Nice and thick Product pouches. Works perfect and very comfortable, I have used it every night since I purchased it.  Went online and found these guards.   I did use a thermometer and a timer  I noticed other comments about not biting too deep on the guard, you do not need to bite at all just suck it into place like the instructions say. I bought this product on recommendation of my dentist who says I grind my teeth at night.

GREAT purchase--a paper cutting life changer. After warming it in a microwave and forming it to my teeth, It was comfortable and protected my teeth when I grind and clench when I sleep. Lightweight and Compact. This product was an easy fit.  I probably did NOT need to heat water to the temp suggested bc it was so hot the product at that temp lost some of its shape. Easy to size properly.

highly impressed. EnCore's customer service has been phenomenal in getting back to me quickly on ANY questions I have had. I have worn night guards from my dentist for decades, but recently had a root canal/got a crown, so I needed to get a new night guard and decided to try this one.  The quality of the guard is on par with what I used to get at the dentist, at a MUCH lower price.  Highly recommend and definitely will use them in the future when I need another night guard.  Everything has been so easy - from the creation of my impression  the instructions/videos were very helpful , getting the guard quickly, working with customer service to ensure a good fit.  Very clear instructions on cleaning.

Longevity Review, Almost 4 Years Later.... I am happy with my new guard. During my last visit at the Dentist, we discussed a solution in regards to me grinding my teeth while sleeping.  So a mouth guard was in order, it becomes supple after being submerged in hot water for 10-15 seconds.  The process is easy, quick and there are 2 different sizes in the box so you can find your perfect fit.  The product fits like a glove and is not that noticeable.  I thought I would have trouble wearing and keeping the quard in my mouth at night; but I did not.  The thickness of the material is perfect and it actually feels comfortable.  I really like wearing it and I am looking forward to good news at my next Dental Appointment.

Good product, easy to use. Just be sure to follow the instructions, heating it between 70c to 80c for 15 secs and then placing it on your gums and pressing down with your fingers.  You will get a comfortable mould that will stay in place. Works really well.  Has helped me not bite my inner cheek while sleeping!.  So I ordered these.

Sturdy and holds up to day-to-day use!. So if you follow instructions and know how to use these teeth molds it should be easy to use but remember these are NOT perfecinol and they are also NOT teeth straighteners like invisalin or something they are better quality then the things your get at like  in the tooth care isal for a mouth guard for sleeping or day time use as well and they come with 3 thick ones and 3 thin ones plus the awesome case i love the case also they are kinda hard to get a good fit on your teeth if your going for a tight fit i tride multiple times oh keep in mind if you mess up as long as its not horrible you can try again with the same one because you can reform it anyways i could not get a tight fit as i could not press my tongue tight enough in the back plus suck on it and push with my lips that is not easy but it dose get the job done not being tighter so yes id suggest this product and if i had to i would buy again in the future. I have used this product two nights and so far it is very comfortable.  The instructions are good but you have to follow very closely.  The first one I did not use the chopsticks as suggested and I got it cringled.  2nd time was a charm-- I followed instructions so I got it right.  Yes I will buy again as long as they hold up well.

Smart Lami has changed my teacher life for the better!. Now I have not had a single cut since I started to use this mouth guard! I thought, how can I fall asleep with this in my mouth? Now I can not sleep without it. For as long as I remember, I have had several bleeding cuts in tongue weekly from unconscious biting during sleep.  Just be careful when moulding it.  I put it into 75-80°C hot water for some 10-20 seconds, then MAKE SURE it is aligned with ALL teeth before biting together! My first 2 attempts had the edge folded but luckily the 3rd last attempt was successful.  I sleep much better since it is so comfortable and after almost two months shows no wear and tear like other brands have in the past.

Compact and efficient. I clench my jaw at night and it is comfortable and also durable.  Highly recommend. Great buy- I was nervous about it being an impression we do at home BUT it was super easy and customer service was really great. I was skeptical about how good this product would be outside of the dentist office, and I was also concerned about the two weeks I had to get this all done before moving out of the country!  To my surprise, it was so super easy to use, and so smart of them to include two mold kits in case you messed up the first one.

Great product. Highly recommend.. Easy to form to your teeth and mouth. Just got them in today.  The guard molded easily and fits well.  I am a heavy teeth grinder, so I am glad to have these to make sleeping more comfortable!.

It came with a paper cutter!. It is very easy to setup and I have had great results sleeping without grinding my teeth! Can not recommend this enough!. I like this guard much more than the crazy expensive one I got from my dentist years ago! I chose the hybrid material and it is comfortably soft but protective. It is the best night/mouthguard product I have used for this price! You mold it and clip it for your best comfort.

Easy aet up and simple to use!. Do NOT bite down so hard that You bite through the NG  or bite the NG super thin  as that would defeat the purpose.  You are aiming for a customized “FIT”, and NOT to bite through it! Plus, if any part of the NG is uncomfortable when customizing or later after using, You can simply reheat it and redo the customization process.  Please consult a licensed medical professional prior to using any over the counter medical or dental device!??  I bought this Night Guard on 06/2021, and it is still going strong even w/my biting it, chewing, and grinding on it pretty regularly.  If You still have issues, then You can reheat the NG, and using a few handy kitchen or toolbox tools, You should be able to press, push, and/or possibly cut  though I do not recommend cutting it, that is just a last resort, as cutting it would likely void any warranty and replacement by the manufacturer , and You should be able to smoosh/squash any uncomfortable piece down/into submission and a more comfortable placement.  Once Customized be sure to store Your NG in the Blue Container that comes with it, after use.  I have since learned from use of other NG's, that the silicon was just too thin to hold up to my biting, grinding while asleep.  Be sure completely dry before storing.  Yes, it may not stay in your mouth the entire night, but that does NOT mean it is not helping You  see my comments below about my own experiences with the NG not remaining in place through out the night/my sleep.   MATERIAL: I have used other NG's and this one is comparable.  Like many others, this NG is made of clear silicon that becomes pliable in warm to hot water.  However, if You feel generally uncomfortable, because You have a foreign object in Your mouth, then I recommend that You just continue to stick to it, and keep using the NG, as You will likely get used to the NG over time  the length of time differs per person, from my conversations with others who also have used NG's.  The hotter the water, the more pliable,  so make sure the water is not so hot that it totally loses it is shape!, as that would ruin it!   COST VALUE: The cost of this NG is definitely a point of value considering how much dental offices charge for customized NG's, which is typically an outrageous amount! Also, when compared to other NG's sold online, I found this NG to be reasonably priced at the time it was purchased.   However, IF You have a deviated septum, snore loudly, and/or snore or wake often during sleep due to interruptions in Your breathing pattern, have sleep apnea, or any other difficulty breathing while sleeping at night, then do NOT use a NG without FIRST consulting Your Physician!! As NG's are NOT recommended for people with breathing issues during sleep!! since the NG may exacerbate/worsen your breathing issues or potentially cause You to unintentionally choke!! So, speak to Your Licensed Medical Practitioner before using a NG to ensure that You can safely use one with Your medical condition!  HOW TO CUSTOMIZE, CLEAN & STORE: This night guard is EASY to CUSTOMIZE, You simply boil about a cup, a cup and a half of water,  just enough water to cover the night guard when it is submerged in whatever container you plan to put it in while ‘warming' it , wait for the water to cook from boiling hot to warm  just hotter than comfortable to stick your finger in it, maybe 5min?, If the water ends up too cool, just take the night guard out, place it on a paper towel and reheat the water and try again , when the NG is sufficiently warm, it will become pliable  you can easily bend it, etc.   QUALITY/DURABILITY: I can not speak of others, but I do not use my NG every night.  I tend to only use it when I wake up and find that I have again bitten down on my tongue hard enough to leave deep teeth impressions.   I bought this Night Guard  NG , because I was tired of waking up with teeth intentions in my tongue, and tongue pain from what felt like my almost biting my tongue through while I slept! Ugh! I had previously spoken with a Dentist who recommended I use a Night Guard  NG , and then proceeded to charge me an arm and a leg to ‘custom' fit one for me.  Then I start using the NG for a few nights, and inevitably I stop using it again, not intentionally, I just forget, and the cycle repeats.   Note: IF You are new to using NG's then it may take you a while to get used to sleeping with a foreign object in Your mouth.  However, having said that, the NG has held up very well considering I purchased it 7 months ago.  AND, not only do I tend to bite down HARD or Grind my teeth HARD at night, but I also tend to bite chew/grind my NG when it is in my mouth even BEFORE, I fall asleep.  .  A bad habit, but it is kind of a habit. ??The following is NOT medical advice, it is ONLY my personal experience and opinion.  My point being that even after seven  7 months , this NG is still going strong.  I have not needed to reheat it and reshape it, nor has the NG's silicon broken through even after all my biting, chewing, grinding consistent abuse.   By uncomfortable, I mean having an object in your mouth, I do NOT mean discomfort when the NG is in Your mouth, if You experience discomfort from where the NG touches Your teeth or gums, then the NG needs to be recustomized! You need to go back through the reheat customization process, and recustomize the NG's “Fit”.   RECOMMENDATION & RESULTS: I would definitely recommend this NG for anyone who is in need of a NG to stop biting, or grinding their teeth while sleeping or who has been advised to use a NG as padding between their teeth at night while sleeping to ease Templar Mandibular Joint Disorder  TMJ  pain the next morning.  Only to have that NG not last very long, only a few months, before my consistent use broke through the silicon and it become unusable.   While my own NG does NOT tend to stay in place through out the entire night, the NG does somehow keep me from leaving deep and painful teeth impressions in my tongue, so apparently it remains in place long enough for my subconscious to get the message while I sleep and for me NOT to bite my tongue so hard or grind my teeth all night.   For the price  whatever it may be , and the results, in my opinion, this NG is definitely “worth it” to try it for yourself.   At least give the NG  whichever one You chose , a good month of consistent use, before You decide to throw Your hands up and that it is not working for you, or it is something too uncomfortable for You to use when You sleep.  Good Luck & I hope You find this NG as helpful for Your own condition as I found it for mine.  , wait until it is cool enough You can put it in your mouth without burning yourself, then place the NG into Your mouth and bite down on it, to impress Your teeth impression into the silicon of the NG.  I do not know if brand would really matter but if you are going through something like this, I would recommend.

Perfectly Professional Results!. Love it!. Love this. I lost my original night guard these night guards work great easy to form and there is two that fit me glad I picked these out of all the ones that are there.  This mouth guard is affordable and it works.  I grind my teeth when I sleep and it has worn my teeth down from excessive clenching.

Works well and includes nice accessories.. Been using the mouth guard for about a month now and it has helped a lot and I have noticed I actually even sleep better now since using it! Easy to mold and I definitely recommend cutting off parts of it if using for a night guard since you do not need as much as there is for that purpose.  The guard did need an adjustment but customer service was great to work with.  My dentist wanted to charge about $500 for the same type of guard.  I am glad I bought this one instead.

Some bad reviews but this worked for me!. I have an extreme grinding problem and this guard helped me a lot.  I bought 3mm and I do not feel any discomfort.  Their customer service is also spot on.  Highly recommend it.

Great product for the money!. I am the past when I have used this type of moldable guard I have bitten through when I am clenching  I have a very strong bite . I tried a couple of different online order guards that were bulky and super uncomfortable.  It is form-fitting without being too tight and it is extremely comfortable.   Getting the initial mold done correctly is slightly challenging, but very doable with feedback from their support team.  Customer service is great and quick to respond even on the weekends.   I have mild night grinding and am finding the 2mil soft guard to work very well.

These work surprisingly well. I saved about $300 by doing it myself instead of having the dentist sell me one.  It fits great and is working very well so far, and helping with my tooth pain for sure. I am in my first week using the SweetGuard night guard after sitting on the product for almost a year and wish I would have started sooner. I have worn night guards from my dentist for decades, but recently had a root canal/got a crown, so I needed to get a new night guard and decided to try this one.

Great Paper Shredder. I have tried a few night guards now, and this is by far the best one.  Very comfortable.  Does not make my teeth feel funny in the morning.  Highly recommend. Easy to order and take impressions.

Work great - fit well and look good. I received the night guard, and I was impressed by the quality and the perfect fit.  I am so glad that I got it; I also saved paying 700 dollars for one from the dentist and my insurance does not cover any of it. My dental hygienist suggested I might be grinding my teeth at night and could use a mouth guard to help with the sensitivity I have been experiencing in my teeth.

Works well, wrinkles sometimes. these are awesome. . . .  they do the job of preventing me from grinding my teeth while sleeping very comfortably. . .  I tried the full tray type of guards before and they hurt my gums and caused drooling. . . . .  I do not even notice these after wearing them for a little while and no drooling. . .   These can be worn two different ways and I found the notch side up works great for me. . . . . .   as an added bonus, they have helped stop my sleep apnea too.  Not only did they provide a very detailed YouTube video on how to do it, but also offered live chat support if I needed it. . . .  not sure if others would have the same experience though. . ..

Super fun to use.. I have gone through a few night guards - this one is the most comfortable I have worn. The mouth guards arrived quickly, a big relief as my old one had cracked the other night.

Just what I needed!!. I love how you have 2 sets of guards, one set being 3 mm thicker.  And you are also given an extra guard in case you flub one up badly.  The video is fool proof with step by step instructions. I have some bad crowns so my bite is off, have to wear a dental guard which is really uncomfortable.

Worked Great to Improve Shredder Performance. They fit well, but I spit them out in the night, so they are of no use.   The dentist's hard mouth guard is certainly more durable and desirable if it works for you.  However if one spits it out during the night, then a soft mouth guard, easily moldable like this is the one that'll work for you. I have had the $400-800 hard to hard/soft oral devices made by dentists.  I worried this might aggravate it but it is actually helped.

Five star shredder. Saved me a lot of doctor's visits.  Forever customer!!.  It is easy to fit and very comfortable for sleeping at night. I got them for the issue of teeth grinding for me I have tried a lot of different mouth guards and this one was very easy to follow directions to mold to your teeth and not to mention the cute colors! And it is not uncomfortable while you sleep with them on. I originally purchased this product to prevent grinding of my teeth.

What I was expecting and sits in my Classroom. I went to 170 degrees. It was really easy to mold to my teeth.  Not too thick like others.  Measure the temperature or you will over do it and ruin it. but I did.

This one''s for you, teachers.. In addition to the customer service support that was amazing.  It is very easy to do the mouth guard impressions and it is comfortable to use while sleeping.  They are very attentive, send you a video to make sure you are doing it correctly.  It is soft and comfortable and does the job.

