Awesome and very helpful.. Does require some flexibility to get to those tough spots on your back, but it does a good job. Works nicely, I love how you can change the angle of the rollers to better reach different muscles.

Inexpensive and highly rated products. It is working nice so far no complains , helping to massage the area of the neck and shoulder area it is very comfortable. This was an easy-to-use product, though i gave it all 5 stars i do with it was built a little different and targeted the shoulder area on smaller people but it was great all together.

The King of productss. Absolutely loved the product helped with stress and tension on my neck would highly recommend to get that neck kink out. I like using it on the top of my shoulders to work out knots in my muscles.  I also use it on my neck to loosen that up as well.  Very quite which is important.

Sounds iffy  but works great.. I have been having neck pain for a while and went to a chiropractor to do some treatments.  But the most important thing it is I have to exercise and massage my neck daily; this product helps a lot.  I love the warm features to relax my neck and mussels.  It is a really good buy.

Easy to use, helpful product. The covering/padding over the rotators are ripped overtime of usage, however it still works fine.   I used it on my shoulders, certain spots on my arms, back, lower back, legs, thighs and pretty much anywhere that it will fit.  It does have the normal ware and tear.  The speed options are nice however I always go with the slow speed with heated option because it is the best.  I typically do 1 to 2 sessions back to back with no problems.  I even tried it three times back to back, still works wonders. I cannot remember if I completed a product review or not however I need to say I have had this shoulder massager for about 3 years now and it still works awesomely.   It comes with a carrying case which is convenient for traveling and a car adaptor in case the passenger or backseat folks want to use it.   Overall: it is a must have item if you need to relax your muscles and get a good self massage. What a life saver!. I use this daily.  She always feels better the next day and gets some relief right after use.  The heat function is nice and helps with the range of motion in her shoulder.  Also great for the neck and lower back.

Great price for a micro cut shredder!. I placed it on level 5 against the inside of my knee-and immediately the vibrations were loosening muscles and allowing me pure pleasure. I was told to order a deep tissue massager, due to some knee pain and swelling I have had.   10 of 10 recommend.  Lawd O mercy- the joy I received. .  I read the reviews of several and chose this one. I was shocked at how good this felt! I needed a deep tissue type massage on my neck and this thing is wonderful! You can adjust the location and use it for several different muscle groups.  The unit came fully charged, in a plastic bag, all inter-changeable heads available.

Perfect Single Sided Product Sheets. I m a 6'4” hairstylist and the salon world was just not built to accommodate someone of my height.  It is become a daily ritual for me, helping me power through my knots. This massager has saved me more than once.   Pros: quiet, heat can be honor off, direction changes automatically, auto off timer after 15 minutes.  Cons: I turn off the device when I am working on my computer while using it.  I feel if the function buttons were on the other side it would be more organic, not a dealbreaker, though!. It is a good product but a bit stronger than I expected.

Exactly as advertised. I love this for right before bedtime! it is so easy to assemble and use.  I actually use it for my calves as well! I climbed Red Rocks yesterday and my calves were on fire! this neck massager was great for them! so relaxing and great pressure. Was surprised how easy it was to use.. I like this because it is adjustable and can move around to where you would like.  It is great because you can position it wherever you are feeling the tension and also easily control the pressure being applied.  I suffer from constant neck tension, and getting head aches here and there.  This has help tremendously.  It is very hard to reach behind your head and try to relax and massage those muscles, this makes it a lot easier.  This helps with shin splints as well.  I am a student and exam week is here, and I am glad I have this now.  Could not imagine where I had be if I did not, probably at the doctors for pulled muscles. I am very glad I finally got one.

Great for classroom!. This works really well for my neck and upper back chronic pain. A little cheap.  Catches and rips my hair.

Sleek, simple and easy to use. I used it during my therapy sessions for my calves that were very tight. I usually do not have time to review what I buy on  but this is worth it.  It is a really good buy.  It works with heat and different patterns of vibrations between the nodes.  I get really bad tension headaches in my occipital area  neck/back of head  and this seems to loosen it up using stimulation and heat.  Relief!!.

nice Product sheets. The device is big and bulky, but easy to position around your neck, shoulders, back or legs. One day I was suffering through a sore neck, and realized that I needed a good massage to loosen up the knots and get rid of the pain.  After using the massager my neck pain was gone, but did return by the end of the day.  I was in pain, on  and saw that this neck massager was reasonably priced, had good reviews and could be delivered between 4-8am the next day.  It arrived a couple hours before I had to leave for work so I gave it a try.  After using it for the past couple days, however, I am noticing that the pain is really going away and staying away for longer and longer.  The knobs apply the right amount of pressure.  This is a great massager and I am very happy with my purchase.  Unfortunately, going to the spa was not an option.  It was amazing. Wow, what a great product, It does what it say it do, at first when I saw the ad video on Facebook, I was a little sketical, but I took a chance and ordered the product away, because a little curiousity got the best of me, and I am glad I did.  The heat feature works, but it does not get overly hot.

... snapped - the new one seems to have a better construction. Works really well for ''stickerizing'' paper (once .... I have lots of neck tension & this began to melt it away immediately.  I used it with a cream that heats up to intensify the massage.  For it to be so inexpensive, I felt deep relief.  Lol they were still so nice and it is good to know if I do ever have an issue they are reliable to help.

The pockets are good quality and thick. I purchase these often!. Received this a bit ago, plugged it in and it is already helping work out the kink in the muscle in my back!. I have been using this for a few minutes every night, to try to relive neck tension and smooth out the fascia.  So far I really feel it is helping.  I open it fairly wide to get the sides of my neck, and then I close it and rub it along the back.  The plastic is flexible so you can open or close it however wide you need to depending on how much pressure you want to use.  I like that I can customize the pressure, and think this is a good tool to have.  Getting regular massages is so expensive, so I am trying to find different tools to use at home.

Good products for heavy use. I also like that each set of nodes can be positioned at any angle.  I have pretty severe scoliosis so I may need the pressure an inch lower on one side, so this gives me the flexibility I need.  I ended up getting the black unit instead and it works so much better for me.  The blue one clamped down so tight on my neck, it would not roll.  With the black one, the handles are more flexible so it does not clamp tight and therefore rolls better, the way I think it was designed to.   Keep in mind, this is just my opinion and although I feel I have a small neck, maybe the shape of the blue one just did not work w my neck.  I was afraid they would be too hard.  Minus: Does not really roll very well or easily as I assumed it would.  Plus: The arms you pull apart seem really sturdy and they squeeze super hard when you are not hold apart.  the controller is on the sleeve and gave me different massage patterns.   I am keeping anyway as I found a way to use it that is very helpful to me.  I had been trying various massage balls for trigger massage and myofascial release to no avail.   Because the arms give such a firm squeeze, I discovered I can swivel and place the massage nodes exactly where I want them and let go to whatever pressure I need and it will press in as hard as I want.  In certain positions I can lean my head back against my chair and hold the nodes in place without holding on. Update: This company offers great support and reached out to me to ensure I was happy with their product.  At first I thought my poor little small neck would be too big to even fit in between the rollers.

Works every time.. You can apply your own pressure as you pull it into your back. I have a very physical job and my wife uses this gun on my back about every few weeks.  It relaxes my back and dose not hurt her wrist.  This one has no issues.

Higher Level of Security. I can definitely see how it helps especially if sitting down all day and have tension though . Honestly it took me a while to figure out how to use it , when I did though I noticed how it can help with tight muscles and for the price it is not bank breaking.   The massager is kind of big but it is not as heavy as one might think.  But considering I am a really big guy I think some of the places to use it for are a bit awkward.

I am just a little disappointed that they jumped in price so much in one .... I like that the massaging elements automatically reverses and you have the option of an immediate switch if needed.   I really would have liked to had the option to keep the massage heads it in one direction and being able to have lighter intensity level option.  This was the selling point for me.  Not having these options does not take away from this product.  It is awesome to feel it get to the places on my neck which only a massage therapist can find and treat.   I have not used it in the vehicle as of yet  for road trips . Although there are similar products on , this one has an adapter to use in the vehicle as well as a carrying bag.   In all, I would say it is worth the purchase.   The heat is strong  for me  which I did not expect.  Given that I need daily massages, this may be a great alternative.   I have used it in the house and I must say on just try # 1, it increased the range of motion in my neck which has been extremely painful and tight for weeks.  Has 3 levels of strength and a heat setting to fit a wide range of people's preferences.

I am now Product many of the items I use when working with young children.. You can also take them from one place to another easily.  I am happy with this purchase and believe these trays will hold my oils safely for a long time.  The oil bottles are held securely in foam with circles cut out. I use this all time. These boxes appear to be well made and look very attractive.

