So far so good!!!. Totally worth the money. I have a spot underneath my shoulder blade that I can never reach on my own, but is always sore/stiff.  This actually gets in there and provides relief that before I could only get from someone else massaging my back.   Also, it comes with a connection  do not know what it is called  so you can use it in your car.  But for those of you who do not have my “spot”  haha , it does get lots of hard-to-reach places and the massage is strong.  Perfect for my break at work!!!.  The straps make it perfect for me to determine how deep the massage is, and I absolutely recommend it for anyone who deals with sore or stiff muscles and can not afford a fancy massage every day.  I will never get rid of it for that reason alone.  So I will be keeping it.  The rotation starts clockwise, and then goes counterclockwise, and there is a setting to control that if you want.

This products is great.. I hold a lot of tension in my shoulders and have tried multiple massagers and make my husband use his elbow on them even.  This contraption is wonderful! It is a bit heavy, but that is much better than a flimsy piece of plastic.  I get tension headaches from neck/shoulder pain and this has helped so much. My wife use it for stiff neck and upper back seems to hit the spot every time she loves it.

A+ Customer Service. I truly this believe this can be manipulated to massage to your needs! I use it in my shoulders, to my neck, and down my back.  It takes some practice but really great for muscle tension which I surely have a lot of! If you are someone who needs to get rubbed on constantly, do it!. I used one of these that was well over $100 and this one was just as lovely, apart from it needed to be plugged in.  If you are tense, the first massage could be a bit painful but it gets a lot better once this starts working.

Perfect for teachers!. I bought this for a family member with neck issues! Using this as directed has helped relieve his pain and improve ROM. I am a physical therapist assistant and several months ago I started having tight stuff muscles on the left side of my neck.  I tried the chiropractor, stretching, and's clinical massages but while they gave sone relief the stiffness and pain would eventually return.  I knew it was from me having to look down all day at my patients when the exercise and's walk and's this was causing my neck to be flexed all day.  I also tried a foam roller which helped and one I needed something better.  Since I have been using the heated neck stretcher my neck has felt great.  The heat really relaxes my muscles and they extension contour is exactly what I needed.  My wife has found me asleep on the floor when using it several times.  Our society is always in a cervical flexed position with phones, computers, driving and everything else that I feel everyone should get one over these.  I have recommended it to several of my colleagues and patients.

Love it. Worth it. This machine relieves the pain wherever I apply it on my body.  It is designed for a bigger/wider body type.  That is standard in the market. I have been living with fibromyalgia and chronic tendonitis for almost a decade.  I love the heat and depth of massage.  Often have trouble sleeping if there is too much pain and tension in my muscles.  As you can see in the video it massages the back, neck and shoulders.

Shipped well. Works great - so far.. Wonderfully ergonomic to handle even when reaching for hard to reach spots such as your back.  The material is very sturdy, and you do not even need to apply much force to feel it working.  Unlike other methods of knot removal such as the use of a tennis ball, this allows for much more accurate precision as well as force applied.  I would highly recommend this product to everyone.  It is great for everyday use.

Great for the classroom. This is one of the BEST things I have ever bought for myself on !! Its one solid product that really works the knots out and it is very easy to use.  I have a lot of back pain and wear stress in my shoulders, so this thing is great to help releave that stress and make it easier to move my neck and head again! Really surprised!. I have used this item for 5 months, still working. This thing is magical.  I threw out my lower back and needed a massager to loosen up the tension and relieve soreness.  After 10 minutes I felt SO much better.  I love that it comes with a wall cord and a car charging cord so I can use it at home or in the car.

Worth the extra couple bucks over the standard size.. So it helps release the tightness and relaxed it a lot. at first glance, this thing is kinda scary looking, but i have DEEP knots in my shoulder area and this is the only machine that really gets in there.  the wrap-style is kinda handy when you want to pull on it to really put pressure on your neck, but i usually just put it on the bed and lay on it and then shimmy to adjust.

Works good and a great price too!. So far so good.  It gives me good relief after a good hard day at work.  I like to put it on medium high because it can get really hot.  I lay on it for about 20 minutes and it feels like a weight just lifted up off my shoulders.  I would recommend if you have neck pain. Product works excellent. Super Portable!. Pros. . relieves tension.  The heat isnt real strong which is fine with me.  This has been a life savor! These seal great!. With my neck issues, I was highly skeptical but willing to try anything! This item is quite simple yet highly helpful, to my surprise. I have been suffering painful lower back muscle spasms.  Sneezing leaves me in agony as the lumbar muscle tighten so tight it brings tears to my eyes.  It can take ten minutes for those muscles to relax.  I am loving it.

