Perfect for home office. I was concerned after reading some reviews that said they were affective.  But if you follow the instructions, they will mold.  I reached out to customer service via Facebook and Liam was very attentive.  He gave me pointers and followed up the next day. I bought these because I grind my teeth in my sleep  so I have been told .  After each attempt, he asked for pictures to make sure the guards were still in good shape and would be comfortable for me.  The multiple attempts were due to me biting too hard during molding or melting the guards too much.  But the 3rd time was the charm.  When I finally put them to the test, I received feedback that no teeth grinding was heard!.  Not sure how long they last but I think these are very good for the price.

Easy to use self-Product sheets!. It definitely has fixed the teeth grinding situation, and as a bonus helped fix my mouth breathing while asleep because I know mouth breathing while asleep increases bacteria growth. This item works just as described! Ever since a child, I have had a major issue with teeth grinding at night.  Overall good product.   This product arrived as expected very quickly, and to my surprise came with multiple mouth guards for a smaller and a larger size.  I used the smaller mouth guard and followed the instructions directly. Really good quality with terrific customer service! You will not be sorry.  In my sleep, i constantly grind my teeth which is not good for teeth health in the long run.  The instructions are so simple a 5 year old could follow it.

Good product for home. So glad I gave this product a try. I was skeptical about how good this product would be outside of the dentist office, and I was also concerned about the two weeks I had to get this all done before moving out of the country!  To my surprise, it was so super easy to use, and so smart of them to include two mold kits in case you messed up the first one.  Got it all done, dropped it in the mail and BOOM! Got my night guard back in less than two weeks! It absolutely fits perfectly, and feels great in my mouth! I could not be happier with it, it actually feels better than the ones I had gotten from my dentist! Amazing product! Would definitely buy again and recommend this to anyone that is interested in taking care of their teeth.  Love love love it!.

It is so easy to use!. I paid about $450 for my dentist to make me a mouth guard a few years ago to protect my teeth from my grinding and clenching at night only to wake up with a painful jaw. I am using the hybrid guard on my bottom teeth while I sleep.  I have not had any issue while using the guard.

Quiet and Secure. I bought this out of desperation; and i did not think it would actually work, but it helped me tremendously.   It is a little chunky though, I had to cut down a lot of it after shaping it to my mouth.  it is really hard to close your mouth when you wear this since it kind of raises your upper lip.  However it really helps with cushioning your jaw and teeth if you clench at night. I started having horrible jaw pain, I could barely chew.  I do not wear it every night, just when I start to feel tension and pain in order to prevent a endless cycle of clenching.  I would recommend trying this out before getting a professional custom fit mouth guard, price is not bad and if it works then you do not need to spend a lot more money. It helps me to stop snoring and grinding my teeth at night.

Fantastic shredder so far!. Pretty simple to use. My dentist was offering me a $700 mouthguard which was way out of my budget.  The ones you boil and bite down on.  They are too cushy and thick, so they made me bite more in my sleep.  Like the jaw doctor I spoke with said, your body when you sleep will treat it like steak, and you will be chewing all night.  Yep.  But these sweet guards are great! I got the upper one the was the middle level of thickness and hard.  So far so good! Much more comfortable sleeping.  Also received the final mold in a decent amount of time from when I sent the mold.  I highly recommend these if you have issues of teeth grinding.  Save your teeth and some money!.

Perfect for my Venmo scan code. The price is fantastic and you also get 4 mouth guards! Yes these work .  Instructions are simple just do not put them in boiling water immediately, wait about a minute after you remove the water from heat. Directions are easy to understand and tell you how to mold to your mouth.  I have no problem sleeping with this in my mouth and I have less jaw pain and headaches that I realize now were from clenching and grinding my teeth . I have not written a review in a while but my dentist told me I need a mouth guard because I am grinding my teeth and I saw these and how inexpensive the set was and decided to take a chance ,I was hoping for adequate because of price but these exceeded my expectation.

Ready to use quickly. The mouth guard was extremely easy to mold to my mouth.  It has a consistent thickness, and was not too small or too big.  It did take a few nights to get used to, but now I no longer have any tooth or jaw pain. I got this as my partner complained of my teeth grinding at night.   Would highly recommend for those who cannot afford those professional mouth guards that dentists offer.  4 come in the pack  2 smalls and 2 large  if ur going to use boiling water at least wait for it to cool off to a safe temperature to use… these are plastic and well… high temps plastic melts.

Very easy to use, works well. I have had no issues and have to say this is so well made, easy to get in and out, and fix's perfectly! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for an amazing night guard. I have been in a night guard since I was 13 years old  now late 40's , so I have had lots of them.  In making one for my bottom teeth I had to carefully trim it over the course of a few days to make it be a good fit.  I waited a few weeks to do my review to make sure the fix was good and test the quality.

Highly Recommended. Give it a try and save money before purchasing one from the dentist. I was skeptical at first when I had to mold it myself.  I watched the video and ended up having to mold it first.  The temperature was not specified so it took me a few tries to get the softness right after soaking the night guard in hot water.  After molding it The second time it still felt big and was not secure on my top row.  I decided to sleep in it, and overnight it became tighter and more secure.  I consulted for assistance via Facebook messenger which helped out well.

Got what we ordered and they work fine. I bought these because I grind my teeth in my sleep  so I have been told . The directions are simple enough -- it helps to have a thermometer, but regardless - you just float it in "poaching" temp water for a few seconds, let it cool a bit, and then suck it onto your teeth.   It fits nicely, is very smooth, and feels great.

An excellent shredder. Good value compared to how much my dentist wanted for a guard, I will be able to do able to do a life time at less cost.  Easy to form each guard.  Took 5 months to get through the first on,l still have 3 to go.  I have never ordered from another company before, but ConfiDental's Support is excellent! The mouthguard fits comfy too  although it is certainly different than sleeping without one and is going to take some getting used to . I bite hard on my guard at night.

Yes this thing works. it has exceeded my expectations in every way. I grind my teeth in my sleep sometimes.  The mouthguard fits perfectly and is incredibly soft, which makes wearing it throughout the night an easy and comfortable experience.  I have been using it for a little over a month, and it has significantly improved my sleep quality. .  Also, my teeth do not hurt anymore.  I am so pleased with this product that I ended up getting a second one for my husband. so I decided to buy this product.  I highly recommend giving this product a try. Great bulk Product pouches. it was easy - it works great! the first time I got a mouth guard I went through my dentist and paid out the butt, No need to go that route when you have this! they work great.  He gave me a nightguard; I gave myself migraines with how hard I clenched.

Perfect Product Sheets. Also rolling wet paper towel and putting it inside the guard so it does not fold in on itself . I actually like these better than the $500 one I got at my dentist that is just uncomfortable and I never wear!  Also I like the size, I have had some guards be way too big and the size on these is great.  I held a lighter to it and smoothed the cuts by rubbing a wet finger along them.   To mold them I used the wrapping in wet towel in the microwave and heat for 35 seconds instead of the boiling in hot water method and I found it worked better for me.

Perfect for home crafting. But, the customer service is phenomenal really care that your happy with the product. Wonderful product.  Overall 5/5 experience.  Product itself is great and I had quick relief of my jaw pain from clenching all night. A NICE BEGINNER SET. Top notch!. Great product with a couple different thicknesses to choose from. Perfect for home use!. Do not bite down too hard while molding. I have been grinding my teeth at night for as long as I can remember.  My husband has told me that it sounds like I am chewing on rocks at night when I sleep.  I even chipped my front tooth from the constant grinding  see picture .  It was so embarrassing! Noiseless Shredder, my neighbors will be happy!. They recommended invisiline which is like a few thousand dollars even with insurance.  I bought the dentec which only covers my molars initially and it was uncomfortable and slips around in my mouth I was scared I was going to choke on it at night.   I then tried this one, it was amazing.  My dentist says I grind my teeth in my sleep which causes it to be worn down and cause cavities.  the hot water really helped mold it to my teeth and mouth, it stays in comfortably at night as it fits into my mouth.  This comes in 2 small and 2 big sizes, the big ones are too big for me but the small ones fit perfectly.  It is not 100% as good fitting, but pretty darn close and it did not cost me $85 for just one.

Super simple and easy. Easy to fit.  Will buy again. Using to prevent grinding at night. My husband finally stopped snoring and I finally stopped sleeping without earplugs.

It was easy to use. Very happy hubby and wife!. I bought these for my husband to use. Probably a little pricier than some permit holders you can get but it is definitely worth the money.  We will purchase more of these when he runs out.  He had purchased mouth guards locally at a higher cost.

Excellent home products. I needed to replace the dental guard.  I obtained from my dentist because it had become old and yellowed.  The Encore guard was ti be made by a mold impression I was to make of my bite.  The mold was mailed to me.  When I first made the impressions.  I was not sure what I was doing and the instructions said to take a picture and send it before I mailed back the mold.   The picture showed I had not made the impression correctly, and so they immediately sent me a new kit to make a new impression.  Communication was made by very friendly email  The second impression worked great and the Guard was mailed to me.   I will definitely go back to encore to get any replacement. I have had the $300 nightguard made for me in a dentist office and lost it during a move.

Love this Shredder!!. It also comes with a carry case you can protect them in while they are not in use.  The instructions to use and set them up are easy. This sleep guard comes with two mold that you can boil and fit to your teeth.  I have not used it very long so not sure about performance but it is comfortable enough to sleep in. I have struggled with grinding my teeth for many years and never seemed to find an affordable solution, until now.

It works as advertised. Happy with the purchase. My first try was close so I dipped the area of the guard that was not quite right in the hot water and adjusted. Easy to mold, not too thick. This mouth guard was very easy to use, however be sure to have the water at exactly the temperature the instructions say, if it is too hot it will be way too mushy to do anything with it.  just make sure you do not get the water too hot or it will stick together  learned that with different brand.

