Perfect, Good Quality/Price. This has been an excellent paper shredder for me.. Use these especially for GBC Heatseal productss!. This product does what it says it does. as described. Ive only been taking these for 4 days now. once daily. i was taking them every morning,but as I just read these are supposed to help you sleep;so ill switch times and start talking them every night and see if that helps my sleep instead. ill finish the bottle.

Perfect Product pouches. It worked very well for me—blood sugar is better now than on Metformin.  Have a friend who did the same thing and it did not work well. I had to quit taking Metformin and started regimen with one of these every 12 hours, then added in Bitter Melon. I like everything about this product.

Served its purpose. I do like it but only at $39 or less for a 4 pack. Since I added Basis to my daily routine, I have noticed an improvement in my sleep pattern and energy level.  It is easy to swallow with no taste.

Fantastic products!. The capsules are vegetarian. This Wellness Labs RX supplement is easy to take .  I think that the two supplements combined here ,NAD  and Tran- Resveratrol, are some of the best things I can take for overall wellness.  Although I do feel that I get a mild lift from NAD , I have been taking it for a while now and as with many supplements these effects wear off or can be reduced over time.  The capsules are easy to swallow , and I like that there are no extraneous ingredients .  My main reasons for taking these two supplements is the science regarding them in relation to health and longevity. After 60 days this product has improved my sinus congestion considerably I have not used my sinus spays in two months and the improvement is remarkable  The morning brain fog I suffered is now a thing of the past my mental focus has also improved as well  I will continue using this product.

Has corner clipper, hole punch & more. 5 since I have seen that dosage recommended for OCD.  I have not noticed any side affects from the NAC either, which is awesome.  I was obviously very skeptical that a pill could help my OCD, but to my surprise it most definitely has.  Keep in mind it will not STOP your OCD, but I do believe it will lessen its mental grasp and allow you to control your thoughts/behaviors with a bit more ease.   I also read that if you take NAC before a night out drinking, it will decrease the toxicity your liver and brain will undergo, also preventing hangovers.  While I only have tried this once for this specific reason, and honestly drank more than any pill could possibly prevent a hangover, I noticed it DRASTICALLY increased my tolerance. I bought this product mainly because of the specific OCD relief people online have claimed it helps.  I am a SUPER light weight and infrequent drinker, so I took this largely bc of what people have said online about its potential to increase tolerance.  I did not want to have to leave the bars after 3 drinks and feel totally wasted in a college town with my friends.  NAC made me feel like superman in this regard lol.  I consumed quite a few mixed drinks and did not feel ANYTHING until I consumed my third drink  normally drunk with 3 , I was starting to fear that I would not be able to let loose and enjoy the night with friends if I wasnt going to be able to feel anything.  My mind feels much more at ease and softer on OCD related distractions and issues.  But after finishing the 3rd I felt lightly buzzed, and continuing the night the buzz intensified lol.  I also did not feel a burning sensation in my stomach  always accompanied with drinking  and my head never felt hot or headache-like.  I do not think if you took shots it would stop these sensations, but with mixed drinks and beer it did.  I will admit I do not take it consistently and regularly as I should, but when I have for a week at a time or so, I notice mental improvements.   I never felt like I could not control my body or mind while drinking with NAC and that is what was most comforting.  My friends were impressed and I held my liquor quite well, danced a ton and felt surprisingly lucid for the amount I consumed.  I cant report on the specific scientific rationale behind why this happened, but I had advise you to take to google and see for yourself.  I will report back and update this review in a few weeks to say how it is going and if it is still holding up to how it has worked so far.  I choose to take 2 pills to notice improvements, although I may up it to 2.  I definitely suggest you give it a shot if you have OCD and/or want to prevent the ugly side of drinking from ruining your nights out.  . I had read articles that said this product works similar to Metformin… after doing my research I decided to try it! I have lost almost 10lbs in a month while taking this!  I had known about it sooner.