Even asking to send pics to make sure they looked up to par as expected.  After finishing up and deciding that my mouthguard felt good enough, the rep told me they would follow up the next day to see how I slept with my new mouth guard.  The price was right and the reviews gave me the confidence to try it.  And they actually did.  I was blown away lol I have no complaints. I have had a personal mouth guard from my dentist for sometime but since they have retired and I needed a new guard, I decided to try this one out.  The guard is a bit thick but can be tapered down as other reviews have mentioned.  These guards can save your teeth from damage.

That it always works and so far this unit does just that.. Very happy with this guard. Love this night guard! I have worn this every night for over a week now and it does not bother me at all! Very comfortable! I do have some recommendations for setting the guard initially.

Very Good Quality and Good Value!. The guard was very easy to soften and mold to my teeth, although be careful removing it from the hot water as it can curl in on itself.  I have been using it for a few days and it is very comfortable - and hundreds of $$ less than a custom one for the dentist!. The mouth guards arrived quickly, a big relief as my old one had cracked the other night. Very comfortable and fits nice and snug! Super easy molding process and was able to use it the day it arrived! Very satisfied!.

Super helpful, especially for school at home this fall!. It does not wake me up at all, which is a huge relief. It is simple to use and conforms perfectly to the shape of the teeth.  This molds to your teeth after following directions and can be adjusted by cutting off excess materials to get the perfect fit.

Can not say enough good things about this shredder!. Now that the Orthodontic lesson is out of the way, let us get to the review! I have been searching for a comfortable night guard for years.  The boil-and-bite variety are too bulky.  But these are perfect for me.  They cause me to sleep with my mouth open and to clench my jaw even more at night.  In fact, they were so irritating that I would remove them in my sleep.  It is meant to rest on the premolars and part of the front molars.  Worst of all, the thickness of most reusable guards would aggravate my TMJ and cause worse jaw pain and tension migraines.  My teeth were protected, but my head was in agony.   These grind guards are a whole different experience.   Also, a lot of the people claiming these are too small, are expecting this guard to rest on their back most molars.  These are small enough that I can comfortable keep my mouth closed while sleeping and even talk without much difficulty when awake.  They are rigid enough to stay in place but with enough flex to fit your mouth.  The guard's position on the premolars prevents your jaw from pivoting back enough to grind your molars or forward enough to grind you incisors or canines.  And they are thinner than the reusable variety, so no tension migraines!  These claim to only last for three nights but that seems to be a very conservative estimate of their longevity.  Unless you are grinding away at these bad boys from dusk till dawn, one guard should last longer than three nights.  Since your incisors are less equipped to deal with that amount of force, your front teeth would crack or break under the pressure.  Just remember to give them a good cleaning with your toothbrush.   I also really like that each of these is packed in its own sealed packet. Full disclosure, I have a small mouth, so your mileage may vary.  It makes them perfect for tossing in an overnight or emergency bag.  I do wish this pack came with a reusable container  these are supposed to last multiple nights, after all .  This is not where it is supposed to rest.  But I just use a case from one of my old clunkier night guards. I grind me teeth at night and well some of the time during the day.

4X6 Product pouches. Great protection for teeth.  You want to get your teeth in the mold pretty fast to get a good deep set.  I kneaded for a little too long the first time and they sent me a new set to get it right free of charge.   Great product and best mouthguard I have ever used.  Well worth the price and it is FSA/HSA eligible.

I am so pleased with this mouth guard that I plan to buy more for my family, and I will even get one for myself to combat my teeth grinding issue at night.  What sets this product apart is the exceptional customer support and the detailed instructions provided.  The mouth guard comes with a helpful video guide via messenger app that offers a step-by-step process for molding it to ensure a comfortable fit.  Not to mention, there is a live representative available at all times to assist if needed, which is a fantastic bonus.  The first attempt at molding was not perfect because the water was not hot enough, resulting in some issues with it not molding all his teeth.  However, the second time around, we nailed it.  Highly recommended!.  The beauty of this mouth guard is that you can retry the molding process with the same mouthpiece.  The second attempt was a great, and my son found it very comfortable and secure during his activities.  But what truly makes this product shine is the outstanding customer care provided by Natalie.  She went above and beyond to ensure we were following the steps correctly.  She even requested a photo to verify the molding process.  The price for this set is very reasonable too.  In my opinion, this company deserves more than 5 stars.  If anyone is rating this product lower, they might be doing something incorrectly.  After boiling the water, we let the mouthpiece sit for a minute until it softened slightly, then had my son place it in his mouth, pressing it down onto his teeth.  Remarkably, she replied to my messages promptly, even on a Sunday at 6 am, which is truly remarkable customer service.

Sturdy and solid piece of machinery that effectively shreds 12 sheets of paper-great value!. Really push your teeth far into the paste.  I had to redo mine because I did not press them in enough.  10 out of 10.  I have used my professional night guard from my dentist for years.  The Encore team was super to fast to help and sent me a new molding kit right away.  I will see how long it lasts but overall the quality seems nice and ridged and the fit is great.  My teeth will get used to it.  They were great!  Highly recommend this company and product. I waited to write this review until I got it in the mail.  This quality is just as good for a fraction of the price.  While I do not think that any device you put in your mouth at bedtime can be described as comfortable, these guards are at least tolerable.   Word of advice though, when you do your molding.

Easy to apply and sturdy. The different sizes make it perfect for finding the right fit just for you.  Definitely recommend!. These are great. Used for teeth grinding and helps with snoring.

Great for teaching and reuse. This mouth guard was easy to mold and a very comfortable.  I wanted to wait until I had used long enough to give an adequate review.  Here goes!  SCENARIO: I grind my teeth at night, and my dentist had previously told me I needed to get a mouthguard.  I did the $412 out-of-pocket at the dental office as mouthguards are elective and not a covered benefit.  The first mouthguard he made was a hard polymer/plastic type material that hurt when I put it in.  It fit correctly, but the fit created what felt like a suction on it that made me feel like my front teeth were being pulled out.  Even after adjusting it, the device still hurt so he made me a pliable/plastic mouthguard from the material similar to athletic mouthguards.  This worked much better, and I continued to use that for several years.  However, over the last year, the continual grinding has worn the mouthguard down so it was time to replace which meant I faced a decision: Another $400  out of pocket or look for an alternate method.   I got these, and I could not be more pleased.  I followed the instructions and used my Keurig in the process.  I ran several pours of hot water through the Keurig to make sure any coffee residue was gone.  Then, I ran another pour.  I used a food/cooking thermometer to measure temp, and it was 155 Fahrenheit.  The instructions said boiling, but the 155 worked perfectly.  Using tongs, I submerged the plastic mouthguard into the hot water for about 12 seconds, then took out and tested for heat.  It was not too hot, so I placed in my mouth and clasped down per the instructions.  I counted to 15, and then removed.  I have been using them since, and I have slept better.  My mouth has not been hurting, either.   I went ahead and bought three more boxes.  I do not know how long this will last, but I figure that even if the guard were to start having issues every six months, the approximate $12 for two years is a great return on investment.  I believe they will last longer, but if they do not, I am prepared with more on stock.  I definitely recommend you try these if you or the person you share a bed with need to quit grinding those teeth!!!.

This one gets the job done.. It was so bulky and uncomfortable- I could not close my mouth. The mouth guard has been exactly what I was looking for.  It was incredibly easy to mold to my mouth.  It is comfortable to wear when sleeping and I wake up knowing it did it is job in helping me quit clenching my jaw and grinding my teeth.  Would highly recommend!.

Easy set up, easy to use.. It is easy to mold and fits well.  No one likes a mouth guard, but this is a teeth saver.  When you scan the QR code for instructions, It links you to messenger where a live agent actually makes sure you are satisfied with the product fit, etc.  This is a much more affordable and better option for me. The price for 5 guards seems too good to be true, but the customer service is even more unreal.  I will update if I have any issues, but I am very impressed so far.  and follows up.  I have used it for two weeks now and it is so comfortable you dont even realize its in.

Convenient and Easy to Use. You can not grind your teeth with it in your mouth. I got this to use to prevent my teeth from grinding while sleeping.  The difference between having and not having this is very noticeable.  Highly recommended.

Omg, I am the absolute WORST at clenching my jaw.  I especially do it when playing video games and scrolling on my phone.  I am certain I do it while sleeping too.  my dentist recommended these and I loved that they were feminine and fun.  I ended up getting the pink ones.  The instructions were super easy to use, and it is actually very comfortable and soft material, yet still sturdy enough to do its job.  I actually had to have an upper molar removed awhile back  due to clenching and breaking a tooth, yikes!  and the extra length in my mouth does not bother me at all.  I am not sure what methods to use when cleaning, but I have just been pouring mouthwash over it and gently brushing it, which seems to be working fine.

It is small, but it is quality built and works well. My new night guard is the total opposite of what I had been using. After just a couple of days using the sweet guards night guard; the tooth pain, the sensitive teeth, and the jaw pain, that I have been dealing with for months, are gone.  The process of taking the impressions was easy, and my emails were answered quickly.  I can not imagine how this product and the process could get any better.  It fits perfectly.  Well Worth the Money!.  It was so bulky and uncomfortable- I could not close my mouth.  I mailed off my impressions on a Saturday and I had my mouth guard by the next Friday.  I easily cut off excess I did not need and comes with enough to make a few errors if u need.  I had been using a mouth guard that looked like something Rocky Balboa would use.

Aurona cross cut, 20 sheet shredder. Fits very well, not too uncomfortable. This is a great alternative to the expensive mouth guards offered by dentists.  I am a grinder and can feel the teeth in the back of my mouth getting smoother and smoother and I would wake up with terrible headaches.  I gave this a try and I love it.  The first few nights my body was rejecting having it in my mouth for the full night.  I stuck with it and I have used my for years now  just had to buy a replacement .  My teeth are doing better and my headaches are no more.  There are extras in the box in case you mess up though! The folks at Confidental are great with customer service and with Facebook chat you through the whole process and follow up with you to make sure you are happy with your product.  I thought that was really nice.  I definitely recommend this as a great try for those who grind their teeth.  Protecting your teeth with this makes a difference.

Perfect and pretty!. For reference I purchased the hard 1mm upper guard and would recommend to others.   I have been using over the counter soft guards for the last few years but they were no where near as comfortable as this guard. I have had my night guard for about 2 weeks now and I am really impressed with the quality and fit.  It fits soo snug you can hardly tell it is there.  You would think the tight fit might result in discomfort, but I have felt none.  Additionally, the hard surface is durable and shows no wear from over night clenching.  I would choose this guard over a soft guard any day.   I will say that it is a little more difficult molding your teeth and it took me a few tries.  Luckily, sweet guard has great customer support that responds quickly.  They we are able to help me by sending additional molds at no cost when I messed up my first pair.  Once you get how to do the molding processes however it is easy.   To summarize do yourself a favor and try out one of these guards it is worth the money.  I did have to trim the rear portions of each side, but once that was completed, it fit well and I am able to close my mouth and sleep with it comfortably.

Industrial grade Product on your desk. Easy to understand instructions.  Can not wait to recommend to friends!. Great value, low cost product and product works as intended.  I have worn them all day today on zoom and it does the job.

Love it! Fits on my desk perfectly and gets the job done!. I bought the Encore Guards Custom Dental Night Guard, and it is been great.  The quality is top-notch, and my dentist liked it too.  The company was really helpful in getting it just right for me.  I went with the hard night guard, and it works perfectly to protect my teeth and ease my TMJ issues.  Highly recommended!.  You do not need to have perfect straight teeth to fit.

Great Shredder/mini heavy duty. If you need your lower jaw more forward this may or may not work for you. I have had a few night guards.  I was using zoom mouth trays at one point but they are too thin.  I just got these.  The ease of making the impressions, the tracking of the order, and the sincere eagerness for this company to please is incredible! Small but mighty. They are supposedly 3 day disposable but I used it daily for two weeks just cleaning with toothbrush and paste after just 24 hours my teeth were hurting less so any time I felt myself starting to clench I would just pop it in.  I have been pain free since then  at least in my teeth! .  My teeth and jaws were aching from all the clenching.  I found these on  the great thing is you can wear on top or bottom teeth and still easily talk and drink. Made of comfortable, soft plastic material. I was dealing with a lot of stress and tend to clench my teeth during stressful times.

Versatile & Speedy products is a Time-Saver!. My dentist recommended a mouthguard to wear at night.  I fit this one to my mouth and it has not fallen out once during the night. I have been having problems with clenching at night causing me to need root canals.  The trays are very deep so after you fit them to your teeth they suction really well. I grind my teeth every night and I go through mouth guards monthly.

Good general use products. I wish I would have gotten this a year ago!  I had a dental cleaning today and brought the guard in for my dentist to check. My dental hygienist recommended this over a year ago because of the grinding, clenching and wear and tear on my teeth.  I ordered the upper, 3mm, hard guard.  He said it was excellent quality, fit and function.  Followed directions about taking pictures of the impression.  Someone emailed me within a day to make sure the impression was done correctly.  He checked my bite with bite wings and it passed his tests.   It fits great! It came with a case to store it in.   I suffer from chronic migraines, lifetime of teeth grinding and constant clenching.   I highly recommend this product.   I have had the guard now for about a week and it has already decreased the pain in my face, jaw, teeth, neck.   Received the mold kit quickly, easy to use.  I would wake up with neck pain just about every morning and could not understand why.  My jaw joint on one side was getting so painful, it was radiating to my neck, eyes etc.  Mailed the impression out and received the custom made guard back within a week.

Perfect for your paper licenses. This was an excellent inexpensive solution until my my made to order set arrived.  I was pleasantly surprised at the comparison. Just started using the product, but it is easy to use and they seem quite durable! I like that there are two sizes, but only need one of the sizes once I figured out which was one was the best fit.

I had gotten this sooner. When the kit arrives you mix up some clay-like putty, press it into a tray and then press the tray over your teeth and hold for about 3 minutes.  This is actually pretty easy except, despite sending 3 sizes of trays, all were too large for my mouth.  I tried to use the smallest tray despite it being somewhat painful.  Better to ensure they can create a guard that fits and is comfortable, right? I appreciate that.  But they do not work on weekends.  And my mold was deemed to shallow, due to large trays, on a Friday.  Today, June 14, is the first night I get to use my guard.  Replacement, smaller trays could not be sent out until Monday .  The new kit was sent out the next week and I had it in hand on May 26, another Friday.  I waited until May 30, after holiday weekend, & tried again.  I still needed the smallest size of the 3 smaller sizes, but I sent my new pics and got the OK! I sent it back in asap.  They shipped my guard June 7th, and it hit my mailroom June 12th. I ordered on May 18th.  The guard I received is AWESOME.  Perfect fit.  I can speak normally with it in! I would recommend this product for sure but manage your expectations for time.  Seller should inquire about mouth size before selecting trays to send or offer different "sizes" when we purchase.  Customer service was available and willing to help and even followed up to see if I was able to create the mold ok.