Product does what I need.. I am surprised to find myself saying this, but this massager is much better than the heavy-duty massagers that wrap around the neck. I am not new to reviewing neck massagers  I had just completed a review of one of the popular types of neck massagers that wraps around your neck and shoulders.  The reason for this is that this collar is almost completely weightless.  Not only that, but they contain very powerful motors that provide a rather forceful kneading sensation to the neck.   So, I was rather curious about this neck massager that has a small footprint, weighs next to nothing, and fits the neck like a collar.  You do not have this huge apparatus across your shoulder.  All you need to do is to spray water on the metal contact points  spray bottle provided  before placing it on your neck.  Since there are not any powerful motors driving the massage mechanism, the overall sensation is closer to human touch than artificial.  It was a literal "shock" to the system.  In fact, I yelled out in pain.  As you turn the dial, a voice informs you of the current strength level.  And what really made it painful is that my neck was sunburned so it was really jarring.  I immediately removed the collar and was about to write a less-than-stellar review.  It even welcomes and thanks you when you turn on and off the device and at other times, provides tips on proper usage.   The next day I decided I was going to try this again.  Instead of water, I put a thin layer of aloe gel on the contacts.  It is a very, very cool feature.  This time out, I was prepared for the initial shock.   It took some time, but I really have come to love this little device.   I must say, once I got used to this thing I became more appreciative of it.  The currents sent to the massager provide a "tingling" sensation.  I am sitting here writing this review and completely enjoying having this lightweight device applying a firm massage to my neck.  I had this thing turned up as far as level 15  which is as high as it goes  and it became pretty intolerable.  However, once I eased back on the dial I found myself enjoying the varying degrees of current, kneading, and pulsating sensations provided by the contact points.  It works extremely well to the point that I feel confident in recommending this first before considering the heavier, bulkier neck massagers.  The massager is somewhat charged out of the box so it can be used immediately.   My first impression was not a good one.   Quick mention: USB charging cable provided but not a charging brick. .  A generic drawstring carrying bag is included.  However, the gel provided a more soothing contact, and shortly thereafter, I was sitting in my chair ready for a second round.  You can increase and decrease the intensity of the massage using the dial on the massaging collar.  This massager can only be used cordless and not while plugged in  probably a safety restriction   Highly recommended!.  I was not expecting what essentially is an electric current to be sent to my neck.  This was a recommendation I obtained from a review on a similar product.   Did it do what I needed? Very much so.  These massagers are very bulky and heavy.

Easy to use and look nice. This neck massager was so easy to use.  I took it out of the box and immediately charged it.  I love that it is the same charger my phone uses.  It sits comfortably on my neck and upper back.  It was reasonably priced and well worth the money. Small, easy to use and perfect. It is light weight but works great! I get a lot of headaches and aches in my back. I was in the market for a massage gun due to a tight right shoulder caused by frequent PC gaming.  However, I was not about to dish out $$$$ on a Theragun.  A coworker sang his praises about this product and even mentioned that he let his uncle borrow it, and this uncle was reluctant to return it.  According to my coworker, he was ready to fight him to get it back, which he eventually did.

When I first put in on I did not know what to expect.  When I pressed the on button my mouth dropped because of how realistic this neck massager felt on my tension spots.  It works amazing, great quality.  It is a tan leather and will leave you relaxed.  Just the right amount of pressure too.

Just thrown together. It warms up nice, the setting options are perfect, fast, medium speed, slow, you can change the direction of the spinning.  It works well on my husband's neck, he has a very thick neck and it is actually a perfect size for him, but it works great for me too.  10/10   We have never used it, but I think it came with a car attachment cable, so it could be used in the car . This is a nice contraption. Our granddaughter loves it.

Affordable maintenance. I have it ready next to my chair at all times just in case.  That said, for at-home use, it is a great investment in self-care and has quickly become a go-to for relieving back pain and stress. I get a tense neck often and then a headache that follows, I desperately searched for anything to help and the first time I used it it made my neck so much looser and have not used it in a couple weeks.

Just what I needed - great price!. There are a few different heat settings which is nice.  You could use it without heat as well.  You can feel the stretch and the warming feature is a nice comforting feature.  I was enjoying it until our heeler mix puppy decided it would be a fun toy.  So I would suggest keeping it locked up if not in use.  It gets a little getting used to at first.  .  Does not bend as much because it is a thicker plastic.

I am a sports enthusiast who regularly competes on weekends and works heavy hours during the week.  This is my finest purchase for 2023 since it massages my shoulders and back while I work with my legs after my matches.  Another plus is the carry-on bag, which may be used as a multipurpose bag to store massagers or as a gym bag.  However, two months after I received it, my neck massager would no longer charge and the company has not responded to my email asking for help.

Works Great, loading film is a bit tricky. Definitely recommend. After weeks of suffering through severe neck pain and several trips to the chiropractor I got no relief I decided to try this neck stretcher and dang! My neck felt better almost instantly.  I also use it to loosen up my hamstrings.  I used every day for about a week and my neck has been fine since.

They both provide moderately firm kneading that makes you instantly relax on the couch or in a desk chair while you are working or studying. Usually this is after sitting long hours at my desk.  I love using this on my neck, but this really shines when using on my lower legs before bed.  They are so severe I have to get up and do leg stretches to get them to stop.  I use this at bedtime and have not had any cramping since! Great for signage. Use on low setting around arthritis knees back. I have really bad TMJ that tightens up my neck muscles and shoulder blades.  I love the way it can get deep into the shoulder blades to loosen those knots! I use it at at least 5 days a week.

