This shredder is worth it is price considering the potential benefits!. GNC had a wonderful hair, nail skin vitamin and they stop making it.  So I started using this.  I have been using it now for three months and it does the job.  I have seen new hair growth I think the one thing that I have noticed the most is my skin, I have eczema and my skin has cleared up very well and it keeps on getting better.  The only thing that concerns me is if you read the directions on the bottle, it tells you to take three tablets a day.  Well I am old and three tablets a day.  give me enough vitamin B kick in the pants so that I act like an energizer bunny on steroids, I mean there is no stopping me and then I have a problem sleeping so I only take two a day and it still works.  I love how soft my hair feels.

Worked Like a Charm!. My nails grow so strong and healthy and so does my hair. Quick and easy to use with A4 or Letter size pouches. I like the way it makes my hair shine and it is too soon to tell if it will help my hair fallout, so I give it 5 stars. I am not a fan of herbal smells, period. The bottle is small and durable and comes with simple, straightforward directions.  The shampoo smells like every herbal extract I have ever smelled—strong! It does dry with a softer smell, and the conditioner is not bad.  I hesitated to buy this set for that reason, and I was right.

Great Product sheets!!!. I started using this product because I had bald patches forming and my hair was shedding so much.  I saw this product on  and I used it for 3 months until I saw a difference!!! When I saw sprouts coming through my hairline I was so happy that I started calling all my family members and jumping for JOY!!!!! I love this product and it is so so easy to use- it does MOT make your hair oily or greasy at all! It actually pumps up your hair!! Just be patient- it does work!!!!!. It did not make my hair grow but it made it stronger.

Great customer service. I recommend these vitamins. Just like Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton, this is a great duo.  I have thinning very very baby fine slightly wavy hair.  My son is 17 and also has similar hair but is curlier than mine.  We have both been experiencing hair loss.  I bought two sets of these one for each of us and I just started mine today.  I absolutely love the way it feels and smells, and my hair was easy to comb through after the conditioner, without feeling too heavy.  I did not need to use a spray-in leave in conditioner when I got out before I combed through, but it also was not slick with silicone  which is good .  Blowing it dry there is absolutely no frizz and the ends look very nice, cohesive and more shiny than usual already.  Sitting here about 30 minutes later my scalp feels a little bit minty as if my pores are getting more blood flow, but not extreme.

Product as advertised.. It recommends 5 sprays but I would say 2 or 3 is plenty depending on how long your hair is.  One improvement that could be made is adding a nozzle so that you can spray it directly to your scalp if you have longer hair but that is a minor complaint. The bottle is small and durable and comes with simple, straightforward directions. I have not used it long enough to say if it is working, but I love how easy it is to use.

Perfect for ultrasound. I like this product because it is not messy, and there is no dripping down your forehead. I have been using this product for several months now and have seen significant hair growth, especially on the top of my head.  Will continue to use. My hair is very dry, fine, and thin.

Excellent for classrooms. Did not like container is less than half full. Liked it has no taste.  Less need to purchase more, less waste.  Easy to take. Okay, so I waited until I have been taking this for a full month before a review.

Good Product for Manual Product. They are so small and I had no troubling swallowing them. I had no idea this product would actually work as intended. . .   After 30 more days, it started to grow back!  Then, after another 30 days--it got thick again and I am no longer paranoid about it. and they did not cause any irriation.   Now I am recommending this to ANYONE and EVERYONE I see because it really has helped me.  I ordered this product and in the first month  after 30 days  it STOPPED falling out.  My husband takes only 1 pill a day. . .  If you follow any of my other social media accounts -- my hair is a major brand identifier, so imagine my shock when it started to fall out in clumps and thin out. have not seen a difference for him at all.  So there is that.  I am not a doctor and can only tell you from my experience -- I was taking 5 pills a day in the morning.   Have a happy hairy day ya'll!.  Makes my hair so soft and frizz free.

Great for the office. I used the blue bears before but way expensive and this ones are the same and better price and works amazing for the hair.  Mostly it feels fine but when I do a lot of walking or bending down   I garden and stairs to climb  I can feel it. Im so loyal to this gummies.

Good Quality for the price.. I gave 5 stars despite the fowl pepper taste because this product works so well! I have weak flakey soft nails that have always been IMPOSSIBLE to grow out- until now.  I do not even take these supplements consistently and only ever 2 at a time.  I have never had any negative side effects.  I will continue to buy this product. Small, but great for home use. This is the only shampoo that I can use every day and every day my hair feels so good.  I do not have the best quality hair - thin, fine, weak, sparse.  After spending over $2600 on various high end and drugstore hair thickening & growth products  yes I sat & and calculated one day  - This is the only product I will buy for the rest of my life.  This somehow also eliminated my dandruff. I cannot begin to say how happy I am.  I have researched each ingredient individually too & all these are also prescribed in Ayurveda.  I am sold!.  The scent is light without overwhelming the senses.

Perfect for classroom projects. I find it a bit too heavy to use before styling hair but good on lashes and eyebrows 20 minutes before applying makeup. ?I really like this set.  It is affordable  12.  There is a scent but for me it is not super noticable.  Where it helped immediately was my itchy scalp, other results take much longer.  I started to notice less hair fall out when brushing around the 1 month mark.  After a couple of weeks I noticed improvements in my eyelashes.  This is my second set of this and I do plan to buy more.  It is has also made my lashes healthier.  I primarily use this as a scalp treatments before showing or before bed. Would have liked it to smell better, but that is not what I bought it for.  The results are slow and require diligence but I do believe it has help my overall scalp health and resulted in less fall out. 99  and does help.

Runs very quite and smooth. Im not sure if it works or not but I do not see any difference.  It started getting thicker.

Much stronger than regular goods rolls. I let it stay in my hair for 24 hrs or longer before washing.  I believe the longer it is in your hair before washing, the quicker you will see results.  I apply it to my scalp 2 times a week  massage into the scalp and comb thru your hair .   My hair has gotten thicker and longer.  Another major benefit, it is an awesome general moisturizer and a great smoothing moisturizer. This product works great on my hair.   Try it, and promise to share your results after one month. Roller is good, sharp and it rolls so efficiently.

Not as thick and sturdy as a name brand I finished using. I take them at dinner or 2 hrs before bedtime. Huge bottle of soft chewy gummies, make sure to brush your teeth after, they kinda stick to your teeth.  Other than that 3 months in and my hair is thicker and longer, mostly thicker.  Great product!.  I get compliments all the time on how nice it smells.

Awesome 14 sheet shredder!. I much say it was the price that also caught my eye. I discovered this product on , I read the reviews and decided to give it a try.  I am glad I did! I decided to get it because of some issues I was having with my hair.  Do not hesitate give it try! I will purchase again.  I started using this and I can feel the difference in the texture and also see some growth.  In my 2nd month of use, I made the decision stop with the crew cuts and let my hair grow out a little.  My hair is thin and broken off at the back of my head.