Works great, for now. This guard has completely relaxed my face. I dislocated my jaw a couple nights ago by accident and it was so painful I did not know what to do and I have pretty bad TMJ & I grind my teeth at night and clench.  I just woke up and immediately started writing this review and I have never written a review I do not think.  The mold was pretty easy to make just make sure you bite down and feel it go around your teeth.  Really great product.  It is worth the $.  It is very thick so even when you bite down there is still a thick layer of mold between both teeth and there is no worry of grinding it away. Came with different sizes and some are soft while others are hard so it is excellent for all costumers: for the amount of guards and case it is a steal for the price.

Perfect and easy to use. Plus getting them from the dentist. This is the third company I bought guards from.  The dentist ones cost me over $300.  Sweet guards are much more comfortable than any of the others I have bought.  It definitely helps with my grinding.  I am going to try to upgrade next time even though I like these. Directions are easy to understand and tell you how to mold to your mouth.

Good price to buy. I do not really notice it, and that is the best recommendation I can give. I love that it comes with two different sizes.  My mouth felt tight, and the action was leaving sores inside my mouth.  I decided to give this mouthguard a try, and after two nights, my mouth is almost healed! I followed the instructions in the back and from others, using my index fingers and a sucking motion to smooth against my gums.  I am pretty sensitive to things—I can not even wear a sleep mask for long.  This mouthguard is not a problem for me. At some point, I started biting the inside of my cheeks.

Great For Small Product. I am telling anyone I know that is a night grinder to use this company!. I have been grinding me teeth for years Anna tried other mouth guards that leave my jaws aching in the morning.  I had to send mine in twice for adjustments but it was super easy, fast and convenient.  I was sure I had bite through, and after several months, not an issue. I have been using this brand of night guards for over a decade now, and while I do eventually chew through them in my sleep, they last a good long time for me. It was really easy to create the mold  much easier than I remember making mouth guards for sports! .  The mouth guard fits well, is soft enough to be comfortable, and appreciate having an extra one for later  or if you make a mistake when molding.

Love the Rounded Corners!. Can even talk with it on, if needed. I am more of a clencher than a grinder, and have to say these gadgets are a Godsend.  I rinse it thoroughly when I get up, and pop it in a little dish that I keep in a drawer of the nightstand.  They last a long time — great value.  Seriously! Excellent, but read the review. TMJ and teeth grinding sufferer here! I consulted my dentist to get a custom bite guard made and was astonished at the price so I thought I had give these a shot and if they did not end up working, I had cough up the hundreds of dollars for my dentist to make me one.  I am so glad I held off and tried these; after a month of wearing, I find these very comfortable and I find that I even clench my teeth and grind my teeth less during the day  stress response that I did not even realize I was doing until I saw myself on my ring doorbell! I could see my jaw muscles clenching and unclenching, I was shocked that I was living like that .  It took maybe a couple days to get used to the fit of it, I prefer to wear mine on my bottom teeth.  I used to wake up in the middle of the night from headaches from grinding and that is a thing of the past.  I could get almost teary eyed from how much these have improved my life.  I will repurchase again and again!.  I would wake up with neck pain just about every morning and could not understand why.

Fantastic Product. Also, to wear it RELIGIOUSLY when you are sleeping.  If you saw the damage grinding has done to my teeth, you would know why I sooo regret not wearing the guard a dentist had made for me 20 years ago.   I did find instructions for the boiling method in the questions and answers section.  My teeth are sawed across, some chipped, because I did not realize the damage I was seeing back then was only the beginning.   I think I made things even worse because I first tried shaping a guard to my lower teeth  as that is how a dentist 20 years ago had done it .   You WILL get used to this.   Took some work, but I managed to reshape one of the guards to my upper teeth, and what a difference.  Just give it some time.  It does not push up on my gums.  Please do not make the same mistake I did.  Though this guard is more 'pliable' than a guard made by a dentist, price is much better compared to what a dentist would charge.   My advice is to fit this to your UPPER teeth.  Seems like it will last a while  you get two , but only time will tell. I initially had some problems because no instructions were included with the guards.  At least I know my HARD grinding will not cause my teeth to wear, chip, and shift any further.  I honestly do not think this is made to be used on the lower teeth because it felt so bulky, pushed on and rolled my gums back  making them super sore , and had my jaw clicking in the morning.  Yes.  Gums are not sore at all.  They have shifted because I grind my teeth sooo hard, I rock my teeth back and forth.  Make sure you CENTER it when shaping it.   Customer service is awesome, too.  It still feels bulky  not going to lie , though less bulky, and you will look like a football player with it in, but it feels sooo much better fitted to my upper teeth.  They really cared about the problems I was having.   I kept looking for a 'Sleep Peachy' video on how to shape them, too, but could not find one.  I would purchase from them again.  And no jaw clicking in the morning.  I just wanted to warn people.

Very nice products!. High Quality, great fit, Ease of use, and value for money! Worth the money!!. It comes in different sizes and I was able to find the correct size for me.

Earthquake proof!. They fit my teeth well and I really like the hybrid version.  I keep them clean by dropping them in a warm cup of water with a denture or a night guard cleaner tablet. These were very easy to fit with the mold myself and to mail it in. Works as expected.

It does what it says. I always clench my jaw at night, but since I started using this mouthpiece  top only  I have been relieved of the discomfort I feel in the morning.  I think it is a pretty good value for 5 mouth guards.  I have been racking my brain scouring the internet and trying many many things for my cheek biting habit which I have had since I was 8 years old.

Does great with poster board - I have never had any issues. The quality is very good as it is holding up very well.  Came with extra guards so I have a back up. Easy to mold to my mouth and have been using every night to stop teeth grinding.  Happy with my purchase. My son is using this every night with no complaints.

Handy and worthy Product machine. This purchase should last me for at least a year. So convenient, great fit, great price.  I got a 2nd set for travel & they still had my impressions on file.

smooth double sided printing. Unfortunately for me, I have to wait two more years to get a new one through insurance.  If I wanted a new one, it would be $650 out of pocket.  Encore makes a great product! Fits just like the one from the dentist and is not as bulky.  The only hard part is getting the impression done.  Took me a couple of tries and had to get extra putty.  But WAY worth it.  I am not submitting any rating for whitening or ease of use, because I have not used this product for this purpose, but if you are looking for something to keep you from biting your tongue or grinding your teeth together, search no further is my opinion.

Very nice products!. Very well made, the pattern is beautiful and makes me feel a little better about having to get my blue badge out. I will admit the first 2 days it was uncomfortable but a big part of that was I did not mould it properly.  I use to walk up with serious jaw pain in the morning but since using the guard I do not now I am hoping it can help me stop grinding my teeth.  The csr reached out the next day to ensure the mould was good and ask for pictures of the guard to make sure it was done correctly.  This is good product, it is not expensive  I live in the Caribbean so the US rate is way higher in TT dollars 7:1 so believe me if I could say it is not expensive  you get 5 in a pack so value for your money and you change it like in 6 months time so it will last you awhile.  Again I can not stress enough on the customer service is on point.  Sorry for the long review but when you get a great product, value for your dollar and it good customer service you can not help but go on and on lol.

Strong and Durable. The product is easy to use and it is doing quite well!.  I follow the instructions, boiled some water to the specific temperature, left the mold in for 20 seconds and then, after few seconds out of the water, I bit the mouth guard.

So far so good!!!. Easy to mold to your mouth. They helped me ensure that the molds were adequate for a quality result.  Sure enough, I have be extremely pleased with my night guard and thankful there were other options other that the overpriced dentist office options.  The guard is comfortable and fits me perfectly.

Good little products. The fit is custom and does not fall out of my mouth when I sleep.  The custom fit process is quick and easy.  After warming it in a microwave and forming it to my teeth, It was comfortable and protected my teeth when I grind and clench when I sleep. Bought them for teeth grinding, came with 2 sizes, I tolerated the smaller size better, not sure if I can sleep with the guards in, going to try with just the bottom plate.

Looks great in my office. My Dog ate my custom fit night guard I got through my insurance. This mouthguard is perfect and honestly more comfortable than a previous one that I received from my dentist.  It was a seamless process to receive the kit, use the molds, and mail the molds back.  Very friendly customer service/email responses too.

Powerful and sleek. Hold this for a few minutes and presto, you have made a nite guard for your teeth. The maker suggests watching their video on how to make this product mold to your jawline.  Here's what I did: 1 .  Put the unit in a pot of cold water.  Pot has to be big enough that the unit does not touch the sides.  The unit will float, so use a spoon or something to keep it from touching the sides of the pot.  It will stick if you do not, and while I have no idea if that will be a problem, I do not think you would want to find out either.  2 . I have been having problems with clenching at night causing me to need root canals.  You want to stay by the pot and not let it boil.  You want to watch for the unit, which should be flowing with it is edges pointed up, to soften.  As soon as the edges start to fold in to themselves, get your ladel and pull it out of the water.  3 .  With your hands wet, and after the unit is cool enough to hold in your hand, pick it up and mold it to your teeth/gums.  Bite down and hold, and press on your cheeks and lips to mold it to your gums.  Bite, but not clenching like you are trying to end a Jawbreaker candy.  Turn on the heat and stand by.

It actually works like it is supposed to very good. I am using the hybrid guard on my bottom teeth while I sleep.  I have not had any issue while using the guard.  The fit, comfort, and relief it provides are similar to pricey dentist night guards.

Great protection of my old note. Dentist options were around $500, then other custom molds cost around $100.  After spending a bit a money for my tooth removal and eventual surgery.  I decided to try out this more affordable option.  Boy I am sure glad I did! As others mentioned, it can be difficult to get the mouth guard fitted as first.  I made the mistake of cutting it at first due to some reviews saying that they needed too.  After boiling it, it came out too short.  I can see why they included four of them.  The best method I found was to boil water and place it in a mug big enough to fit the guard.  I have a kettle which can set the temp and keep it around 200 degrees Fahrenheit.  A little more than recommended but better than boiling.  I would recommend pouring the hot water into the mug and make your way to the bathroom.  Open your mouth nice and big and close them and make note how your teeth line up.  You will want to keep this position when setting. I have been a tooth grinder all my life, it was not until I lost a molar due to it that I decided to finally get a mouth guard.  Now you have to work quickly, with the water still hot, place the mouth guard into the mug of hot water, the mouth guard should float.  Give it about a solid 10 seconds, the mouth piece should start to deform.  You can use the sink to cover your hands in cold water, I did not find it necessary, but quick grab the mouth guard and using both hand place it under your top teeth, making sure to align the mouth guard evenly.  As the mouth guard is very pliable, you can quickly from it around your teeth using your thumbs starting from the bottom of your teeth to the inside of your mouth.  Now open wide and shut your teeth.  Setting the mouth guard to the bottom of your teeth can your teeth inline and has a nice resting place.  Do not bite too hard as you can probably go right through the guard.  If you mess up, you can actually throw the mouth piece back into the hot mug and it will reform its shape allowing you to set it again.  The mouth will probably stick to your teeth at first but that is alright.  Do not wash you mouth guard with soap, unless you want to taste soap all the time.  Using hard water can fog up your mouth piece as well so be mindful of that.  Besides that this mouth guard really changed my life.  Having a mouth guard helps me sleep at night by helping keep my mouth closed and not grinding on top each other.  I actually woke up smiling and feeling good the first few days because of the relief it gave me.  Sleeping with a mouth guard seems silly but my sleep and teeth are more important and can cost a lot more money.  The products themselves are quite nice and arrived very quickly.

Great seal on the goods. They even told me if I do not get it right the 2nd time, they will send more supplies for free. Not a cheap mouth guard by any means- durable material and could be molded multiple times to get it right! Nice.

Was surprised how easy it was to use.. Besides that, the guard fit well and I went to sleep with no problems. Like many people I tend to tap my teeth together during the day and I clench my jaw at night.  I wear top and bottom retainers so there was no adjustment period of getting used to the guard.  After some research I learned how expensive it would be to get it done at the dentist so I decided to take to .  I will say tho, for those that wear retainers, do not wear them the same time as your night guard  it will not fit in your mouth! .   The molding of the night guard itself is very simple but it definitely does have a bit of a learning curve.  Alternate between wearing them every other night or as needed.  I was using a dark pot so the curling of the plastic was a bit hard for me to judge, so I recommend using a lighter colored pot or transferring the hot water to a bowl.  The company connects you with an agent that talks you through each of the steps and assesses your night guard for you after you have molded it.  After reading the reviews I decided to go for it.  I will say this is probably some of the best customer service I have ever encountered  and I online shop A LOT .  My periodontist informed me that much of my gum pain was probably coming from these behaviors and recommended I get a night guard.  Overall, great experience, good product and I am definitely recommending this.  The instructional video they send you does help but of course human error comes into play when things are time sensitive.  I recommend that you practice with one of the sizes you will not use so your timing is familiar.

Cuts nicely and shares well too. Many guides and love the three types of blades.. The impression process is easy and straightforward.  I sent photos of my impression, as instructed, and heard back from Encore only an hour later confirming that I could mail my impression.  Unfortunately, I did not get a great impression, and the resulting night guard rocked front-to-back on my teeth.  I have tried other OTC night guards in the past and could barely keep them in for a full night, even with the use of sleep aides.  I emailed Encore, who responded quickly and sent me a new impression kit free of charge.   My second impression turned out perfect.  I have been wearing this for a week now and I could not be happier with the product.  I could not have been more wrong about Encore guards.  This guard is so thin and lightweight that I am able to bite down almost completely, where other guards would leave so much space between my teeth that I would wake up with intense jaw pain.  The edges of the Encore guards are nice and smooth, keeping your "curious" tongue safe at night.  The instructions stated that it could take up to 30 days for your mouth to get used to the feel of the night guard.  I tend to be "picky" with my sleep environment.  It only took me 2 days.  The first night, I woke up with teeth pain, as my teeth shifted back to their former position at the time of the impression.  After the second night, that pain was 20% of what it was the first morning.  Unfortunately, it was going to cost close to $1,000 to get these made at my dentist's office! I was recommended to try Encore and admittedly I had some reservations.  By the third morning, I almost forgot I was wearing a guard!!  Love this product, would strongly recommend to any friends/family who need guards.  Thanks Encore!.  Both sizes actually fit great.