Really great little shredder. instead of going to expensive therapists for treatment~ has already paid for itself. A friend recommended this massager to me.  Back Pain from sitting all day at a desk is negatively affecting my personal life.   Then when I lightly twisted my foot, kneading on the support leg helped a lot since it was taking so much of the weight and doing the extra work - meanwhile kneading on the hurt foot led helped the blood flow down to the foot and heal faster - my toes started twitching up a storm, which is a good sign of healing.  Strong silicone material giving you concentrated pressure but not too hard.  Comfortable and effective.  As a self massager when hubby is too tired; having different sizes and placement of the knobs makes it perfect for deep tissue to get trigger point areas.

This machine is okay for the price. Relieved neck tension with little effort.  But it gets the job done.   Annoying having to stay next to a plug.   It is better to work areas with a shirt on.  The warming part is very subtle.

I am tickled to death with this one.. Would recommend.  It comes with a case that holds multiple attachment heads and the charger. I use this all time.

Lol they were still so nice and it is good to know if I do ever have an issue they are reliable to help.  The machine is quiet enough to use while I work and take calls.  Which is great because I can use it when I need it and do not have to wait until I am off!  I thought I had an issue with the machine, and contacted customer service/the company.  Not only is it portable but the power it puts out is great! My shoulders are really tense so I need that strong knot loosening power.  They were so helpful even though it turned out, to be an error on MY end.

Easy to use; no Product machine required.. They always complain about back and shoulder pain after workout, so I decided to get this one for them.  There are 6 different kinds of massage heads.  The Y-shaped head can massage the position near the spine.  The ball head which they often use for shoulder and neck is their favorite one.  They have not got a chance to use the rest of the heads yet but look pretty handy.  The battery life is pretty good, it usually can be used for around 5 - 6 hours.  AErlong Massage gun is full of power, and definitely helps muscle soreness!! Easy to Use, With Good Consistent Results. Watch out for your hair. I love how you can rotate the spinning massagers to go horizontal or vertical.  This is great for self massage when you are in need ! Keep it by your desk.  It takes a little to adapt to the this kind of massaging  this is my first time using a gun massage  but after using it and a hot shower the muscles feeled less stiffer for sure.

That it preformed according to the information. Keep the wax on one side of the stick, wiping the other on the edge of the container. I love this product! I use it every five weeks to remove hair from my eyebrows.  4  Apply the white strip on your eyebrow and press firmly! 5  Wait a couple of minutes and continue to press firmly. .  There are a few things that I found useful when using this product. this is not wax like the salon---but it works if you give it some time! It is not miracle wax! 6  Pull off the strips in the opposite direction of hair growth at about a 30 degree angle to your forhead.  7  If there are a few "stragling" hairs still left.  1  cut the long white strips into smaller 1 1/2 inch strips, this way you can get about 6 out of one strip. . . . they are easily tweeseable because they are already loosened. the plastic stick it comes with SUCKS and it is too messy and puts too much wax on the eyebrow. . . . it should not hurt anymore. .  3  Apply the wax with a wooden popsicle stick  you can get these at Wal-mart or some other craft store . .  8  Rinse off the wax with mild facial soap and then apply a moisturizing lotion  I really like Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing lotion . I have not gone to the salon in over two years! In the very first use, it paid for itself  a visit to the salon typically costs about $8 for eyebrow hair removal . .  2  heat the wax up for the recommended time, then stir it thouroughly so that all of the wax is evenly heated. . I bought this on a whim thinking it was a gimmick but with my neck pain I was willing to give anything a try.  Catches and rips my hair.  I was very happy with the relief I felt after 30 minutes with the heat on.

Just right pouches. Good all around. Quite better than what I was probably expecting with this.  Would not know how to complain if I had to  thus far .  When used correctly  and/or—in other words—when doing the squeeze-like motion while also rolling up/down slowly on the tight neck place s  simultaneously — that is where it is at.  Hits the good spots.  Or bad spots?! Depending how you think of it?… or level of ache, I suppose.  Boyfriend uses it more frequently than I do/have since it is recent arrival.  Gets those pressure points.  Incomparable, I am sure, to the “real thing” like in an instance of having a knowledgeably good massage or something of similarly offered effects.  Thanks.  It does it is thing… like the thing's intended… and does so, I had say, while very reasonably priced  or straight-up inexpensively .   I can not say that to spend more  such as to choose a similarly-functioning product or whatever… but one with a potentially much higher price tag  would be equal to “more benefit” necessarily, in this case.   It was noted too how this would make a good gift.  Was not purchased to be a gift but I agree; this is of that kind of genre for being one those kinds of things that make good gifts  especially when it comes to those people who you always wanna get something for but struggle knowing how to shop for them!  ANYWAY, hah.   Not long after receiving the  package, an unexpected “thank you” token showed up a little while after, as a follow-up piece of mail— a dainty, gold leaf/feather-shaped bookmark in an envelope from the company with a thank you note of sorts.   A gesture not necessary… let alone something to expect .  Was not a waste.  Maybe more surprisingly: I actually like and will likely use the classily designed little trinket.  A little bit irrelevant perhaps when considering the original purchase was for the neck-rolling-massager thing here, as displayed.  BUT A GIFT IS A GIFT AND I DIGRESS.   Through-and-through: Solid  find.  “Effortlessly” justifiable.  Good price.   I am VERY pleasantly surprised.  Unexpectedly pleasant service.  Decently good; a “does-what-its-supposed-to” kind of product.  After tinkering a bit with it, it is not certain I was using it *exactly right* at first.  But you know what I mean.  Surprisingly appreciated.   A discount… comparably speaking.

It is worth every penny. Works great! On multiple areas. Ok.  I bought this about 3 weeks ago and was holding off leaving a review until I gave it a workout.  I have back and neck pain, fibromyalgia, neuropathy, osteoarthritis, and get a lot of headaches.  I did alot of research dying for some relief.  First let me say that the quality of the product is excellent.  The leather is not cheap, the mesh is soft and not annoying like other reviewers have mentioned, and it seems very well-built because I have used this thing multiple times a day every day for the last 3 weeks.  It is kind of awkward to use with the arms, which tend to twist but it is well built, and I am not seeing any stress on the area where the arms connect.  A lot of reviewers were complaining that the rollers were too hard, painful or uncomfortable but you can adjust it by moving it away from your body or pulling it closer.  I use it on my back, neck, hands, feet, legs and everything it reaches.  I weigh less than a hundred pounds and at times it does hurt so I just move it away a little bit so I can just feel it.  I saw one at  that was similar and cheaper but the arms were not as long and I like the long arms so I could pull it to increase the pressure for my feet for example.  I wonder if I got an updated version as some were complaining about no heat, a short cord and cheap materials.  It has heat, 3 speeds and to me a cord plenty long.  It reverses directions on its own and has an option to reverse again.  I wish it also had an option to stay in one direction but sometimes when it reverses it hits spots the other direction missed so its not a biggie.  So in my opinion this thing is a keeper.  I just hope it does not break after the 30 days although the company sounds like they back it up and you have a year warranty.  Oh and a few have mentioned a noise.  I heard it once, because I put too much pressure on it.  Finally, due to the shape of it, the case is perfect to hold when not in use.

Classroom essential. The charge lasts about 10 uses so the fact it is rechargeable is a huge plus. I am a student and I spend A LOT of time reading which causes me to look down most of the time.  I highly recommend this neck massager.  The heat and massage comforted my neck almost instantly.  I travel with it and use it driving. ?This is very simple to use.  My neck was getting so sore that I had to do something so I bought this product.

So far, works great. This product is great if you have chronic pain points and can not always get in right away for a professional massage.  It has helped many time with my husbands back muscle spasms. If you are worried about the quality since this model is priced lower than competitors, DONT BE! This gun works awesome! I have not had an issues and the “noise” is not bad.  I put in to replace it.

Nice looking product. Of course being a cheapskate I was not wanting to pay $300 for a theragun and came across this on .  If you are looking into a theragun, look no further.  This brand holds up, and is built to last. My mom got me into theraguns when she showed me hers she purchased for $300. It really hits the spot on the neck and deltoid area.

A teacher''s friend. It is easy to use and feels great!. This really helped me with a knot I had at the base of my head/neck.  I did not try applied heat setting to report.

Great quality Product sheets. Just wonderful! I ordered it as a gift for my daughter who had shoulder pain for months.  It arrived yesterday just when I also messed up my neck two days ago, that is, we both used it at the same time it arrived and it was incredible! It really works, I highly recommend it, every family should have one of these at home! I just ordered another one for my sister-in-law for her birthday, and I am sure she will love it!. Promotes a relaxing sensation if you have used it.

Exactly what I asked for and works fine. I could not sleep, eat, or even comfortably breathe for the better part of a week.  I got this massager this morning and for two whole hours just sat with it on my neck and my pain has reduced by 90% This is nothing short of a miracle product in my eyes.  The only thing is that the direction switches randomly and might need to be corrected every few minutes if you are like me and can only be rubbed a certain way.  I could not move my head for a week and ended up having to stand with my spine all kinds of crooked just so I could see straight.  Customer service is incredible!!! My first package arrived damaged so I requested a exchange and my new one arrived before I even shipped the returning one.