Well-made, reliable, durable. This was the 3rd type I had tried.  However, once I got a decent mold in, I fell in love.  The connector piece was so thin and fragile.  That thin fragle peice was perfection. I will say I had to remold this a few times and I was SKEPTICAL.  It does a great job of keeping my teeth from grinding without making me feel like I am choking on a sports mouth gaurd.  There are no hard edges and the material is fantastic.  I had to manipulate it back into the mold the seccond time and thought I was going to break it. It was super easy to fall asleep at night with this on and did not have any pain at all in the morning!.

Better Than Expected. Unlike other products we tried, this one has never slipped out or almost slid down his throat during the seizures. Compared to conventional night guards, this device is east to setup for a good fit, and it is smaller than most of them and relatively comfortable to wear.

A nice step up from our old shredder. The material is really nice.  It is comfortable and is the same quality as what you get at a dentist office.  It was a great value and I would highly recommend it.  The kit they send with the molds seemed a little intimidating at first but was easier than I thought.  The customer service was excellent as well, and after I sent them an email they were quick to respond.

I should have bought this years ago. My 12 year old grinds his teeth really bad.  I am glad this comes with 2 sizes due to not knowing which to actually order for my son.  He is using the adult size and I liked we could trim it and mold it to his mouth.  Working well so far!. Fantastic shedder 4the price!. I teeth feel better since my grinding has been dampened without the heavy duty plastic option. Just received this yesterday and I am very happy with it.  I easily cut off excess I did not need and comes with enough to make a few errors if u need. Easy to do and works like a charm.

Great Shredder to protect all your information. But WAY worth it. My Dog ate my custom fit night guard I got through my insurance. I have had these professionally made and I have made them myself with do-it-yourself items like this one.  Encore makes a great product! Fits just like the one from the dentist and is not as bulky.  The only hard part is getting the impression done.  Took me a couple of tries and had to get extra putty.  Unfortunately for me, I have to wait two more years to get a new one through insurance.

They work with the products I got on  day.. Yes they get messy, yes you may drool on your pillow, but its worth it to save your teeth. I have a minor issue of grinding my teeth at night while I sleep.  To help alleviate this, I have been trying to eliminate some stressful things in my life as well as eat helthier and I am starting to workout again. Reliable goods pouches. I have issues with grinding my teeth at night and these have been great and comfortable to wear at night.  It is already pretty soft so I did not have to boil it and it does not have sharp edges that make my gums sore like others I have used in the past.  Definitely recommend.  Although the guards started quite big for my mouth, they can be cut to the right size.

Best shredder to buy. As it got better I switched from the medium to the smaller size. I sleep soundly and a recent problem caused my tongue to swell.  And my husband says I have also stopped snoring.  I have bitten my tongue before and it always healed quickly.  But this time I did it repeatedly, so it could not heal. I made 4 molds and each came out perfectly!!! super comfortable felt relief after one night! love that it has a case its effective!!.  Consequently, while sleeping, my tongue was resting between my teeth.  This worked to keep my tongue away from my teeth.

Worked perfectly, and great size. unlike most others that are shallow and you bite through them in the molar areas. I bought this because I went to the dentist and they suggested a mouth guard for grinding my teeth at night.  These are much more affordable and so comfortable.  It took about 2 weeks.  I ordered the hybrid lowers and slept in it first night with no issues at all.  If you are on the fence, I highly recommend getting them.

LOVE THIS IT WORKS PERFECTLY. I am telling anyone I know that is a night grinder to use this company!. Easier to use than I thought. At the store you usually only get 1, so good luck that it works or fits.  This one you get 2 sizes and 8 guards for a fraction of the price.  On the third try when I got it right it was actually really comfortable. Best Product Pouches. After sizing it, it rubbed my gums too much & that it also so big  & it was the small one  that it stretched out my upper skin above the top lip. I am a grinder, and these work well with my C-Pap. It was not comfortable at all.

Perfect size for medical marijuana card. This amazing product saved me hundreds of dollars and there was no molding needed at the dentist.  All done I.  But my dog will eat it if left out.  Under 10 min and I slept great. I have been wearing a night guard for about 35 years. I grind me teeth at night and well some of the time during the day.

Got what I ordered.. This is very helpful with comfort, as well as functions more accurately.  We use this product to help during those times.  Yes during to the nature of his use, we do have to replace them every now and then.  This product has helped so much.  So we just keep the large box around to be sure.  It is made from heating the guard, then forming it on your mouth.  If you have these issues I would highly recommend!.  Unlike other products we tried, this one has never slipped out or almost slid down his throat during the seizures.  I am not submitting any rating for whitening or ease of use, because I have not used this product for this purpose, but if you are looking for something to keep you from biting your tongue or grinding your teeth together, search no further is my opinion.  Before we found this product, when he would have issues with tongue being shredded afterwards.

Perfect for a business !. Got this after the mouth guard I had from my Dentist was feeling really uncomfortable and I could not breathe with it anymore.  This is much more comfortable and a lot cheaper too. The quality of the product is great.

Awesome lil machine. Great product for the price of four. I have used other products that are more expensive for only one guard, are harder to mold and did not last as long.  The hotter the water, the more pliable,  so make sure the water is not so hot that it totally loses it is shape!, as that would ruin it!   COST VALUE: The cost of this NG is definitely a point of value considering how much dental offices charge for customized NG's, which is typically an outrageous amount! Also, when compared to other NG's sold online, I found this NG to be reasonably priced at the time it was purchased.  These are molded very quickly, are easy to clean and last longer.

Works perfectly, but there are a lot of factors to consider. Product came quickly. It provides great tooth protection from tooth grinding at night.  It was easy to mold and required very little cutting or other sizing.  There are 4 of them in the box and each will last up to 6 months so nice not to have to buy more for the next 2 years.

Compact and quick. I wanted to wait to review this product to see how it stood up over time. This mouth guard is simple, easy to mold, easy to use and cost effective.  There are two thicknesses of mouth guards to pick from that offer you the right fit for your mouth.  This set came with a storage box that is handy for daily storage us as well as travel use.

Use all of the time. Essentially, this product out-performs what I got from my dentist at a fraction of the price. Guard is super easy to mold and works really well.  I sleep with it every night.

Works as expected, but does make a noise. She has told me repeatedly she has been very satisfied and it has helped out tremendously with her dental grinding while she sleeps. It helped me with my head aches.

Great products and Compact. As an added bonus my TMJ had been acting up and was so tight. This is the third company I bought guards from.  Plus getting them from the dentist.  The dentist ones cost me over $300.  Sweet guards are much more comfortable than any of the others I have bought.  I ordered the lower, soft ones.  I am going to try to upgrade next time even though I like these.

Perfect little shredder. This was so easy to make and has helped with teeth grinding at night-it feels very similar to sleeping with a retainer in my opinion. Great value for 4 trays! The first time I tried to do the fitting it was not great, but lucky me I had 3 more to try! So I followed the instructions and it was a perfect fit.

Could not Be More Happier with Purchase!. This product is a great value for the money you get multiple guards and a case .  You might need to trim the guard before you shape it but after it fits and feels very comfortable. This mouth guard was very easy to use, however be sure to have the water at exactly the temperature the instructions say, if it is too hot it will be way too mushy to do anything with it.

Works like name brand Product sheets. I trimmed it a little bit as suggested.  It looks durable.  So far I felt it was very good.  They give you two sets of putty to make the mold in case the first one hardens too quickly - which is a good thing because I definitely waited too long and had to start over. I have used it for a few days.

I could not buy a tractor, so I bought a paper shredder instead. Fit is really good. Easy to follow instructions & great price.

Definitely worth it. I was a little hesitant to buy this because I was not too sure about making my own impression, but I am glad I did.  It is super easy to make.  I can honestly say that this mouthguard is so much more comfortable than the one I paid twice as much from my dentist.  Definitely worth it!!. After months of dental work I was going to be fitted for an expensive mouth guard from my dentist.

The Shredder is quiet.. Keep the tray for touch-ups on the shape. I needed to start wearing an appliance for teeth-grinding since my dentist told me my molars are getting fractures from grinding.  This one has been the most comfortable compared to others I have tried  grocery store and drug store generics  and I do not have any problems closing my lips over it to go to sleep  very specific complaint about others I have tried . It was not comfortable at all.  Instructions were straightforward and had pictures.

Perfect for heavy duty home use. I am in love with the quality of this product along with the durability of this product! Easy/simple directions!. I have struggled with grinding my teeth for many years and never seemed to find an affordable solution, until now.

Simple little machine. High Quality, great fit, Ease of use, and value for money! Worth the money!!. Could not be happier with this! Chewed through my last one like a lion or something so got this, not bully like the $20 ones at  you make at home.  Bonus; saved like $400 from getting it on  rather than the dentist.  I love my dentist but also I am broke.

Great for Home Office. Overall, I think it works and helps a lot but it probably depends on how bad your tmj/teeth grinding is. To preface, I have never had a custom mouth guard from a dentist so I can not compare it to that  the one from the dentist is too expensive .  Mine is not THAT bad so if yours is way worse, it is worth a shot at least before you get one from the dentist!.  I have been using it for around a month or so and I have noticed a huge difference, especially when I forget to wear it one night.  The drool is something I am still getting use to  i do not know if it makes you produce more or if you just do not swallow as much so it seems like more  but it is not a big deal.  One of enCore's employees took the time to search and match up my impression  I assume to photos sent for approval .  It was easy to customize it and the instructions were very clear.