Compact but sturdy.. A lot cheaper then the real thing and honestly I would not have been able to tell the difference.  I just went to the dentist and they said I was going to have to pay $600 for a retainer because of my jaw pain! I dropped my sore jaw! I immediately started looking for a retainer myself and this is what I found. I have been using this brand for years now.  The color is super fun, it is so easy to mold onto your teeth, and I no longer have jaw pain from grinding my teeth.

Works As Promised!. Only had to convert degrees centigrade to farenheit but I let my echo do that. Easy to set up.  Works very well.  Received the product quickly, and without any flaws.

Great productive paper shredder! Worth the buy! See review & photos. One of the moldings came out quite fine and I have been using that one since. I got the thin retainer guard because it fits very comfortable for me.  This is my second one I have ordered after 2 years.

Great little products. The guard is formed close to my teeth at that point, a tight fit.  That is more comfortable to sleep with, yet close to my teeth to stay tight in my mouth overnight.  This was easy to mold to my mouth.   I had recommend this as a less expensive version of a night guard.  After 5 seconds I fished it out with a fork and put it in my mouth, spreading it out and bit down gently. I have tried 5 different versions of this type of product: hot water Moldable Mouth Guard.  The molding process was very easy as well and works great.  I microwaved some water in a mug for a minute and dropped the brand new clean mouthguard in.

What is that, an important document?. I can use this not just when sleeping but when intensely working.  It really saves my jaw and my teeth, and hopefully we will keep me from getting more crowns! It did have a plasticky smell and taste at first but I just soaked it overnight in a glass of plain water and it went away. Save money and do this here.

Great value and nice quality share!. At least I no longer had to shower in the morning with all the drool I had bathed in. This has saved my teeth and jaw.   Luckily I found these.  My teeth were becoming dust and I was waking up every morning feeling in my jaw like I had gone ten rounds.  They are super comfortable.  I tried some of the other traditional, big mouthpieces.  Feels like they are not even in.  And I am supposed to sleep like that? Felt like I had a brick in my mouth.  Last a good amount of time too  I wash them every day  so they are a great deal.  Let me get some coins for that out of my Scrooge McDuck vault.  Most important, they work great: my teeth and jaw are protected and I wake up feeling great.  I grind worse than a mill when I sleep.  I declined because of the cost.  Now I know how a horse with a bit in its mouth feels like.

Hot Pockets - Woo Hoo!. Too hot, and you will have a gummy mess of rubber.  They are economical and they work and so much better than a traditional night guard, which I have never found comfortable.  I pop it in every night and then in the morning before removing I swish my mouth with antiseptic mouthwash and then remove the guard and wash good with hand soap.  I can easily go a week with each one by cleaning really good.  And definitely prevents the grinding from hurting my teeth.  Good buy!.

Love the 14 inch length!. I heat it on the stove in water rather than using the microwave, just because I trust that more.   Second tip: when you have heated the mouth guard properly  follow all the instructions , and are ready to stick it in your mouth, do not bite down too hard and also leave just a little bit of room in front of your front teeth for some of the silicone to remain there as you bear down with your bite.  I decided that was way too much to pay, so I got one of these for around $20.  If you bite down too hard you will hit the flexible plastic outer guard, and that will weaken the bond of the silicone to the outer guard, shortening the life of you mouth guard considerably.  They fit tight and do not bother you at all when you sleep.  Remember that most of the grinding and wear come from your back teeth, so you want a bit more "cushion" back there than in the front, so think of biting down with more pressure on your front teeth than on your back teeth.  The key is to brush it thoroughly every time you brush your teeth, so it stays clean and sanitary.  I know that sounds weird, but practice it a little, and you will see what I mean.  I do not, other than bruxism  teeth grinding .   Third tip: once you have bitten down on the new mouth guard, maintain your bite until the directions say to let loose, and very slowly remove the guard from your teeth.  My first dental guard was custom-made by my dentist for a lot of money  $100s, as I recall , and it lasted maybe a year.  It will want to stick at first, and you do not want to yank crowns off as you remove it.  The formed part does eventually detach from the the flexible plastic outer guard, but that process takes months to complete, and you can still use it till it completely separates.  If necessary, swish a little water around in your mouth and then ease the guard off your teeth.   One tip: before you heat the new mouth guard and insert it into your teeth, practice a couple of time to make sure you align it properly.   If things do not work the first time, you can try one more time, but the mouth guard will probably not last as long or fit quite as well, so get it right the first time! Practice!.  You can ignore the "do not wear any longer than 6 months" advice, unless you have some peculiar dental problems. My 12 year old grinds his teeth really bad.  I can now use them for over a year before they wear out.

Easy to use good price. It formed super easy to my mouth and instructions were easy to follow. I got this for grinding at night and it works great.  The four pack is great because then I have backups!. I got them for the issue of teeth grinding for me I have tried a lot of different mouth guards and this one was very easy to follow directions to mold to your teeth and not to mention the cute colors! And it is not uncomfortable while you sleep with them on.

Great shredder, quiet and works fine with a trash bag.. I will never go with another brand EVER AGAIN!. I have been wearing night guards for years now, this by far has been the easiest, most comfortable one I have found. , always quick and convenient, great product.  I cut the ends off a little to short but that is why they send you two! I have not formed the second one cause the first one is still functional.

Great deal on Product sleeves.. so I called my dentist again and she suggested I get a "soft" mouth guard.  I went on  but had a hard time finding one that seemed right.  Finally, when I ran across these little things, I thought, 'Oh, what the h*ll, I will try them.  But it was so uncomfortable to wear, I had wake up in the morning having spit it out, so I stopped trying to use it. '  I did not have high hopes: When I put the first one in my mouth, it felt kinda loose, like it would definitely fall out.  But somehow, it did not.  We are talking just horrible pain, really.  I wore it for a whole evening  you can talk and drink with it in, tho not eat, of course  and OMG - within about 6 hours, the pain just started to go away.   I even missed my own birthday! Sigh.  I then wore it to bed, and woke up in the morning and it was still in!!!!! And my teeth hardly hurt at all! Now, two full days later, the pain is almost completely gone, I can hardly believe it.   Moral of the story: It really is the soreness caused by the molars hitting each other that continues to cause the pain, so if you put something soft  and these guards have just the right amount of "give"  between the teeth, it WILL stop hurting. About a week ago I started to have truly excruciating pain in my jaw and left-side molars, both top and bottom.  Really amazing.   One note: The guard on one side started to irritate my gums on the outside, but I just trimmed it slightly with a pair of scissors and now it is fine.  I called the dentist, who prescribed Soma, a muscle relaxant; I also took Motrin and/or aspirin - but nothing helped.   Today's day 7, I wear the guard around the clock  except, as I said, when I eat , and I barely even notice that it is in - and the pain is almost COMPLETELY gone.  Kind of a miracle, I wish I had started a few months ago when I was first told I had the problem. . . .  For four days I could not even sleep, it hurt so bad. .   Truly shocked that it works so well, not sure what I had be doing now if I had not found it.   But last week I suddenly woke up in the middle of the night with just horrible pain in my jaw and back teeth. . . . . .  I have known I am a grinder — I even cracked a tooth that way a few months ago, and had to go to the dentist, who confirmed it and made me a hard mouth guard to protect my teeth.  if I change my mind or have anything to add I will update, but so far it is perfect for people with a small mouth and who suffer from anxiety, tooth sensitivity, grinding or whatever.

Much more cost effective than the impregnated sheets. Followed the easy instructions for fitting and it is very reasonable priced.  I will purchase again when needed.  I purchased following a dentist recommendation for tooth grinding at night.  I wear it nightly and it really helps. This product worked great for me.  Better than what I got from the dentist and much better than the ones I make myself.

I had give them 6 stars if I could.. I suspect these mouth guards would be a lot cheaper if they quit spending so much money on advertising.  I have received about 20 ads about Encore AFTER I bought the mouth guard! The mouth guard is good, no complaints.  The EnCore mouth guard is created the same way, with a dental impression, sent to the lab.

This stuff is amazing!!!. This guard is perfect, easy to shape, and comfortable.  I am a HEAVY sleep grinder and each one lasts me roughly six months before it starts to crack and split apart which is fine with me because you are recommended to replace them at that time anyway. I got this one because it included 8 and in the past I ruined multiple mouth guards on accident before getting a good fit… however this was not at all an issue for this one.   Before I started using this particular brand my teeth were constantly loose and wiggling and HURTING from how badly I was grinding.

Seems pretty sturdy and accepts a lot of legal size runs. This is the only style mouthguard that helps me with my snoring.  As an added bonus my TMJ had been acting up and was so tight.  I worried this might aggravate it but it is actually helped.  My jaw is looser and not popping anymore! Not every guard will work for everyone but this might be the style that you need!.  It was very easy to follow the directions for custom fitting the mouth guard.

Very good product- purely mechanical- well made and works perfectly. Very comfortable in my mouth. This was very easy to mold to my mouth.  Not only did they provide a very detailed YouTube video on how to do it, but also offered live chat support if I needed it.  Did it perfectly the first time and had no issues.

Perfect for vaccination card goods. My other brand said to use a fork and the fork totally misshaped the guard.  With the DAV I did not have a thermometer so I guessed on the water temp after letting it cool from a boil.  The DAV by far was better.  15 seconds in the water was perfect - you do not want it to melt.  The mouth guard fits perfectly and is quite comfortable.  Popped it in my mouth and pushed my around my gums through my skin to make the perfect fit. I ordered mouth guards from two different companies.  Took it out and ran it under cold water.  The trick is to let the boiling water cool for a bit and do use a slatted wooden spoon to pick it up out of the water.  Nice carrying case and extra guards too.  Instructions were clear. Works really well.

Great value for the price!. I will definitely go back to encore to get any replacement. The directions are simple enough -- it helps to have a thermometer, but regardless - you just float it in "poaching" temp water for a few seconds, let it cool a bit, and then suck it onto your teeth.   It fits nicely, is very smooth, and feels great.

I have ordered these for years. Easy to clean and place in the case provided for daytime storage. The mouth guards are thick enough that they do not melt when heated to shape like some do.  Highly recommend!.  In my case, I had to trim them to get a good fit, which was easy to do with regular scissors.  Since I got so many I will try another one and not trim that part to see which is more comfy.

Great product, good price. I read through many reviews and was pleased to find these! I think they are great quality and will help save my teeth!!.  I do not wear it every night, just when I start to feel tension and pain in order to prevent a endless cycle of clenching.

Large capacity and powerful machine. This is the best value mouthguard ever.  My dentist says I grind my teeth in my sleep which causes it to be worn down and cause cavities.  They recommended invisiline which is like a few thousand dollars even with insurance.  I bought the dentec which only covers my molars initially and it was uncomfortable and slips around in my mouth I was scared I was going to choke on it at night.   I then tried this one, it was amazing.  This comes in 2 small and 2 big sizes, the big ones are too big for me but the small ones fit perfectly. Really good quality with terrific customer service! You will not be sorry.

Perfect for hobbyists. I got these to protect my teeth since I grind them at night.  The guards took a couple tries to make, but it is not a difficult process by any means.  I slept with it in for a few nights, but I am such a wild sleeper that it would fall out in my sleep! That is no fault of the product, though. They were easy to set up and trim had 2 sizes which was great because I needed the smaller set.

Great value great product. I really had no idea what to look for but decided on this brand.  The price was reasonable, the directions were simple to follow and low and behold - this gadget was actually was really comfortable! I love it because  after boiling it for a bit  you wait for it to cool, place it in your mouth and it takes an exact impression of your top teeth.  I would wake up in the morning and my jaw would ache like crazy, so I agreed to them checking it out with my dental insurance.  I do not mind wearing this at all - I am serious.  Are you kidding me? Of course my insurance refused to cover it.  And no more sore jaw from teeth clenching.  These devices are unbelievably expensive - like $500.  This device is just what the dentist ordered, so to speak . I was just informed by my dentist that I needed a mouth guard to prevent me from clenching my teeth at night.  I liked this one because it is soft.

Best machine on the market for personal use.. After receiving first guard, I like so much, that I order the second one to have "just in case".  As much as I can detect this is the same product as you get from dentist only difference is that will cost you quarter of the dentist price.  Got hybrid and hard, both great. Great product.  Staff is very responsive  second order was a little uncomfortable they send the new one right away.  Very nice traveling case.  I was hesitant to go anywhere other than a dentist to get a night guard, but this is the same quality as what you would get from a dentist.

Absolutely Fabulous!. Just started using the product, but it is easy to use and they seem quite durable! I like that there are two sizes, but only need one of the sizes once I figured out which was one was the best fit. Love how these feel, and would highly recommend! Company was quick to send a free replacement after the first hybrid guard was not enough to withstand my clenching at night.

P6 security level - means itty bitty pieces.. I was using an acrylic guard made by my dentist but my dog destroyed it.  After reading the reviews this seemed promising.  It is a good product and will do for now.  There is multiple sizes of guards in the pack which I did not pay attention to with my first box.  After some trial and error with the molding, I purchased a second box to mold the correct size guard. Like many others, I purchased this product for my bruxism.  I really need a hard guard because I have noticed I am clenching even more at night since there is not any resistance or discomfort with the soft guard.  Advice: Pay attention to the multiple sizes and do a trial mold on the ones you do not plan on using.  Do not bite down too hard while molding. I love this.

Gorgeous Buttery Matte Finish. Luckily its in the back of my mouth so no one can see it.  I will be hopefully be able to get an implant, financially speaking here.  Since I have several other teeth with stress cracks  very fine and hopeuflly will go no further  he suggested an over the counter mouth guard.  I tried one and it was stupid big.  I have a small mouth, more the size of a childs than an adults so that did not work. Ove the past several months I have managed to shatter a tooth.   When I got this I just was not sure if it would be to big for me.  It actually is not.  I am very happy with that.  It fits me perfectly.  I have white, pretty teeth and I shattered one.  Then when I put it in I thought it feels sloppy how on Earth is this going to stay in my mouth.   Well it did all night.  In fact it was very comfortable and when I woke this morning all the soreness and tightenss in my jaw that is normally there was not! So I am very glad I got these and I will not heitate to buy again. Like many people I tend to tap my teeth together during the day and I clench my jaw at night.

Used to make toddler busy book. I have been using night guards for years. I loved it so much i use it when i sleep and probably one of the best ones i have owned.