It was packaged very well.  Comes with a faux leather carrying case/bag, power adapter & one to plug into your vehicles cigarette lighter.  Today, I ordered it out of desperation for relief of my debilitating migraine & symptoms which include neck & shoulder pain.  That is a great added feature for road trips!  This massager works wonders for it is affordable price.  It has multiple settings for a variation of speed, rotation & intensity.  My delivery driver even hid the package from plain sight from potential porch pirates.  It did feel like a smaller version of pedicure chair massagers.  I am so glad I decided to make the purchase.   The massager itself is quality made.  It does not appear to be made with cheap quality materials.  it arrived on time just shortly after 10am.  10/10, I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a massaging device. I had this in my saved for later items for a few weeks & hesitant to purchase.   My aching neck & shoulders feel much more relaxed which has helped subside the intensity of my migraine after 20 minutes of use.  I did try it on different areas of my back.  I ordered around 730am & it was listed for same delivery between 10am & 3pm  my local PST .  As a chronic sciatic pain sufferer, this was most helpful as well.   I immediately set it up, skimmed through the instructions & turned it on hoping for the best.  I have not needed to try out the car port but that is a major bonus for any upcoming road trips.

It is just what I needed!. This was well worth the $40 or so that I spent. Like the beautiful swan neck massager.

The shredder is now lubricated. I looked around and came across the neck massager.  I liked the price, but honestly thought the arm strap things were weird.  However, I was on day 6 of not being able to look left comfortably and trying to find various ways to get back to normal.  Desperate for any type of relief I ordered this.  When stressed, I get knots in my upper back between my shoulder blades which then tightens my neck and I become a whole new level of unpleasant, cranky grouch.  I am glad I did.  Now this didnt help me lose weight, I cant do math any better than before and my kids still get on nerves I didnt even know I had, but never the less I love this thing.  It now holds a spot by my bed for pretty regular use.   This is going somewhere besides a mini therapy session just give me a couple more seconds .  The heating features is great and while you can use it without, I like it too much to try it without.  The weird arm straps are actually brilliant, they allow me to adjust it so I can pinpoint specific areas, as well as adjust the amount of pressure to what I can handle.  I have had this for a few months now.  I cant afford a day at the spa 7 or 13 times a month  the almost adult is working every nerve I own during this final stretch  so I needed something reasonable in price and accessibility.  Within 3 days of getting it I felt back to normal, and now if I start to feel tense I do a session or two in the evening.  I still get the sore shoulders but that is my brain and body's issue.  I dont know how long itll last  both kids have also tried it a few times  we are getting a lot  I have probably used it for a good 50 plus hours combined time already, broken down in 15 min sessions  of use out of it.  Now add two boys, one who is just shy of being a real adult and a 7 year old  who thinks he will somehow magically take over the world with an army of zombies  I have a decent amount of mental stress.  I do know I will not hesitate to replace it with another from this same manufacturer.  The difference I feel in my neck, shoulders and back is great and I have saved a lot of money since I have not needed to go for a massage at all since this came to my house.  I also have a tens unit that I have not needed since I started using this so now I dont have to deal with sticky pads or getting their replacements  just more money this saved me  . After 20 plus years in the military and now a job where I am either stuck at a desk on a computer or on my feet on the go all day  and no consistency from day to day which extreme it will be  I had say I have a fair amount of stress on my body.  To recap, this purchase has been beyond my expectations and I had recommend it to others, I am very happy with it.  Life saver.

High quality product. Man, this thing is magical.  Right when it arrived I used it for 1 hr straight and 90% of my tightness is gone.  Because of this I booked a massage at my local massage parlor and while it felt nice, it did not resolve my pain.  100% recommend if you have some tightness in your shoulders. I work from home and my desk set up has my primary monitor on the right side of my desk.  She had seen similar devices for home use and absolutely approved my using it.  So I went to  and just searched up neck massage and saw this product had 55k  reviews and so I bought it out of desperation.

Excellent value for the price. I also use it on my swallow thumb at low speed, and it is Okay. I tried this massage gun on my back at a massage place, and I liked it, so I decided to give it a try and buy it. I have always been a sucker for massages.  I use this massage gun on the bottom of my feet to relieve the pain after a long day at work, and it is actually working pretty well.

Excellent condition product exceeds my expectations.. So much when the first one  may ‘22  finally died I bought another  august ‘23 .  The second one is not the same.  The arms are shorter, so short I can not wrap it around myself anymore, which means I cant get leverage to get the pressure I need.  Also the roller in the back part smaller, which means they do not press as deeply as before. I really liked this massager.  The first one was great 5 stars.  The second one is getting sent back.  So between the 2 I am giving it a 2.  Although now in 2023 I would not buy one. Relieved my husbands back stiffness and helped loosen the muscles.

Full page goods. I ordered this cordless neck massager with heat and I have used it on my neck and back, it took a little time to figure out the best way to hook up the straps for using it on the neck but once I did it worked fine, the battery has lasted 4 massage sessions so far.  I think that it is over priced for what it is but it does work. Unlike most massagers this actually works! I never would have ordered since they never get the spots you need or do not typically have enough pressure.

Shredder is good to look at. My boyfriend loves this thing! He massages his leg with it daily!.  Knee, shoulder neck! My husband was amazed how effective it was.

So far pretty good.. Recommended!. It took me a few tries to find a comfortable position to use this massager in - think old school orthodontic type head gear - but once I did I have really enjoyed using this.   I prefer the shoulder massage instead of the neck as it is a very strong massage, even on the lower setting.  I can wear the massager comfortably and lean back on my couch to support my neck and let the massage work its magic on my shoulders.  I purchased this for under $40.   The massager is kind of big but it is not as heavy as one might think.  The straps really do help it in place and reduce some of the weight.  I can easily type on my laptop or read a book while using the massager.  The covering is soft but not sticky or hot.  I LOVE that it is cordless! You can walk around if needed and not worry about being tethered to an electrical cord.  So far the charge lasts for several massages.  Note that you can not use this with just heat, or at least I think that is correct.  Neck is a little more cumbersome as I have to sit up straight.

Cute & user friendly!. I have had a tension headache for 3 weeks that will not go away.  I found this and omg does it work great. It is very easy to use.  I recommend. Convenient, portable, lightweight device that keeps the,neck muscles loose and toned.

Shred years worth of letters nonstop.. Best massage tool I now have.  Just got it and it is excellent.  Well made and the right size and tension for me.  I got it to help with my forward head posture.  This is the best.

Great value. Works as advertised. Will def recommend. So simple to use and works wonders on sore muscles! My husband has calf pain and he's been using this consistently on it with awesome results.  The battery lasts for a long time and the power levels 1-10 are helpful and easy to figure out.  My only wish was that there was a muscle chart that came with the box so we could get a better gauge on which muscles to focus on - but we can always just print one out ourselves .  Regardless, I love it and highly recommend.

Fast and Accurate Delivery!. My roommate has been gracious enough to massage it and always points out the knots in my neck.  I saw this ball massage thing and thankfully a reviewer mentioned the balls are not soft but hard, which made sense to me, so I ordered it.   I received it the day Christmas Eve and took it to my parents house, still unopened, and when I got there my neck was hurting.  I took it out and my uncle whose a chiropractor saw it and said “what is this junk you bought?” Then he tried it. So I bought this on a whim after my neck had been hurting for days in a row.  “Junior  he calls me junior , you have finally doing something good in your pitiful life  he's also a jerk ” then proceeded to use it and not give it back for the remainder of the night.   I have been to the chiropractor, medical doctor, massages, popped Advil, heat packs, everything to deal with my neck pain and this stupid thing  I am a jerk too  destroys my pain nearly instantly.  I do not know if it is voodoo, science or magic, but it works.  I was not going to write a review until right now where I woke up with terrible neck pain and an accompanying headache.  I took out the Advil but first decided to give this thing the first go.  Seriously amazing! I had to write a review because I know I am not the only one who the pain fairy visits.  I can not say this thing works on other parts of the body but for neck pain it is the real deal.  Sorry Advil, you just lost my business!.  A couple of minutes use and my neck muscles release all their tension.

Love that its pink and works. It has helped relieved so much stress, tension, and pain around my neck, back, shoulders and other parts of my body. I purchased the product in 2019.  Highly recommend it!. I first saw Angela Kinsey  from the Office  post this on her Instagram as a gift for her husband I knew I needed it! The first time I used it I got goosebumps! It is literally like a person rubbing your shoulders with their thumbs! I like to lean back against the chair so it props it against my neck and you get a good neck rub.