I can get the most expensive, supportive pillow in the world, but if I am in a deep sleep, and end up not moving or shifting positions in the night, my neck most definitely does not like me.   As far as ease of use, all you have to do is push a button on one side of the unit and it starts spinning.  Push the button next to it to change the rotation of the internal shiatsu ball mechanism.   I use this on my lower back, which has always been a problem, as I have a bit of a sway back, and lying on my stomach or back is a sure road to pain in that area.  The only challenge might be is if you are short like me and also not very flexible.  Adjusting the unit by oneself can be challenging, especially if you need it just so, to get the right position and pressure.  It is cheaper in time and financial cost than going to the chiropractor, as the massager is based on the shiatsu method of massage.   Tip: for extra pain relief, lean fully back into the unit.  I tried just sitting upright and it was not as intense.   I also use this for neck - - and subsequently headache - - pain relief if I have laid in one position too long while sleeping.  So I leaned back and voilà !  This unit is well worth the investment, as you save time and money on chiropractor visits, so whether it is a gift to yourself or someone else for "me time," or just a thoughtful gesture to help someone deal with pain, you really can not go wrong with this purchase.  Your muscles--and mood--will thank you. I bought this awesome massager to help take care of some back and neck pain I was experiencing.  I really love that it has heat too because I need it.

Impressive Shredder. Once you get it working and you know how to use it the product itself is a good deal.  The heat is a nice temperature and the shape of the pillow is great for supporting your head.   The Quirks: The unboxing of the product is a bit strange.  My device did not light up blue even though it did have the low, medium, and high settings. I work a desk job and carry all my stress in my neck and shoulders- I was looking for something I could use while sitting.  The power does not come with a box for the USB and you need to use a box with 2A capability otherwise the power will not stay on.   All the quirks are just something's to deal with.  The instructions say to use it for 15-30 minutes but the timer has an auto shut off for 60 minutes as well.

Great, heavy duty shredder. I felt that anything above the lowest heat was too hot for me. I initially had my doubts concerning this product as I was aware it did not have any moving parts, but I decided to try it anyway.  I had recommend laying the device on a hard surface or floor.   With that said, absolutely love it and recommend it to just about everyone I know!.  Boy was I proven wrong! Not only is it comfortable to place your neck in, my neck felt amazing just after fifteen minutes of laying on it! The different heat and time settings were nice to have available but the lowest heat and time were best. Nice to be able to manually adjust the pressure while rolling out the tension in your neck muscles.

Works Fantastic. Excellent Price Point.. I like to use it while watching a TB show. The massage gun has been a lifesaver to my husband and I! We use it for after work and it is feels amazing, especially with the different chess options.

Great goods. The only con is you have to be stationary wherever it is plugged.  Super convenient.  Other than that, highly recommend as a gift Or just for personal use overall.  I do not think you should be walking around while getting a massage anyway . Great durability to protect your documents. I broke my back three years ago and this definitely helps with my muscles and pain. My shoulders are always so tight and full of knots.  Even after massages that leave me bruised, it is not enough.  This tiny machine is a godsend.  It is heating element works the little rotating “fingers” into the knots slowly and easily.  You can even adjust how hard you want it to “dig” in by holding it tighter around you or lessening your hold.  One day I even set my calves on it and let it work through those stiff muscles.  Really amazing.  10/10 would recommend.

Great Product for the right price.. I got my neck massager over night and it was at the door when I woke up in the morning.  I was so excited to try it for the first time.  It started right up and felt wonderful.  I read the instructions and took all the precautions.  I think it will really help me as I sit at my desk all day and have had a frozen shoulder in the past.  The first time out was a dream.  I love this massager so much.

Fantastic quality. For the low price I highly recommend this item. When researching deep tissue portable massagers I came across dozens and dozens of models which gave me an over-whelming feeling.  Most ranged in price from $50-350 dollars.  Thinking that I may not enjoy the effect of the massager I turned to  for a cheaper alternative.   I found that I can use this on my neck as well as slowly working up and down my shoulder blades, I can pinpoint the knots across my shoulder blade, applying sustained pressure in an exact spot helps to loosen the knot.  This multi-setting massager has an amazing battery that last quick a long time.  I have not been able to run the battery out yet but after running it for a mere 10 minutes I was only able to drain the battery 2 percent.  This may be a knock off but the capabilities are quite impressive.

Definitely worth the money. I used it probably a little bit too long yesterday, and ended up being sore to the touch. mMy neck pain is almost gone. I have been having neck pain for several weeks, I ordered this to help. Such a wonderful design to get at all those pressure points by yourself.

Great Price and Works Well. This massager is so incredible.  It looks a little odd wearing it around, but it feel so good! Very good products so far.. But my problem areas are gone. Good looking and strong. Absolutely fantastic!!! I felt and heard my knots popping, I was able to manoeuvre my body so that the balls would move over the certain points where I was feeling my tension.  I then tried my lower back and again absolutely amazing.  I have put it on level one and two and both equally as good.  I have tried numerous mechanical massages and all failed me, however, this one is the exception.  I am absolutely astounded that something that small can give me such a relief. Okay, I am one of these people who needs to feel like I am going to be bruised the next day when I take a massage.  It is brilliant.  Holy Smoke.  I love it already and I only got it out the box an hour ago.  If it is not deep deep deep, I feel absolutely no relief..