**10 year Update** Best Purchase Ever Made!. I tried to use the generic mouth guards per the 2 other guards on the right, but I could not stay asleep with them.  Normally I would end up taking the other guards out in the middle of the night.  This was definitely worth it. Great product really helps keep my teeth safe!.

Works great to seal documents and papers. These gaurds are easy to mold, and fit great. I was highly skeptical about nightguards as the first one I had from a dentist long ago was not helpful.  This much more affordable version years later has literally changed my life.  I used to wake up between 2:30-3:30 am almost every night with horrible migraines.  Since getting my enCore nightguard, I have been sleeping through the night and can hardly wait to put it in before bed.  enCore's customer service is excellent and they respond quickly.  They provide detailed instructions about their product and what to do when ordering a nightguard.  The process is easy.  You have three options for your nightguard: a hard surface, a soft surface, and a combination surface, depending on how much teeth-grinding you do.  enCore lets you know when they have received it and they keep you updated as to their progress and when it has been shipped back to you.  If it is not right, they remake it for you  which I did not have to have done .  I have recommended enCore to my family and friends because it is an amazing company and product.  Do not spend $500-$600 at your dentist's office if they tell you that you need a nightguard.  enCore is the way to go!.

Value pack Product pouches. Bought this for my mum to keep her badge in and make it easier to have in her handbag ready for going out.  It is a pretty design and badge fits perfect inside, I know it may sound daft to some but something pretty and feminine like this little holder sometimes makes all the difference to carrying something around that makes a person aware of their previous fitness and health having deteriorated.  Great idea and my mum was really happy with it which helped with her acceptance of needing to use her badge. These are like others when it comes to preparing them for use, but I find this night guard to be so much more comfortable than others I have used.

Great tool for teachers. These fit right into place and did not come off or bother me at all overnight, so I can actually sleep the entire night in them  the 2mm hard upper version .  Did not think that was possible!  I am glad they sent supplies so that you can make 2 impressions also - the 2nd impression I made was better than the first and part of the reason the guard fits so well in the end. Very happy with this guard.  I am going to order a second one in the 1mm size for wearing during the day when I find myself grinding my teeth.  Easy to work with and form.

Beautiful. Great price.. Easy to go on and fits securely through the night.  The directions are easy to follow to mold.  It is durable and has shown no wear and tear since I purchased a few months ago.  The case creates an easy and convenient place to hold.  While it does not stop me from grinding my teeth at night, it definitely makes me feel safer about my teeth health!.

A super low-profile products fot household and business needs.. Several come in the package of different sizes so it was easy to find one or two that fit and does the trick.  They are a bit hard but keeps me from grinding so if they were softer I may bite through them. Hey, great product definitely change my life.

Nice upgrade from a cheaper strip shredder. It works and it is much more affordable than buying it from your dentist office  which unfortunately I have done several times before buying this  I recommend it!. I have a clicking jaw from grinding my teeth at night so my doctor recommended that I sleep with a mouth guard. A bit bulkier than the custom made but does the job.

Superb right out of the box.. But you do need a meat thermometer or something like that so you know how hot the water is, so you do not melt it. If you follow the instructions, this thing is a piece of cake to fit.  They can be trimmed, or even reshaped to fit better, but mine came out perfectly the first try. If you ever had to mold a mouth guard then you are in luck, easy Peezy.

Wow!  What a shredder!. This is a MUST if you are stressed and constantly clench your jaw! I noticed after having this in for one time my headaches and jaw pain went away! This really helps me stop from clenching my jaw and relaxes me.  It feels comforting in your mouth and despot bother me at all.  I definitely recommend getting this!.  I grind my teeth at night and wanted a mouth guard without going to the dentist and paying a fortune.

WOW!  Better than I thought it would be!. Mouthguard molded easily, the video instructions were clear.  I have been using for about a week with no discomfort or issues. The kit was easy to use and the guard fits perfectly.

Worth every penny!. Hygienic because it is easy to make a new one once one gets too old but can also use denture cleaner to clean regularly.  5 out of 5 stars!!.  Because there are 4 guards in 2 sizes, everyone will be able to find their fit.  I have had it for a few weeks now, I wear it when I feel like I am clenching  day or night  and have reduced my migraines. These customizable mouth guards were so easy to use and so inexpensive compared to the ones made in the dentist office but just as effective in protecting the teeth from grinding.

The sheets do as expected...easily.. I have waited a while before posting this because I wanted to give the new mouthpiece a thorough workout.   I was wrong.  The SweetGuard does not slip at all.  It fits snugly over my upper teeth and my lower jaw is free to move.  My earlier mouthpiece fit over both upper and lower and I think that may have actually encouraged teeth grinding.   Mixing the mold material is very easy and SweetGuard gives you two sets, so if the first one is not satisfactory, you have a second chance. It takes some time to fit to bite and trim for comfort, but works well for its intended purpose.

A lot of accessories for the price…. Easy to order and take impressions.  Quick turnaround with prepaid label.  High quality guard, flexible and comfortable but still feels sturdy. Probably a little pricier than some permit holders you can get but it is definitely worth the money.

Accurate start and stop sensitivity when feeding papers.. The product was easy to fit and is comfortable to use. Some of the other mouth guards I have tried were stiff and uncomfortable.  These are very comfy and fit my small mouth perfectly.

Exactly what I wanted for my home office. I always clench my jaw at night, but since I started using this mouthpiece  top only  I have been relieved of the discomfort I feel in the morning.  I think it is a pretty good value for 5 mouth guards.   Great product and best mouthguard I have ever used.

Teacher must buy. I am so glad I purchase these before my teeth cracked and fell out! The only con is that it is hard for me to close my mouth completely with the larger size because I have a smaller mouth and it causes me to drool. I have struggled with jaw pain for years due to clenching my teeth at night, I recently started using this mouth guard and it has helped so much! Super easy to use and keep clean!.

Perfect for home crafting. My local dentist office wanted to charge over $500 for a custom mouthguard and that was way out of my price range.  I decided to see what  had.   This brand was highly righted so I went with them.  They sent me a package that included 3 different mouth trays  small, medium, large , and two pairs of putty and accelerant.  Over time, I would stop wearing them.  The large tray fit my mouth the best.   I followed the instructions, including how long I was supposed to do each step for, and was able to get a good imprint of my mouth.  I sent pictures of the mold to their support team, they looked at it and invited me to proceed with sending it to them  they included the return package .  I quickly got my mold. I have a problem with grinding my teeth at night and decided I had to do something about it.  It fit super comfortably and does its job.  I do not have a problem sleeping with them in.  5 stars.  It is a soft guard, so if that will not work for you try something else.

I have had these professionally made and I have made them myself with do-it-yourself items like this one.  But this is the softest, most comfortable, perfectly fitting brand ever! Easy to do, like a pillow in my mouth! And so cost effective!!!.  Remarkably, she replied to my messages promptly, even on a Sunday at 6 am, which is truly remarkable customer service.

Great Product! Great Seller. My dentist recommended a mouthguard to wear at night.  I fit this one to my mouth and it has not fallen out once during the night.  The trays are very deep so after you fit them to your teeth they suction really well. I have been having problems with clenching at night causing me to need root canals.  I had a bit of trouble pulling them out of the water.

easy to use no sleeve needed. I have used many types of mouthguards over the years.  I am very please with these.  Only had them about 1 month so far so I can not give much perspective as to how long they last.  As the materials are very soft, I would expect them to have a relatively short lifespan, but the package included 4 of them so I would still consider them a good deal at the price point. I ordered the DAV mouth piece because the dentist said there was pressure on my teeth, likely occurring during the night.

Comes with extra stuff!. These are MUCH cheaper than a mouthguard from the dentist, and they have completely stopped my clenching.  They send a lot in the package.

Easy to use. Pretty color. Needed a new guard . It was very easy to take the mold at home and send it in to the lab.  I got back the finished mouth guard within a couple weeks.  It is totally worth the money!.

Great around a cat box. My guard did eventually arrive, although it took about a month.  It fit well and I have been wearing it nightly since mid-February.  After doing some research online, I decided to try Encore Guards as a middle of the road solution between the cheap drugstore "heat and mold" guards and the very expensive ones cast by the dentist.  The guard was not that difficult to get used to  I ordered a lower arch , and best news of all, when I brought it in to my dentist at my last cleaning, he said it looked professionally done.  Customer service was very responsive and helped me through this.  He said as long as I though it fit well, it was no different from what he would have done, at a fraction of the cost.  They were able to track it to Chicago and offered to send me a replacement if it did not make it to me by the end of the week.  So far I am happy with the product.  I had some trouble with making the first impression but got it right on the second attempt.  I ordered the hybrid hard/soft version and am curious to see how long it lasts.  I was not sure if I would be able to sleep with a mouth guard, so she recommended I try something over the counter before talking to the dentist about having him make one.  Hope this helps any of you who have been told they should start using a guard but can not afford what the dentists charge!.  Unfortunately, there was another glitch when the USPS lost my guard, but once again Encore's customer service team were very helpful.  Formamide and BPA free, both pluses.

All of your worries will be shred into little pieces. Seriously!. Liam was instantly able to tell me what I had done wrong and I had one left to go try it , so we did it together on the phone and I again with my teeth being so sore I could not get a good molding on my back teeth, but they are going to send me some new ones and help me through it again !!!! How's that for customer service!!!! I will definitely tell my dentist to recommend this brand because this was amazing!!! I am going to give my teeth a few days to calm down and try with the new set they are sending free of charge!! I really appreciated the extra help from Liam and now I know what I am possibly doing wrong, but I just had a tooth, pulled and have other fracture teeth so it is just hard right now! You can spend $5000 on a refrigerator not get that kind of customer service!!!!. My dentist told me to buy a mouthguard, because I am grinding my teeth so hard that I am actually fracturing them.  Easy to soften and mold to your teeth.  They are not difficult to make, but I ran into troubles because my teeth are so sore right now.  The day after I watch the video, I got a message from Liam at their customer service department, asking how my molding went and wanted me to share pictures.  I decided to try this one first inside the box.