Best shredder I have owned. I love this product! Does not work well with thin plastic cards. Does what it says on the pack !. I love it! It has adjustable speeds and a heat option.  The design is very ergonomic, when you rest your arms on the hoops while massaging your back, it allows you to control the exact point you want it on. This massager is not only for your neck, I use it down my entire back, and even on my legs.  Highly recommended!.  I tried a different one from Costco, but it did not have as many power settings as this model.

Great for name tags!. I use this thing everyday! Just try it, you wont regret it!. I was skeptical at first in trying this, but my slipped disc in my neck has been causing a lot of discomfort.   It is better than a Tens machine because you do not have those sticky pads that you can not get on your hair line at the base of your neck.  This device is amazing! In just a few minute of using this, most of discomfort is gone.

Perfect size and denisty. I have been experiencing  frozen  shoulder symptoms again and after using this one time it helped take the pain down considerably.  If something changes I will update my review but so far so good! . This works great. A great buy!. It actually takes the knots out of my neck.  Sometimes I use my percussion massage gun or my foam roller to open up even more.  With this neck massager, I can round out my routine and ease my mind as I transition to work. I like to start my day with a stretch routine.

Works perfectly with a heat press!. Nevertheless, after using it for a few more days, I discovered that it can be expanded in width,  pulling the handles horizontally away from each other  making it less tight around the neck during the massage.  It is sturdy, and very effective on several parts of my body: neck, knee, calf and arm.  However, I noticed that it requires applying oil to the skin beforehand, as it can be challenging to use without it.  Additionally, the rubber massage wheels do not glide as smoothly across the skin as I initially expected. I found that this neck massager effectively relaxes the neck muscles, providing relief for my sore neck and shoulder muscles.

Unbelievably Quiet. It feels solidly built. I like to keep my standards realistic, after all it is a $40 dupe of a $300 tool.  This is a fantastic tool for recovering athletes or those who live active lifestyles.  I particularly liked using it one the bottoms of my tired feet.  I was very impressed with the power this thing has, and I appreciate that it came with lots of attachments and a carrying case when the high-end ones charge extra for those features.  I look forward to getting a lot of use of it this in the future.  Felt like fingers applied to my poor weary muscles.

Powerful compact shredder. Excellent product, fast delivery. Definitely works, not expensive you can put more weight on it with your arms to get more pressure.  Definitely makes my shoulders feel so much better.

You will not Shred any tears over this shredder. I fired it up and it feels so good.  Works great.  I can not believe they are selling it so cheap, it feels just as good as my friends more expensive units. Mine came fully charged.  My only concern is maybe long term quality because of pricing, but so far everything is Awesome! My friends have spent 130-500 on similar products so I figured this is worth a shot and I am glad to give it a chance.   If you work at a computer a lot this will be helpful, to remove those computer aches until we find a cure for better posture.

As a regular  user and someone who knows that our little tech items are not know to work long-term, I will update if anything changes. literally best thing i have purchased.  Very positionable.  If you are sensitive to being squeezed on this may not be the unit for you although you can easily adjust through position and pressure.  It does grab and squeeze nearly as good as what someone's hand could do if they were really going to pinch your neck muscles strongly.  I love this aspect of it.  One reviewer said she was in her 70s and it was not OK for older people.  I disagree although if you are at all brittle or frail then you must use with care.  My 70 some-year-old mother is going to be getting this in a couple weeks and she is going to love it, but she is not a lightweight.  When you have neck pain that almost causes a numbness care needs to be taken regardless,  but this has addressed my pain greatly in between my weekly, micro-adjusting, chiropractic visits I started a month prior.   It also reverses directions at least 2 to 3 times during its process.  I believe you can also change the directionality and you can turn the heat off while it is running.  The arm straps may be short for some but very well-made and very comfortable and you do not have to utilize them for it to work well.  Although, you will likely want to at least put a little bit of pressure so the unit stays in place and hugs your neck a bit more while it is working.  The cord is short.  The chord comes out of the unit and the plug connects near your left hand to the AC lead and the connection is not tight.  I have not had any problem with it falling out but when taking it apart there is not much contact keeping it together.  You will have to sit close to an electrical source.  I have use this a couple times a week for the last couple weeks.  The intended part gets warm.  I have smelled something while or after it runs a couple times, but it is not bad and I do believe I caused it by pushing against the unit as it is running or if I ran it multiple times after the automatic shut off kicked in.  Durability seems to be quite good, but I do not know if it will puke out on me in the next couple weeks especially after I have pushed against it which could ware some part of the gear down.  This is just speculation at this point and after reading some of the negative reviews.  As with any electrical item care has to be taken in the way that you treat the cord and the connection and the unit itself.  I do not toss the unit around at all and I do not ever pinch the cord against itself or pull on it.  Out of the box and after several uses I can definitely attest to the quality of it especially in light of the price.  It is very solid and the details on it are very nice for what they are.   e. g.  The ends of the zipper run are covered.   The bag is made out of the same materials as the unit is arm handles and again for the type of materials used they are put together well.  I do not see any issues with stitching or pieces coming apart in any area. ?Deep tissue massage.

Good investment for small business. Admittedly I was a little bit skeptical about this tool, but it is amazing! Next to an actual masseuse, this is the best thing I have found.  The silicone rollers grip nicely and really massage your neck.  I love that there are multiple directions you can turn the rollers as well as slightly different angle if you flip the massager over.  It really is one of those purchases I am glad I made.  This is the only thing that has helped give me relief and put the disc back into remission.

Great productive paper shredder! Worth the buy! See review & photos. Would recommend.  I have had significant neck pain for years after a car accident.  No matter how much I tried to massage the pain away, it never let go.  This product effectively loosened the tight neck muscles and provided some desperately needed relief.

Pouches work perfectly. That being said, my friend bought a more expensive model whose function is almost identical  and also rattles .  It is my new favorite way to release tension there.  My only small gripe is that sometimes there is a noticeable rattling sound. It is a simple vibrating massage gun with different speed settings and attachable heads.

Great way to save ultrasounds. Well worth the money!!. I am 4 weeks post-op total hip replacement and have been having a lot of calf pain, as well as neck pain.  Unbelievable.  This massage gun is very well made and I will probably never need to go above a level 1 for help, even though this goes all the way to level 20! Just a minute or two a day really helps with the pain and has kept me from using pain pills or going to a therapist.

Easy, works great. So I will start my review off by saying I have short hair, but if you do not, you will definitely want to put it up to use this as I could see it pulling hair a bit. I have been looking at different variations and settled on this one, it met my needs fit the budget nicely and once you receive it, great quality and so relaxing to use.

Acceptable Shredder. If you have any upper back pain…wait, I have tried this on my lower back pain as well! AH-MAZING! Relief, relief, relief. This is a very well made glove box holder, sturdy and clean looking.  It was much less expensive than the medical supply place I sometimes frequent.  It arrived quickly and in excellent condition.  I would recommend this to anyone.  Great value, great product.

Heats up quickly and works quietly.. It is easy to adjust the heads to get where you need them to get. This neck massager is a must have for anytime and anywhere because it uses no electricity.  It is super easy to pull and use where you need it.  A must have if you suffer for neck pain or problems.  I weigh about 250lbs and around 34BMI, so flabby, just so you know my body type in deciding on this product.

This generic brand works great!. Feels like a real massage, you do have to position it to get those dream spots but honestly once I figured that out it is been great. Is it a tens unit? It is very effective to help  stop?  my referred hand pain and numbness.  The intensity choice is too noisy for me and does not seem to improve its effectiveness.  With the phone I can tell what it is doing and I can control it.  Overall I strongly recommend it for neck issues that cause pain and numbness in arm and hand. Only problem is that it is just about useless unless you use it with your smartphone. Normally my stress goes to my neck.

This is a great tool to work out knots in your neck and shoulders.  The flexible rollers can move up and down and side to side.  It makes getting tough to reach spots easier. I have been really wanting to try one of these, so I finally did! This thing works great, and I can already see results!! Love it!.

Small but mighty!. I have whiplash from a car accident 30 years ago. After three months is still pretty good, I am using almost on a daily basis and it has helped me a lot.  Easy to use, easy to set, just needs to get a little used to it and that all.

Love having a pull out bin!!. Even w/o any extra fat, I do not think it would work for me for those areas. I bought this nifty little contraption after seeing an ad for something similar while playing a game on my phone.  But it was definitely a worthwhile purchase to use for my leg and knee pain.  It works ok for that.  But with having shoulder length hair I find it to be a pain in the neck  no pun intended  to use for that purpose.  It is quite flexible and seems durable.  I wake up every night with pains in my legs and knees and have to change my sleeping position.  Now I sit up, use this thing for a minute, and I go right back to sleep.  I also love the way the knobs turn.   If you are super skinny you could probably use this thing on your torso and glutes areas.  You would have to be built very, very slim for that though.  I use it with the knobs in different directions to get a better massage.  I bought it for headaches and tension in my neck.  However it works great for pain in my legs & around my knees. Good product but cover wears out too soon need to be able to buy replacement cover! I have had two of these already!.  I am big boned, and then add in some middle aged fat and it just will not fit over those areas well enough to do anything.  Over the last few weeks of using it I find I wake up less often, and I have fewer pains in my legs and knees.