Such Good Value!. I have heard a lot about rosemary so very excited as to what this product can do for me.  This has two bottles one is a hair growth oil and the second is a hair growth serum. Easy to swallow no bad taste and can not wait to see the end results.  I put very little and then massage it well and then that is it.  I also do wash my hair every other day and I have seen some small hairs and hoping that it is working.  I will continue to use it and hopefully get some good results with it.  I use one in the morning and then the other at night.

Great machine for the price.. At all. So I have had no issue so far using this hair treatment system.  I suffer from dandruff, flaking scalp and dry patches along my scalp line and Crown.  It gets so bad sometimes that patches will fall off and sort of scaly and because they are lighter than my skin, they stand out very easily, leaving the skin underneath sensitive to the touch when I try to remove them or clean my face or scalp.  To combat that, I have been looking into leaving oils like this set.  I have heard good things about rosemary oil and I figured it would be worth giving this a try as I am just tired of trying to balance out and make my own DIY treatments which can be tedious and expensive and ultimately a waste of time if you do not know what amounts of oils will work for your hair.  With this, a lot of the guesswork is taken out.  From the initial time using this I have not had any ill effects or increased dandruff.  I have had this for a few weeks now and I can say for sure that my scalp has felt less dry and I can easily combine the serum with my existing leaving hair cream for an easy transition into my routine hair care.  The smell is noticeable even before opening either of the bottles, though it is less pungent when it is absorbed.  I reserve the serum for my scalp to be applied every other day or so along the parts in my protective hairstyle while using the Growth Oil directly in my hair cream, reserved for once to twice a month When redoing my hair after shampooing and conditioning.  I am hoping that this will continue to have lasting effects at least towards my scalp to prevent excess hair loss and drying around my roots which seems to be reducing after acquiring this set.

Does exactly what it is intended for.. I was looking for a remedy for hair loss and settled on this serum and did not regret it. This product is fresh and not oily that it does not irritate your scalp or mass up with your hair style that you can simply apply it in the morning and the evening.  After applying it for a month, I think I am losing less hair.  Hope it helps more as I keep applying it!.

Worth it to spend more and get one with better motor. I made this purchase as my hair had been falling out for some time to the point where it was quite noticeable and other products were out of my price range.  Within the first couple of weeks my hair stopped falling out and now after several months it has grown back in! I also have my husband taking it now and he is extremely happy that his hair is growing back too!! We are both in our 70's and will continue to take this Biotin!! My heritage is Japanese/German and he is English/French.  No hair fall-out or mess so I am pleased with the product this far and looking forward to future results.

Great choice for office/teachers. Do not underestimate this shredder!. Been taking these about a month along with another hair supplement. I absolutely love this shampoo & conditioner combo.  I just ordered my second set.  This definitely helped my hair to stop falling out, I found out that my last shampoo/conditioner had wheat protein in it, which I have an allergy to and it causes my hair to fall out by the handfuls.  The scent is a light lemon grass scent, very pleasant even my kids love it.  My hair is thicker and beautifully moisturized as well, even with a head full of highlights.  I also wash my face with the shampoo, I am not sure if the company would recommend this but my skin looks great! Definitely recommend! ?? ? ? ?.

Exactly as described. I have not used the product long enough to know whether it works or not, but I did not have any issues with my order and have not had any bad reactions to the product or anything like that. I bought these because my hair was falling out like crazy! Only a month after using them I only lose like 2-3 strands of hair compared to 10-15 in the shower! I also have a lot of baby hairs coming out! So definitely will keep buying and the flavor taste better than others I have tried!.

Fantastic Product pouches.. I will be using this product forever!. Purchased this due to progressive hair thinning in my crown area.  Used this twice a day for 30 days and the thinning area has completely filled in! I also use this around my receding hairline, but no results so far.  It does not suds up like normal shampoo but do not let that turn you off, its wonderful.  This product is non-drying and does not cause itchy dry, scalp, and flakes like other minoxidil products.

Save your money and buy this brand!. They are still increasing the price!  but I am 100% satisfied with their product.  It works! However I have inadvertently knocked over two entire bottles in those two years.  When I discovered this product with biotin and in a spray bottle, that was my perfect solution! One of the best shredder I have ever owned. I have super thin hair and missing a lot on my sides just started using it and so far it seems to be doing something can not wait till it fully shows loving the product so far. I just started taking this so it is too early to see any benefits, but the packaging is very nice, the capsules are the perfect size and very easy to swallow.  I will update my review in a few weeks.

VERY NICE! Inexpensive, no smell!. I have been using this product for well over two years.  My nails used to come off in layers and then eventually break, sometimes bleeding.  I tried other products but nothing worked.  Since I have been using this it my nails no longer split and break and I have to actually cut them as they grow too long.  Imagine that.  I have recommended this to friends and family..

Excellent shredder for personal documents.. Which I will do  GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT PRICE. Bought for one of my daughters birthday gifts, by request of her.  She is been using this for years and swears by it.  I have thin, fine hair to begin with but after a few months of using this shampoo and spray, I have NEW growth at the back/botton of my hair and in the front.  All I can say is I often ask her if I can touch her hair, because it looks sooooooooo soft, and healthy.

Great product works well on Lakeshore products. Product really helps maintain hair , grow finger and toe nails and skin is still smooth at age 58 ! I have been taking this product for at least 10 years and it is the only product that has helped me maintain thinning hair in the back of my head ! My fingernails and toenails grow really fast too ! I take 1 oval small easy to swallow capsule twice a week and that seems to be substantial enough to help hair ,nails and skin ! Try it and you will see for yourselves ! I have tried Many hair promoting products and really do not want my nails to grow long fast but this is the best product that I have ever used that has natural ingredients for maintaining hair thinning but you will still see hair falling out but thinning spots will stay the same and eventually gain as I can tell with my own ! It is not a Bosley or any other hair replacement as advertised on TV but you want to maintain what little thinning spots in your head , you should try taking it twice a week , I take 1 on Wednesday morning and 1 on Sunday morning every week and it has helped me maintain what hair I have left and possibly thickened my bald spot in the back of my head since I have been taking it approximately for 10 years.

This little jewel is amazing! I needed to share some small cards for .... I was so amazed and this is the reason that I am writing this review. I just bought this couple weeks ago.  I was getting so sad day by day by looking at my head.  I am 32 years of age and I have started loosing my hairs.  If you are loosing your hair as well, I would say you should definitely give it a try.  First I thought nothing would happen but I was wrong.  I have been using this from last three weeks regularly two times per day as specified in the instructions once in the morning and once at night time before bedtime. I have only been using the product for about a week so I can not say whether or not it is causing new hair growth yet.  The best thing, however, is that my joints have been feeling less stiff and I have noticed improved flexibility.

