new person on Keto, I wanted to find a supplement to help me get any vitamins I might be missing while I start this journey.  I plan on continuing on taking these to make sure all my nutrient needs are met.  No drips, leaks or runs.

My favorite Product sheets ever!. We just started these a week ago and we both have seen weight loss.  I am down 3. 6# and my husband is down 3#.  We have not changed anything, we typically eat one main meal, which we have not altered the content of, and rarely snack.  My husband's physician had recommended a fasting diet, but we already do that with no results.  I am a nurse, active all day and exhausted by the time I get home, my husband has actually been laid up for almost 8 months with a spinal nerve injury, so neither of us have started any exercise program.  My husband has high blood pressure and thankfully has not experienced any blood pressure issues taking these thus far.  We are taking 2 capsules in the morning.  We are testing positive for ketones.  It is only been a week and I am sure there is water weight being lost, but I am hopeful that we continue to see results, I will update again after a month either way.  UPDATE 06/10/22: I am currently down 13. 8lbs, have not changed my diet, and no negative effects.  Ive lost about 5 pounds this week alone as I am taking these supplements too… so not sure if it is a fluke or actually working.

Durable and easy to use. I will update in another month.  I use it in conjunction with Keto Weight Loss Fat Burning capsules. Quality product at a great price. I restarted Keto 4 days ago and I have been taking Keto BHB every day. I am about a a few days in of trying this product.  I started out with taking 1 capsule to assess any side effects, but I noticed it was not making an impact.  So I started taking 2 capsules as directed, prior to breakfast.  I started telling a difference when I could skip lunch, which allows me to eat an early dinner, and start intermittent fasting earlier.  Starting during 2 - 60 oz bottle of water.  Off to a good start of this journey, and so far negative side effects! Have not seen significant weight loss yet, but just started, however I do feel better and have sustained energy.

Heats Up Fast with Auto Shut-Off - Excellent.. I love this product! I took it with me to my summer vacation and I took it 30 min before I ate any carbs and I can tell it block it because with all the pizza, wings, rice, noodles, bread I ate I only when up one pound! Incredible!!!.  Now I certainly do not overdo the carbs but when I feel like having a slice of bread with dinner, this product has certainly helps with those cheat eats.

Really does the job. Helps cleanse and relieve bloating. I have tried a lot of Keto supplements, but none of them gave me any results.  I feel more focused towards the end of the day when normally I would feel sluggish and foggy.  The flavor honestly is not bad, either.  I was burping up raspberry from the ketones; not unpleasant!