The massage gun is as advertised.  It is small enough so that my wife can use it conveniently.  Very good quality.  Once you figure out the rotation needed for the area you are massaging, it feels great! Very Good Product. I have had severe nerve damage after my neck fusion surgery 4&1/2 years ago. . .  I was seriously in bed for 3&1/2 years and the ONLY thing to help me FINALLY was an amazing Chiropractor that actually put me on a tension machine to stretch my muscles and allow other vertebrae to slip back into place that had “fallen out of alignment” according to my surgeon  and there was nothing more that they could do except another surgery! NO THANKS! But even with Chiropractic care every week, I still had completely tense muscles due to the nerves zinging just under my skin, keeping them in a constant state of stress.  I have seriously spent hundreds of $ trying to find ANYTHING to help me on a daily basis, because even though the hubby has great hands, he does not need to give me a massage every night and so often, even though He tried, he would always miss “the spot” that hurt the most. . . .  so out of desperation, I turned to my favorite place , and found this AWESOME massager! Very good light-duty shredder. It takes some adjusting to get it right, but it is really good on those areas.  Much better than any others I have tried. This almost feels like hands on your shoulders and neck.  Only thing I had say bad is, do not get it for anything else than neck and shoulders.  But if your problem lies in your neck and shoulders, you will not find anything that comes close to this.  I use it daily and have found a good bit of relief. Thank you!.  The way it holds pressure against you involves running the straps over your shoulders and back around your back, so I do have some concerns about the longevity of the elastic bands.  This is the only thing that has helped give me relief and put the disc back into remission. What I was looking for. This product worked so well for me I decided to get my mom one for Christmas. They use it for their back and neck.

Good to have on hand. I have done PT, had electric dry needling, paid for massages etc. I have had THE WORST pressure points for YEARS.  I beg my kids and boyfriend to dig elbows in to the knots but it is never enough, I had need them to do it for hours and never stop.  I am not exaggerating when I am saying that it is become so debilitating and painful I have torn my medicine cabinet apart as if some magical muscle relaxer fairy has visited me  so the other night in one of my pain fits of rage I bought a few of 's highly rated massager options.  I cannot believe something so inexpensive can be this life changing.  I am completely addicted to it.  It is aggressive and gets right in to the little MF-er knots at any and all angles.  The arm strap things allow you to angle it just right to find them and dig in.  I am sitting here for hours at a time just gouging them out.  This pain in my shoulder blade region has dang near driven me to insanity for almost a decade from lifting individuals with severe physical disabilities incorrectly daily.  the pains so good.  This is what it is like when people dig their elbows or fingers in there but of course they only do it for a minute where as I can sit with this bad boy for hours on end with no complaints from it.  And I love that it plugs in to the wall because I hate charging stuff.  no idea what it will do for me long term but at least for this weekend it is become my best friend. . I absolutely love this massager it works so well on relieving neck pain that I have from a car accident! It fits me well it is easy to use and the battery lasts a while.

Large enough where paper does not jam. I have suffered from neck pain due to arthritis for many, many, years and this is the perfect companion to all my heating pads, etc. I just love it.  You can set them from an ap on your phone and get everything just to your intensity and liking.  You can do soft or hard.

I prefer a high pressure in my massage for my neck pain so this was good for me.  It is actually larger than I expected which is great, and a lot sturdier too.  I see other colors of the product might have different pressure values.

Perfect little shredder. I bought two of these because they were priced right.  I had neck surgery 10 months ago and and use it to regain range of motion and get rid of the tightness in my neck.  I would definitely recommend deciding.  My wife and I have both used it and found it to be helpful getting those cricks out of the neck.

Amazing products. It is not incredibly bulky like another brand I have used and the carrying case is really nice. This bad boy is so convenient.  the battery life is great and it is so easy to use and work out some muscle stiffness.   Overall, I am very happy with the Shiatsu Neck and Back Massager.  It does not replace a massage therapist for detail work around joints and bony areas but it definitely gets rid of most general aches and pains.  The different attachments make so it is extremely versatile and can work out almost anything.

Worked perfectly.. I would have to go to my PT office at least 3-4 x's a week, now that I have the gun I do not have as many office visits. Works fantastic for my sciatic nerve pain in my hips.  After using it for the past couple days, however, I am noticing that the pain is really going away and staying away for longer and longer.  I use it as a weekly home therapy and it reduces the sciatic pain I have been suffering with in my back, buttocks, and hip.

Powerful Crosscut Shreader!. Pros: - HEATED rotating nodules in 3 different speeds - can hold it in place with the arm hole feature and still use my iPad - car charger for on-the-road relief ! Cons: - the massaging nodes are rather large and stick out a good bit, so it can take some getting used to - the cord is not very long  I ran an extension cord from the wall to where I want to sit with it . If you have been shopping for a versatile massager, stop looking because this is THE ONE! As a disabled individual with “coat hanger” pain and back issues, this has been a game changer for me in relieving said pain. I initially rated this low as I did not realize you could not turn on when charging - just something to remember for your first use.

Great for protection!. Small for around the eyes and large for cheeks. Love this so far.  Good buy I think.  Really enjoyed the small massage.  I used both ends. This was well worth the $40 or so that I spent.  It has weight on hand which I like a lot.

Kind of looks like it should have a bazooka inside. It gets the kinks right out.  Hurts a little but so does a massage.  Works!. I got this out of curiosity, I am a cancer patient and increasing lymph drainage sounds helpful, I also have neck pain and had to stop PT…with this I have been able to go from unable to turn my head to literally no pain for several hours…losing weight would be a great bonus but FOR ME pain relief without pills makes me feel like I underpaid for this item.

Best sheets on the market.. There is some flex in the handles but I think that is intended to be that way. This is great to relieve my neck pain.  I like the black color because it is subtle.  I think that the rollers work well.  I have used it every day and it has definitely made a difference in my pain and life.  It is one of best massager I have ever had before.  it is easy to use and it feels good when in use.  It is a great price and built well.

Great item for the value. It gives a deep massage.  I am loving it.  The only draw back is, my hair gets caught in it a bit even with it pulled up.  It is worth it though.  You can even lean against it and allow it to work while you just sit there.

WHAT A SHREDDER!. Perfect - amazing neck massager.  Be careful not to get your hair stuck in it, because it really sticks to it!.  It is easy to use and thin enough to store in my bathroom drawers for quick access.

Fantastic Product Machine. I dislike the cover because it will wear out eventually from constant usage and if you want to massage under your ear you have move the strap higher in front of your face but everyone is different. I like the product because the strap is adjustment, washable cover .  overall is not bad. Great pressure on the shoulders.

Efficient and very easy to use. This massager works great to get those stubborn knots from my shoulders loose after a long day at work. This thing is fun for the kids to use on themselves, and does help with relaxing some of the muscles in your neck.  It is much more sturdy than I thought it would be.

Useful for my recipe cards. I got this product because I suffer from frequent neck pain and this device has really helped.  It has plenty of strength with the action to give me the relief I need.  The heat function doesnt get very hot but the massage function works well enough it does not matter. It really hits the spot on the neck and deltoid area.

Sleek, simple and easy to use. I feel amazing.  Price was this is a great tool to put in your arsenal.  BUY ONE! Mine arrived a day early and I was like a kid on Christmas waiting for the mailman.  You can adjust the rollers to pinch more at the top or bottom of your neck.  I used it for 10 minutes and I can honestly say, I do not know the last time I have not felt tension in my neck.  Will this last forever? Probably not, but it is worth it. This is my first time purchasing any massager for back/neck pain.  I work an IT position that is not only stressful, but it is common to have back/neck pain from sitting for extended periods of time.  I started using this massager once a day after work to once every other day.  I sought out for a nice massager to help relieve some of the pain.  I purchased this product based on the 5 star rating I have seen it received with few bad reviews.   I have seen some horrific reviews about how some people have burn their skin with the heat on.  With that being said alone, the bag is cheap in material.  I never like heat during any of my massages, so I never use the heat setting; I always turn it off.  I am not too worried about this as I am happy to have a bag to put it in at all.  The material on the massager is much more durable than that of the bag.  Even the one time I did use the heat setting, I have never been burned.  I used it for the first time, which was semi-painful, but only because it was working all the knots in my shoulders & neck.  You adjust the pressure with the straps & pull on them harder or not as hard to adjust pressure.  But tbh, even if I did get burned, yeah it would suck, but being in the IT field, I understand that not all technology if perfect & once in awhile, you get a dud.  My shoulders were a tad sore from it, but only because I was going for a deep tissue massage effect.  Yeah they should probably consider testing it before shipping it out to customers, but I decided to bite the bullet on this one.   Let me first explain that I did not purchase this product for the fact that it came with a bag; the bag was just a plus in my opinion.  It looks nice, but it is made of cheap, semi-thin material.   10/10 would recommend as long as you are not expecting a fancy shmancy bag.  I wanted something to a deep tissue massage to really work out the knots.  I used to come home on a daily basis with back & neck pain.  I look forward to getting a lot of use of it this in the future.   This massager is a god-sent to me.