Then I was contacted by the company and they had amazing customer service.  Not only did they offer a refund, they sent suggestions and videos on how to correctly use this product.  Keep up the good work and thank you for the assistance on making our experience with this product better!  We bought these for my 13 year daughter.  She grinds at night and these would not fuse with her teeth. ?Below is what I first wrote about this product.  We followed the directions and it did not work.  We will have to order some straight from dentist.  Boo. completely satisfied.. The small size fits a 10 year old nicely. The mouth guard is easily to use.  It just takes a little bit to mold to your teeth and trim to your mouth, but works great after you are done.

I paid about $450 for my dentist to make me a mouth guard a few years ago to protect my teeth from my grinding and clenching at night only to wake up with a painful jaw.  These have been a wonderful and affordable solution for me after spending a lot of money at the pharmacy over the years trying to find alternatives.  I do not even heat them up to mold them to my teeth as I clench so hard at night , I find that moves my teeth and is painful.  Just using them as is has been very helpful and definitely recommend to anyone who suffers from bruixism!.

Very happy with shredder.. Not only that, but that one was so high/thick that it hurt my jaw to wear it! THIS one is snug but not super tight.  It fits my mouth perfectly.  As opposed to the $300  dollar one from my dentist! That one was so difficult to take in and out, I honestly feared it would pull off a cap.  AND it does the trick, no more grinding!. This mouth guard is so light and comfortable I do not even notice it at night.  I tried this out last night and I woke up relaxed, my jaw did not feel stiff and I did not have temple aches like I usually do.

Great teacher graduation gift!. The first 2 nights I woke up with a headache in the middle of the night and took the guard out  totally normal for a new guard . I have been using night guards ever since I was in college.  I grind my teeth at night.  I needed a new night guard, but I knew it would be at least $400-$700 depending on insurance and my dentist.  1.  After that the headache was gone, and it was just a little more adjustment until I was used to it.  It was like $130, which was a fraction of the price of the dentist! 2.  Seemed easy--they send me everything including a pre-paid shipping label! 3.  The support was great.  So ok I messed my first 2 attempts, so they had to send me more putty  FREE of charge!  and I got it right on the third time.  I appreciated that I did not have to pay more even though it was my goof.  Note your you all: Stand over the sink and be prepared to drool.   Honestly, at this price and ease I will continue to use this company and never get an expensive one at the dentist ever again!.  And my mistake was that I was nervous that my teeth would break through the putty and hit the mold.  DO NOT WORRY ABOUT THAT! The third time I said "screw it" and just pushed the mold on as far as I could.  THEN it worked!  Then I sent it in and waited. . . . Not long! Maybe like a week? I was so happy to get it as I was going without my old nasty night guard for a few weeks at that point. Very Sturdy and Durable!. I had to stop using it.  I am an extreme clincher and I have tried a lot of things.  It just gave me something hard to clinch on other than my teeth.  This was a cost effective option that will last a while to use while sleeping and it is soft.  Recently, I had one made by my periodontist and I spent $1000 on the thing.  They are bulky but it is better than clinching my teeth at night.  I have been searching for the perfect guard, I do not know if one exist, because I clinch all day and all night.  It was made of acrylic and all it did was seriously intensify my clinching and made my receeding gums worse.  I will keep using this one at night, until one day I do find the perfect one for me that I can wear during the day and night. I have worn night guards from my dentist for decades, but recently had a root canal/got a crown, so I needed to get a new night guard and decided to try this one.

Excellent for preserving children''s artwork!. This would perfect for our needs. I wear this mouthguard every night to keep me from grinding my teeth or chewing the inside of my cheek while asleep.  I am a heavy sleeper and I do not snore  according to my wife , I do, however, grind my teeth according to her.  Talked to my dentist and she recommended that I get some type of mouth guard.  I bought three of another brand and I chewed through them in less than three weeks.  So I went out and searched for a Better brand and bought a larger supply.  I am happy with this product and I have not chewed through one yet.   I have three in a nightly ‘rotation'.

A must have for every home.. best money I have ever spent.  Thank you for a great product and saving me a lot of money!! If you are considering buying this product, do it.  My dentist offered me mouth guards but the price was too much for me.  You will not be sorry.  I thought for the price I would try them.  Let me tell you…. .  I started looking online for mouth guards and came across these on .  I had to use the small one for my mouth so the other two that came with it were a waste. I grind my teeth to the point I have caused great gum damage.

Easy to use, and Cool looking!. Spendy but worth it!. So much better than one-piece  top & bottom together  generic mouth guards!  I switched from a generic one piece on to an upper and lower one, and immediately my gum health improved, my jaw line improved dramatically.  I realized the one-piece straightening guard I had been using had been causing jaw strain and even loosening teeth slightly.  In my case, I had to trim them to get a good fit, which was easy to do with regular scissors.  This was the perfect solution.

Classroom Essential. I have tried several types of mouth guards. Coming from someone who is dealing with teeth grinding, I love this product! It comes with 2 sizes and the process of making it custom fit is so fun! The material is way better than the one I used before.  It looks like I am not going ti damage it soon It is so comfortable to sleep with the retainer!.

Worked like a charm. The customer service is great.  My last guard was uncomfortable, so they sent me a new impression kit free of charge and we redid it.  Realistically, with my grinding, they still wear out within a year or two.  I sent the uncomfortable guard back with my new impression.  They check the photos you send before completing the order.  They do stain over time, but this is also inevitable.  I still messed up my impression based on their review of the photos, so we tried again with the extra putty they send.  Once receiving my recent one, it fits wonderfully! They also store your photos for 6 months in case you want an additional one at a discount.  I use the hybrid.  Completely satisfied with both the guards and customer service through this company. Product fits great and does exactly what it needs as advertised.

Good for my use as an occasional user. I like that is it is effective and I do not wake myself up from grinding my teeth anymore.  It is easy to mold and seems high quality.  I also like the case it comes with.  So I went out and searched for a Better brand and bought a larger supply.

It got to a point where I could not even talk at the end of the day because my jaw hurt so bad I could barely open my mouth.  I admit I had a hard time boiling the guards to a point where I could mold them to my mouth, but that was on me and my impatience. I bought these guards to see if they could help with my incessant jaw-clenching and slight teeth-grinding.  I will be honest and mention that I have only worn these off-and-on for about a week,  when I sleep and sometimes during the day  but so far I am pleasantly surprised at how much relief I feel when I wake up in the morning.  My jaw feels much more rested and my headaches have subsided. Was easy to mold and helped with my clenching, I also like the you get 2 sizes to choose from and 2 extras for if you need another one when the first may start to wear or if you do not get the first time molding wright.

Grade A products. And it is a great price! I highly recommend it, and would buy it again if I needed to. I am 66 yrs old and I have never had a mouthguard.  I was sure they were not comfortable and never wanted to bother with one.  My dentist suggested I look into getting one and my insurance did not cover a mouthguard. These mouth guards were easy to heat and trim to fit my mouth.  It is comfortable.  I sleep well and it is made a difference in my bite.  I ordered it right away, and when it arrived it took just a couple minutes to size it and pop it in my mouth.

Heavy duty Product sheets!. Not stiff and hard but soft and flexible. It works great for me and my 10 year old son.  Very durable and thick.  Which is needed for us.  But also customizable.

Performs Great, portable. I needed this so bad because I am the Queen of teeth grinding.  Easy to make it fit my mouth, easy to clean and it works great! Great product and fabulous prince.  I was not sure if you were supposed to trim the "pallet" part that fits in the roof of your mouth. but I did.  Since I got so many I will try another one and not trim that part to see which is more comfy.  It was easy to fit.

Makes shredding almost enjoyable. The small size fits a 10 year old nicely. EnCore mouth guard is a great custom made guard to have because it fits my bottom teeth very well and prevents teeth grinding.  The only challenge I had was totally blending in the blue and white materials for the impressions within ONE minute  and not a second longer!  without leaving marbling so I enlisted my Dentist's help - it is been a very long time since I was a child who played with Play Doh! A month later, I returned to my Dentist for teeth cleaning, he looked at my mouth guard and asked me what brand I bought.  I told him EnCore and HE said that they did a very good job with the impression!.

Works Like I Hoped. This one is not detectable and still does the job. This mouthguard is the best I have used so far. Love that it came with 2 different sizes.  Do not bite down.  Use your thumbs to push up.  It takes a few rounds in the microwave to get it to start molding.

Very inexpensive, and the same quality as the expensive stuff. I like that it cones with four pieces so you do not have to reorder very often.  They take time to get used to but that is with any mouth product.  So far so good.  They work great.  The whole process was easy and so much cheaper than getting one at the dentist office.

It shreds paper and cds. They send you out a kit with very easy to follow instructions and you send it back! That is about it!  When I received to mold in the mail it fit absolutely perfectly, no pain they just slid right into my teeth!  I would recommend them to anyone that needs a good night guard!. Double sided, dry earse friendly, waterproof, and best of all its 200 sheets!. It works perfectly. After getting dental work done, I ordered these to prevent teeth clenching in my sleep and to protect my teeth.   For me, I get about a week and half of use out of one guard before they show ware.   I have been been using the normal trays.  I did try the heavy duty guard, but could not get a good fit for my teeth in it.  I microwave some water in a small dish, test it with a food thermometer, and when the temperature is correct I put in the guard and use the stop watch on my phone to make sure I have it in the hot water for the correct time.  That may have been user error though.  The process for molding them to my teeth is really easy and works well.   I will continue using this product as it has really helped my teeth/jaws not been sore when I wake up and I am sleeping much better.  It probably would have prevented some of the dental I had done. I got this to use to prevent my teeth from grinding while sleeping.