BEST DEAL AROUND. My energy has remained the same.  If there are any anti-aging effects, it is too early to tell.  These pills are easy to swallow and do not have that "vitamin smell".  My total cholesterol numbers have been excellent.  I will buy these again to see if there is more progress. If my brain could talk, it would probably say, "Hey, we have got a party in here, and it is BYOB  Bring Your Own Brain .  So, if the goal is a wild cognitive rollercoaster, Alpha Brain, you have nailed it.  It is like my brain signed up for a self-improvement seminar and ended up at a cosmic disco party – there is a lot of energy, but I am not sure if it is making me smarter or just teaching my brain to do the Macarena.   Taking these pills felt like inviting a group of hyperactive squirrels into my head, armed with tiny dictionaries and motivational quotes.  Just do not ask me to explain string theory afterward – I am still trying to figure out the unicorn's stance on quantum mechanics. So, I decided to dive into the world of genius-level brainpower with Alpha Brain, and let me tell you, my neurons have never been more confused.  It is hard to say if I have noticed any changes, but I have definitely been feeling good taking these daily.  I expected mental clarity; instead, it is more like my thoughts are doing a chaotic conga line.

This is a high quality supplement, and it seems to be formulated especially for supporting muscular health and reducing age-related muscular wasting.   The formulation:  *300mg Niagen - A good dosage of NR, and sufficient to boost NAD  levels, which in turn supports muscular health.  *200mg CoQ10 - Good, moderate dosage of CoQ10.  But ubiquinol would be a better choice, and has better bioavailability.  *50mg GG-Gold - An extract of annatto, with a lot of interesting pro-muscular health benefits.   Early research has demonstrated that GG-Gold increases anabolic response to protein and increases protein synthesis, which in turn helps build and maintain muscle mass.  It also increases endogenous CoQ10 production, as well as increases bone health.  And finally, it is been shown to boost testosterone levels.  But - all of this research was in mice - and from what I can tell, there have been very few if any studies on GG-Gold in humans.  In particular the GG-Gold looks interesting, but there is not quite enough research to really endorse taking it at this point.  Beyond that - this is a very expensive NR   Coq10 supplement, and I am not sure it is all that much better than taking NR or NMN alone.

Great Product Machine. Ok this were the first Niacinamide that i bought from this brand and they were excellent for my arthritis and many more things, i need this form of B3 Niacinamide because i get a terrible flush and dryness on my eyes and skin every time I have tried Niacin form but every time i get a terrible flush so the Dr change it to Niacinamide and i did love it it is a whole difference .  Easy to swallow & very potent.

Powerful Yet Quiet. I stuck to it for over 30 days and it seams to work.  I take many supplements so it is hard to feel exact effect but there is couple things as sleep and energy that is better.  I work hard physical job and this was definitely help.  Try it then decide. Amazingly seems to give me an extra two hours of natural energy every day.

It also may lead to mitochondrial biogenesis.   The real question is whether this supplement is worth the price.  Basically, it is considered a "post-biotic," which means good gut bacteria make it from certain chemicals in various foods.  It may be cheaper to take urolithin A precursors.  Foods rich in ellagitannins include pomegranates, walnuts, grapes, and strawberries.  But, if you want the real thing, this is a great option. I knew very little about urolithin A until I ordered this supplement.   The company claims GMP certification, which is a sign of quality manufacturing.   Urolithin A may activate autophagy in cells, which means it may help remove waste in cells and promote the health of cells. Ok, so this supplement was a complete blessing in disguise! I originally ordered this to help with my acne and inflammation.  When foods rich in ellagitannins reach the gut, the bacteria make urolithin A.

Working chained to my swim bag. Very cool product. I am a diehard for NAD.  I was taking NAD  but decided to switch to a NAD precursor after researching the benefits of this over taking NAD .  This product has to go through the gastro system, so some percentage is lost.  NAD helps every cell in the body do what it is supposed to do and it may be the fountain of youth.  My first exposure to it was in the IV therapy arena, but you can not do that every day.