2nd time I bought this Shredder. I am at a desk or on a laptop a lot and so my neck and shoulders are often tight.  I found this and it seemed like a great value.  Turns out, this massager really helps.   But after a couple months I had some issues with my massager losing power.  I sat it away for a few more months, and then when I turned it back on, the condition was much worse.  The strength/power was half of its original shape.   Then came Customer support to the rescue.  They sent me a new massager and now I am feeling doubly satisfied because my neck is relaxed and I got great service, more than I even expected!.  Time will tell how this machine will hold up but my other still works well so I assume this will have similar quality.

It is an excellent quality price, the battery lasts a long time and the material is very good, it comes with several very useful accessories, we just need clearer instructions on how to use each head for the massage gun. This thing is great for those hard to reach places on your bag.  I have always used corners of walls to dig in to the area between my shoulder blade and spine due to knots and tightness.  This targets that area perfectly and does what I need it to.

This item is Fantastic. For the price you can never loose. I am an office worker and use a laptop and large dual screens so I am looking up, down, and sideways, and sometimes I hold my head one direction for a long time, and I even sleep wrong no matter WHAT pillow I get! I am older and I have tried them ALL! This nicely stretches my vertebrae and releases tension and stress. easy to use, perfect fit for back and neck.  Heat is a nice too.

Good for at home use. To me, the massage is just right and all the set up is simple but efficient for what it is intended. I purchased this massager to help with back and neck pain, and It was exactly what I was looking for.  The rotating knobs are strong and continue spinning even when using them with a lot of pressure.  This alone was worth the purchase, as I have tested many different models and as soon as you apply too much pressure they stop spinning.  Not this one.  The knobs themselves are comfortable and spaced so you can get them in the right spots.  There are settings that let you control how it spins clockwise or counterclockwise, which you can use to guide the massage moving it up or down automatically.  Overall I am very happy with the purchase and even after a few months I still use it almost every day.

Great value for this machine. It also has a fairly small carrying case. This massage gun is amazing I have used other massage guns that are much more expensive and there is no difference in the way that this one works. I use it on my feet and I have planters this my go to for aching feet.

Teaching essential. The massage itself feels like a person is giving me a deep tissue massage! Be careful where you position the massager bc i could do damage to areas with little to no muscle but overall I am extremely happy! Its like having the missing part to my massgae chair  b/c my massage chair is too light in the neck area .  Heat works great but can get hot if longer than 15 min of use.  Instructions state to ensure to unplug when not in use.  Im paraphrasing but I am very vigilant to be sure i unplug when not using - to be on the safe side.  It is very comfortable.  Worth the price and then some!! Havent tried on my arms or legs bc no pain there yet.  but i imagine it would feel great! Great for relief of tension headaches too!  Remote feels cheap so recommendation is to take it slow with the buttons dont push too many too quickly. Excellent Product!. It is tempting to go to sleep with it on your back. I exercise every day and tend to get neck pain after doing weights and/or playing Pickleball.  I use the manager and it makes it all go away.  I like the heated option too.  It has many speeds and I like that I can make it as strong as I need.

It works, but you can not put your entire weight on it. .  It is not appropriate to lay on top of it - that would only work if you weigh about 70 pounds or less, which is a vanishingly negligible percentage of adults. .  I like that it is cordless.  It does work very well for the cost, but remember to apply only a moderate  say, up to 40# force  if you expect it to work.  Kids, maybe.

Heavy Duty Quiet Large Paper Shredder. The cushion is easy to clean with a damp cloth when unplugged, and fits easily in a standard suitcase if you need the relief while traveling. I bought this hoping that it would provide deep and effective massage for lower back pain that I get occasionally.  This works wonderfully and I love the heating element that comes with it too.  Back pain is alleviated after a couple of sessions.  It massages nicely, and the heating on it is an extra plus.

Working Great So Far!. The tool is well made, appears quite strong and the rubbery balls are high quality. I am a lifelong neck pain sufferer.  Plus they pull out from the pink stem  needs a bit of pulling but it comes out  and can be put back in at a 90 degree rotation. basic casual/stress/tight muscles related pain in neck.  I tried this on the back & legs as recommended in the very useful little booklet.  This one is the best.  It worked well on the legs for a self massage and I was able to target the sciatica pain down the leg. .  On the back it did not work since I think you have to be super slim  which I am not any longer  to get the effect just right. . .  It worked fine on my teen and helped her after a particularly hard martial arts class that left her with tense muscles.  The ones you rub when you are feeling stressed at the end of the day.  The entire family tried it out and gave it 5 stars. .  My husband would have given it 6 if he could. making it super easy to go up and down.  So. . . the natural tension in the plastic and the shape of the handles makes it super easy to increase pressure or decrease it on a spot you want without stressing out your hands. .  I also own many massagers /heat pads/oils and balms. in a nutshell. well. first off the little balls are just the right size / texture/ firmness to get to those really painful spots at the base of the head. if you suffer from pain in your neck area and like a pressure point massage that does not create its own pain. . . . .  Why?. this is the best possible tool I have found.  And the part I really love. .  Then the balls roll freely. Oh this gets the job done in those hard to reach places..