Product Machine. I basically had to "break it in". I grind my teeth a lot at night and always need a mouth guard to sleep, otherwise I wake up in a huge amount of pain.  Definitely a lot cheaper than dental surgery!.  When I switched from my old one to this, there was a little transition, it hurt my gums a bit, but I got used to it after a night or two. I have been using this product for five nights now, and I am absolutely thrilled with it! Unlike my previous night guard, this one fits perfectly in my mouth, allowing me to comfortably close my mouth.

Great value for you dollar and great quality shredded. Easy to mold, fits great and does the job! No more loud teeth grinding from my daughter!. This mouth guard was very easy to use, however be sure to have the water at exactly the temperature the instructions say, if it is too hot it will be way too mushy to do anything with it.  Once I figured this out it was very easy to warm it up in the water, bite down and make a nice mold.  It is great that they send you 3 of them for this reason!.

Nice unit for the price!. Instructions were easy to follow and guard fits well enough that I am not spitting it out in my sleep.  I did not realize how poorly I was sleeping prior to using this mouth guard, I just knew I was experiencing severe jaw and tooth pain upon waking.  After only three nights I feel rested for the first time in a long time and my pain is substantially less! My dentist had recommended one of their $400  guards and I wanted to try out something less expensive first - so far, this is worth every penny.  Easy to form each guard.

It works great for what I need.. I have always used upper guards so I opened the package for upper impressions.  Your teeth should fit in the tray without touching the tray sides.  I am a severe grinder and have always purchased my night guards through my dental office.  I used my phone timer to make sure I was following the mixing instructions.  Make sure that you sink your molars along with your front teeth fully into the putty.  It cost more than others offered on  but way cheaper than $700 my dentist was charging  wo insurance .  Mold the displaced putty around your gums as you are holding the tray up against your palate as it hardens  3 min .  If you only need one impression and you mess up, no worries, you have the putty from the other packageto use. I purchased this kit not expecting much.   Customer service was very patient and helpful.  I was not sure which guard to order, the hybrid, or the hard, and they were able to help me make that decision.   The instructions are easy to follow.  I received my impressions within a week  that is possibly because I live locally to the lab .   I ended up ordering the hard night guard because I am a severe grinder.  I chose the EnCore product mainly because it had the most positive reviews, plus the fact that the lab is located locally in So Calif.  I was pleasantly surprised when I wore them that night.  They are very comfortable.  The kit came with two packages, for upper and lower impressions, each including putty and 3 different size impression trays along with a prepaid mailing package to send impression s  to the lab.  After I got used to the mouth-feel, I hardly noticed they were there.  It does not feel like a mouth full of plastic.  I searched  not expecting to find anything.  I was so impressed by the quality and fit of the guards that I immediately recommended Encore guards to my sister who ordered her set that same day.  When I wake in the morning, my jaw feels better than it has in years.

Awesome products!!!. I have a very smallmouth and this nightguard fits perfectly.  No more morning jaw pain.  And it is affordable and not so thick.  Highly recommended.  The guard I received is AWESOME.

Best printer for small small business. Comes in 2 mouth sizes  2 of each size for a total of 4 . Innovative easy system! Initially heat one guard in water so it becomes moldable to match your teeth.  You only need 1 for your upper teeth.  You are to soak the guard in hot water for 10-15 seconds  not more than 20 seconds .  I recommend fishing it out of the water at 10 seconds.  Easy to do with a liquid temperature thermometer.   Just in case it takes you a little longer.   After the cooling off period, place in your mouth, and also lightly press the front of the guard toward your front teeth for a perfect fit! You will be impressed!.   My advice is to fit this to your UPPER teeth.

Great Little products. This company has some of the best customer service that I have experienced in a very long time! Worked with me to get the perfect fit!. I am not usually one to leave a review.  But this product worked so well for me, I just HAD to write one to sing its praises! I have suffered from TMJ for years.  As far back as my early 20s, probably earlier, if I was more observant of my own health as a kid.  Have a family history of TMJ - dad and all 3 sisters.  Lovely, huh?! I have tried a custom mouth guard - basically a mold taken at my dentist's office and a plastic guard made.  Well, they must not have made it right because it started shifting my teeth and causing a gap in my front teeth.  Looked up and down for cures for TMJ.  I grind AND clench.  Now had very visible wear in my teeth, hairline cracks in teeth, jaw muscles constantly tense and sore, especially the nerve behind the right jaw, jaw and teeth pain when grinding/clenching if extra bad the night before.   I started getting chiropractic treatment and it worked marvelously . .  until my chiropractor moved out of town and I never found one as good as her for my TMJ.  Recently, I decided to go to a naturopath who specializes in manual manipulation  a bit like chiropractic .  He did some jaw manipulations and also showed me some exercises I could do myself with the jaw at home.  He also suggested a mouthguard from .  It is one of those you stick in hot water then mold around your teeth.  Well, I am not crazy about having a full guard as it prevents your teeth from getting bathed in saliva while you sleep.  But, I saw this product in one of the "recommended" products list and decided to give it a shot.  Why not for $12?!  The first night I tried it on my upper teeth.  Woke up the next morning to my jaw hurting less already.  Did my jaw exercises and most of the pain was gone.  But, I discovered, after placing in on my upper teeth, my bite felt kind of weird for the hour or so after I remove it.   The next few nights, I tried it on my lower teeth.  MUCH better! No jaw pain upon waking up.  Not even on the nerve behind my right jaw, which has always been there.  No funky bite displacement either.  The only minus is the lower gums where part of the guard that rests against the lower gums is more sensitive, so it is a bit uncomfortable until I fall asleep.   LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this product!!!! It is a lifesaver.  For $12 it is well worth the purchase compared to other dental appliances that can easily run over $300 on up.   P. S.  - review written by my wife, the one with the TMJ.

Very Quiet, Powerful and very fine shred.. A lifesaver. They work really well.  Great mouth guard for people who grind their teeth. Was easy to apply to my teeth and it formed a perfect fit.

Great sheets for the money~. If you have priced a custom mouthguard through your dental office, you know these can cost hundreds of dollars.  I would have been hesitant to try this if not for my doctor's recommendation.  I ordered through  and received the kit to make the dental impression in as timely a manner as can be expected.  I read the instructions on how to prepare the putty carefully, and practiced putting the molding device, without the putty, into my mouth  you will have 3 size choices and I picked the medium size even though it felt really big in my mouth so that there would be no problem fully covering my teeth with the putty when I bit down .  Again, read the instructions carefully, and follow them precisely -- and you should have no trouble.  After you make the impression, let it dry and harden, and then take several photos.  I chose 4 or 5 that showed the indentations from different angles, including the underside.  There is an email address for enCore for you to send the photos and wait for their reply.  They will let you know if your impression looks good.  I think I got a response within 15 minutes.  Once they have approved the photos, make sure you fill out the order card completely.  Since I purchased my kit through , it was necessary to provide their order #.  If you do not provide that info, they will not create your mouthguard.  So, be sure to include that card and the impression in the provided return envelope.  I tracked my order coming and going, and it was the USPS that moved ridiculously slow.  In fact, it sat at a local distribution facility about 5 days before it started moving toward Santa Ana, California.  Communication with enCore is stellar.  Pretty fabulous company! The most important aspect of my new mouth guard is that it fits like it should and I do not see any inferior manufacturing quality in comparison to a local dentist office taking the impression for me.  I recommend enCore without any hesitation.  It was a perfect fit, no adjustment needed.

For the home goods apprentice. Great customer service, too! My impression ended up in a sort of "lost and found". I love my new night guard! It fits the same as the one my dentist charged $2,000 for, and the material seems comparable.  One of enCore's employees took the time to search and match up my impression  I assume to photos sent for approval .  I am confident that if I have any problems with my appliance, this company will stand behind their promises. Product fits great and does exactly what it needs as advertised.

Perfect for ultrasound pictures. The instructions are very clear again and explain the number of seconds to wait, what temperature, what utensils to use etc. I like that this came with 4 mouth guards and an actual case to put one in.  I would purchase again.  Generally even if they are too big you can trim them down after molding them.  The instructions for molding were very clear and mine came out great.  I got these bc I clench my teeth terribly at night and after over a week can say that my jaw and tooth pain has decreased significantly as long as I wear a mouthguard at night.  In the future would be nice for all 4 in one size to be offered. My dental hygienist suggested I might be grinding my teeth at night and could use a mouth guard to help with the sensitivity I have been experiencing in my teeth.  For people saying they could not get a good molding and/or ruined all 4 of theirs bc they did them at the same time- you need to mold them one at a time, not all 4 at once.

Perfect for my project. Any wrong move and the material could set and not work properly for you/  Worst case scenario you would have to buy another one and do it again. I have been in dentistry for 18 yrs and I have never needed a night guard.  Every since COVID I found myself clinching soooo much and could not understand why every morning the side of face was sore or I would get this random headaches.  But hey it is under $20 versus paying $250  up in the dental office.   Due to the fact I was having major surgery I would not have time to wait for one so I jus got one next day shipping from .   But I did not find it to be difficult.   I will tell you, the instructions was super easy   also the fact I made so many if these before in my career but knowing that I thought it was easily explained for someone who has no idea   The kits comes with everything you need.  Follow the instructions completely!! Do exactly what it says.   Hope this helps.   Went in for my dental appointment and my dentist whim I trust instantly saw the wear and tear I was causing and punted out I needed to get a night guard made.   I also recommended these a lot in the office so I also wanted to see first under how these work and what is the do from the custom ones we make in office.  I have been using this mouth guard for several months now and I am happy with it.   Have a timer handy so you can count down the exact time.

Works as in the video!. It just takes a little bit to mold to your teeth and trim to your mouth, but works great after you are done. The mouth guard is easily to use. I was apprehensive about using a bite guard, never having used one before, but I found it comfortable and strangely comforting to wear when sleeping.

Still this good after 6 months on a pole. The Sweetguard is very much worth the money. Fantastic night guard.  Fits perfect!.

Set up was easy and it was very easy to use. I used to have a specially made mouth guard that clicked onto my bottom teeth, that cost about $360, and I lost it after using it for a few years.  That is definitely worth looking into, if you have the funds to get one, and I will eventually get a new one.  Anyway, I got these because I really clench and grind my teeth in my sleep and wake up with headaches, and I had tried most other options.  I tried other ones like that, as well, that were not as expensive, but those went up over my gums and irritated my gums.  These things are fantastic.  I use it on my bottom teeth. I initially bought another sleep mouth guard thing on here that needed to be put in boiling water and all that.  It stays on all night and protects my teeth.  It is simple, easy to clean, and a great solution for people who need to protect their teeth at night.  It was highly rated, but it did not feel comfortable, and did not fit well even though I followed directions.  It is definitely worth trying! I tried it on both my top and bottom teeth and think it works better on my bottom teeth. I have an extreme grinding problem and this guard helped me a lot.

This stuff is amazing!!!. Bought them for teeth grinding, came with 2 sizes, I tolerated the smaller size better, not sure if I can sleep with the guards in, going to try with just the bottom plate. I have had these professionally made and I have made them myself with do-it-yourself items like this one.

Junk - jams and broke a couple months after warranty ran out. Pretty fabulous company! The most important aspect of my new mouth guard is that it fits like it should and I do not see any inferior manufacturing quality in comparison to a local dentist office taking the impression for me. After two nights, can totally tell a difference.  My jaw is much more relaxed when I wake up in the morning great product.

handles larger sheets. Hope this helps any of you who have been told they should start using a guard but can not afford what the dentists charge!. My dental hygienist recommended a start wearing a night guard because I was either clenching my jaw or grinding my teeth at night which was leading to wear on my teeth and gum recession.  I was not sure if I would be able to sleep with a mouth guard, so she recommended I try something over the counter before talking to the dentist about having him make one.  After doing some research online, I decided to try Encore Guards as a middle of the road solution between the cheap drugstore "heat and mold" guards and the very expensive ones cast by the dentist. These were very easy to fit with the mold myself and to mail it in.  Customer service was very responsive and helped me through this.  Unfortunately, there was another glitch when the USPS lost my guard, but once again Encore's customer service team were very helpful.  They were able to track it to Chicago and offered to send me a replacement if it did not make it to me by the end of the week.  My guard did eventually arrive, although it took about a month.  It fit well and I have been wearing it nightly since mid-February.  The guard was not that difficult to get used to  I ordered a lower arch , and best news of all, when I brought it in to my dentist at my last cleaning, he said it looked professionally done.  He said as long as I though it fit well, it was no different from what he would have done, at a fraction of the cost.  I ordered the hybrid hard/soft version and am curious to see how long it lasts.  I had some trouble with making the first impression but got it right on the second attempt.

Great for small classroom or office use. Rinse well in the morning and store in it is container. I have gone through multiple guards trying to find the right fit.  This one is perfect and hands down the easiest modeling process.

... about 3 months now and it is still working great. It takes about a minute to fully heat .... Good product and they are easy to work with! Sent a replacement immediately once I mentioned if some issues. So easy to make and such a great product!! I have slept so good with mine since I got it.

Serious Shredder for home. The ones you boil and bite down on.  They are too cushy and thick, so they made me bite more in my sleep.  Like the jaw doctor I spoke with said, your body when you sleep will treat it like steak, and you will be chewing all night.  Yep.  I always had a problem with the ones I would buy from target.  So far so good! Much more comfortable sleeping.  Also received the final mold in a decent amount of time from when I sent the mold.  I highly recommend these if you have issues of teeth grinding. My dentist was offering me a $700 mouthguard which was way out of my budget.  Save your teeth and some money!.  I used both molds just in case one was better than the other.

These seal great!. As a first time user, I think it does its job. This was easy for me to make my own personal night guard.  It comes with clear instructions.  This is good for someone who grinds their teeth at night and is so much cheaper then one from the dentist office.

No Product machine available?. Compared to $450 at the dentist!!!. The trays were all too big for me and made me gag.  Yes, it does need to be a wooden spoon to get it out of the hot water or it will stick to the spoon and can mess it up.  But the final product turned out great anyway! Great deal for the price.