Easy to use / Strong Finish. My energy levels have increased and my sleep has improved tremendously. This is an excellent anti-aging compound to take to reduce inflammation and oxidative stress.  Definitely recommend this brand.

A GREAT ADDITION TO THE OFFICE. This product really works, I add it to my morning coffee and it really clears my mind. Great, but do not use this if you are making stickers .... This stuff is great! I feel like I have much more energy when I am taking it and I also recover from overdoing it at the gym much faster.  A strained muscle now only takes a day to heal where it used to take two or three.  This is an active ingredient in another vitamin mix that I am considering taking so I thought I would start with this and work towards another product.  It does increase your overall energy and well-being.

Great goods Pouches. I am on my 2rd bottle.  I love this product due to its high dosage. Handles 8 sheets well. I have difficulty taking diabetes meds because of side effects.  I read about reviews of Berberine and it works for me.  I will be testing my A1C in early July and fingers crossed my A1 will improve.  Product works as intended plus added bonus taste great.

Great product for lamintor. Most have not had sufficient results to justify the cost, at least not for me.  However, with this product I saw immediate results in energy boost with no jitter or other side effects.  Like the other products that claim to be anti-aging, time will tell.  But as for immediate energy boost that lasts throughout the day, this product works for me. I have tried several different NMN  and NAD  supplements.   The dosage is two capsules/day, so this will run you about $1/day at the current price of $30.  Not the cheapest, but definitely not expensive compared to other brands that make bigger claims, yet are far less effective for me.   So far, very impressed. This is an excellent anti-aging compound to take to reduce inflammation and oxidative stress.

I have not done too much research on the individual ingredients in this supplement in particular, but this brand comes recommended by my health care provider so I trust the brand.  I do know that boosting and helping our mitochondria can be very beneficial to our health, so I have been taking this in hopes that it will help support the mitochondria and help with energy and mental clarity.  So far it has been good, I have not had any negative side effects and no bad flavor.  It is easy to take in the capsule form, but I have not noticed any significant changes.  I will continue taking to see if I notice any more significant changes.

Bought this oil to lubricate a friends paper shredder.. I am pleased to say the least.  My doctors said it is aging and offered no solution.  I have totally experienced increased muscle strength and recovery using this, leading to better workouts and much faster results.  I know that nerves are cells and therefore have mitochondria, so I tried it and I am certain that I am regaining sensation which improves balance and awareness.

It simply works!. If it works. great.  If not, the placebo effect is positive. . So far this product seems to be making a difference.

It is heavy & I had difficulty putting the top [shredder] on.  At 81yrs it was heavy for me.. As someone who's always looking for ways to stay energized throughout the day, I can confidently say that BioNAD3 is one of the best supplements I have tried. I read many reviews and researched this product before I purchased and started taking it.  For a new comer; and through my experience, I highly recommend that when you start, do not take more than one pill a day and take it with a meal on a full stomach.  Something heavier than a salad.  I tried moving to two and it made me very nauseous but when I went back down to taking one at a time  at the right time , I had no more issues.  You still have to be mindful of what you eat.  I am very pleased with it and will continue to take it for the health benefits it provides.