I recently purchased the Back Massager Shiatsu Back Neck Massager with Heat, and I am very happy with my purchase.  It is a great investment for anyone who experiences neck and shoulder pain or tension, and it is also a great way to unwind and relax after a long day.   What sets this massager apart from others is the Shiatsu massage nodes, which work wonders for relieving tight and sore muscles.  The heat function also adds an extra level of relaxation, as it helps to soothe and ease the muscles.  I love that I can choose the level of intensity that I need, depending on how I am feeling that day.  But once I learned how to use it properly, it really helps a lot! It basically heat, electro muscle stimulation, and vibration all in one.  It is also very easy to operate, with simple buttons for power, heat, and intensity.  This electric shoulder massager has made a huge difference in my daily life, as I have been experiencing a lot of neck and shoulder tension lately.   The design of the massager is also very user-friendly, as it fits snugly around my neck and shoulders, and I can easily adjust the straps to find the perfect position.

Versatile Name Badges. I actually pushed too hard the first time and it startled me! So if you struggle with neck and shoulder tightness I would recommend trying this. So I am always skeptical of products before o have the opportunity to try them myself.  I was pleasantly surprised by this massager! It is really strong and durable feeling.  I am hopeful that it will help keep these areas more relaxed in between my visits to the chiropractor! Great tool for helping relieve muscle tightness and tension.  The rollers really get in to the neck muscles deeply. .  I was not sure what to expect as it is not heavy or large but it is so great! It is lightweight, yet very sturdy.

Not a true micro cut shredder. I have tried it on other parts of my body besides the neck, but I ultimately found it was most effective when used on the neck.  The whole massager is made of this nice, soft touch plastic - but it is very sturdy.  You can adjust the way the rollers face in order to use it on different parts of the body like the thighs, calves or arms, etc.   I have loved using this massager.  I do not feel like it will break, even though it is put through some stress when I use it to massage.  It rolls out all the knots in my neck.   Pros: -Feels really nice on sore muscles -Easy to use -Lightweight but sturdy  Cons: -Pretty large so not easy to store  I am really glad I purchased this massager, it has really helped me with all the pain my neck accumlates throughout the day.  The rollers are soft enough to not hurt, but firm enough to really help with muscle pain. Bought as a gift for my father in law and he loved it! I ended up borrowing it for a bout of neck pain and it feels great. This product is very useful for easing muscle pain, especially on my neck.

Perfect for home use!. It is easy to work. I was pleasantly surprised when I received this massager… it actually does a great job getting the crooks out of your neck.  It is lightweight and easy to adjust it, for the cost you can not go wrong.  I would recommend it to family and friends.

I am very happy with the product. Love everything about it. Promotes a relaxing sensation if you have used it.  It takes a bit to find the right adjustment but it works good.

Exactly what I need. I sit on my porch and get a great massage while listening to the birds - SO relaxing!. I first saw Angela Kinsey  from the Office  post this on her Instagram as a gift for her husband I knew I needed it! The first time I used it I got goosebumps! It is literally like a person rubbing your shoulders with their thumbs! I like to lean back against the chair so it props it against my neck and you get a good neck rub.  It is great for lower back as well.  The directions showed using it on your stomach for period cramps and I thought that must tickle, but to my delight it does not tickle at all, and it really helps relax those period cramps.  Especially with the heat! Highly recommend if you do not have anyone to rub your shoulders, or as a gift if your partner/family member is always asking for a shoulder rub!.

Good product and fast delivery. I use it mainly on my lower back, glutes and legs, but have also used it on my arms and feet. Stronger and better than I thought it would be.  And man when you get it in the right spot it works wonders.  We both work long shifts on our feet all day and this thing is a game changer for us.  It helps me sleep at night and I do not wake up as often in the night with pain.  He uses it for his neck, shoulders and back and it helps so much.  It takes some maneuvering to get it in the right spot and keep it there but its worth it once you do.  My husband has had back and shoulder surgeries and I have bilateral sciatica and arthritis in my spine and both hips.  I would highly recommend and when and if this one stops working, we will not hesitate to buy another one.  We are both in our 50s and have a myriad of back, neck, leg and shoulder problems.  It took about an hour of sitting with this massager and moving it around to different spots, but the next day the knots I had been living with for a couple weeks were almost completely gone.

Great seal and clear look. Love this massager for my neck especially! I use it at work every day, since I sit in front of the computer typing all day.  It is very sturdy and easy yo use, also great value for the item.  Defiantly helps my neck!.  You can apply your own pressure as you pull it into your back.

Quiet and Secure. I like it on my neck too but I hold most of my stress in my shoulders which this massager can not get to. As a single person who works a lot and does not have money for professional massages, this has been great.  Love it for what it can do though.  I love it on my calves and thighs after workouts. It is very relaxing and enjoyable loving so far!!! I used yesterday after Tai Chi, then Zumba, because the back of leg started hurt really badly!!! It hurt all, I had Sr Olympic Line Dancing competition in three routines!!! So decided to try it on my leg used up and down leg!!! Using pulsating massage infrared it helped immensely I was able to compete, charged, put in my purse carrying it with me! We 2- 1st places & 1- 2nd place, I definitely use it today when I went BMX track to watch 10 yr grandson race!!! I was desperate for relief it helped, convenient to carry with me!!!.

Great. It is a repeat purchase.. So I do not have anything to compare it to, but it takes care of the aches and pains.  Is soothing and relieving.  The only negative is it is a little loud so you have to adjust the tv volume if you are trying to watch and massage at the same time. I have never tried massage guns but was getting ready to order the $200 one when I saw this much cheaper version.  But its totally fine.

Perfect home shredder. My husband and I absolutely love this massager!!! I get very tense in my neck and his legs hurt at the end of the day and this tool works out all the muscles on different parts of the body. I could definitely smell the plastic opening it up but seems to work great.  I actually purchased this after using a coworkers Hypervolt.  I did not want to spend over $300, so i purchased this.  In comparison i feel like its the same quality, pretty quiet but if i put a little more pressure can get louder  which i feel like the Hypervolt did not do.  If all goes well while i use it for the next couple months on myself and clients— ima get one for my father for his birthday.

Compact size and idiot proof. I have been having neck pain for a while and went to a chiropractor to do some treatments. This is AWESOME!! I rarely write reviews. . but I bought this is way better than I expected! For the price, compared to some of the other massage guns, I was not expecting top of the line. . . but I really do not know how this could be any better than the massage guns that are hundreds of dollars! Super easy to use and definitely hits the deep muscles that need massaging! Multiple speeds and a variety of attachment heads. . . . . definitely worth it!.

Nice THICK  photo sized Product sheets. If you carry your tension high in your shoulders and neck, this is a great product. WFH long hours, has its toll on your neck.  At first I bought one of those cheap guns that did no good to my neck pain and I had to return it.   This one though was really efficient and I like the handle grip, the lightweight and the elegant design.  It comes with four heads and a usb/usb-c cable, very easy to use and has really a powerful motor despite its relatively compact size.  You can adjust the intensity as needed; I am mostly using 3 or 4 speed that did a great job to relief my neck pain.  I really like this one and I will keep it.

Perfect shredder to keep personal papers private.. My husband & I love this product! Due to medical condition his neck bothers him a lot. Love the way this feels and can be applied to more than just the shoulders.   it did not have to be plugged in, but good quick gift for the $.

Great for small jobs. I have bought several different brand neck massagers. Easy to use.  It is a pretty simple design but works well and can used on more than just your neck.

Alternative use for labeling boxes and toys. I will definitely be buying from him again!. I bought this massager a couple years ago and loved the fact that you could adjust the placement and pressure yourself simply by shifting your arm position.  I used this product all the time until the tines of the wall plug were broken in the midst of a move. Great for personal use. I have chronic pain on my neck due to a buldging disk and the heat plus massage help me tremendously. Relieved my husbands back stiffness and helped loosen the muscles.  Would definitely buy again you.

Easy to use and does the job. Definitely would recommend this product to others. This thing is amazing.  It squeezes the knots on both sides of my neck even if I do not apply additional pressure.  I have had it for 20 minutes now, and I can not believe how much it has helped in that little time.