Best Investment!. I would not say this is an instant miracle product, but I have seen growth with regular use and massaging of my scalp. I used to use this in college and left it behind for newer brands.  I would not apply this at bedtime because it can stain your sheets.  I actually like the smell of the product.  Instead I apply it in the morning so it has time to absorb during the day.  Overall I highly recommend this product.  I have had some thinning due to braids and decided to go back and re-try this product and I wish I had never left.  It is affordable, the ingredients are natural and it can with assist growth.  Instead it smells earthy and natural and I actually prefer that.  The amount you apply depends on your texture and style, so start with a couple of drops and go from there.  This product does not smell like coconuts or birthday cake or fruit like many other hair products. Seeing great improvement in coverage and health of my hair.

large  Product pouches. I spray it once in the morning after showering and massage it into the scalp.  Then once again at night an hour or two before I go to sleep.  It takes 30 minutes to absorb into your scalp and 4 hours to fully absorb into your scalp and system.  After 4 hours you can wash your hair again if you need to. This works better than anything else I have tried and I have tried everything on.

Love it. Worth it. very important to me! I have been using it for a short time but I know a few people who are using it with great results so I expect the same.  I am excited to see how it works for me. . . No irritation.  My hair was thinning at an alarming rate, that is slowed.

Great little paper shredder. This product is amazing! The smell is great and it delivers on all the features.  My hair has never been so soft and free of frizz.  Make sure you are wiping the end on occasion as there is sometimes a bit of build up there. Wife has been using this product for years and has never been disappointed by the results.

Great Quality & Recommended!!!. Over all, I am very happy with the progress and came back to write a review because I was planning to buy another bottle!. Ive been using it for less than a month and honestly I have seen minimal results, im waiting for more time using it to know for sure its good! However, first glance, i expect good things! Recommend so far! Ill be back to give another review after more time!.  I have tried so many different products but none gave me results like this product did.  After 3 months of use, I noticeably see very very many baby hairs that I used to not have.  From there I started to notice my little bald spots were filling in which made me so happy! It started a lot of new hair growth, but it did not necessarily stop the hair fallout but I am still okay with.   I will say though, this product dried out my scalp a bit causing dandruff.  So instead of spraying it on my scalp 5 times a week, I started to do 3 times to lessen the dandruff.  I have my hair parted to the side and I have been noticing that my part began to be more sparse because I was losing so much hair.

Simpler, but pricier way to keep your shredder lubricated. worth every penny, HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT!. This product is great! I have tried many different products for hair growth and this has been the best one yet! It does not make my hair oily or greasy feeling and I have seen results pretty quickly.

Easy to setup & use!. I also love the fact that it is 5% Minoxidil as opposed to 3% from other products. As I am getting older I have become concerned about my hair.  I noticed more hair falling out than usual and some spots were looking a little barren.  I changed up my diet and bought this shampoo and conditioner and I believe those two things helped me a lot! My hair seems Fuller and my scalp feels clean! Great shampoo and conditioner give it a try it may work for you!.

Homeschool helper. I am not complaining because I did not buy this for longer nails.  I bought it to address the vertically split nail.  The nail would try to grow and I had file it down as low as I possibly could hoping to get to the root of the split.  Problem solved!! It amazes me how thick and healthy my nails feel now, especially the problem nail, as opposed to how they felt prior to my taking these vitamins!  Some reviews mention this product causing their skin to breakout.  A couple of weeks in, I did notice a minor breakout on my forehead.  I had doubts as to whether this product would help but after reading the reviews for this product, decided to give it a try.  But just as quickly as it happened, it cleared up.   My hair. .  Before, I could push down on my nail and it would easily bend.  I have thin edges and. . One of my finger nails had a baaad vertical split. . I still have thin edges, lol.   I started taking these vitamins 3 months ago.  I wish I could say that these vitamins have made my edges grow in thick and my hair flourish.  But, meh, like I said, my main concern was the split nail.  Now, I push down and my nails do not budge; solid as a rock.  On that note, these vitamins have DEFINITELY improved the condition of my nails!!!  UPDATE: The nail with the vertical split. .  Annoying level:1000. .  I spoke too soon.  I would think that my nails becoming longer would be part and parcel with that.  The vertical split is still there.  Other than that, these vitamins did improve my nails.  Funny thing is my nails have become thicker and stronger.  They definitely grew thicker and longer.  I ran out of the vitamins a few months ago and the condition of my nails deteriorated.  To no avail.  Now, they are short and stubby again.  Seems I have to take these vitamins religiously to keep my nails healthy.  Lengthwise, I am not seeing a difference.  :-/. This Works Well, is Simple to Use and Has a Built-in Cutter – Letter-Sized Paper, too. My nails were brittle and my hair was growing but breaking at the ends so it looks like my hair had not grown in month's.  Then I read a report about the benefits to anti aging.  The good news , my nails look pretty, my hair is shiny and growing and my skin looks refreshed.  Love the vitamins. Easy to use product at a very good price. I tried a few things but these finally help.  My nails were down to the quick when I started taking them. My nails were cracking and peeling. So glad I came across this product and am very pleased with the results.

Perfect for small house. I ordered this for myself ~ best detangler I ever used ~ just ordered four for my granddaughters ~ thick, curly hair , very long straight hair ~ awesome!. This is the best leave in conditioner! My daughters and myself have thick, wavy hair, and this product mixed with damp hair takes all of the tangles out, without hurting anyones scalp.  It also has a pleasant scent and does not dry crunchy or greasy.  It leaves hair silky and soft! The only thing to note, is that the spray bottle can get clogged by the dried product and when you go to spray it, it may squirt in different directions.  I like to cover the nozzle with my hand and spray a few times directly in my palm, rub it together and swipe it through my hair.

So glad I bought this. Let me start with the fact that i am getting absolutely NOTHING for this review.  That said, this product is awesome!!! I only used it twice in a month and i already saw hair growth near my temples and peak where i was really bald !! If i used it as directed i probably would have seen more.  I gave it to someone who has hypothyroidism induced hair loss and they saw hair growth as well!! I definitely saw significantly less shedding.  Now its the normal amount.  All different vitamins for you and I do believe I see a change in my hair.

Awesome quality!. needed a longer size sheet.. I bought this product for my hair to help regrow.  My hairstylist recommended this product.  I decided to try .  I started on beginning of September.  So I use it twice a day on roots of my hair and with circular movement massage my scalp as it shows on instrumentation.  I will update after one month.  This is updated, my baby hairs are regrowing and getting stronger.  The hair even the front forehead and sides area growing I can see little hair growing.  This is my second bottle and second month I will use it for 6 months to see how it goes. I saw results from this my skin started to glow my hair was shiny, can not say much abt my nails because they are always growing.