Everything needed to create print and play card games. I did get used to the feeling pretty quickly and it has never affected my sleep.  It did make me produce more than normal saliva at first, but that went away after a few wears.  I was not even aware of it until my dentist noticed some stress on my teeth in the X-rays.  4.  I did some research on clenching and realized that was what was causing my tooth sensitivity in certain areas.  Upon researching many brands, I decided to try this one.  Since using this guard, I no longer wake up with an achy jaw.  Here are my thoughts on this product.  Easy to do mold.  The sensitivity in my teeth has dramatically decreased  when I am more stressed, my teeth get more sensitive, and this seems to have stopped that trend .  The process was kind of gross because I drooled a lot, so I stood over the sink for the allotted time.  I snapped a pic of the mold and sent it in and immediately got the ok to send in the impression.  Side note, I did recently have knee surgery and I was day clenching from the pain.  It took a little longer to receive the guard than this pampered   customer is accustomed to, but given the quality and the relief I felt from using it, I am not worried about it.  3.  I wore my guard more and made sure to wear it every night as I continue to heal.  I think it is weird to have a retainer/guard for the first time, so it did feel a little snug and maybe like it did not fit.  I have not had any problems with my jaw or sensitivity. I am not a teeth grinder, I am clencher.  Once pointed out, I realized that I the soreness in my jaw was from clenching not from morning stiffness.  5.  I did not have any troubles mixing the putty, getting it in the mold or making an impression of my teeth.  2.  If you have made it this far through the review, I can say this is a great product and I recommend it!.  I understand this to be normal.  I like that it has the different mold choices and I wanted one with some softness on the inside to protect my teeth.  I did not want to spend another $300 on a new one.  I got the dual layer guard, which did feel nice on my teeth.

Works Like You Think It Should. He gave me a nightguard; I gave myself migraines with how hard I clenched. I have been clenching my teeth for ages but my dentist just gave me invisaline; I chewed through it.  This conformed to my teeth and is soft and cushy!!! I sometimes still get headaches, but they are ages better than the migraines. Easy to use and comes with two size options.

Cute, easy and simple to use!. I have no complaints. I recommend this product. This is a great alternative to the expensive mouth guards offered by dentists.  I have been using it for sometimes now.

Broke after one use. Great product and will re-order it again when I have used all of the products. I started using this mouth guard as soon it arrived.  I am certain I do it while sleeping too.  It was easy to use and have no issues with it during the night.

The pockets are very sturdy and I am sure will keep the name tags nice .... Easy, compact, inexpensive and a workhourse. And if anyone has ever had a dental impression made in the past, you will know how to do it at home! I was super pleased that my first try work perfectly and I love the mouthguard, I chose the hybrid which is much harder than the softer models. I grind my teeth every night and I go through mouth guards monthly.  These are sturdy and are not showing any kind of weathering or damage from constant use every day, I am impressed especially for the value!~.

Neat little paper shredder. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a new night guard! I have paid 3x as much at dental offices and was not quick happy like with this one.  Was super easy to do and is pretty comfortable.  Not clunky like my old ones  which made me drool through the night .  Shipment was fast.  The kit sent had easy instructions to follow.  Communication with support was swift and concise. had low expectations when I purchased this but to my surprise, It exceeded my expectations.

Perfect for small projects. It fits pretty well, it took me a few nights to get used to wearing it , but this morning when I woke up I almost forgot I had it in. I read the reviews before purchasing and there were a few that had issues with the molding so I took care to follow the instructions and got it right on the first try.  I definitely would recommend this to anyone!.  But I just used my fingers to keep if from curling more, I only let is set for about 3 seconds anyway.   Then I put it in my mouth and bit down like it said and held pressure with my tongue on the back. I have used other brands in the past and this is by far the best! They worked just like the instructions said and have had peaceful night's sleeping without and teeth grinding.   Next I put the guard in, I did not set a timer I just counted to 12 and used a spoon with slots in it to scoop it out and place it on a paper towel, the top did start to curl down a little bit so if I were to do it again I might do 10 seconds.

Great and quiet shredder. If you want a soft guard this is worth a try for the price!. This night guard was very easy to shape.  It is larger than the guard you get at the dentist, but still comfortable. These mouthguards are awesome.  It is a soft guard, so if that will not work for you try something else.

Best teacher item. Not was there a wait. I have been wearing a night guard for about 35 years.  All done I.  Under 10 min and I slept great.  But my dog will eat it if left out. Great buy with wonderful customer service. 00 on one at the dentist but this one fits a heck of a lot better. If you follow the directions and watch the video, the guards are easy to mold.  After watching the video, I received a message from a representative and was able to send a photo of my guard to have it reviewed, visually.  It was great for me because I wanted to trim the guard and was not sure if I should.  The rep even sent a follow-up message to check on his I made out.

Works well, easy to adjust and cost effective. I suspect it might be due to reduced saliva flow, especially in the roof of my mouth, as the guard covers a portion of it. I have been using this product for five nights now, and I am absolutely thrilled with it! Unlike my previous night guard, this one fits perfectly in my mouth, allowing me to comfortably close my mouth.  The texture is incredibly smooth, and the setup was a breeze. This product was super easy to use.  Afterward, a rinse with cold water ensured the plastic hardened again.   The only minor concern I have is waking up with a slightly dry and tender mouth.  After heating some water, I immersed the guard for a few seconds, making sure it was adequately softened, then gently placed it in my mouth to mold it.

These are great Product sheets!. I was able to take pictures and send them to their customer support department to ensure I had a good fit. Bought this in 2013!!. It has plenty of material around the sides, so when you bite in, it really forms a tight grip. Mouthguard molded easily, the video instructions were clear.  I have been using for about a week with no discomfort or issues.

Love this products. but man they do not hold up.  Even after only a couple weeks, despite daily cleansing with retainer cleaner and gently brushing with a tooth brush, they would get nasty.  Ugh.  I have a very small mouth.  And most guards keep me up at night.  I tried another type of mold and mail in from  and I was generally pretty satisfied. I am very picky about my mouth guard. . . but honestly they still were not 100% amazing.  They were still too thick and for some reason they did not cover the whole tooth.  Like the guard sat on top of my teeth like a cap.  Well, this would not normally be that much of an issue, except the plastic edge cut into my gums!! I muscled through this painful period, however, after only a month, the guard snapped in half one night while I was just cleaning it.  The ones that you can mold and re-mold yourself are great.   So I took the opportunity to try these guys.  I have been very, very satisfied.  The instructions for the molding process were very clear  although I had done this before so I knew what to expect. . . including the excessive drooling!! . .  I was even happier with the return service.  enCore used a more common shipping company  USPS , so I easily dropped the mold in my mailbox.  The other company I had used before made me return with DHL, which there is no DHL near my house, so it was quite an ordeal just to get the mold off.  enCore also confirmed my mold photo almost immediately! My guard came very quickly.  I want to say a week total? Since I have gotten it I have been even more pleased than I was previously.  These are more like full retainers and thus I have had NO issue with rubbing my gums, etc.  I have gone through every possible type and combo of the kind you get at the pharmacy.  In fact, the other company said you could wear theirs during the day and no one would know. . .  this was false.  They were so thick and only went halfway down the tooth so it looked like I was wearing a 1990's metal retainer from the outside  you could see the ridge of the guard below my lip on my chin .  With my enCore guard, I absolutely could wear these all day with zero issue! They are thin, but very durable.  No matter how hopeful I felt about them, they always left me disappointed.  So far, with several weeks of constant use, they still look brand new!! I can tell the material is much more high quality.  You can see in my picture that I had to smile weird to even show you my whole bottom teeth!! You still can not really tell that I have the guard on!  Overall, very happy with these guards.  Absolute value for the money.  I would never even consider using anyone else  including my dentist  for night guards.  These are exactly what I was looking for!! Makes my cards look great!. The snug fit and the way they stay put throughout the night further add to the comfort and protection they offer.  Overall, I am quite satisfied with the Sweet Night Guards, marking a noticeable improvement over my previous ones from the dental office.  Unlike the guards I bought from the dental office which turned yellow, and have broken down over time, the Sweet Gaurds though have remained clear and clean.  Thank you!. Good value and the 5mil is top notch!. They are beyond helpful, and they really care to get you the correct guard for you. This products shared my stickers perfectly!. It worked great!  I had a very expensive one made by my dentist that I was never able to wear because with my overbite it made me feel like I was choking. I was kind of nervous to shape this since reviews on many of these products make it seem very complicated.  This is completely wearable for me and does not give me that same problem at all. .  My top lip does not stretch over the front of that which makes me feel a little self-conscious but it is worth it to protect my teeth!.  After a few days of staring at the box I decided oh well.  I get six in the box for alot less.  And just boiled water, let it cool for a minute, and put the form in.

Product fit perfectly!. I am a believer!. Followed instructions on the video and got it right the first time.  Water 160 to 180 degrees  use a meat thermometer  and it gets soft in about 5 seconds. It was very easy to form the guard to my upper teeth.  Wore it one night and woke up with teeth that did not ache.

Thermal Product Pouches. I have had it for a few weeks now, I wear it when I feel like I am clenching  day or night  and have reduced my migraines. At first I was hesitant about choosing the product because I thought it was not going to fit very well in my mouth at night.  I did have to trim the rear portions of each side, but once that was completed, it fit well and I am able to close my mouth and sleep with it comfortably.

Large Product Pouches. I did not order rush shipping, but I received everything quickly and in great condition. This was so easy.   My dentist wanted to charge me $675 for the same exact thing I got from this company.  They give you two sets of putty to make the mold in case the first one hardens too quickly - which is a good thing because I definitely waited too long and had to start over.  I am so happy with what I received, the quality, and the process.  You take some photos and send them in to the company to make sure that they are okay - mine were - and then ship them off to have your night guard made.  I plan to take it into the dentist this week for my cleaning to get my dentist's thoughts.  However, the impression the second time around was really easy, I set a timer, and popped out without issue.  I have a feeling it is going to be just as good, if not better, than whatever I had have gotten from his office.  I got my kit and it took me a little while to actually do the impression, but when I did, it was super straight forward. Made of comfortable, soft plastic material.

Easy set up + easy to use = Love it!. It was very easy to form the guard to my upper teeth. Very simple way to keep shredder working.. Its easy to shape it with a hot water.  It took a couple of nights to get used to the mouth guard.  I was able to find a best fit for me.  Overall like this product. There are a few different sizes in the package. My husband finally stopped snoring and I finally stopped sleeping without earplugs.

Perfect for my need. I heard about this affordable mouth guard and thought it was worth a try if it would help with grinding my teeth.  It arrived with instructions on how to use and that was helpful and easy to follow.  I am still getting used to wearing them but so far so good!!.  I followed directions carefully on making the mold and it was a “take” first try.

It does not work.. It fits comfortable and I have been using it at night with no problems. A bit bulkier than the custom made but does the job. I made to melt it 3 times because I have a over bite and a gap.

The, Swingline UltraClear.. I do not remember the recommended number of nights you can wear them before you switch out to a new one; but I can tell you that I easily use each one for about two weeks before I use a new one. Tried this out last night as I had issues with clenching and grinding my teeth in my sleep.  I do not really grind my teeth as I clench them at night.  While I do not think that any device you put in your mouth at bedtime can be described as comfortable, these guards are at least tolerable. I am a "clencher".

Works well - very fone shred so highly secure- VERY quiet, easy to empty.. A joke between my dentist and I is that I am the all time champ abruxer in her practice.  It is no longer funny as I am forced to get implants because I crack my molars open all the way down to the root.  This brand of mouth guard is effective and inexpensive.  I use about 2 boxes a year! A handy discount compared to implants!. This helps me so much with grinding my teeth at night.

Great Resource of Educators. Thank you, enCore!. The team at enCore is amazing! As soon as I got my kit from enCore, I tried my best to get my impressions right while fretting more than I should have.  As a result, I failed at creating a great mold of my teeth the first two times.  This set came with a storage box that is handy for daily storage us as well as travel use.   So, I wrote the enCore team and told them I messed up.  Thankfully, they immediately responded to let me know it was okay and sent me additional putty and an explainer video.  After watching the video, I tried creating molds two more times and sent the team pictures for review.  Can you believe that I nailed my 3rd and 4th tries! And ever so kindly, they told me to send in both tries.   Well, I just got my mouthguards, and I am in love!!! I particularly like the soft guard as a newbie to guards, but I got the hybrid guard just in case my bruxism is more severe than I think it is.   Personally, having such an amazing customer experience is important to me.  My grinding is from the stresses of me being a businesses owner, professor, newlywed, new homeowner, and well, life.  So, to have a team essentially comfort me through their process was amazing.   I was scared of the outcome like I know you may be if this is your first time getting a mouthguard, but do not be.  It is pretty cool, and I know I will save money at the dentist, as the only thing messing up my teeth is the grinding I am doing at night.   I mean, I nailed my retries, but there is a reason why I am grinding my teeth  too anxious .  I can say that trying to make perfect molds got the best of me.

out of the box easy use. just make sure you do not get the water too hot or it will stick together  learned that with different brand .  My first try was close so I dipped the area of the guard that was not quite right in the hot water and adjusted. Easy to mold, not too thick.  I have purchased dozens of kits.

Great product for small office use. I was a bit wary, as small as they are, that they might slide down my throat and be a choking hazard, but that has not been the case at all. I am a grinder and my dentist keeps wanting me to get a custom mouth guard which would cost about $800.  They stay in place, do not pop out and are more comfortable than the guards that you dip in hot water to shape to your mouth.  So I ordered these.  And if my pup chews one, I will not be crying! And I do not wake up with sore teeth.  I have a pup who loves to chew soft plastic and has destroyed several while I was busy elsewhere.  The guards are reasonably priced so when I need to buy more, they will be affordable.

Can be used without sleeve.. I use it on my bottom teeth. Gives you a lot of mouth guards and they do not come off during night - stopped my teeth from grinding!.

Met my needs.  Quick delivery.. This is a great buy for your buck.  These guards can save your teeth from damage. I have purchased cheaper versions that were horrible. TMJ and teeth grinding sufferer here! I consulted my dentist to get a custom bite guard made and was astonished at the price so I thought I had give these a shot and if they did not end up working, I had cough up the hundreds of dollars for my dentist to make me one.

Does what it is suppose to do. I have been using this for the past week and I no longer wake up with headaches or TMJ.  It is a 10/10 for me!.  I ordered this one, and it works GREAT! It is totally high quality, and the packaging is so cute.  Also do the top and bottom separate not at same time. I have used other mouthguard before, and they always have a gross plastic taste.

I have had this shredder for 10 years.  Never a problem.  Always worked as intended.. I was sure I had bite through, and after several months, not an issue. The directions were easy to follow and the online support was helpful.  The mouth guard fits well after trimming  with a helpful hint from online support .  I am very surprised that it works as well as the one from the dentist.