So many for the price!. I was going to order the one that is twice the cost because it has different shaped top fingers around the neck area but I can honk this is a better deal for half the cost. One video shows arms barely moving I think they had a bad one.  Lean it up against the back of the couch and press back for even stronger massage .  This is the best massage product I have bought besides full chair.  I have shiatsu, tapping , roller ball , massage gun and old fashion Panasonic plunger looking one.  etc.  Mine definitely has all 4 arms moving strong and gives a great kneeding massage like to hands gripping your shoulders.  they can feel ok but none give real massage feeling this thing can squeeze you really strong.  They should make a male member toy with this tech lol. Love everything about it.

Easy aet up and simple to use!. This roller is well made. The jade roller is such a nice tool.  It rolls smoothly.  The stone stays cool for a long time.  The coolness against the skin is so soothing and I appreciate the benefits of encouraging circulation.  It comes in a nice box. I have had this for a couple weeks now.

Good Quality Sheets. Heated massage really relieves neck tension and pain. Works well. This thing is fun for the kids to use on themselves, and does help with relaxing some of the muscles in your neck.

it will take alot of paper at one time. Kills all my pain and gets me moving. I recently started a wfh job.  I am sitting for hours and holding my head down to look at my computer screen.  I had never experienced this before my neck was aching so bad before I purchased this neck roller.  I have had it for 2 weeks and I have used it every day.  It really does work and my neck feels 100% better.

The arm straps seem longer too.  This one is just better all the way around.  If you are a size medium to large frame these knobs are wider and give a more complete massage.  Comes with a carrying case too.  Totally impressed. I love how I get to put as much pressure I want to.

Needed a couple for important papers, worked great.. I like that it can be controlled by a smart phone, i wish it could have another notch heat level.  But its totally fine.   Then when I lightly twisted my foot, kneading on the support leg helped a lot since it was taking so much of the weight and doing the extra work - meanwhile kneading on the hurt foot led helped the blood flow down to the foot and heal faster - my toes started twitching up a storm, which is a good sign of healing.

Best price that I have been able to find. gets your knots so well and you can angle it to where you want it to go with the lil arm wing things lol. literally best thing i have purchased. Roommate got this for after work massages.

GREAT Product Sheets … And VERY AFFORDABLE!!. Happy with purchase!.  Sometimes I have to work around the cord, but it is worth it to me to not have one more thing that need a charger.  I love being able to massage both sides of the neck simultaneously with the same pressure and its not as aggressive as a massage gun, for example, given that this is a more delicate area. I find that the closer you grip the handles, the better control you have of the device.

Exactly what I was looking. After some playing around though, I was able to figure out how to properly use this and it is definitely a game changer.   The correct orientation you have to keep in mind is just the buttons will be on the left side.  Let me tell you, I was very confused when I first received this because I had NO idea how to use it.   I own many massagers and this one definitely pushes all the other ones away.  This has a unique squeezing feeling when activated.  unlike other typical massagers that just spin, this kinda grabs your shoulders and like, literally squeezes them together as if a human was using their fingers and giving you a shoulder massage. I am currently using this as I am typing my review.  It is actually pretty incredible to be honest.  Pretty cool pickup!.  I used it for 10 minutes and I can honestly say, I do not know the last time I have not felt tension in my neck.

Awesome Product and after sale Service. After one week is use I want to share my experience of this product. I really like this product for my neck and shoulder massage.  It is very expensive to keep up with the massage appointment. I am currently using this as I am typing my review.  I am a server I use tray to carry food and drink and over the year my shoulder have build up extra discomfort this is one of the biggest reason for buying this product.

Works Just as good at the Scotch Ones!!!. I bought this neck massager for my mom and she loves .  she said it is easy for her to use.  i tried it and loved as well.  You can add or subtract pressure depending on your preference.

The Shredder is quiet.. I had this terrible stiff neck that my other massagers could not quite work out because they were too rigid or i could not get the pressure in the right spot.  This device allowed me to rotate the rollers and apply enough pressure to finally work out the knots on the back of my neck!. I Purchased it for a Christmas present.

Quietest shredder I have ever used. Initially i thought that this would break but the material used is really good, and this really helps with the neck pain. Great for preserving photos!!. It has brought us both relief from back and neck pain, the battery life is great and it comes with a manual that explains what each different head can be used for. Really surprised!. I get so many knots in my neck and this works them out better than a massage. I use it almost everyday.  Have had it for six months now.  Very sturdy.  You can turn the knobs so they fit the tight tendons on the neck, then use the handles to work away the tension.  Have bought 4 more to give as hostess gifts to my siblings when I visit them.

Performs as description show. I was shocked at how good this felt! I needed a deep tissue type massage on my neck and this thing is wonderful! You can adjust the location and use it for several different muscle groups.  I am really pleased with this purchase!.  If you carry all your stress in your neck and shoulders like I do, then the different settings allow for you to get an intense deep tissue massage that does the job of a professional masseuse.

Great productive paper shredder! Worth the buy! See review & photos. I was shocked at how good this felt! I needed a deep tissue type massage on my neck and this thing is wonderful! You can adjust the location and use it for several different muscle groups. I did not like this at first because it did not provide a rolling up my neck.  With some adjustment of the angle of the rollers I was able to very much improve the rolling.

Perfect sizes, all sizes needed. I would purchase this again. The device is well made and easy to use. Easy to use gets muscles loosened up great.  Much better than other devices that use vibration.  It provides a deep warming massage that gets deep into the tissue.

Shredding cleanup. I have not been able to find relief no matter what I have tried.  I saw this while looking for something else and thought I had give it a try.  I am so glad I did because it is INCREDIBLE.  I did not realize the rollers were adjustable and I am totally freaking out over them!! 1000000% recommend!. Great for the neck ! Easy to use!.

It does what it says. It is not the srongest material and I expect it to break at some point but I will buy another.  I hope it will help my migraines eventually by releasing tension.  At first when I tried using it I found it a little awkward and was not overly impressed.  The Seller did ask me to write a good review but this is my honest opinion about it.  The onots in my neck are gradually going away.  They were really painful at first when I would use the roller.  Try it.  I even have figured how to angle it against my neck and reach my jaw, which is really helping my TMJ. it is only $15.  Being a big guy I have a harder time using it on my shoulders but hope to get better at that too.  I spend that much on lunch.  But as I have kept using it I have figured the right angles and I am finding it works very well.  But now by day five it barely hurts to use it. . Five days in of use.  It is easy to use and thin enough to store in my bathroom drawers for quick access.  It is not great for the shoulders or maybe I just have not figured out how to use it properly.

Guy vouches for pouches. The only thing I do not really like is that it will shut off after 10 min.  to protect it is self, but that is understandable.  So far the battery lasts a good while.  If you do not have this style massager, this is an awesome first one for the cheap!.  It works like it should, really loosens up tight or knotted up muscles. Works like the original. I am 4 weeks post-op total hip replacement and have been having a lot of calf pain, as well as neck pain.  Surgery is the only solution for a permanent fix, but we are not about to take that step since surgeries of this type are notorious for mixed results with up to 50% of patients being worse off after the surgery than before.  Too risky, so we have to deal with it and manage the pain.   Our maintenance basically consists of continual use of Aleve or Ibuprofen to control the pain and also very frequent massages of her area of discomfort.  She is always asking me for an upper torso "back rub".  When I saw this I thought, "Certainly worth a try since she could massage herself".  So I bought it for one of her Christmas presents.  She got very excited opening her present, after she realized what it was.   She loves it and uses it for extended periods every day.  Any time she is sitting still, she has it in place on the back of her neck.  Watching TV or reading a book, it is always there.  She also likes the fact that she can position it anywhere from the waist up, and does so, frequently moving it into a different position.  I have not had to give her nearly as many back rubs anymore, since this does a super job on its own.  This device has been somewhat of blessing to her and does relax her enough to relieve the pain.   Although it may not be for everybody since the hard rotating massage balls can be somewhat uncomfortable if you apply to much forward pressure or you are against a fairly hard surface on the back side of the massager, because that would press the balls pretty hard into your body.  But you have total control of that and if you want a more comfortable massage, you can fold a bath towel however many times you want to achieve the right amount of cushion, if you are looking for a more comfy massage.  For her it is perfect without anything in between her skin and the rotators.  She wants the somewhat aggressive massage to get deep into her muscle tissue.   She uses a massage therapist a couple times a month when she especially hurting, who really bears down hard at her points of discomfort so this device is much like going to the therapist.  You just need to understand what you are looking for when you decide to purchase this.  It is a great product for how it was designed and is ergonomically correct for the way it is used.  A year ago, I bought her a massage device which sits in her office chair, kind of like a seat cover on a car.  It has almost exactly the same rotating balls, with heat  makes me wonder if it is the same manufacturer , but it does not work nearly as well, because the rotating balls are far too high and really hit the back of her skull instead of on the shoulders.  So she has to sit on pillows to raise her up enough for it to hit her neck and shoulders.  With this, no matter how tall or short you are, you can find the perfect position for it, with your arms through the loops.   She also likes the heat VERY MUCH, and uses it sometimes without the massage action, and always with it.   I looked at quite a few units like this, which were a bit cheaper, but found too many average to poor reviews and decided on this because of its majority of 4 and 5 Star reviews.  That was enough for me and I can say that she loves what it does for her and it scored some really big brownie points for me, even though I do not need any..