Worth it, but be patient. I have not had long hair in over 5 years and I have been going crazy straightening my hair in the last few months but I have actively avoided using heat on my hair while using the product, even the in between days, and there is a noticeable difference. I have only had this product for about 2 weeks, but after taking a few showers, Spraying it on my hair after the shower, it has made my hair SO soft and shiny and tamed.  I love it, and when I run out, I will buy more.  10/10.  I have pretty frizzy hair and it gets tangled a LOT, but after using this, my hair hardly gets tangled.  I originally bought this because when my hair started to regrow it was falling out just as fast, this plus shampoos to help and my hair has become much stronger, I can even pull on it without it falling out which anyone trying to regrow hair can tell you is an amazing feeling.

Reliable and sturdy. finally this product worked incredible, my hair stop falling and feel is full and bright. I have been taking these for a couple weeks. After using several Biotin shampoos and taken straight Biotin, nothing improved.

Successfully Grinded Through My 20 year Back Log of Papers. This stuff is so awesome, it smells so good, it does not hurt or burn my scalp, and is the perfect thing you need if you are experiencing any hair loss! I have used this product before and I can say I already see a difference!.  I almost forgot, it does thicken your hair.

I have been using this for a few years now, and this is a great product to help with your nail and hair growth!  I am in my mid 40's with thinning hair, and this has helped with strengthening it more to not all fall out while I brush my hair.  And my nails have always grown “some”, but when I take these I am able to maintain nice semi-long nails.   PROS: 1.   The only problem I have had, was one shipment that came a capsule had bursted in the bottle, wrecking all the capsules.

Functional and replaceable.. Lol I love this product already!. Really great shredder. I was not actually sure if my hair had grown much in the 30 days I took the vitamins but looking at the photos it definitely has. Quiet sound and looks nice as well as works well. I‘m a month taking 3 tablets a day and I am seeing a difference in hair and skin improvement.  I do not do Botox but do take care of my skin and am seeing some changes as far as smoothness and laxity.  My hair loss has slowed to almost stopping and I am feeling some growth and thickness back. Comes out super clear. This is a must buy. To say this is Amazing is an understatement. These smell nice and my hair is noticeably fuller and cleaner longer than from my previous shampoo and conditioner.  I found the shampoo and conditioner that goes along with this in between the three my hair went from feeling like straw to feeling soft and silky.

Great shredder for small office. Can not wait to see results!. I have not used it long enough to notice any difference yet  5 days  but it makes my scalp feel nice and hydrated.  I watched that tedious video by those Beverly Hills doctors but did not want to get roped into their scheme, so I looked for alternatives and found this.  I am usually very sensitive to new products but I have had zero allergy reactions with this product.

A better deal than the 3M ones for a much better price. But only while you are taking it! I had been pretty consistent with taking this after dinner every night and my hair was growing like crazy, I would know, since I have got bangs, it was easy to tell.  But as soon as I stopped taking it my hair stopped growing as fast.  But that made it obvious what a difference this product was making!  I will update this review in a couple weeks after it is been a full month.  But so far it is worked fabulously! I will disclose I am also taking a DHT blocker, but I do not think they do the same thing and I am not anticipating that making a difference so early on.   Some pros and cons  CONS: 1.  I think the pills being coated in a metallic pink is weird and off putting.  But that is truly my only REAL complaint.  2.  They are a pretty solid multivitamin! But they lack iron and zinc. 6 month update: I 100% recommend this to everyone struggling with their hair! 10/10!  Update after 2 weeks: THIS STUFF WORKS.  While that is true with most multivitamins, Zinc and Iron deficiency can contribute to some types of hair loss, so it does seem odd for it to contain so little.   PROS: 1.  I am weak stomached and experienced no initial stomach upset.  2.  These are FDA approved and made in the US 3.  They are still an excellent multivitamin with most essential vitamins.  Balanced enough that I do not feel the need to supplement any more than the occasional iron and zinc.  4.  It appears to be working! While I do not expect it to actually regrow hair, my hair is soft, strong, and shiny, my skin is less dry, my dandruff is gone  tbh I did not expect that  and my nails are thick and white.  5.  It is affordable! Almost 2 months for less than $10.  Get outta here.  The pills came melted and stuck together.

Perfect seal every time!. A miracle potion so long as you follow instructions.  My hair might be a bit greasier on day 3 but a little dry shampoo and I am good to go.  IT WORKS! My hair grew back just as thick and silky as before. I have been using Minoxidil 5% for about 6 months now as it was recommended by my Dermatologist.

I share everything now. I am still using this religiously and do have new hair growth so we will see if I experience more then normal. I was skeptical because I have fine hair, but once this dried on my scalp I did not experience greasy hair. i have been using this product since 2019 when i got a pixie cut and regretted it LOL.  It may have a residue feeling for an hour or so but it soaks in and my hair feels like normal.

Does what it does good!. Works wonders! I use this in my hair & my toddlers hair.  It is the perfect detangler that hydrates your hair.  I also saw a noticeable change in our hair length within the first month. It is very light, leaves hair feel clean, not greasy at lot.

Thick and consitent. I started the product Olmos 4 weeks ago, and hair is growing, I can not believe it, but it is after years of baldness.  Right now the hair is still very short, but it is there.  Also my hair is more strong, I am not loosing as much as before!!!! Little powerhouse of a shredder. But after deciding to let my hair grow out again after 20 years, I noticed it was getting dry and frizzy-looking so I tried using the conditioner every day instead of once or twice a week.  The shampoo's scent is refreshing and different.  The conditioner has a heavier, apple scent that is a bit too “fruity” but I find it effective.   I started using this shampoo a couple of years ago because I was looking for something that was free of chemicals and the anti-thinning claim was a bonus in deciding to try it.  I have been using it for a few years.  The hairstylist I started going to since January  about 9 months ago  asked me if I was taking different vitamins or medication because she thinks I have new hair growth in the last few months.  I do not know if it is a direct result of this shampoo/conditioner combo, but why rock the boat?.  I use one in the morning and then the other at night.

Keeps my shredder running smoothly. Easy to apply. We like it seems like it is working very fast.

Retirement here we come. This products has a good smell to it I used a few products on  with minoxidil in it and this by far has the best smell and best ingredients I do not know how effective it is yet have not been using it long enough to tell but so far so good. Loving the results so far and easy to use! I like using it before bed and I like how you use it on dry hair.

Small batch home shredder. It is non greasy but you do have to use it on dry hair.  Would recommend!.  I have noticed new hair growth in places I thought should never have hair again.  I am so thrilled with the results. I have been using this product for almost a month now and have already noticed the difference.