Fast, quiet, and easy to use!. It prevents all of the molars from contacting each other.  If you prefer to wear this on the bottom, same thing, just turn it over and put the band on the gums of your lower front teeth and bite down on the plates.  The great thing I love is that you can talk with this in your mouth, as long as you keep your lip in contact with the band, it will not move. .  I have a dentist made mouth guard and I look ridiculous in it and slur when I talk. . In my opinion, the bad reviews are by people who really do not take the time to understand how these are placed in the mouth. . this is so easy and soft and comfortable.  If you place the front band on your gums over your front teeth and lower you lip over that to hold it in place, the 'plates' fit over your front molars which keeps you from grinding or when clenching, hurting your teeth.  I have been wearing the same one for 5 days and wash it every morning with Dial Gold liquid soap, rinse well and put in a ventilated mouth guard holder.  I have not detected any sign of it deteriorating so these will last longer than expected I think before I need to replace it. .  I usually do not write long reviews but I hate for people to miss out on this mouth guard because they do not understand how to use it.  So great that you do not have to mold it to your teeth using boiling water or microwave. but the thing is, they are not made to necessarily go to the very back of the mouth.  Thank you to whoever innovated this mouth guard!!!.  This is the only mouth guard I have found that gives such great instructions.

Good quality product that is quiet and decently built.. They are easy to customize to your needs. There are two sizes, I am ab adult male and started with the small size to practice and the fit was still pretty good just needed a little trim along the gum line  The main tip: it says leave it for up to I believe it is 13 seconds in the water, I took both out at 10 because I knew it was going to take a second to get the second one out.   There is no taste if you keep them clean  And I did feel a mild relief in the grinding.

They get the Job done. Been using the mouth guard for about a month now and it has helped a lot and I have noticed I actually even sleep better now since using it! Easy to mold and I definitely recommend cutting off parts of it if using for a night guard since you do not need as much as there is for that purpose.  It is easy to fit and very comfortable for sleeping at night.

Works As Promised!. So easy to mold, good nights sleep not worrying about if I am grinding my teeth and I really do not notice it as far as comfort, no problem.  They are big at first but you have to make it fit.

Classroom Staple. To my surprise a representative from confiDental  Liam  contacted me by text to help me out with their product.  Liam was very helpful and very nice! My guard is molded and my first night of sleep was good! Liam even texted me the next day to check in on me.  My dentist mentioned to me that I could use a night guard to help get my jaw back to normal.  Excellent customer service! Great for Art Projects & Scout Projects. She has told me repeatedly she has been very satisfied and it has helped out tremendously with her dental grinding while she sleeps.  Nothing but positive compliments!. I purchased this a couple of months back for my stepdaughter and she has been exceptionally happy with the product.  So a mouth guard was in order, it becomes supple after being submerged in hot water for 10-15 seconds.

Convenient and Easy to Use. I would buy again. They work really well.  My teeth and jaws were aching from all the clenching.

Upgraded from the old one. I soak them in something to clean and sterilize them during the day  usually either vinegar and water, or water with an alka-seltzer .  Having had a very expensive custom bite guard made by my dentist that ended up being chewed up by my dog, I am so glad I found these.  This is such an awesome deal--especially because they come in such a big pack.  I can travel with them because they come in individually wrapped trays, and I do not have to worry if I misplace one.  So they do not reach to the back molars, but they do reach to the front/middle molars--which is really all you need if you grind.  Sometimes, if I am stressed, that'll be two or three weeks, but usually it is more like at least 6-8 weeks or more.  You can wear it either on the top or bottom.  They will not fall out either way.  I use them, basically, until I wear down the plastic.   The fact that the front arch of the trays are thin makes them almost imperceptible while sleeping--which is perfect because I have a strong gag reflex, so even that expensive custom bite guard my dentist ordered for me was really problematic.  I have tried a ton of other bite guards trying to find one that I could tolerate--and I finally found these. I love these.   They are also made of a flexible  but strong  plastic that does not taste or feel weird like many of the heat-and mold ones do.  That is especially helpful if you have that wicked gag reflex.   These are marketed as disposable, but they are great quality and will last much longer than the "3 days" as advertised.  Otherwise it molds comfortably and fits perfectly to your upper teeth.

Works great and easy use.. I tried to use the generic mouth guards per the 2 other guards on the right, but I could not stay asleep with them. These things, 2 to a box, are easy to fit and most importantly they are deep. ..

On another level…. I suspect it might be due to reduced saliva flow, especially in the roof of my mouth, as the guard covers a portion of it. Good product.  Recommend it.

Very nice products even at twice the price. My dentist wanted almost $400 to custom mold a mouthguard for me. .  Very easy to use, took a matter of minutes to host water and make the impressions. . I received the mouthguards today. . for $12 do not pass these up!.  Worked like a charm! These are great quality and easy to trim after molding for a comfortable fit.  It is comfortable to wear and no boiling, molding or cutting required is simply amazing.

Alternative use for labeling boxes and toys. Just upgraded to the same style but with a little extra thickness.  It did its job fabulously but it did have to be retired after I ground several holes through the plastic and hairline cracks started to form.  Thanks, Encore for saving my teeth and wallet. I have been using my dental nightgaurd for 3 weeks now and it is changed my sleep!!! I was shocked how easy it was to mold.

Shredder is great!. I did realize I ordered the wrong guard.  I meant to order the upper and ended up ordering the lower.  I wish there was an easier way to realize what you are ordering.  It was easy to make, the mold and sendoff.  I like how thin the guard is and it fits very well.  I have worn it for a week and feel like it is doing a good job. This product is easy to use if you read the instructions they provide you.

Best Product Machine I Have Owned. I would purchase this again at full price because it works well and the value of the comfort was beyond my expectations.  Will certainly buy more as I go through them.  No need anymore for my old "permanent" retainer.  Highly recommend.

Jack-of-All-Trades at an Unbeatable Price. Several come in the package of different sizes so it was easy to find one or two that fit and does the trick.  They are a bit hard but keeps me from grinding so if they were softer I may bite through them.  You have provided me with the ability to sleep comfortably and wake up without blood in my mouth.

Great for making Materials for clients!. I would purchase this again at full price because it works well and the value of the comfort was beyond my expectations. I purchased the sleep peachy mouth guard because I grind my teeth at night.  This was a superb product!.  The molding process of this product was exactly as described and super easy to complete.  This conformed to my teeth and is soft and cushy!!! I sometimes still get headaches, but they are ages better than the migraines.

Comes with extra stuff!. Awesome!!. I have an extreme grinding problem and this guard helped me a lot. I love it!! It really helped keep my snoring at a minimum.

Exactly what I asked for and works fine. A fast and easy way to get a mouthguard.  I have to say, I am pleased with the turnaround time and convenience.  My guard is a great fit, customer service was great, and the price was good.  From ordering the kit from  to receiving it, was less than two weeks!.  However it really helps with cushioning your jaw and teeth if you clench at night.

Great for Scrapbooking. I have tried many and this was the best. These work good it is important to keep using them.  None of them are comfortable at first.  they will mold to your mouth bite.

What a great machine. I also like the case it comes with. I like that is it is effective and I do not wake myself up from grinding my teeth anymore. This product does exactly what it says it will.  I think it is helped me sleep better at night as a result.

Good start to making own signs!. I held a lighter to it and smoothed the cuts by rubbing a wet finger along them.  Worked perfectly and now it feels even better!.  After trimming it though, it was a little rough.  Easily customizable to your specific jaw. After watching the video, it was easy to mold.

Good price last forever. This one is a good value and is cute as far as mouth guards go.  The directions are simple, plus it comes with a second mouth guard! I like how these are microwavable.  She told me it was not necessary to spend a lot of money on one.  One of the moldings came out quite fine and I have been using that one since.

Wow. Great Machine. Great product with a couple different thicknesses to choose from.  Great quality.  The customer service tho was better than anyone could have wished for.  Checked in with me to make sure everything was good to go.  Answered all my questions.  Even checked back in later to make sure I was happy with everything.  But the 3rd time was the charm.

Will shred anything!. I chose soft one and it fits perfectly with my upper tooth. Now I can sleep better!. The quality of the product is great.  I dunked the mouth guard for the recommended time and grabbed it out, and laid it flat for a few seconds. I thought it is a bit pricey but it is worth it! Easy process with kind and prompt customer service.

Good shredder!!!. The online support guided me on what to do and gave me advice.  They even kept checking up on me to see how I was enjoying the mouth guard and if I had any concerns. The first moldings I used did not come out correctly.  The customer support was great.  They were super easy to shape to my bite and they are super comfortable to wear! It only took a couple wears to get used to something in my mouth.

Work as described. Let me make a recommendation. A bit bulkier than the custom made but does the job.

Will purchase again.. So now I wear them during the day. When I first opened the little container, I thought WTH? How was this thing going to stay in? How would it not float around in my mouth? But I went ahead and tried it, and to my surprise, it worked like a charm.  My jaw is MUCH HAPPIER! I look forward to fewer headaches.  I tried bottom first, figuring that gravity might help it stay in.  Oh, and you definitely need to toss them after 3-4 days.  So I tried it on the top teeth.  At first I was skeptical of this too, figuring it was just so they could keep selling you more.  It actually holds it in even better! I have noticed that I will often clench my jaw when I am working, watching TV, sewing, etc.  But when I looked at the thing on day 4, the little ridges it starts with had disappeared, and my tooth imprints were quite deep.  The only problem I had was when I went to use it the next night, the little spot between my lower gum and lip was sore.  Almost broken through.  You can wear them on your top or your bottom teeth.  So every 3 days it is!.  NO ISSUES! And for those who use invisilign or something similar, I sleep with the plastic retainers, and was afraid it would affect the bite guard.  The thickness of the material is perfect and it actually feels comfortable.

good quality Product material. About a week ago I started to have truly excruciating pain in my jaw and left-side molars, both top and bottom. After seeing how the night guard my very fancy dentist created for me adversely affected my entire jaw and skull, my osteopath referred me to this company to make my guards.  There is no need to have dentists create these for us -- and for much higher prices.  This company will work with you until they get it right.  And when I brought my newly finished night guard into my dentist to check if the fit was accurate, they gave two thumbs up!!.

No Problems Here. This is also shown in their inclusion of two free guards  one in each size  that I received, just in case of issues during your first time "molding" it  which can be a bit tricky - make sure to read the instructions carefully and watch it while it is in the water! . I bought this because my teeth clenching caused jaw misalignment.  The very first morning after use I could tell a difference! My jaw was not sore.  I did have to trim it down to a comfortable size but this works!.

Great quality for a best price. I like this product.  My mouthguard fit greats thanks to the help the assistance gave me.  The assistance I received was very good and personalized.  I did not need to trim it, and I do not wake up with a tense jaw, either.

Best Classroom Purchase!. So I ordered the DAV not really sure what I would get. I am a nighttime grinder and a loud one apparently.  It is such a problem that I have broken teeth, which resulted in having to get two teeth implants.  I also would wake up with a painful jaw that affected my entire day.  It was easy to mold.  I messed up first by not putting the wet paper towels between the two sides but tried it again and luckily it worked and fits perfectly.  When it cools down, it has great retention.  I am hopeful I have found something to protect my teeth for the long haul.  Thank you Sleep Peachy!.

I am now Product many of the items I use when working with young children.. Customer support is quick and even responds on the weekends. This night guard was just what I needed.  You send pictures of your impressions and they give you the green light to send it in or not.  The night guard came in within a week and a half and is very good quality.  I felt the relief from clenching my teeth just after one night.  They give you a case and polident to disinfect it before the first use.  It is very easy to care for and pops right in without issue.  The impressions were extremely easy to make and there is enough supplies to make 2 impressions. A joke between my dentist and I is that I am the all time champ abruxer in her practice.

It Does An Excellent Job. I liked to be able to fit it my self.  I paid a lot more for the send away ones and was sent back ill fitting guards twice.  I had one from the dentist that was $600 and it was not any better than this one.

Fabulous & Easy!. Guys!!!!!! This lil thing right here.  Well insurance does not cover that.  They wanted 400$ of my hard earned smack-a-roos! So I looked up what I could get myself without having to go broke.  This little 12$ thing way exceeded my expectations.  First off WATCH THE VIDEO!!!!! The instructions clearly state that 20 times. .  This will show and tell you exactly how to mold it.  It comes with 4 or 5 guards so if you mess up its OK, cause there is another.  I did mess 1 up and had to do a re do.  The longer I wore it and kept sucking on it to the roof of my mouth the better and better the fit would be. .  I slept wonderfully the first night.  I will not ever be able to sleep without it now.  I did not even realize how much I clench my teeth.  I would actually enjoy this when I am asleep or not. .  I will never use anything else and I am getting more just to have as a back up.  That way if I ever hear someone having a similar issue I can be like " hey man, I got chu!" And whip em out and change that person's life! Excellent product! Excellent customer service! Excellent help! 10 out of 10!. This product is exactly as they described.

so far the best shredder I have ever had. In order to imprint the mouth guard, I used my keurig.  The hot water was perfect temp and it turned out well.  Clench my teeth at night, and this kept me from waking up with sore teeth.  I have used this product for my grinding, and even wore it to school for a whole day and it helps tremendously.

Good Home Office Machine. No weird smell or taste.  I brush it daily and it is durable.  Comes with two sets and a container to store it. Very easy to use, just put in hot water and it will get soft enough to mold your teeth.

Covid cards now in our passports.. Very good quality. I was alittle nervous about not making the mouth guard correctly.  I will order from them again.  They have you take photos, to make sure it was done correctly, before you send it back. M.  It was super easy to make and the process is streamlined.

Quality products for home use. More comfortable than most. As so many of the other reviews state, this is an excellent product.  All of the instructions and communications are very clear and straight forward.  Btw, the company's website has a lot more options for these than I saw here on  - worth looking into.  Also, there are considerable savings coupons/offers  ~30%  included in the packages with both the initial kit and the final product.

... an obligatory comment so they can stop asking how great this product is. You might need to trim the guard before you shape it but after it fits and feels very comfortable. When my dentist said I needed a mouth guard for sleeping, I kept thinking of that scene in the movie Date Night with Tina Fey and Steve Carrell and how she pulls the mouth guard out of her mouth and it is a major turn-off.  So I got one that you mold to your mouth after boiling and it was ok but totally not sexy.  Enter these bad boys.  It is so small that you can talk with it in and the person you are talking to might not even notice that you are wearing it.  Definitely would not be able to make-out with it in  I mean I guess you could but that would be weird  but it does the job  prevents grinding  without taking up huge real estate in your mouth.  And it is way more discreet.  My husband called it the “thong of mouth guards” and I have to agree it is the sexiest mouth guard on the market.  Showing in picture with the molded one I tried.   Did not notice a weird taste that other people mentioned.  Definitely recommend.