Everything it claims to be. Great price. This massager is awesome! Feels great on my neck and back.  Would recommend. Was skeptical to buy only cause I have purchased many massage gadgets but after trying it out I have been using it a lot more than I thought.

For tiny credit cards. Provides relieving warmth and random massage at different levels of intensity. Worked good but did pull out some baby hairs.

I am happy so far even though I almost broke it. My neck muscles get quite sore from sleeping in the many differnt positions during the night. Great gadget!! I have attained many different massage contraptions over the years.  This massager hits all the right spots.  After just a few minutes those kinks and sore muscles are gone!! Highly recommend for the gadget gurus like myself.  This one by far is my favorite.  Get you one!!!.  I have felt a difference in not only my neck but my mood and everything.

This is a game changer, a must have for anyone who needs to squeeze away the stress that life brings.  Stress stored there has also caused headaches in the past, this bad boy helps with that too.  Finally, I have been waiting for a neck massager that grabs my traps. I will be using it tonight thanks it works I turned it on and works great can not wait to use it. I have fairly large, muscular traps and a lot of my stress is stored in my traps.

Worked perfectly!. Also amazing because i can use by myself, so no need to worry if someone else is there to help. This was easy to assemble and easy to use. My wife loves it she uses this every day since she does tiquando and she works so her body can be sore by the time she gets home…this device has been a true blessing to my wife's neck and shoulder area….  Great because I can put a much or a little pressure as needed when using.

Great Paper Shredder. It feels great especially on hot days!. This set is beautiful.  The rose quartz roller is smoothly polished as well as the Gua Sha stone. Very worth the money.  I really like the feel of the tool against my skin and it feels even better if you store it overnight in the fridge.  The stone has a few scratches and small nicks, but since the edges are what you use on this face, the small flaws do not matter.

Great Product product!. Works great! I had a stiff neck & this took care of it!.  The chord comes out of the unit and the plug connects near your left hand to the AC lead and the connection is not tight.

Very easy, works great!. Absolutely loved the product helped with stress and tension on my neck would highly recommend to get that neck kink out.   Esthetician  it gives me so much relief.

EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED. Todo, pero lo presté y lo devolvió asqueroso y tuve que tirarlo, pronto me compró otro, recomendado 100%.  The device is easily adjustable and the pressure is controlled by your own strength - which is nice considering the fact that auto massagers just do not provide enough deep pressure for me.

Excellent quality!. This has been a blessing for us as my wife was having chronic neck pain and discomfort.  She had been to a chiropractor several times with no success in alleviating the stiffness.  Since we have had the roller, she says her neck pain has been reduced and she is had fewer headaches .  Also great for the neck and lower back.

Works great, but need to use two sheets to share both sides.. Been having neck pain on and off for a few months now. SWEET, SWEET RELIEF! I bought this as an impulse buy and I am SO happy that I did! It is great if you carry a lot of tension in your neck or shoulders but I have been using it all over my back  and lower .  Took it on a trip with me and got almost immediate relief after a 5 hour flight.  This was a great purchase.  Forget the message therapy, do it at home!.

EXCELLENT SHREDDER!. I can press really hard into the tool and it never stops or gives me issues. Great message tool for the price.  I took it out and my uncle whose a chiropractor saw it and said “what is this junk you bought?” Then he tried it.  Can not beat the size and the power of the unit.

Save some money!!!!!. This has a nice leather cover over the unit.  The power switch and reminder of the controls are all located in one location on the left side.  You can turn it on and then control the speed for kneading your neck and shoulder, your back,, waist, abdomen, thighs, legs feet and calves.  It pretty much massages your whole body.  You can add heat if you want to warm up the muscles that need massaging and you can reverse directions if desired.  It comes with an A/C cord and vehicle cigar lighter if you want to be massaged on the road,  not the driver .  It comes with a nice carry bag so you can take it with you wherever you go.  I have learned the more you pressure you apply it kneads deep, so I do not put much pressure on it.  I used it during my therapy sessions for my calves that were very tight. We have had this massager for a little while now so now is a good time to put in a review.  It is good just to sit and watch TV and have your neck and shoulders worked on.  Very easy to use and comes with a guide book to help you along.  After a few times you can use it just about anywhere where your muscles are tight.  Works very good.  We enjoy and recommend this product for anyone.  It is good quality material and as I said earlier, easy to use.  It is worth the money.  This is the one we use now. The massager works great.

Love the products!. It is versatile; use it on your neck or arms or even hands! I like it so much I might buy another to keep upstairs.  Probably one of the best $15 I have ever spent. This literally is one of the best massage tools we have ever owned and a fraction of the cost.

Great for home use. Okay, so someone else wrote a review saying how much they loved it as soon as they got it. . I put it on immediately and felt stupidly happy and relieved.  I thought "oh cool".  Just the touch from it felt like heaven on my pain ridden neck.  That was me as well! I got home late this particular night.  I then put the heater on and it was over!  I have been struggling with neck and trap pain for quite time now.  I try to massage with tennis balls, I use ice, heat, self massage, massage gun.  I went to check the mail and there was the package.  None of my tools worked as effectively as this did.  Do it! Get it!.  I was in for a real treat though.  I purchased one for my husband who has neck, back and shoulder issues.

They work perfect for what they were  needed for. Has 3 levels of strength and a heat setting to fit a wide range of people's preferences. Roommate got this for after work massages.  It works with heat and different patterns of vibrations between the nodes.  Massage strength was not too bad at max level.  I got to try it out and the range that this massager can be used is quite versatile.

reasonably priced. It is lightweight and made of quality sturdy plastic that should last a long time. Great way to "safe" used insulin needles.

Works great and easy to use. After 8 months, a hole in cloth on the left side from being worn down kept causing the larger ball to wrap around it and get stuck.  I cut a bigger hole in it so it would just expose the whole left side and not keep getting wrapped up in it and stop, but it does not slide very well without it, so I am just going to buy another one.  They messaged me back within a day, and a few days later one was at my door.  I honestly was not expecting it to last this long, so I am happy enough.  It still technically works, but with the hole in the cloth now and it having trouble sliding on contact on that side, just not ideal anymore.  --- I am mostly happy with it.  It does feel really good when you are actually sore and especially after a hard day's work  I am on my feet for 12 hours in steel toe boots .  The device itself made my shoulder area feel sore and bruised  no actual bruise  after using it the first time and I could not use it again in that area for few days, but I also like an aggressive massage and I really let it dig in for a long time and can not really blame the device.  It was only the first time though. EDIT: I contacted them directly about the lifetime warranty and if I could get one replaced.  I guess that area got used to it after that.  So if this happens to you, I would not dismiss it after that.  I had no idea what the package was because I was not expecting to get it so soon.  One thing I did notice is after about a month or two, the lights when the heat is one would start flickering.  I figured that meant it was about to die but it did not seem to affect anything and the heat still works.  I am sure the heat technically stops when it flickers off but it is mere seconds each time and you can not tell one way or another.  So I am very impressed with their customer service and happy with the product and changed my 4 stars to 5.  Months after it started, it still has not gotten worse so that ended up not being a big deal. Feels good.

shared perfectly - nice and clear. I am throwing away all the other devices I e accumulated over the years.  This one delivers a strong massage for minimal effort & at a good price. its a good neck massager, worth the price.

Good selection of Product material. It is easy to determine the amount of pressure needed to relieve any tension you may have.  Convenient size to take with you anywhere.  No power or charging needed. Excelente producto y lo recomiendo.

love it just make sure you take your time slow .... Everything worked smoothly and quietly  once I turned the voice off  but alas, it was not quite significant in size to do all I wanted it to do. I really loved this product.  Really nice item but I needed to return it.  It did not. Es lo que necesitas.  I ordered it and hopes it had broad enough coverage to provide therapy to the areas I needed.

Easy and Efficient. This thing is great.  Easy to use - NO assembly required.  Charged battery lasts a long time.  Glad I chose it. This thing paid for itself in 45 minutes because it gave me the kind of relief that I paid deep tissue massage therapists for.

Does the job great. It was so relaxing. I was dealing with bad shoulder pain for 2 weeks. After using for like 4,5 times 10 to 15 mins each day  my pain was gone .  I almost cried at the first use ,maybe I was holding it with little more pressure.  I was really impressed I bought same one for my brother as well. i felt so good. After going through some reviews for this massager I bought it. I like that it can be controlled by a smart phone, i wish it could have another notch heat level.  Later I started holding it loose while using.