Just as good as the “expensive” brand. Only been using 2 weeks so far and noticing a few hairs coming in already, more in the bangs area but getting some in the crown area also.  Will update more after a few months, but so far I have some hope that it will work. Sturdy. Nicely clear after heating. Well, this one ACTUALLY works!. I have tried a lot of different serums over the years. My hair does feel better and the shampoo seems to be working well.  They have all had decent reviews for other people but never really had results for me.

Shreds to perfection. I really enjoy this shampoo and conditioner!.  I am using this to grow my edges back from traction alopecia.  Although it is said that hair can not grow back from traction alopecia, I am seeing little hairs growing in places that were shiny bald.  I am not using this every single day, so I am surprised at the growth I have seen so far.  The smell is very light and not overbearing.  Will come back and update this review in another 4 weeks.

Works pretty well. I also use scorobrow and noticed an extra assist with my brows growing fairly fast as well.  Fabulous formula and love the price.  Did not know I should not tie so tight well lesson learned and threw those bonnets away.   the was a capsule form not too fond of gummies getting stuck in my teeth is my only con with gummie vitamins. Honestly I was taking sugar bear after a month I had not seen any new growth or any change. Actually works!! my nails have always been soft and brittle.   I was ready to give sugar bear another change but I was not willing to pay the price then I saw this I was like this must be extra strength did not see the sugar bear name amd saw the BETTER PRICE!!! Great products for the classroom!. I liked the texture and flavor  others complained not sure why it is good- it is a vitamin not a fruit snack lol  I am growing out my dyed hair and struggle with postpartum hair loss and I am going back to natural. 1st time user of this and hope to buy it again.  Have a seen a huge difference in my hair since trying it.

Not very noisy and great for small amounts. My hair is not coming out as much as it was and it is starting to grow back. I am blonde by bleaching.  This makes my hair so soft.  Does not weigh it down or make it look greasy.  Helps with styling.

Easy to use, good value for price. Love it and highly recommend.   I have not had any side effects that I know of but it has not even been a month since I started it and I am not at the full recommended dose. I love this stuff, wish I had taken a before picture, had hair issues due to thyroid problems, can really see the difference since starting, simple twice a day use , no mess or smell.

Works perfectly.  Very flat goodss and very quiet while Product.. I simply put some on my fingertips and rub it on my scalp.  I find I no longer have to clean my hairbrush and I do not know if that is because hair is not falling out, but I know it is not breaking anymore.  It also gives the impression that my hair is thicker better than any product that claims to do that. Quality is great!. I have family history of thinning hair and hair loss due to Covid so I am hopeful. Double sided, dry earse friendly, waterproof, and best of all its 200 sheets!. Wash with no conditioner, spray a small amount in my hand. In 50s and been using for almost 6 months, at start had significant hair loss / bald spot in middle of head but now some thin black hair has regrown in the previous sparse/empty areas.   Will continue using to see if hair gets thicker, seems like it will if things continue this way.  Should have started earlier had I known about this product.  No bad side effects for me.

High Quality - Good Value. My nails have never been brittle, but before the biotin I would say they were average.  I never worried about them chipping but after the biotin my nails are absolutely amazing.  Not only do they grow very fast, but they are also rock solid.  I take 2 a day since 10000mcg is the daily recommend maximum intake of biotin and my hair, nails, and skin have seen a significant difference.  I cannot bend them and they cannot be peeled or picked at either.  I do notice that when I have to cut my nails that if I am not careful they do go flying off because I need to apply so much force to cut them.  It was hard to even grow a quarter of an inch a month and it was stressful to see.   My skin has also seen great improvements as well.  After introducing the biotin to my daily routine I can say that the biotin now helps me grow 3/4 of an inch each month.  My skin before was a sickly pale color.  I am fair skinned so everything is completely noticeable if I have a problem.  I will say that although the hair on my head grows faster, the hair everywhere else does as well.  I have always had problems. I love these biotin supplements.  Before buying I was wary of all those reviewers who commented that buying this for acne prone skin was a bad combination, but I did not have that problem.  Although I do suffer from acne, it has calmed quite a bit, but the biotin actually helped the health of my skin substantially.  In the past when I did this before the biotin I noticed that my hair was stunted in growth.  I have a nice, healthy color now, my skin is not as oily, and I have less breakouts since starting the biotin.  I can comfortably get a trim from my trusted hairdresser and not have to worry about my hair not growing.  For those of you who are scared of the biotin creating breakouts and cystic acne I would recommend boat loads of water.  I will say that I am not shy in the amount of water I consume.  They are actually very small and I can swallow them very easily.  I estimate a gallon everyday.  I tried everything from eating better to not touching my hair all together but it did not help much.  I actually tested my theory out to see if water played a role in creating the acne.  I purposefully drank less water than I normally would and lo and behold cystic acne appeared.   My hair suffers a lot mostly because I love to experiment with color and bleach my roots every 2-3 months.  They were painful, but once I began to consume the amount of water I would regularly I noticed no acne and the cystic pimples that appeared started to shrink.  I do not mind that so much, but for those people who do not want to keep up with shaving then I would not suggest this for you.   Overall, drink a lot of water, expect to see changes all over your body, and if your having a bad reaction to the biotin then stop taking it.  I know that what works for me will not work for everyone, but I love this product and recommend it to anyone who is looking for stronger skin, hair and nails.  I used to have thin hair to where my scalp was noticeable but now my hair has grown out thicker and more strands seem to be growing out and you can no longer see big gapping holes in my hairline.  I am ordering a second bottle.

Water proof Cricut stickers!. I used this product so I can grow hair in very thin edges.  I see a little hair growing.  I have tried various collagen's and they seem to have helped with growing length but none really with fallout & thickness.

Better than 10 mil, seriously!. 5 inch a month, gotten shinier, and has fewer split ends since using this oil.  I did just have a baby 2 months ago so it is partially the pregnancy hormones I am sure. My hair has grown 1-1.  I can not really speak to the thinning just yet, but the shampoo at the very least does not mess up my head.

Always Seal Perfectly. My hair and nails are definitely growing quite quickly and thicker too.

share Mavhine. very light weight and easy to use!. I was looking for a remedy for hair loss and settled on this serum and did not regret it.  There is much less hair on my robe and floor, which shows that the roots have strengthened.  I will continue to use it and wait for new hair to grow.

Functions well do not over load. I have been using collagen peptides for years, but with limited results.  This is the answer.  Before I was halfway through my first bottle the crepe was COMPLETELY GONE.  I am always told I look 20 years younger than my 51 years, but in sleeveless tops and shorts, that crepey chicken skin always have me away.  Try this first! This contains lots of potent ingredients that just do the trick for me.  About 3 months after having COVID about 1/2 my hair inexplicably fell out.  This stuff is good.  It was awful and frustrating and sad! Great purchase for business use. I need Nutrifol or my hair falls out.  My hair is stronger and thickening back up, and my nails are stronger.  this first and though I was still taking DHT blocker and omega hair formula etc, my hair started falling out again. This works better than anything else I have tried and I have tried everything on.