Perfect for ultrasound pictures!. Follow the easy instructions in the video and on the printed materials.  Mail the mold using their postage paid envelope and you will have a perfectly good mouth guard that fits in around a week in the mail.  After my Medicare Dental insurance topped out, I asked about the cost and was told a price at least 100% higher than the mouth guard I received from enCore.  I am no longer worried about grinding my teeth at night.  You will receive the materials necessary to make a mold  not rocket science  and they direct you to videos online that show EXACTLY how to fit that mold.  Thanks enCore! A great teacher resource. I tried other guards  the kind you buy at Walgreens .  This one was so much easier and better quality!. I have issues with grinding my teeth at night and these have been great and comfortable to wear at night.

Professional look. The 2 different sizes help you decide which one fits best.  I liked the way the dentist could get the fit exactly right.  But they never lasted more than 5-6 months.  The EnCore mouth guard is created the same way, with a dental impression, sent to the lab.  I found the instructions that came with the kit super easy to follow.  And if anyone has ever had a dental impression made in the past, you will know how to do it at home! I was super pleased that my first try work perfectly and I love the mouthguard, I chose the hybrid which is much harder than the softer models.  Im still using my 1st guard from EnCore many months now and there is no evidence of it cracking or falling apart! I ordered two more immediately, with the original impression, so I will have them in reserve when, and if the 1st one ever breaks down!.

Perfect little paper shredder. I decided to try these because I had other OTC guards that I left on the nightstand for necessary visits at times. Essentially, this product out-performs what I got from my dentist at a fraction of the price.  If you are a teeth-grinder, this is your best option.  They do precisely what you do in the dentist's office.

good products for photocards. Recently I started grinding my teeth at night.  My dentist offered mouth guards through them $$$$.  I found these online and tried them, they work great! Easy to mold because they are thicker mouth guards than sport one  always mess up my kids mouth guards boiling them .  Do make you drool more though but worth it. My dentist was offering me a $700 mouthguard which was way out of my budget.

Can not beat the price. I grind me teeth at night and well some of the time during the day.  This product seems to be great! The dentist wanted me to spend $600 for the same product, ridiculous! Thanks for the save ?.  It is a pretty design and badge fits perfect inside, I know it may sound daft to some but something pretty and feminine like this little holder sometimes makes all the difference to carrying something around that makes a person aware of their previous fitness and health having deteriorated.

Little work horse. It worked! Two nights of wearing it an my teeth are not sore.  It molded to my mouth easily once heated as instructed.  After a bout with sore gums from excessive grinding, I decided to buy this to try.  I was able to sleep soundly wearing it.  It is definitely saving wear in my gums and teeth. The dentist had recommended a night guard months ago.  Glad I purchased this.  Not sure how long they last but I think these are very good for the price.

Everything I was looking for. I followed the instructions to heat it up in hot water.  After letting it cool down a bit, I stuck it to my top teeth and bit down just enough to let it mold to my teeth and have my jaw in a comfortable position while sleeping.  Be careful not to bite down too hard because you can bite through the material and have your teeth in contact with each other.  It will harden but at this point to will not be totally comfortable. Years ago, I paid close to $500 for a custom mouth guard at the dentist.  The walls and edges can be pressing on the inside of your lips or the roof of your mouth.  But the great thing about this product is that you can cut away excess material with a sturdy pair of scissors until you find it comfortable to wear.  It was a hard plastic and over time it would chip, and my teeth shifted a bit making the fit a little off and uncomfortable.  I have been using this mouth guard for several months now and I am happy with it.  I like that it is soft so popping them in or taking them out does not feel like you are yanking out your teeth.  I do not feel that I need to spend hundreds of dollars on a new mouth guard.  I bought these thinking they could be temporary replacements until I can get a new custom set made.  Plus, there are 4 in a pack so can always make a new set when the old ones wear out. This works better than the one I had made by my dentist for $175 That I eventually chewed through.

Simple clean design and works great. Normally, the guards come in a larger size that you can trim to fit your mouth, this one comes with two different sizes.  I had to use the small one for my mouth so the other two that came with it were a waste.  I was not expecting this so it is nice to know they do care about the quality of the product.  Not to mention, the process to ‘mold the guard to your mouth' was easy, but completely pointless because there is nothing for your teeth to sink into to give a true custom fit.   I have been grinding my teeth while I sleep for years so I am constantly buying new sleep guards.  Without it shaped around my teeth it just hangs in my mouth.  They reached out to me when they found out I did not like the product and they offered several solutions.  It is doing the bare minimum job of protecting my teeth, but I have had better products and would recommend spending the few extra dollars.  This one sucks.  This is much more comfortable and a lot cheaper too.  In the end I was happy with the outcome.

Good office staple. You will be very satisfied for sure. This product has helped me so much, it is great! Works Great, We use it EVERY DAY. The mouth guards arrived quickly, a big relief as my old one had cracked the other night.  The guard was very easy to soften and mold to my teeth, although be careful removing it from the hot water as it can curl in on itself.  I have been using it for a few days and it is very comfortable - and hundreds of $$ less than a custom one for the dentist!. Product Forever. Highly recommend!.  He was going to charge me $400! But I found this product which practically did the same for a fraction of the cost.  This molds to your teeth after following directions and can be adjusted by cutting off excess materials to get the perfect fit.  I have received about 20 ads about Encore AFTER I bought the mouth guard! The mouth guard is good, no complaints.  Have been helping me since I received the product.

Very nice products!. It fits pretty well, it took me a few nights to get used to wearing it , but this morning when I woke up I almost forgot I had it in.   First off do not boil the water , that is too hot! I put a small bowl of water in the microwave for 2-3 mins and checked it with my digital meat thermometer until the water was 180 degrees.  I definitely would recommend this to anyone!.  But I just used my fingers to keep if from curling more, I only let is set for about 3 seconds anyway.   Then I put it in my mouth and bit down like it said and held pressure with my tongue on the back. A bit bulkier than the custom made but does the job.   Next I put the guard in, I did not set a timer I just counted to 12 and used a spoon with slots in it to scoop it out and place it on a paper towel, the top did start to curl down a little bit so if I were to do it again I might do 10 seconds.

Life changing - for Product needs. I have had several night guards in the past; this one is the most comfortable -- the fit is not too tight or flimsy, just right.  I am satisfied with my purchase.  It took a couple of weeks to receive the finished product.  Although the mold I made was not very good, the night guard I received fits my teeth well.  I have had it for a few weeks now, I wear it when I feel like I am clenching  day or night  and have reduced my migraines. I got the 2mm lower version.

I used an iron with this, great results!. Please to say it works great!. My dog chewed up my $500 dentist provided mouthguard so I thought I would try this one out instead of forking out another $500.  It took a few nights to get used to the feel of it but it seems to help with my jaw pain I get from grinding my teeth at night.

All I Ever Needed. It has a superior fit and is thin enough to provide comfort while sleeping.  It shows little wear at this point so I will definitely order a replacement when the time comes.  It is very superior to the inexpensive drug store guards which form to your upper teeth using hot water and are bulky. I have used the Sweetguard for over a month on my lower teeth and am very pleased with it.  The Sweetguard is very much worth the money.  If you are overly sensitive like I am, it is the perfect guard.

Comes out super clear. I am in love with the quality of this product along with the durability of this product! Easy/simple directions!. Keeps my shredder running smoothly. I have a small mouth and very crowded misaligned teeth so I needed something that would mold well to my mouth. Purchased these because I was waking up with morning headaches likely because I was grinding my teeth in my sleep; I have used one night and they helped.  These fit the bill perfectly! I tried both sizes and they will both work wonderfully for me.  When I molded them I did as instructed on the box but also added a bit of suction at the same time which helped it mold to the front of the teeth too.  After doing that, because of how misaligned my teeth are, one side.  although pefect for fit, just seemed a bit off - maybe because of a bit of OCD on my tongue's part - anyway I stuck that end back in the water and then molded it with my fingers a bit  as shown in one of the pictures  and then back into the water and remolded it to my mouth until it felt right.  I was concerned that the guard would slip around in my mouth and maybe fall out in my sleep, but that was not the case because of how well they molded to my mouth/teeth.  One of the large ones I tried trimming and the remolding like I just described helped smooth the cut edges.  Highly recommend this product!!!.  I have tried other products and this is the solution for me.

Great basic Product pouches, no air bubbles and good static cling. NOTE: You must follow the instructions to the letter.   This is true with all DIY mouth guards  It is like Goldilocks.  If you do not have the water hot enough, your teeth impressions will not be form fitting and the mouth guard will not stay in place. I really like the product, especially for the price.  Too hot, and you will have a gummy mess of rubber.  Use a meat thermometer and do it right! Glad they provide 4 units, as I did not pay close attention to the instructions and ended up over heating one of them.  It deformed and stuck together when I scooped it out of the water.  Came with 4 mouth guards and a hard case.  Very pleased with the fit and results when I followed the directions.  I was able to sleep soundly wearing it.

TYPED PAGES INTO A JOURNAL. I chose the hard mouthguard since that is what I am used to.  I love it.  It is so much more affordable than going through the dentist, even with dental insurance.  Fair price.

Inexpensive but not "cheap"; great product functions and very sturdy, but lightweight.. My dentist told me I was clenching my teeth at night, and since I have ringing in my ears and was told TMJ can contribute to that, I said I had get a dental guard. I have been clenching my teeth for ages but my dentist just gave me invisaline; I chewed through it.  He gave me a nightguard; I gave myself migraines with how hard I clenched.  This conformed to my teeth and is soft and cushy!!! I sometimes still get headaches, but they are ages better than the migraines.