An excellent shredder. Amazing help me a lot after day of work especially sore shoulders.  I had no idea something so small could be so amazing.  I have always had tension in my shoulders and no massage has helped.  I used this every day or every other day and my knots are gone.  I was in constant pain and feel so much better.  You will not be sorry if with this in your life.

Really surprised!. Just make sure you are using the correct intensity. I work a desk job and carry all my stress in my neck and shoulders- I was looking for something I could use while sitting.  I like its ergonomic design, customizable massage modes, and heat therapy.  The magnetic spot to hold the controller with the massager is an extra good feature.  Whether you suffer from neck pain or simply want to relax after a long day, investing in a neck massager is a good choice. I am satisfied with this neck massager.

So glad I went with this one. If there is no nearby plug, I am using an extension cable because I want this on my couch, I am my office chair, when I am winding down before bedtime, or even while sitting at the dinner table.  I feel very relaxed by the gentle buzzing and vibrations and I can also control the intensity with the remote. The unique shape of this back massager let us me use it anywhere I want to use it.  I have paid for massages but it is only temporarily helped and can be costly.

It is small but a strong cutter. Is helping me with neck stiffness and headaches. To say this is wonderful device would be an understatement.  It gives a deep massage with heart.  Can position it in different angles to get the exact spot.  Always remember to drink plenty of water post massage.  We bought 2 to have a back up. . ..

Perfect for the home office. I have chronic low back pain.  Feels wonderful.  The first time I used it on my neck I almost cried.  Relieves the tight muscles and eases the pain. 5 stars is not enough! Perfect for baby ultrasound pictures. You control the pressure by how much you pull on the straps or lean on it.  I use mine in a recliner with a high back.  I go to physical therapy and they give a wimpy massage like they are afraid to touch you. This is a godsend for the neck, shoulder and back tension after ACDF surgery.  This says neck massager, but with the straps you can position it anywhere on your back.  Yes the heat works.  You may want to wait a couple weeks after surgery before trying.  Enjoy!!. I suffer from neck pain and stiff neck especially when I first wake up in the morning.

The best I have ever owned.. It gets in the knots between my shoulder blades really well! 10/10 would recommend to friends. Honestly, I have used it for about 8 days and it is been worth it.  It also works on your back and lower back.

I have laid on this thing with all of my weight expecting to break it, however it is very durable.  It gets the job done very well, and it is great for however much pressure you need to apply.  I use it on my entire back, upper and lower, and on my lower stomach when I need to.  I would recommend this to anyone.

This shredder is efficient, relatively quiet, and easy to use.. Ultimately I was most impressed on how deep this massager could actually go. Great shredded for the price. I enjoy using this Neck Cervial Pillow when I have a hard day at work and have a lot of tension buildup in my shoulders and neck.  I use it for approximately 10 to 15 minutes and it just releases all the tension that is build up throughout the day.  I also tried it on my lower body.

Worth every penny…. Excellent. for $30 this thing rocks.  just plug it in and put it where you want.  I used it from the lower back up to the top of my neck.  I am a full time college student and I work full time at a physically demanding/on your feet all day job plus I have a large bust so my back gets full of knots every day.  I am 140lbs and I put it on the floor and lay on it and it still works but I also throw it behind me and lean against it on the couch or my office chair.  It does give you a pretty hard massage but I like that and you can just lean away from it if it is too hard for you.  have not tried the car adapter so can not speak on that but it is a nice cheap way to get the knots and tightness out of your back and neck.  I do not even normally like heat but you can just turn that off plus it is kinda nice.

Great Shredder for the Money. i use it daily and especially after physical therapy sessions. Had this when I was in physical therapy decided to purchase myself and it does wonders when I have hard to reach spots in my back that are sore and need massaging.  Use all the time for relief.

Great Product Pouches!. The arm holders are on the longer side but is still pretty easy to finagle and really helps maintaining it in place and have nice control over the pressure. I have one several different massage pillows and devices, and this is the holy grail I tell everyone to get for their neck and shoulders.  The buttons are easy to manage and the machine stops immediately when turned off.  It pretty and easy to store away? No, but it sure gets the job done!.  The massage balls are closer to each other than the pillow versions and actually manages to massage both side of your neck at the same time without having to move from side to side.  I ordered this one and was using it the next day.

This Shredder Shreds!. It has automatically turn off time and diff heat level so very convenient.  It is not expensive, worth a purchase.  My husband looked up and found this “heated neck stretch” on .  I was hesitant to try it first because it feels hard and looks uncomfortable.  Once I laid on it first time, i felt my neck stretched so good and comfortable. I have terrible constant knots from my mid back all the way to the middle of my head. I have been having neck pain and spams from looking up computer at work for a year and did not release after I have tried some interventions.  Most time I fall in sleep just about 5-10 mins in.