Great shredded for the price. This is easy enough to use. I think this product is SO much easier to use than the typical foam minoxidil products that are messy and sticky.  It is really easy to part your hair and use the spray quickly.  It does not have a scent or any residue.  I will swear by these.  I will continue to use this and update the review if I have significant hair growth in the next few months.  I have also had scalp irritation in the past with other hair growth products but have not had any issues with this one.

Great products for the classroom!. Definite improvement in skin tone and mail hardness within 2 weeks. Smells nice and makes my hair look nice and it is helping grow my missing out.  I been using a derma roller for a while and decided to try this along side with it and it seems to be working.

It is the best shredder I have ever used!. My thumb nails were splitting and my nails were thin and tore easily.  Now all are growing out and not tearing. Easy, compact, inexpensive and a workhourse. This has a high smell but it is not too bad.  I am still using so I can not say if it is working as yet.  Will do an update on it soon. Good little products. I have been in the beauty industry for over 20 years.  I feel like I have used every shampoo on the market.  This is all natural ingredients and a lot of natural oils.  I usually wash my hair every three days but lately I have been washing it every five days since I have been using the shampoo my hair does not get as oily. Does smell the best but it works for me.

This is a Strip Shredder. So I decided to try and take these vitamins to see if I could grow my hair back out any faster, as I do not like the way short hair looks on me.   I was prepared to say the hair growth effect was a marketing gimmick, really - but, I stand corrected.  I have been taking these vitamins for a week now, and my hair has already grown a full quarter inch! I know that does not sound like a lot, but I typically grow less hair than that in a full month, so this is a miracle.  The only thing I have changed in my routine is these vitamins, so I know it must be them.  I definitely recommend them if you need to grow your hair out fast! I think they are making my hair a bit less oily as well.   I do not know if these will continue to encourage growth like that long-term, but at least for the short-term, it is a success.  These gummies are easy to take and do not seem to have any negative side-effects.  My only complaint is flavor - they are supposed to be raspberry/blueberry, but they taste like grape to me.  We will buy this again.

Great Value For the $$$. I struggle with acne and my skin has also been clearing up.  If you are looking for a sugar bear hair dupe this is it- same ingredients and works great.  Taking these I have noticed significant growth and my hair is thicker in general and it is been only 1 month.  It is the perfect detangler that hydrates your hair. I liked the texture and flavor  others complained not sure why it is good- it is a vitamin not a fruit snack lol  I am growing out my dyed hair and struggle with postpartum hair loss and I am going back to natural.

Easy to use and convenient. I had say this product has improved my hair breakage and stimulated my scalp. I had been pulling my hair back in a bun for years when all of a sudden I noticed I had breakage at the crown of my head.  I will definitely continue using it.  I was surprised to notice that the very short hair at the top of my head was now getting longer.  I also stopped wearing my hair in a bun.  I spray it on my scalp after I have washed and dried my hair.  I started using Minoxidil and I actually see some growth in a rather short period of time.

Love the products you said a couple of times already or some photos came out pretty good. I have been using it for a year and my hair grew back, I was so happy noticing the results in about a month taking these.  Recommend these to my friends that are having hair loss do to menopausal hormone changes and they are extremely happy to start seeing the results. Fabulous & Easy!. After about two weeks in I wanted to throw in the towel, but I did not.   Todays April 27th.  It was not in patches, but thinning on the sides and on the back of my head.  Yesterday and today I noticed that I am not losing anywhere close to as much hair when I brush or wash.  I hated washing or brushing my hair because it was just depressing.  I stumbled upon this shampoo and conditioner and figured it was worth a shot.  I washed my hair today and actually let out a sigh of relief because I did not feel like I was pulling out ALL of my hair.   1.   The last photo is the amount of hair I lost after one month of using this shampoo.  But I did not want to give up *just incase*.  2.  The first 4 photos are from day 1.  The irritation went away after about the second or 3rd time using it.   I can not tell if any hair is growing back yet, but as long as I am not losing as much as I was, I am happy.  It says to give it 3 months to see results. In February I started losing a lot of hair.    Side note: I also started taking black seed oil 3x a day.  I started using it March 28.  I am not sure.  I washed my hair at least twice a week with this stuff and threw out my old shampoo  I actually like the scent of it, it is herbal and calming .  3.  .  The first shampoo almost had me in tears because I pulled out way more hair than I had before and it irritated my scalp a little bit. Love it I noticed my skin and nails have changed.  I was pulling hair out in chunks.

A must have for every home.. The spray nozzle is good.  It does not spread too much and does not shoot out in a heavy stream with product dripping everywhere.  The 2 ounce size is perfect so I am not constantly replacing the product. I was looking for an easier way to apply minoxidil like a spray and more product than 1 ounce.  maybe it is just wishful thinking or I need new glasses, but I actually see significant improvement.

Nice compromise between price and performance. I usually use Rogaine but I thought I would give this a try to save a little money.  I love it, I have only been using it for over a month maybe but I have noticed new growth and less hair falling out, I will purchase again. Definitely works for me , when I use to wear wigs my edges were non existent! I used this oil to help grow them back and they most definitely did!.

Wonderful product!. Almost at the end of my first bottle and ordering more! New growth is over an inch long already. Started this product probably 6 weeks ago or so and I have noticed a lot of new growth filing in the bald spots. .  My hair is super soft and shiny! I have noticed if I air dry my hair it seems a little greasy but otherwise I love this product and happy to see some results in such little time.

super quite shredder. Very good!. I buy ALL my vitamins here! Been taking this brand for years.  This definitely helped my hair to stop falling out, I found out that my last shampoo/conditioner had wheat protein in it, which I have an allergy to and it causes my hair to fall out by the handfuls.

A Real Workhorse. Highly recommend if you have thinning hair like I do. My hair stylist recommended this product to me - I was apprehensive but it really works - my very thin hair looks much better and it cleans well, smells great, and hair feels great after using.  I thought I had found the hair styling products that I was always going to use before finding this one - now, I am sticking with this one instead. It has made my hair much fuller.

I rarely write reviews but after using these products I just had to do it.  With no breakage and it is so soft.  It is also getting thicker.  1/4 of hair loss as I had before using.   Some things to address from other reviews: The shampoo is a bit watery-solution: dry your hands before pouring.  I have very fine hair that splits at the ends within a couple of weeks after a haircut.  It does not lather but it cleans well.  My hair feels a little dry but the conditioner solves that.  Very easy to comb wet.  Smell? Not fragrant but clean smelling.  I have never been able to grow it past my neckline.  Cost? Yes it is expensive but it goes a long way.  I shampoo and condition 3 times a week and have 2/3 left after 3 months.  Worth every dime! Will definitely buy again!.  I will update my review in a few weeks.