Great product and affordable!. I ordered the DAV mouth piece because the dentist said there was pressure on my teeth, likely occurring during the night.  She wanted $ 750 for one she made .  So I ordered the DAV not really sure what I would get.  I like that it offered 2 of 2 different sizes, because I did not know what size I needed.  The directions were clear and I followed them to the letter.  It was not too bulky so as to bother my jaw.  I have used it for a few weeks now and been very pleased. I bought these to keep remineralizing paste on my teeth after pregnancy damaged my teeth.

Personal products. The different sizes make it perfect for finding the right fit just for you. These are great.  Definitely recommend!.  But eventually I got the mold of my teeth just fine and did not have to trim the night guard.

Better then what I had. DONOT put them in boiling water right away, wait about a minute or so after you remove the water from heat. I have been grinding my teeth at night for as long as I can remember and very often my jaw would hurt because of that but after getting this product my life is peaceful again.  I wised I had this sooner.  10/10.  It is very simple and comfortable to use.  I wake up feeling refreshed and without any discomfort in my jaw.

Just upgraded to the same style but with a little extra thickness.  Thanks, Encore for saving my teeth and wallet.  It did its job fabulously but it did have to be retired after I ground several holes through the plastic and hairline cracks started to form.  After a couple of nights using the small guard, I noticed that my jaw started clicking and I got a little pain on one side of my jaw. Excellent Self-Product Solution Without A Machine. Overall, I think it works and helps a lot but it probably depends on how bad your tmj/teeth grinding is. These were very easy to fit with the mold myself and to mail it in.  They fit my teeth well and I really like the hybrid version.  I keep them clean by dropping them in a warm cup of water with a denture or a night guard cleaner tablet.

Shreds credit cards without a problem. The fit is perfect since I can mold it to my teeth right from home. I love how you have 2 sets of guards, one set being 3 mm thicker.  And you are also given an extra guard in case you flub one up badly.  The video is fool proof with step by step instructions.

Perfect for personal use.. After looking at the cost of getting a mouth guard from my I decided to check .  I found this one and decided to give it a try.  I am glad I did.  After customizing it to fit it was perfect.  EnCore's customer service has been phenomenal in getting back to me quickly on ANY questions I have had.

Big expectations. It is a bit difficult to get it right the first time, but with patience you can get a guard that fits well. This product is well worth the money, they give you detailed instructions and multiple devices to be able to get a good fit.  Because I am a grinder and clenched I will probably bite through it in a month but as I said, there are extras for when I bite through this one.

These work very well, a few tips for perfect results.. They work but I have to throw away the small ones. There is 2 sizes.  4 large and 4 small. This is a lot better than I thought it would be.  The small are worthless to me because they only fit a child.

Great set of thin Product sheets.. I have had a few night guards.  They are usually clunky and uncomfortable.  I was using zoom mouth trays at one point but they are too thin.  I just got these. The guard is super easy to customize and I have had zero problems using it nightly.

Beautiful fire table and easy to assemble. My dentist recommended a mouth guard to prevent me from night grinding, these are super comfortable and does the job. Love that they give you two different sizes so you can decide what is most comfortable.

Good quality oil for paper shredder. Just started using the product, but it is easy to use and they seem quite durable! I like that there are two sizes, but only need one of the sizes once I figured out which was one was the best fit. I loved it so much i use it when i sleep and probably one of the best ones i have owned.

Great products.... I did not give a rating for whitening capabilities because that feature did not apply. I started using this mouth guard as soon it arrived.  It was easy to use and have no issues with it during the night.  Great product and will re-order it again when I have used all of the products.

Works great in my personal products!!!. I suffer from grinding my teeth in my sleep.  They give you 4 guards, 2 sizes, and two containers.  So easy to mold to your mouth and fits so well, its comfortable to sleep with.  I love it.  It is easy to mold and seems high quality.

Great share sheets. they even have a video to show how to mold it correctly.  These seem really good but I especially like how thorough the directions are.  It works great! They give you 5 pieces in case you mess it up.  You have to mold it to fit your mouth which is very easy to do.  Great instructions. . I used this mouthgard to stop from biting my tongue and grinding my teeth at night.

Convenient Micro-cut Shredder. Handle with care!. These were very easy to fit with the mold myself and to mail it in. Love it ! Absolutely phenomenal ! Definitely recommend for sleep time teeth grinding relief! 10/10 would buy again.

Excellent choice for Product needs. Last year I spent over $1,000 from my dentist did not last a year my canine tooth bite right into it, flimsy and became loose. This works better than the one I had made by my dentist for $175 That I eventually chewed through.

You will need these carrier sheets to run your project through .... So if you follow instructions and know how to use these teeth molds it should be easy to use but remember these are NOT perfecinol and they are also NOT teeth straighteners like invisalin or something they are better quality then the things your get at like  in the tooth care isal for a mouth guard for sleeping or day time use as well and they come with 3 thick ones and 3 thin ones plus the awesome case i love the case also they are kinda hard to get a good fit on your teeth if your going for a tight fit i tride multiple times oh keep in mind if you mess up as long as its not horrible you can try again with the same one because you can reform it anyways i could not get a tight fit as i could not press my tongue tight enough in the back plus suck on it and push with my lips that is not easy but it dose get the job done not being tighter so yes id suggest this product and if i had to i would buy again in the future. For me it was a great purchase, easy to follow instructions with video.  Easy to use.  Comfortable and soft molding to sleep with.

Great affordable products for home. put my tongue to the roof of my mouth and sucked the product snugly to my teeth and then bit down <> you can see in the picture how the center of the mouth piece formed to the roof of my mouth. In searching for a mouth guard.  The first product I tried was this product called DenTek <> Garbage. .  This product is Superb.  Very easy to use and worked out perfectly for me. .  But I was able to put it in my mouth, mold it around my top teeth and then I put my tongue on the roof of my mouth and kind of sucked the product to the roof of my mouth and on to my top teeth and bit down on it.  I just held it there for a 2-3 minutes. .  The best part is. . .  I believe I paid like 13 for five mouth guards! Do not be afraid. . .  this thing does not get hot at all that you can not work with it when it is in your mouth. . . easy easy easy. . .  I highly recommend this product for ease of use and the success of making an effective mouth guard.  Initially I know I heated it up just a little too much, because it started to shrink a little bit.  I pulled it out  Perfect!  It fits the top of my mouth wonderfully. . .  directly out of the boiling water.  You just dip it in hot water and then mold it to your teeth then put it back in cold water so it firms up.  I was very successful with this first piece, and now I have four more spares to use in the future! The other product I mentioned was like 35 bucks.  I saw this product bought it and said OK I guess we are gonna find out.

Best shredder we have owned. The mouth guard does not feel awkward, is contoured very comfortably, and best yet, it is not going to leave blisters on my gums like the last 3 I have tried.  It does not feel like it is going to fall out. Not only was this a product that is more than fairly priced, it is the most comfortable mouth guard I have ever worn.  I used to wake up between 2:30-3:30 am almost every night with horrible migraines.

Awesome and efficient. Compared to conventional night guards, this device is east to setup for a good fit, and it is smaller than most of them and relatively comfortable to wear. I bought this product to try before buying an expensive mouth guard from my dentist for night time teeth grinding.  I have a small mouth so having a small size option in addition to the larger size was appealing to me.  The mold was easy to make and although any mouth guard will be a pain to get used to, I do not feel this one is overly annoying or obstructs my whole mouth.  It also comes with a case which is very helpful.  Definitely worth the price.

It is got a window so it could tell you how full of to getting. I ordered these and they work like a charm for much less. I just got these today, the variety pack, and I love the way it feels in my mouth.  It was so easy to mold.  The directions were clear.  I love that it is silicone and not some toxic material.  This rests gently but protectively.  I will wear the softer one during the day while I work out and the harder one at night.

Having fun with the new products.. I have purchased cheaper versions that were horrible.  This is a great buy for your buck.  These guards can save your teeth from damage.  They had to do a "Sinus Lift" as well as a "Bone graft" before they were able to put in the post.

Works in one pass. Very comfortable, easy to use.  The thin one it is just perfect.  It was so much better than when I had gotten from the dentist and the price was so much better too.

Best deal ever so I really do not care about the .... I woulds say great and responsive customer service. Email response to the picture review was quick.  I was not sure if the free guard would be a generic one but it turned out to be the same custom version.  My dentist quoted about 350 for something similar.  If this is the same quality, it is great savings, and it will not hurt the wallet as much when I need replacements.  I am still wondering if 1mm version will last adequate time for me.  It is worlds of difference when compared to the home-made $20 versions.   I was going to wait and review after a few more weeks to test the durability, but was incentivized into submitting one now.  Time will tell.   Edit 1: they offered a mouthguard with proof of review.  I sent both impressions back and received the nightguard back sooner than expected. This product is super easy to use with great instructions! I microwaved some water to get the fit right and it is by far the most comfortable night guard I have ever used! It forms very securely to my top teeth to stay on at night! The package came with several and it will be nice to be able to change them out periodically!.  I will update later if I have any quality/durability concerns.   The nightguard fits snuggly and feels great on my first day.

Love This products. I purchased this a couple of months back for my stepdaughter and she has been exceptionally happy with the product.  She has told me repeatedly she has been very satisfied and it has helped out tremendously with her dental grinding while she sleeps.  Nothing but positive compliments!.  They were supper sweet the entire time and was making sure everything was going okay with the forming of the mouth guard, I was a little impatient and did not get to show him the mouth guard to make sure it was forming correctly but it worked out.