Self Sealing Product. Got this for my boyfriend for his bday and we both LOVE it!! My boyfriend attempts to help with the knots in my back and shoulders but gets tired quickly due to the pressure I need.  This thing does the TRICK!! Great customer service!. I ordered my own massager immediately.   I like the heat option and that it can be turned down.  I visited my daughter after a particularly rough day at work.  I also enjoy using the counterclockwise feature when massaging my upper back.  I used it for about 20 minutes, moving it from my lower back to my middle back, to my upper shoulders and neck.  I cannot really tell a big difference in the strength options; however, since I like deep tissue massages, I use the strongest strength possible.  My back was not having spasms, I could move my neck easier, and my hands were no longer numb  a consequence when my shoulders/neck hurts .  I have also tried this massager on my calf muscles and elbow area.  For those parts of my body I do have to use the lower strength because it can get painful with full strength.  I was complaining about my back so my daughter suggested I try this massager.  The only problem I have with this product is that it has now gotten a squeaky when I use it.  To me, that was an indication that this massager was similar to a deep tissue massage.  It is still is 100% worth the price, but it is harder for me to relax with the squeaky noise.   Nurse note: Do not forget to drink lots of water after you use this product. Great at home products!. Nice Product pouches.. This set is a real bargain.  You may npt use every tool - but I am using 2 of them every day and the other 2 occasionally.   I especially like the solid block of wood that works perfectly on my shoulder and neck.   The surfaces are smooth - these are built fairly well and should last a long time.   This is a great deal for the set, that is for sure. I injured my wrist and needed something with a low setting to massage my forearm.

Great compact machine.. I really love it. Never been more relaxed!! This felt like getting a $100 deep tissue massage and the best part is I get to keep using this without spending $100 each time.  I have chronic neck and back pain with tension headaches.  This was amazing and I could even feel it working out my knots.  Highly recommend!!.

A great price and product. Then I found this product.  This is my second purchase and I highly recommend this.  I use it after a long day, sometimes on the sofa and in bed.  I feel much better afterwards and I love that i can change the intensity, direction and heat mode.  Also makes a good gift for that hard-working relative or friend.  Kneed into those muscles ,with a little heat just make it a pleasant experience.

Powerhouse shredder. I like that it is warming causing blood to flow to the area for healing and soothing, and mostly I do not have to leave my house and pay someone to get relief!. I am an office worker and use a laptop and large dual screens so I am looking up, down, and sideways, and sometimes I hold my head one direction for a long time, and I even sleep wrong no matter WHAT pillow I get! I am older and I have tried them ALL! This nicely stretches my vertebrae and releases tension and stress. Bought it for my friend for her birthday, she loves it so much she use it at work.

It helps in finding the sore spot or tight muscle on your shoulder or back.  It works great when you have nobody to massage the hard to reach areas.  It does look weird initially but the rounded hooks are very functional.  The cushion is easy to clean with a damp cloth when unplugged, and fits easily in a standard suitcase if you need the relief while traveling. The massage tool works pretty well.

Seriously the best self share. The heat inside is the only reason why I bought this one, and it does not disappoint.  This feels like it lifts my head off of my neck, when sitting upright.  The heat is formed to your neck, so you can heat in all of the right places.  The removable cover makes it easy to clean, as I will be using this daily.  When lying down it stretches the neck and puts it in the natural position, which is hard to do without this neck stretcher.   I had it sooner, but glad that I have it now.  You can not really see the buttons once you put it on, so it is good to know beforehand what those buttons do so you know what you are activating once you are wearing it.

Pay attention while in-use!. I can immediately turn and move my neck with no problems! I was not sure at first glance but when I used it I changed my mind quickly.  It feels Ah-MAZING! no stiff or soreness at all.  Like if I wash the case and fall asleep or take a nap on the recliner etc.   I had it propped up behind my neck this morning while sitting at my home office chair.  Ahhhh.  Well, this device gives a smooth and warm  if you use that setting  distribution of heat to my neck.   Side note: I used it for my hands and wrists to help ease some tension from previous injury and yes it feels like heat therapy!! Great economical way to get the job done. Love how it works my shoulders and neck. This literally feels like little fingers pinching your shoulders and it is amazing.  It is so weird how real like it feels.  The battery was not charged all the way when it came in and that was a bummer because I was really looking forward to use it.

I would buy again!. I do not do reviews until I have had enough time to see a product work.  Know that lump you get from looking down at a screen all day or in my case sitting 12hrs a day 4-5 days a week at a computer screen. Bought this about 5 or 6wks ago.  Well this small very reasonably priced investment into myself was well worth it.  While there could be a little more cushion for the neck after using it for a while it did what I needed and helped with neck pain and that lump on the neck from terrible posture.  If in doubt just try it you really are not losing anything by trying.  I bought this in July 2020 and the attached video on today March 22 2023 shows it is still 100 percent fully functioning! I mostly use it on my lower back.