Great for Outdoor Signs and ''brag tags'' for kids. I have very fine/thinning hair and this has definitely helped with the hair loss.  There is no greasy residue. This is a really nice shampoo/conditioner that does not weigh your hair down.

Simple but great products. All the spots with thinning hair have filled out with new growth. This stuff really works! I purchased this supplement hoping to stimulate hair and nail growth.  I have never had issues with my hair before, but I am now over 40 and noticed these two things.  Also, I have never been able to grow out my natural nails.  I could not be happier with this product.  I have definitely noticed improvement with both my hair and nails since beginning this supplement.  I am now on my second bottle.  I have lots of new hair growth, which is reflected in all of the new baby hairs I have seen when I pulled my hair up.  I cut 6” off the length to get rid of the thinning ends and allow the new growth to catch up.  Definitely pleased to see this.  I have also noticed that my nails are not quite as thin and fragile as they have always been in the past.  I actually had my index fingernail come off completely after accidentally being slammed in a car door.  According to a Google search, it would take approximately 6 months for my new nail to completely grow back out.  Amazingly, my new fingernail grew back out to full length in just 6 weeks.  I think it is quite possible that this supplement played a role.  They have always been thin and peeled off easily.

Works as expected but grab some 5 mil pouches. Great packaging and quality of the product upon arrival.  Feels great in my hair and I can not wait to see progress!. This coupled with collagen grows my hair and thickens it.

Reliable shredder. along with my pandemic vits lol. good product will continue to purchase,,its the only vitamin that i really stuck to actually taking.  I realize that hair does not grow in 10 days so it could just be the thickening appearance.

Works effortlessly worth every penny. 3M best. It does wonders on the SCALP and my hair feels amazing. This shampoo is seriously worth the price, i used to think it was pricey but i actually think it is affordable now.  It definitely is a little smaller than the one they have a Costco as you can see on the second picture I compared them. I have only been using it for about 2 weeks so far but I have already noticed there is less hair falling out when I shower and my hair does seem to be slightly thicker.

love it....from a homeschool mom and sunday school teacher. Leaves a slight discoloration  yellowish tint , but that comes off in a few days too and new nail grows out clear and white so I can deal with that. This cleared up my toenail issue within a week. GREAT products SMALL FOOTPRINT. I just opened my 2nd bottle.   You may leave it in or if you choose to do an overnight treatment simply cover your hair with a cap to prevent your sheets getting from getting dirty.  It has not stop falling yet but new growth is coming.  Just finish my first bottle. I seems to be growing more hair.

Pleased with this item. By the 4th week, my hair had grown a measurable amount.  I wish I had taken numbers down, but GROWTH was not on my mind as much as strengthening was.  I did not buy it for growth, but to repair and strengthen.  So that is why I spaced it.  but GROW it did!  I bought these because I have extreme PTSD and the stress along with an autoimmune issue had my hair and nails in rather poor shape.   From 5th week and on, my hair was strong, not falling out, it got shiny, like L'oreal commercials! And my nails were SO much stronger.  My nails were easily broken.  I work outside, as I said, and I was bending and breaking my nails, even cut really shortly, all of the time.   I bought this bottle afterI did loads of research to find WHICH of all the available brands would be best.  It was driving me insane.  Then I stumbled upon this jewel.  But after taking these capsules  I took once in the morning and once in the night until week 4, then only took one a day ongoing , I felt a difference in the thickness and strength of my nails.  I even felt a difference in my skin! I cut my nails once every week and a half!  Overall, these capsules work very well.  I work outside a LOT and will dehydrate easily.  The coating is made of vegetable product. First off, this one bottle lasted me about 3 months! And it really is not a bad price considering this is miraculous potion in a pill.  They are smaller than a pea.  I had great, thick hair, but it thinned and was shedding all over.  Or right around that size.  Some are diluted, others the capsule was made out of less-than-ideal material.  And they are so slick, you can not tell you are swallowing them!  I will remain on these probably forever.   Within the first week I did not really notice much, so I started drinking a little more water.  I love them that much. .  Look no further if you need to repair your skin, hair, and nails, and not just grow them.  It had the walk to back the talk and so I bought it.  A lot a pills can grow your hair and nails and still not strengthen.  Just being in the water for 5 mins made them so soft that they bent backwards  que nails on chalkboard feeling .  This does all of it!.  So make sure you drink just a tad more while taking this to let it get in your system better!  After week 2, I noticed my hair was not falling out as much and my nails had needed to be trimmed.  The product looks like the pictures and taste delicious.

Worked as needed.. Though it took six months to see a difference, these really work.  My hair was thinning at an alarming rate, that is slowed . considerably, it looks shiny and feels stronger.  My skin looks great, but I have always had a disciplined regimen of care.  Be aware--had to return two bottles recently; one had an unpleasant smell, in the other a capsule must have broken, all the caps were slippery.   refunded my purchase without requiring a return. So far the product is easy to use, does not drip or have any unpleasant smell.

Work great with  Basics products.. But so far so good! The soft gels do not smell, they are easy to swallow. I have been taking these for a couple weeks.  I have had some hair loss all over from post partum. Started this product probably 6 weeks ago or so and I have noticed a lot of new growth filing in the bald spots.  It looks fuller and shinier.  I am still taking my time to see if the actual bare areas of my head start producing hair.  I would comb my hair and a lot of hair would come out.

Noiseless Shredder, my neighbors will be happy!. I was looking for something better when I found this product  and the price was agreeable ! I have been able to use it twice a day without it making my hair stiff and greasy.  I love the spray bottle! It is so much easier to control than a foam.  I had been using another foam product for awhile but it left my hair dirty, stiff and oily so I only used it twice a week.  I am starting my third week and looking forward to seeing better results since I can use it much more often!. Product sheets 12 x 18. I can not really speak to the thinning just yet, but the shampoo at the very least does not mess up my head.  I do not mind the smell either. A lot of the "natural" shampoo & conditioners always mess up my scalp or I find a lot of hair immediately falls out for whatever reason. Works great but the bottle was open and spilled out in bag.

Great product.  Will buy again. The frizz and shine made it similar to applying coconut oil.  If applied properly it will not be oily and sticky.  Where I am from we make pure coconut oil or buy straight from someone who just made it fresh.  There is a technique so it does not look oily when applying, it is the same with coconut oil.  Living stateside, I can not find anything like it.  We will learn to love the rosemary aroma it gives off, as we will miss the smell of pure coconut oil. Yes, like many others who spend tremendous amount of money for hair issues, this ended my search for a resolution.  Will provide an update when there is a change.  As soon as I applied this to my daughter's knee length hair and she does have soft curls, I was satisfied with the outcome. I started taking it over a week ago and I am already seeing results.  Hence our healthy long locks.