Best Ever home shredder. If you are careful, take your time and make adjustments to it as needed, you will be able to make yourself a pretty good fitting guard for your teeth. First off, for me making a mold for my bottom teeth worked much better than what they suggest doing it for top teeth.  Glad I listened to her!.  In making one for my bottom teeth I had to carefully trim it over the course of a few days to make it be a good fit.  And I used my fingernail file to smooth off rough edges. Pretty simple to use.  All I did was drool with one in my top teeth.

Perfect for hobbyists. You have to return the faulty one . Great product.  Very nice traveling case.  Got hybrid and hard, both great.  Staff is very responsive  second order was a little uncomfortable they send the new one right away. Skeptical at first, but works very well overall! Following instructions, can mould it to fit your teeth, and can cut it down further if needed!.  After receiving first guard, I like so much, that I order the second one to have "just in case".

It cuts credit cards. My only suggestion is to measure the water temperature so that it does not get overly hot. I have purchased different mouth guards through the years.  I ordered the mixed pack because I was not sure whether the thin or the thick would work better for me.  It was a hard plastic and was uncomfortable.  I had one from the dentist that was $600 and it was not any better than this one.

Great for the classroom teacher. From the minute you watch the video you are in touch with someone from the company.  My first try felt a bit loose.  Here we are in November and i finally got up the nerve to try.  They helped walk me through every step of remoulding.  When I finished I had ,in my opinion, a perfect fit. I purchased this back in July and was scared as to how much trouble it would be to mold the piece.  NO PAIN OR DISCOMFORT!!! The following day they were back in touch to make sure everything was OK.  I will definitely order these again.

Easy, Strong, and Durable. Comfortable to wear during the night. I love my new night guard! It fits the same as the one my dentist charged $2,000 for, and the material seems comparable.

It is silent and strong. I grind my teeth at night and needed another night guard.  This was easy to mold, fits great and very affordable.  It came with 4 guards which was great!.  Maybe more comfortable actually, as I used to take out the expensive one while I slept and wake up with it somewhere in the bed.

Slow, but does a good job.. It is more of an item that I keep on hand if I am extra stress and notice that I am clenching my jaw while I am working or something. I got this to help prevent clenching my jaw or grinding my teeth at night.  The instructions for molding the product to my mouth were simple and easy to follow.  I did keep my first one in the boiling water for slightly too long on my first try, and then I could not grab it with my tongs-- I ended up squishing it and had to throw that one away.  The different sizes make it perfect for finding the right fit just for you.  I molded the second one to my teeth and then kept the other 2 to use at a later date.  It is worth mentioning though that even though I cut the mouth guard to the size of my mouth, it still feels kind of bulky and makes me drool.  I think that is just the nature of a mouthguard, and for some reason I did not anticipate that.  For that reason, I do not really wear it often to sleep.  Luckily this low-priced kit came with 4 mouth guards, so it was not a big deal.

You can use 7 pieces of paper at one time.. I was able to create the mold easily by following their video instructions.  Customer service was available and willing to help and even followed up to see if I was able to create the mold ok.  It seems durable and has been comfortable to wear.  One of enCore's employees took the time to search and match up my impression  I assume to photos sent for approval.

Sturdy and holds up to day-to-day use!. Careful when removing as it can stick to itself. Good fit, no odd taste at all, if you have an electric kettle take the water to boiling point and immediately stop before it starts bubbling for best results.  Once we got it set it worked like a charm!. This came with 4 different sizes enabling me to find the perfect fit.

Great paper shredder maintenance product. I like it!. This is a fraction of the size of past mouth guards I have had but seems to do the job.  I received messages from the point I made the  order, to when they shipped it  with tracking info , to even after I had verified receipt to inquire how it fit.

BEST shredder for big office.. The directions were very clear and simple.  I sleep so much better at night and so does my husband !.  So far I have used only one and it is still doing its job. Easy to use. I really like the fact that it came with so many guards.

New life for brother lx900. Then I came across this and it saved my mouth a lot of pain.  I can breath fine all night long and there is always alittle extra saliva just because I put something in my mouth, but it goes away quickly for me.  A few years ago I clenched my jaw so hard, that I eventually made one of my back fillings come loose and fall out.  I tend to clench my jaw the most while I am sleeping so I mainly wear it at night, but I bought a 2nd one to wear at work when I notice I am clenching my jaw as well.  I felt like I was choking or drowning in my own saliva when I was wearing them or they would fall out and not fit properly.  The instructions are super easy and I got mine to fit perfectly after the first try. I have been looking for something like this for years! When I am stressed  which is practically all the time  I clench my jaw really hard and end up with terrible tooth pain.  I just seriously love this product!.  I kept asking my dentist for something smaller that does not go across my entire top row of teeth, just something to keep my back teeth from touching and he said there was nothing like that.  It was a seamless process to receive the kit, use the molds, and mail the molds back.  I tried all the usual night guards and even got a speciality night guard that was fitted to me from my dentist, none of them worked.

This thing is amazing .. I am totally addicted!. You just have to follow the the instructions, it only takes a few minutes and you can adjust to your comfort level.  I bought it for my 3 year old, while she does not always keep it in her mouth it tends to work on those nights when her teeth grinding is really bad. This is a good price for a decent mouthguard. Got this order right on time.

Easy and good quality goodss. Probably a little pricier than some permit holders you can get but it is definitely worth the money.  Very well made, the pattern is beautiful and makes me feel a little better about having to get my blue badge out.  Would recommend.  The extra piece helped for when we messed up and too much shrinkage occurred.

share machine. I will definitely be getting another for backup.  It was easy to mold and feels very comfortable in the mouth. Comfortable to wear during the night.  All the others I tried made my mouth feel deformed.  This one is already ergonomically designed and is easy to mold and wear.  I love that it is not big and bulky in the mouth and it keeps me from grinding my teeth and from clamping down on my jaw, which was my major problem.

Good Protection for Product Sheets. I have since ordered a lower guard and what a difference. After returning from the orthodontist and him wanting to charge me another 2800 for additional braces and 300 for a night guard I was a-little peeved.  I no longer suffer from the intense jaw pain and pounding headaches I was getting every day.  I found these at more then 1/2 the cost the orthodontist wanted and decided to give them a try.  I have now ordered retainers for my upper and lower  they use the impressions that you have already sent them .  Do not dilly dally.  With each order you get a discount as the have your impressions already so I am planning on getting another set of night guards just to have.  Within a week and a half I had my night guard.  The turn around and customer service contact is phenomenal, very prompt.  I was sent the putty and trays, my first attempt failed because the putty sets up very very fast.  Do not hesitant save your teeth and gums, I did not and now have receding gums and worn teeth let alone jaw pain and headaches.  I knew I needed night guards and have spent thousands of dollars over the years for snore appliances and grinding guards, I thought… has everything I will give it a look.  I did keep my first one in the boiling water for slightly too long on my first try, and then I could not grab it with my tongs-- I ended up squishing it and had to throw that one away.  I used the second putty provided and sent them a pic of the impression and got the go ahead to send it in.

So far, works great. I give these guards 5 stars!. I love these mouth guards.  I have been biting my tongue in the night for ages but this has stopped me completely. They do feel a little bit flimsy, however, they have helped a lot with my teeth grinding.  The guard is very big for my mouth so I had to cut it down to size but this is very easy to do.

That it always works and so far this unit does just that.. Been using the mouth guard for about a month now and it has helped a lot and I have noticed I actually even sleep better now since using it! Easy to mold and I definitely recommend cutting off parts of it if using for a night guard since you do not need as much as there is for that purpose.  It is really a great product and most importantly gets the job done.

easy, CHEAP, and works GREAT!. So I decided to give Sweet Guards a try.  I bought the upper, thinner, aqua color.  The kit came in good time.  I made 1st mold and was directed to make the 2nd for good measure.  After it arrived, I cleaned it with the provided poli-dent tablets and made sure the fit was good. The mouthguard I used previously would touch my gums and I think we are beginning to wear them away.  Fits snugly and no contact with my gums.  I love it so far.  I think my husband is going to get one, too.  I needed something ASAP & they delivered w/in the week, 5-6 days, I think.

Easy to use for photo. It molds to your teeth very quick & easy. This product is easy to use if you read the instructions they provide you. Fantastic night guard.  You can cut down the sides like I did then put in the boiling water.  They are big at first but you have to make it fit.

So easy to use and so many features. These mouth guards are customizable, come in two sizes , and are a fantastic bargain, especially compared to my dentist's version.  I highly recommend Glory Smile brand.  Do not hesitate to buy!. I found a solution to my nightly teeth clenching and grinding with Glory Smile mouth guards! Protecting the longevity of my teeth is very important to me.  As you can see from the photo above, my mouthpiece I had been using is a big honking affair and I was afraid the much smaller SweetGuard might slip during sleep.

If you want top of the line quality at an affordable price, this is it!. I am a grinder, and these work well with my C-Pap.  I had a bit of trouble pulling them out of the water. I am so happy with this product.

Yep, pretty decent 100 pack set of Product pouches. And then follow the directions.  I am so happy with my purchase. The quality is very good. The instructions are easy to follow.  The only thing you do not need to boil the water. .  Just keep the water around 180 degrees. I recently bought this item.  If you boil the water, the guard would be so hot.