Works great, for any shredder. This does not feel like weird robotic movements and vibrations randomly dispersed. I have been using this twice a day since I got it and even bought the car adapter so I can use it in my way home from work.  It relives a lot of my back and sciatic pain.

Good machine does a perfect job.. It works, but you can not put your entire weight on it. This has been great for when I am home alone but need a neck massage.  Well made.  Not a bad price either.

For the past month I have been on pain killers, muscle relaxers, icing and heating ant my neck has been so soar it was hard to walk or stand.  I even went and got a neck massage which helped temporarily and some chiropractic work.  I started looking on  for a Neck messager and this unit stuck out with great reviews.  Little pricey, but needed to get this issue resolved.  I received the unit on Monday night before going to work.  Tried it briefly and started to feel better.  Over the last couple of days my neck is about 85% better.  I also like the level aspect of how much of a massage it gives.  Strange feeling with pulsing and electro type stimulant it is the best investment I have made for this neck issue I have been dealing with.  VERY SATISFIED!!!!.

Small size - great for under desk. But this is also good for office chair!. ?Works great out of box in seconds.  Remote is easy to use.  Not easy finding a massager that does lying flat down.  Check out my video recording.

Sturdy and powerful!. Completely refreshes my whole body in only 10-20 minutes, that is awesome! Great products deserve great recognition . I previously have a background playing college football and here are my thoughts: Playing CFB at a D1 college, we had an amazing training staff that provided us with the top of the line hydration/electrolye replinishing performance supplements as well as an array of sun gaurd/heat protection aids to help survive the heat. Cord is nice and long.  Each time I take one of these after a hard workout or when feeling like by body could use a refuel, the result is ALWAYS feeling like a brand new person. They gave us gatorade products that are not even on the market, and compared to everthing I have tried, the LiquidIV electrolyte multipliers are by far the BEST electrolyte replinisher that I have ever come across, and works almost instantaneously.

Best Product Sheets. I would strongly recommend this!. I bought this for a family member with neck issues! Using this as directed has helped relieve his pain and improve ROM. Have had it for 3 days and have used it so much! Now I do not need to find a massage therapist! Edit: Have had a serious neck pinch for a few days this massager really helped loosen it up!.

It is just like a regular goods sheet pack except the pages are longer than normal.... It takes a lot of tension and stress off.  It really relaxed me that I think I am going to sleep better tonight. I love it! As soon as I got it, I tried it. I just got my back massager and I already love it.

Great variety pack - thicker than most!. This habit plus working at a desk plus the way I was sleeping was causing shoulder and spine issues. ?I do have stiff muscles on my shoulders and lower back.  These massage tools, especially the rolling tool with handles and satin cord, is awesome!!! I can get a massage, on my shoulders, on my own! Just remember, to put your hair up; otherwise, your hair will get tangled in it!  I tried the facial masssge.  I think, it is good, if you have a headache or need to relieve pressure, on your temples.  You can press back and forth.  This has a picture instructions but the write-up, is in Chinese.  To use it, it is better to put cream on your face.   Overall, The quality is impressive! Not imitation wood.  Feels like natural wood! Has a Smooth finish.  The price is good value, for this set.

This is an easy to use. It does not take the migraine away but it does offer some temporary dulling of the pain. I got this to try for my migraines which sometimes find relief from occipital release techniques.  That makes this a gem in my opinion.  While this is not the same as a hard therapy tool the heat and the gently neck extension feel amazing when combined.  I also tried a foam roller which helped and one I needed something better.

Exactly what I have been looking for. It is not a big deal as long as you have an outlet near where you plan to use it but I can see it being an issue for some people.  I ordered this massager, hoping it would help and WOW was I surprised! This is THE BEST massager I have tried! I love that this massager actually massages, not just vibrates.  I enjoyed the heat option too, it is nice to get the muscles really relaxed. ?I used it on my entire back, I am small enough and it is finger like kneading is life changing for real.  The ONLY negative thing I can say is that the massager has to be plugged into the wall to use.

The Best products in My Opinion. Love the heat for the neck muscles. This pillow is amazing! After working at my computer all day, I have horrible neck pain.  Love it unconditionally.  This pillow gives me the relief I need.

Must have piece for ES teacher!. My Pain Management Doctor recommended since I have to sit at my computer for 8 plus hours a day for work.  You can hit your trigger points to help relieve pain.  Quality product made to last!. First one had a bad switch but  sent a replacement asap in less than 48-hours over a Sunday AND Columbus Day ! Second one works great so far and feels terrific !!.

Great bulk Product pouches. Highly recommend. I LOVE this massager! I have a recurring pain in my neck that I was needing to find a home massager that would help me find relief.  It also has a zipper cover for easy removal for cleaning.  I prefer deep tissue massages, and I did not think I could find a neck massager that would be strong enough.  I have not tried that yet, but it looks to be very simple.  It has easy-to-use buttons, and multiple speeds.  It came charged a bit, so I could try it out as soon as I pulled it out of the box! It massages on both sides of the neck, as well as behind the shoulders where I tend to carry a lot of my tension.  I would buy this again! And I would buy it as a gift for others!.  But this product is what I needed.  Exactly what I needed for the very best price available.  I had my doubts when I purchased, but this one is great.