Works better than I expected. I recommend…great quality. comfortable easily to adjust. .  I put it into 75-80°C hot water for some 10-20 seconds, then MAKE SURE it is aligned with ALL teeth before biting together! My first 2 attempts had the edge folded but luckily the 3rd last attempt was successful.

totally worth it!. You can not grind your teeth with it in your mouth. I was very please with the guard.  I found a review online and this was exactly what I needed to stop grinding teeth at night after some pain from a filling.

Great for Product paper die cuts!. I am in so much less pain than I was before and am no longer stuck in lock jaw.  The very first morning after use I could tell a difference! My jaw was not sore.

Very nice share covers. Good product and they are easy to work with! Sent a replacement immediately once I mentioned if some issues.  Also they say each one has 3x use, but I do not see any issue in keeping them for much longer as long as you clean them.

Very simple operation, love the size. The guard is about 2 mm thick, which is good for me.  I trimmed it a little bit as suggested.  So far I felt it was very good.  It looks durable. I have used it for a few days.  I received my guard within a couple of weeks.

Good Product pouches. The steps were very easy to follow and I got a good impression on the first try.   I sent the photos to them and asked if they could do the job quickly and then ship the package priority to me.  I called my dentist to see about getting a replacement, but there was no way I was going to be able to get it a replacement from them in time.   Even with paying extra for priority service and shipping, the guard ended up costing less than half the price of the one I got from my dentist, and the quality is just as good.  The kit showed up the same day, and I was able to take the impression immediately.  Plus, the guard is more comfortable than the more expensive one a had bought previously.   I would definitely order another Encore guard. I lost the $500 mouthguard I had originally purchased from my dentist 12 days before I was going to go out of town on a two-week trip.  The quality is top notch, and the service they provided  especially given the time constraints I was under  was unbeatable.   I ordered the Encore guard kit off .  I made a perfect fit on the first try and still have 7 more for later.

Good value!  Nice and thick.... Would definitely recommend.  But when i sleep with it, it is easy to fall out. Good quality and easy to form to my teeth.

Can heat quickly. Quite convenient. Easy instructions. I like that I can warm it back up a second or third time if I do not like how it fits.  Spent over $250. 00 on one at the dentist but this one fits a heck of a lot better.  It really is a custom fit that you decide how comfortable you want to make it!.

Best shedder hands down. IF YOU GRIND YOU TEETH, YOU MUST GET THESE OR LOSE YOUR TOOTH FROM FRACTURE, and this vendor was terrific, even doing follow-up, to make certain I was satisfied. .  I was using one of those lower quality ones and still Cracked my Molar, which is now $ 10,000 to get tooth pulled by Oral surgeon. very Cool.  Next comes the "Impant" or Crown as they call it.  I am getting another set of four because I can not get my 'implant for Four  4  More Months. These mouth guards are awesome and so much better than those I have tried @ Rite Aid or Walgreens.  excellent Product, excellent Vendor, very affordable.  Total Bill 10K.  What More do you want?.  They had to do a "Sinus Lift" as well as a "Bone graft" before they were able to put in the post..

Product supplies. Coincidentally my daughter had just purchased this one and liked it and recommended it to me.  I ordered it right away, and when it arrived it took just a couple minutes to size it and pop it in my mouth.  It is comfortable. I am 66 yrs old and I have never had a mouthguard.  I sleep well and it is made a difference in my bite.  And it is a great price! I highly recommend it, and would buy it again if I needed to.  I was sure they were not comfortable and never wanted to bother with one.  After a couple months she sent for another box under her  account.

It works very well and the price is amazing. Bonus; saved like $400 from getting it on  rather than the dentist.  I love my dentist but also I am broke. Could not be happier with this! Chewed through my last one like a lion or something so got this, not bully like the $20 ones at  you make at home. Easy to use and plenty for backup.

Teacher''s Choice products. This, if molded correctly, has been the closest to a custom that I have found. I have tried several night guards.  Once the trimming has been done, after mounding…it sits perfect in my mouth.  However, those Can get costly when replacing annually.   The package came with 2 guards.   Nicely done!.  I even had my dentist make a custom fit for me. Fits under the desk and runs quiet, I like this shredder.. I usually mess the first one up so I appreciate having the extra one. Was easy to mold and helped with my clenching, I also like the you get 2 sizes to choose from and 2 extras for if you need another one when the first may start to wear or if you do not get the first time molding wright.

Exactly what I needed it to be.. Very comfortable. I got this one because it included 8 and in the past I ruined multiple mouth guards on accident before getting a good fit… however this was not at all an issue for this one.  I would definitely recommend anyone that needs a bite guard for any purpose to get this one.  I made a perfect fit on the first try and still have 7 more for later.

Best paper shredder.. This is pain and tension that Advil would not touch and I would be suffering through the day until everything loosened up. I am a horrible clenched and have been for decades.  When my dentist suggested a mouth guard for $800 I balked at the price.  It is slightly bulky but comfortable.  The molding process is easy to do and works if you follow directions and do not rush it.  I sleep through the night and it stays in place without issue.  After some research I decided to try this as my main from clenching had increased. I use this at night to keep me from grinding my teeth.  I can not speak for durability because I have only started using it but I do not think it is a coincidence that I have worn it for the least 4 nights and have woken up the last 4 mornings with zero pain and tension.

Functions well, size not optimum. Amazing. This guard fits better than the one I had custom fitted at the dentist.  Excellent quality and value.  It comes with a protective case and also comes with extra mouthguards in case you mess up getting the right fit.

Perfect size and great quality. it was very easy.  I wanted to wait until I had used long enough to give an adequate review.  My dentist quoted me $400 for a guard.  Major difference in price! The customer service was great.  At first the guard did not fit perfectly and would fall out.  I was immediately sent a new impression kit and within a week or so had a new guard.  The follow up was great - you can text them, email, etc. I ordered this mouth guard because of extreme grinding while I am sleeping.

Noisy but Valuable. Easy set up and highly recommend. This by far the best product I have found for my night time grinding issues. Came with different sizes and some are soft while others are hard so it is excellent for all costumers: for the amount of guards and case it is a steal for the price.

Works as it is supposed to.. It was like $130, which was a fraction of the price of the dentist! 2.  Seemed easy--they send me everything including a pre-paid shipping label! 3.  The support was great.  I needed a new night guard, but I knew it would be at least $400-$700 depending on insurance and my dentist.  So ok I messed my first 2 attempts, so they had to send me more putty  FREE of charge!  and I got it right on the third time.  I appreciated that I did not have to pay more even though it was my goof.  Note your you all: Stand over the sink and be prepared to drool. I have been using night guards ever since I was in college.  Set a timer.  And my mistake was that I was nervous that my teeth would break through the putty and hit the mold.  DO NOT WORRY ABOUT THAT! The third time I said "screw it" and just pushed the mold on as far as I could.  First of all: money.  THEN it worked!  Then I sent it in and waited. . .  I grind my teeth at night. . Not long! Maybe like a week? I was so happy to get it as I was going without my old nasty night guard for a few weeks at that point.   If you are new to this--be advised it will take a while before you can wear it through the night .  1.  USUALLY it would take me 2 weeks to adjust to a new one.  This one I was adjusted within 4-5 nights! I do not know what the difference was, but I appreciated it.  The first 2 nights I woke up with a headache in the middle of the night and took the guard out  totally normal for a new guard .  Somehow I stumbled on the encore product on  and it had great reviews so I decided to try it.  After that the headache was gone, and it was just a little more adjustment until I was used to it.   Honestly, at this price and ease I will continue to use this company and never get an expensive one at the dentist ever again!. Good quality and easy to form to my teeth.

Nice Product Sheets - Work Great. Which is needed for us.  Comfortable to wear.  Very durable and thick. It works great for me and my 10 year old son.

I love this product. One for smaller mouths and one roughly the size of an adult mouthguard used in football.  The molding process is one and the same as molding a mouthguard for football: boiling water, placing the mouthguard in the water for no more than 10 seconds, removing it and letting the mouthguard cool for a brief few seconds, and then placing it carefully on the teeth, biting down, and then sucking until the mouthguard is set.  After using this process, the mouthguard is a perfect fit in the mouth of my daughter who now sleeps without harming her teeth as she grains away! We could not be more pleased with the product. Really good quality with terrific customer service! You will not be sorry.

You Will Be 100% Protected Always. It is very comfortable and relaxing for your jaw. These are extremely comfortable and I also like how they sort of rest your mouth in a smiling shape.  I watched the video and ended up having to mold it first.

Amazing products. I dont always write reviews but this has been a game changer! I have tried many teeth guards and finally this came along. I grind my teeth at night and my dentist advised me to get a mouthguard for when I sleep.  I purchased this item and it was easier to use then expected.  Trim the mouth guard ends so it fits your mouth comfortably, boil water, dip the guard in the boiling water for a a little bit, take it out, put in your mouth and gently bite down as well as suck and press it against your teeth, and voila! You have protection for teeth.  Easy to use and easy to take care of.  I have messed up before by biting too hard to create the impressions of my teeth and I ended up biting right through the guard.  So becareful not to bite too hard.  Also, the sucking part where you suck the guard where your tongue is at the top of your mouth and suck the guard to hug your teeth.  This really helps get you a perfect fit to your teeth.  Overall, I highly recommend this guard and I hope someone reads this.

Nice Little Shedder. The price of the product is worth buying. I love that I can shop for something at a decent price.  I expect this is because the mold is more important and trickier due to the lack of bulk of the guard.

Great deal for Product pouches. This molds to your teeth after following directions and can be adjusted by cutting off excess materials to get the perfect fit.  Have been helping me since I received the product.  Highly recommend!.  He was going to charge me $400! But I found this product which practically did the same for a fraction of the cost.   One big point.

Great  general use 9-inch products. This product is great especially for the price! He has only used it a few nights but it seems to work great! We have used mouthguards in the past that he has ground completely through them in just a few nights and they were $30 ! I am very happy with this purchase!. I recommend this product. Bought these for my boyfriend because he grinds his teeth VERY LOUD! I know this is bad for his teeth and bad for my sleep.

Excellent products.. Received the product quickly, and without any flaws.  Highly recommend this company. The submission process was uneventful.  I do not wear it every night, just when I start to feel tension and pain in order to prevent a endless cycle of clenching.

Works great. Good price. I think I let to cool for too long before molding so I could not adjust it enough.  With all this in mind, the second mold was much better.  It does not have any taste and I am still able to drink water with it there.  I can even talk clearly enough to be understood.  I am glad it came with four so I can try again if I mess up.  The first time I molded it a bit lopsidedly and bit too hard so it was too thin.  Also the shape had my bottom jaw too far forward compared to the top jaw.  I put it into 75-80°C hot water for some 10-20 seconds, then MAKE SURE it is aligned with ALL teeth before biting together! My first 2 attempts had the edge folded but luckily the 3rd last attempt was successful.  I had jaw pain and after using it for a few months it is completely gone!  Molding is quite easy, I just needed to buy a thermometer because I did not have one. Mostly comfortable, obviously not as good as having nothing but after a while I forget it is there.

Self-Adhesive Product Sheets. I have used many mouthguards to protect my teeth from grinding.  Many have been uncomfortable and have cut into my gums.  These are extremely comfortable and I highly recommend! I will definitely purchase again!.  This tooth guard is exactly the opposite and I will purchase again if it ever wears out.

This goods machine does exactly what it is supposed to and does it well. Very durable and easy to use. I have not written a review in a while but my dentist told me I need a mouth guard because I am grinding my teeth and I saw these and how inexpensive the set was and decided to take a chance ,I was hoping for adequate because of price but these exceeded my expectation. Directions are easy to understand and tell you how to mold to your mouth. The price is fantastic and you also get 4 mouth guards! Yes these work . will buy more in future.

products Kit Does the Job. I have been using it for sometimes now. Arrived promptly.  Was fast and easy to fit.  Had it adjusted and ready for use within a few minutes of delivery.  Would fully recommend for value and comfort.

Quick and efficient. So glad I gave this product a try. After months of dental work I was going to be fitted for an expensive mouth guard from my dentist.  Not only saved me a ton of money but is very comfortable, no headaches and getting great sleep! I showed it to my dental tech and she is going to recommend it to patients who cant afford a guard, awesome,. I started using this mouth guard as soon it arrived.

Solid, affordable and worth it. It was so much better than when I had gotten from the dentist and the price was so much better too. I needed to replace the dental guard.  I obtained from my dentist because it had become old and yellowed.   I will definitely go back to encore to get any replacement.  The mold was mailed to me.  I was not sure what I was doing and the instructions said to take a picture and send it before I mailed back the mold.   The picture showed I had not made the impression correctly, and so they immediately sent me a new kit to make a new impression.  After heating some water, I immersed the guard for a few seconds, making sure it was adequately softened, then gently placed it in my mouth to mold it.  The Encore guard was ti be made by a mold impression I was to make of my bite.  Communication was made by very friendly email  The second impression worked great and the Guard was mailed to me.

Great Item. As described.. Rinse well in the morning and store in it is container.  The only hard part about molding it is not to burn your fingers while it is hot.  Surprised at how much whiter my teeth get from just rubbing against the pliable plastic for a few days! Bonus.  Otherwise it molds comfortably and fits perfectly to your upper teeth.  I use to walk up with serious jaw pain in the morning but since using the guard I do not now I am hoping it can help me stop grinding my teeth.  lol.

Great laminiating pouches. Tha Matte finish really defines colors!. It is form-fitting without being too tight and it is extremely comfortable. Just received this yesterday and I am very happy with it.  The whole process was easy and so much cheaper than getting one at the dentist office.

Great high thick quality. Would recommend.  Even comes with a case to hold.  Perfect for the gym or avoiding grinding !  Easy to mold.  Just set in boiling water for 15 seconds then pull out and mold/press into your teeth.   Item comes with 4 guards in 2 different sizes.

Withstands constant running, multiple pages. I might be a bit weird, but I had fun forming it around my teeth. Skeptical at first, but works very well overall! Following instructions, can mould it to fit your teeth, and can cut it down further if needed!.

got my money''s worth. I like the individual packing of each mouthguard.  Mostly a comfortable fit, only complaint is I feel like I have to keep my teeth together in order to keep the guard on my teeth.  Overall, the product works, is convenient, and great for the price.  It fits perfectly.