For the $$- it is a GREAT products!!. This is exactly what I was looking for.  I am a terrible teeth clencher during the day and a severe grinder at night, have been since childhood.  I followed the directions carefully, then took a razor knife to thin out the area against my tongue.  After smoothing the appliance out with my nail grinder it fits perfectly.  My hope is that this bite guard breaks my habit of clenching my teeth during the day so eventually I will not need it.  I did buy other, more durable mouth guards for nighttime grinding.  My goal with this purchase was simply to protect/correct me from clenching my jaw during the day and it is exactly what I was hoping for.  It fits securely enough on my top teeth that I can drink and it did not come out when I just sneezed.  Talking will take some adjustment, but I will figure it out. I chose soft one and it fits perfectly with my upper tooth.

Quick and easy to use with A4 or Letter size pouches. I have struggled with grinding my teeth for many years and never seemed to find an affordable solution, until now.  These mouthguards are made really well, and the process to get them ready to use was straightforward and simple.  If you grind your teeth and do not want to have to pay for the expensive mouthpieces that the dentists offer then this is a great alternative!.  I think that this is a great product at a great price point, and I highly recommend it.

This products does the trick!. The guard fits perfectly and it is very comfortable.  It was a relatively fast time frame, it took maybe 2 weeks to do the whole process, but I did take awhile taking the impression and sending it back, so it will be faster for you if you do the process more quickly.  I have been using it for a week and I am already used to it! This is definitely worth it and fairly inexpensive for how fast they make it and the quality of the guard.  Definitely recommend!.  I will wear the softer one during the day while I work out and the harder one at night.

Good Quality, Well Packaged. I hate that I grind in my sleep. I must say that just because of the price do not mean cheap product.  This product saved my inner jaw.  The one from my dentist was bulky and irritating, this one is light and softer.  I will buy again.  Highly recommend.  This worked better than the one from the dentist.

Useful for linocut printing. I like this guard much more than the crazy expensive one I got from my dentist years ago! I chose the hybrid material and it is comfortably soft but protective.  Customer service was also outstanding! Highly recommend!. Great product the mouthpiece is soft on my gums.

I tried several of these products and this one was by far the best Very easy to form it to your mouth only takes 15 seconds If you do not make it perfectly, you can do it again There is a large and a small size, so you can definitely make on that is comfortable It is very soft and makes a great cushion. This product was an easy fit.

Many uses. Very easy to use.. Expensive ones from dentists did not work any better tan these and dental insurance paid nothing.  These fit well, inexpensive and best of all do the job. Fantastic Self-Adhesive Product Sheets. I use this for many purposes.  I use one for sleeping and I have one for off-roading and one for a daily use.  I counted to 15, and then removed.

there was a 100-sheet or more option.. I used this as a tray for whitening my teeth.  The size is a bit large, but overall it is comfortable, has no taste, and is easy to apply and remove. I grind my teeth at night and I did not know it till recently.

Strong share - kids can not tear. This came with 4 different sizes enabling me to find the perfect fit.  Molded extremely easily and very well making it a comfortable fit. It takes some time to fit to bite and trim for comfort, but works well for its intended purpose.

For the sale price, you can not go wrong !. I grind my teeth in my sleep, so did not want to go without it.   It is SO cheap, it is stupid easy to do the mold, and it works great!!! Best shredder out there. I have tried a bunch of different mouth guards and this one is by far the best! I was grinding my teeth at night, my jaw clicked when I opened my mouth, and had jaw pain when I started using this.  Jaw pain is 100% GONE and my jaw only clicks every once in a while.  Very easy to mold -lots of others were difficult/and/or painful to mold.  This has easy to follow instructions, super easy process and FAST! WORTH EVERY PENNY! I will probably need a new one eventually, as I still grind my teeth, just with this, you get rid of the nasty side effects!.  For $15, why not.

Good product for money spent - recommend it. Innovative easy system! Initially heat one guard in water so it becomes moldable to match your teeth.  Easy to do with a liquid temperature thermometer.  Comes in 2 mouth sizes  2 of each size for a total of 4 .  You only need 1 for your upper teeth.  You are to soak the guard in hot water for 10-15 seconds  not more than 20 seconds .  I recommend fishing it out of the water at 10 seconds.   Just in case it takes you a little longer.   After the cooling off period, place in your mouth, and also lightly press the front of the guard toward your front teeth for a perfect fit! You will be impressed!.  I am happy about my purchase and my experience overall.

Quiet, strong, I have gone through 4 cheaper. Plus after heating and chomping the guard came out, quite thin and comfortable compared to others I have tried. I love how easy it is to customize to fit.  You do not need to have perfect straight teeth to fit.  I have an overbite and I grind my teeth when I sleep.  This guard has given relief from my jaw pain.

They are thicker than I expected.. Mouthguard was easy to shape to my teeth.  The instructions were easy to understand and has helped with my sleep.  I was going to give in and purchase a $500 dental guard from my dentist, but I saw these and thought they might be better with not having so much bulk.

Amazing and compact personal Product machine!. I wised I had this sooner. Instructions were easy to follow and guard fits well enough that I am not spitting it out in my sleep.  I did not realize how poorly I was sleeping prior to using this mouth guard, I just knew I was experiencing severe jaw and tooth pain upon waking.  After only three nights I feel rested for the first time in a long time and my pain is substantially less! My dentist had recommended one of their $400  guards and I wanted to try out something less expensive first - so far, this is worth every penny.

Great value,high quality product. First and foremost, I have an issue with teeth grinding when sleeping.  Second, I breathe through my mouth until I fall asleep.  Plus, I have extras, so they will last me a long time before I need to buy a new set.  This device felt thick on my teeth, and it felt weird having to wear it.  Once attached to your teeth, this guard has an outstanding suction. I ordered these since they were far less expensive than going to a dentist to get one fitted.  You should be aware that this is a terrific product that accomplishes everything I need it to do.  Even now, after three weeks of using the product.  But I am the problem, not the product, if you are like me and are not used to having something in your mouth while sleeping you will have to adjust yourself.  I am not going to claim they are my favorite; I have never had a mouth guard, braces, or anything else on my teeth, so this product is a huge adjustment for me. Works like stated, happy with product.

Quantity and cost beats anywhere I have seen.  Will buy again!. The first few nights my body was rejecting having it in my mouth for the full night.  I stuck with it and I have used my for years now  just had to buy a replacement .  I am a grinder and can feel the teeth in the back of my mouth getting smoother and smoother and I would wake up with terrible headaches.  My teeth are doing better and my headaches are no more.  You have to be really careful to not overheat when molding, otherwise it will shrink too fast and not comfortably fit over all of your teeth.  I gave this a try and I love it.  There are extras in the box in case you mess up though! The folks at Confidental are great with customer service and with Facebook chat you through the whole process and follow up with you to make sure you are happy with your product.  I definitely recommend this as a great try for those who grind their teeth. This is a great alternative to the expensive mouth guards offered by dentists.  Protecting your teeth with this makes a difference. These are perfect for what I need.

Excellent cutter with some interesting design characteristics. I will say this is probably some of the best customer service I have ever encountered  and I online shop A LOT . Like many people I tend to tap my teeth together during the day and I clench my jaw at night.  My periodontist informed me that much of my gum pain was probably coming from these behaviors and recommended I get a night guard.  After some research I learned how expensive it would be to get it done at the dentist so I decided to take to .  I ran into the issue of my mouth not being able to close fully and the agent talked me through how to fix it.  The instructional video they send you does help but of course human error comes into play when things are time sensitive.  I was using a dark pot so the curling of the plastic was a bit hard for me to judge, so I recommend using a lighter colored pot or transferring the hot water to a bowl.  Besides that, the guard fit well and I went to sleep with no problems.  Overall, great experience, good product and I am definitely recommending this.  I will say tho, for those that wear retainers, do not wear them the same time as your night guard  it will not fit in your mouth! .  Alternate between wearing them every other night or as needed.  The company connects you with an agent that talks you through each of the steps and assesses your night guard for you after you have molded it. Made of comfortable, soft plastic material.  I wear top and bottom retainers so there was no adjustment period of getting used to the guard.   The molding of the night guard itself is very simple but it definitely does have a bit of a learning curve.

They look professional but the cost is affordable.. This is the best one I have found yet. I have been using night guards for many years, and many different brands.  It is so easy to fit and, so soft and comfortable,.  Some are better than others.  I rinse it thoroughly when I get up, and pop it in a little dish that I keep in a drawer of the nightstand.

Perfect size for player passes in soccer. Great price for what you get.  Now I know why…you have to get the hang of it Atleast once to be able to get it down. I got the thin retainer guard because it fits very comfortable for me.  The mouth guard also melts pretty fast so you might not want to even wait the 20 seconds it calls for because it can get stuck together…another one had to toss.  Altogether I got the hang of it in the third try.  I have been sleeping with it I.  Every night and have not had any issues.  I apparently clinch my teeth when I sleep so this has definitely help relieve the pain I was having.  The first one I apparently bit down too hard so there were a couple holes so had to throw that one out since there was no way to remold it.

Great for printing a batch of postcards. Once I discovered this product it was life changing! I no longer wake up with aching pains or dull teeth! I definitely recommend this to anyone of any age!. The dentist wanted to charge us $700 for a custom made mouth guard. I grind my teeth at night and I did not know it till recently.

Great unit for a great price. I was dubious on paying the price after having my previous one different brand  going brittle in the sun but I am really pleased. My bf bought a night guard from his dentist and paid $500.  I found this one when I was browsing the FSA store in .  Instructions were easy.  I received my custom guards a few days after I sent the molds.

Much more powerful….. I lost my mouth guard while I was traveling and I was hesitant to replace it as it was $550 from my dentist's office.  It was exactly like the one I got from my dentists office and $400 dollars cheaper.  The experience was seamless and the quality it great! I would highly recommend ditching the dentists office for this direct order.  In particular I was able to easily cut a little shorter and still be soft  not sharp  in the completed product, as I have missing back teeth on one side and cut off a section for my bad crown on other.