Extremely easy to use. It even comes with a cord to use in the car! Going to have to try that next time my back acts up and I have to go into the office. For $20, what a deal! I have used a theragun before and  as a non-athlete  I can not see a difference with this one.  I really love it. I like I can prop it on my pillow, throw a show on and get a great massage on my neck or back! It has a heat option, options of intensity and change of directions.

Perfect for keeping your important things safe!. easy to use and it does help with pain in any area. It is so nice to be able to pick this up and work on the pressure points and not having to go pay a fortune or wait for some one to do it.  I have arthritis in my hands and I can still hold and put pressure just by putting more weight as I move the bar.

Does a Solid job. And I can actually feel the massaging balls? on my back, whereas my previous model would have a hard time moving or the balls would be too small.   Thankfully this model has a secure wire and an on/off/reverse switch that changes the direction of the massagers or turns it off.   Overall very happy with this product.   This one also feels like it has improved massaging balls that can handle my weight - 210 lbs and not break under pressure. I randomly got this for after-sports massage and I was a bit surprised at its efficiency.

Seal and protect important cards or paperwork. Right from the opening of the package I liked this a lot! Very sturdy.  Reaches all the tight spots on my shoulders and neck, even felt good on my feet! I have recommended this to everyone! Will be buying some for gifts.  I watched Bob and Brad physical therapist on YouTube and they recommend a similar tool.

Perfect for what I needed it for. It Put my woman in real mood .  I highly recommend this.  i have been using it for almost a month now no complain.  I have tried two other shiatsu massager with the hand loop thingy, both in $50-100 range. I love this ,very high quality.

Stellar Customer Service. I suffer from insomnia and stiff shoulders and neck due to my work.  I needed something that would help me ASAP.  I bought this after looking at all the features and reviews of affordable massage devices sold on . I am a therapist who massages over 1,000 people a year.  I used it the night it arrived.  Then I wondered! I had a blast sleeping as if my insomnia was a lie! Since that day I have been using it every night before bed until I am satisfied.  1 month later, it started to sound a little weird, but I use it every day, so I can not help it.  I can only thank you for this inexpensive solution to my insomnia and fatigue.  And I have ordered 2 more as gifts for friends!!. Great for household tasks. heat is activated even if not switched on with regular massaging so I am not sure if that is the standard though. very easy to use and just plugged in ; provided relief to my neck and shoulders as well as lower back.  I had highly recommend this product.  I like the idea of inserting my forearms and let the massager do the work whether for the upper or lower back, pull the arms away and the massaging gets deeper. This massage and heat cushion has been a lifesaver for dealing with post work muscle and bone fatigue from standing for 12 hours a day.

Good for Cricut stickers. My wife use it for stiff neck and upper back seems to hit the spot every time she loves it.  They are so severe I have to get up and do leg stretches to get them to stop.

Great, Lightweight products. I use this every day when I get home. I have had extensive surgery on my neck from degenerative disease.  It is a great way to relax and prepare me for my evenings with kids and family.  I definitely recommend this to anybody who has neck pain.  After long hours of data entry at my job, my neck is tight and painful at the end of the day.  It is a wonderful machine. Product works as advertised, great for relieving neck pain due to tension.

It is not quite it is very loud.. Ordered one for each of my daughters.  I am thrilled my therapist showed this product to me!.  The orthopedic surgeons will not do repair surgery on patients over 70 so I had 6 weeks of physical therapy.  My therapist introduced me to this awesome massager a couple weeks ago and using it daily had had a dramatic positive impact to my body on many levels. I wish I had this a long time ago. Friendly for people with little mobility or ability to massage themselves. This pillow is amazing! Perfect settings for heat, intensity, and direction.  Light weight and easy to use in bed, on couch, and in chair.  Comes with a car plug in but I have not used that yet.  Helps a ton with my tense back and neck muscles.

Great for car insurance cards. Although it is a little hard if I lean into to it. I broke my back three years ago and this definitely helps with my muscles and pain.  I had no idea what it was.

This tool was delivered quickly.  I had a stiff arm with loss of range of motion and felt like tendonitis.  I said before I go to the doctor I would try to take care of it myself, so I ordered this massager. My partner is a welder, I work from home, both of us have shoulder pains. ?I wanted to leave this review for those wondering if this product will last .  I bought this in July 2020 and the attached video on today March 22 2023 shows it is still 100 percent fully functioning! Great product for a good price. The strength/power was half of its original shape. This roller massager works really well to relieve tension.  Takes some practice to maneuver it.  It is made from strong plastic, but I do not see it wrapping around my hips or waist lol.  Overall for $18 it is a great tool to have for your massage collection!.

Great value sheets. It is very easy to use and you can apply the amount of pressure that you want by pulling on the straps if you want light pressure you lit up if you want heavy pressure you pull down the only thing I have to say is it is a bit bulky. This massager totally exceeded my expectations, based on how much it costs compared to much more expensive massagers.  The pressure is great and it works as a back massager as well.