It works much better vs the Fellowes 100M that I hade.. From what I have read, it takes years to know if your health is better if you take this.  But it can not hurt.  I do not have any problems swallowing it or any digestive problems with it. Extremely easy to use. I do what I can to boost my brain function, and since youtube started promoting NAD  and NMN, for anti aging and brain health, I have paid attention. I am into Nootropics and brain function/health.  It is SUPER expensive, but I am hoping that the prices come down.  Although my genes seem to be okay, and I do have a gene that seems to be present in people who do not develop dementia even if they have many genes that are pro dementia. .  Something about this brand, it is being promoted by doctors who are a part of fullscript, so you can save that way.  I am still dealing with regular brain fog, and daily functionality challenges.  My doctor subscribes and prescribes through fullscript and I found out about this brand through my doctor.  I do not like caffeine.  That is the only reason why I noticed this product and decided to try it.  This product is more of a three to five day timeline, to notice a shift.  If you are not doing things that show an obvious measure of your mental fitness on a given day, then you will likely not notice anything.  As a value online, this price is actually competitive for what is listed on the label.  I do have challenges, mostly due to an issue with frequent migraines and the brain fade in the wake of those things.  Hopefully as we move along, prices should level out and be more kind to our wallets.  This product, like others from this company/brand, is a functional quality.  I have dementia in my family history.  It is crazy how expensive things are.  We are all expected to be so fast these days and we also have to achieve this level of amazing with fewer toxins.  This combination of supplements is still relatively new on the market and it is super pricey.  Likewise, if you are really bright and high functioning most of the time, you probably will not have a noticeable shift.  This is not the only product I use to help me with my brain processing quality, so it can take a while for me to evaluate new supplements, away from other similar products.   5 stars.  So, I have started using NMN and other supplement blends that can and often do show a result in as little as a few days and then some within an hour of taking it.  I am impressed with the research I have read about the ingredients in this supplement..

A super low-profile products fot household and business needs.. Great Maintenance Saver. Nothing has alleviated the discomfort in my knees as much as the TRU supplements.  I have bought the immunity version because it was the least expensive to try, and since purchasing that I have continued to buy the immunity as well as the 300 mg bottle.  I stock them as the website recommends.  I have increased mobility range of motion and quality of life. For the past five years, I have struggled with knee pain, I have had Cortizone shots, physical therapy and topical creams.  It does Not remove all of the pain, but it does allow me to move! Amazing Price for Great Use. I was very pleased and did not have to take any prescription meds. I moved so well, I could not believe it.  Cycling, did one of my usual routes and PR'd the F out of it.  My knee which needs a TKR has eased up with pain and increased in functionality.  Dialed back the dosage to just one a day.  The taste is awful.  I went for a four mile run just yesterday.  A very bitter pill to swallow. My exercise endurance went up considerably which blew me away since i have environmental asthma.  More clarity, memory, funny though, i need less sleep now but not exhausted. not as winded.  12hr shifts.  Take as early as u can to make sure its not keeping u from sleeping.  Now only 4 to 6 hrs sleep but not exhausted.  Great product.  Now im planning on going 3 to 5 days to lose this last 20 lbs.  I work 60hrs a week. i can kill the gym workout now.  I do personal training 30 minutes weekly and had trouble getting back in gym.  I am loathe to endorse any product as a weight loss drug because I have never seen one that worked without concomitant harm of some sort.  I was getting 5,6 or 7 hrs sleep a day.

Works great and just what I was looking for.. After researching the boron, I a medical article on niacinamide: "The effect of niacinamide on osteoarthritis: a pilot study" Google arthritis niacinamide and you should discover many articles. I have terrible hand arthritis, esp in my fingers and lower thumb joints.  But the dosage should start off low and work your way up.  I started off with 100 mg several times a day up until I took about 10 a day.  When I have skipped, the morning stiffness comes back in a day or two.  You want to spread out the dose and build up.  Smaller is better as it has a short half life.  Heaven forbid I needed to open a top or jar.  I am going to try upping it to 250 mg several times a day, since I have had so much improvement.   I am not ready to give up dairy as I hear this could be the cause.  Love my cheese!  I am just surprised the my RA had not suggested this.  He knows I am taking it, now, and how much, so I know that is not an issue.  I had wake up after a nap or from nighttime sleep barely able to move my fingers.  But this should be first defense before taking any drugs.  I take no painkillers for arthritis now.  This stuff works. Love the auto shut off. I was on Ozempic, which almost worked too well, as it suppressed my appetite very well, but gave me reflux and mild nausea.  A physician friend of mine suggested Berberine and it works just as well in terms of appetite suppressant, but with no GI issues that Ozempic gave me. This supplement has no flavor so you can mix it in whatever you are drinking.

It is great for Product papers and mounting labels and small signs .... I work a lot, but also get my rest.  I was in a rut where I could not motivate myself to do things around my place.