Best and easy to use. Easy to use, cutting edge on top was not great. I got this supplement in an effort to try and make them harder to grow them out.  I have tried other things such as keratin nail treatment and hard as hoof cream. I have very soft nails, they actually have a tendency to bend backwards on me.  Although I had very slight success with those, I still could not grow my nails out.  I have been using this supplement for 2 months now and I am absolutely blown away.  My nails are long and hard and barely bend it all when I push down on them.  I wish I had found this decades ago! If you are looking for something to help strengthen weak nails, this is it!..

Consider a cross cut...but this is the best bargsin otherwise!. I put it on some scalp places that are losing hair.  I will recommend to my friends for sure. I like the roller, and the serum is easy to apply.

This products is amazing. Has 2 different settings that help you work better.. The rest of my hair has grown out from when I cut it. I have only used this product once so and it is already working!! My hair type is long, thin, and fine.  I use this Rosemary set on my edges  less than a dime size .  The scent is light without overwhelming the senses.  Please understand this product will take time before you notice the benefits. Remain hopeful that it will help.  As of today, I have not experienced any breakage or damage issues.  In addition, a little goes a long way.  I have only utilized this oil on my scalp  I have no plans to use it on my body .  Great on freshly washed and conditioned hair.  In reference to the reviewer who stated the oil was too oily.  Rosemary oil is a relatively lightweight oil.  Therefore, it should not make your hair greasy.  I recommend utilizing this product daily/weekly for at least a 2–3-month period.

good quality at a reasonable price. So far i am liking this combo. .  You do not need very much. I have only been using this for a few weeks so I can not testify how beneficial it will be long term, initially I like the texture and the way it adheres to my scalp.  I do not see any hair growth yet but hair feels good and somewhat full.

Easy to use, good for school. My hair has dramatically decreased in amount falling out. I know this has worked in the past.  I had a trauma in my high school years that resulted in clumps of my hair falling out and my long gorgeous hair having to be cut into a literal boys hair cut, still with clumps of hair missing.  Minoxidil got my hair going again and my life.  Now, my hair is coming out slowly due to medication I am taking and I also believe due to my sleeping bunches due to depression.  I hope it saves my hair once again!.

shredder is not working. I have been using this brand of biotin for a year now and IMO it is more effective than other brands. This did not seem to make any difference in my husbands hair.

Ordered for shredding documents. I like the spray application, this product is easy to use and if you stay consistent you will see results.  It does not leave an odor either.  It is easy to use, no scent.

Performes as advertised!. It works. I love the texture of the serum.  Easy to use every day, does not leave your hair greasy.  Its gentle, i have sensitive skin and did not cause me any irritation.

Well made, simple controls, easy to set up right out of the box. That way your hair can stay moistured throughout the week without feeling weighed down  though I personally do not mind this . Not going to lie I thought this would be a gimmick for the price.  Buy it now in case they jack up the price, lol.  If you apply a good amount it will actually hold your hair down like gel, which works great for slick ponytails or defining curls.  If you do not prefer a lot of product I would recommend just doing a hot oil treatment with it 1-2 times weekly.  This is my second set of this and I do plan to buy more.  But I ended up eating my words because this oil is just heavenly.

Clear self adhesive Product vinyl. Being that I only have one kidney, I am not going to test this but I really am loving the results. This vitamin has been life changing for me.  After 2.  I have also looked at the Nutrafol ingredients list to compare the breakdown.  I have always suspected being low on b12 but my blood tests always came back normal so I have no idea why these pills would give me energy but they do.  That being said if you take the recommended 3 pills, keep in mind the amount of d3 you are getting is 800 iu or basically 100% of what is recommended.  I see commercials all the time and even saw them at my super posh med spa where I get peels done.  Be very careful to read all the labels of the vitamins you take as 800 is really the most you should take of d3.  D3 is one of those vitamins that you must be mindful of the upper limit recommended.  People swear by it but it is $80-100 per bottle.  Too much is toxic.  So since my multi has some d3 and another vitamin I take has d3, I calculated that just 1 of these pills suits my needs.  And I have to say, the ingredients are nearly identical! I have noticed that Nutrafol though has even more d3! I am quite comfortable with saying my preference is with this brand.  That is to say, if this is the only vitamin you take, no adjustments needed.   *update to add that while 800 iu of vitamin D3 is the recommended max, some other studies say 1,000 iu is safe and others even say up to 40,000 is where it is toxic.  You will see the same results for 1/8th to 1/10th of the price and based on the dosage, this seems safer to me.  This is not good if you take a multivitamin or other vitamins.  Anything more than that and you risk hurting your kidneys with calcium buildup.  Also - not oily! I can use it in the morning after washing my hair and it is not greasy. 5 weeks, I have noticed that I am losing less hair and I have more energy.  I really wish the makers of this vitamin just lowered the amount of d3 in it to maybe half of what is in there but for now, this is what works for me.

Fast, Quiet, Strong, and Reliable Shredder for SMB. So I made the purchase and will definitely will reorder these when I need more. had purchased this product at drugstore before.  I could not be happier with this product.  However, checked online and there was a good bit of difference in price and more quantity.

Workhorse shredder. I wash my hair 3-4 times a week.  I use the spray when I remember, have not tried the mask yet… however!!!!!! My hair has growing so fast! Almost 2”” in the past 3 Mel ha which for me is a bless.  I have been using hair extensions for almost 20 years because of this reason.  I started my journey 3 months ago.  I had my hair on my shoulders and not it is 1,7” longer! I will keep my joinery and share the results along the way!  Glad I found this products!. I was skeptical since my hair does not grow more than a inch in 8 years. Excellent quality and a fantastic scent.  I got the shampoo, conditioner, spray and the mark.

Works great and SO easy!. I see less of my hair come out when I comb it.  I have only been using it for about 17 days now.  I will use it for 3 months and i will see if it helps with my hair loss. But I do not like how it makes my hair feel after application, but seems to be doing what it says it does.

nice simple and works well. The pills are roughly the size of an M&M so if those are too big to swallow, eat a gummy. I have been taking these vitamins for over two years and I definitely see an improvement - especially in my hair.  I do not normally write reviews but after reading other reviews, thought I should chime in.  ??.  This is not an overnight fix or even a two-week miracle.  My hair had been thinning for years.  With this supplement, I have more hair and thicker hair than I have had in years.  I have increased the dose by using this version and my nails seem to be improving and my hair is not falling out as much.   Bottom line is these vitamins take time to work.  Give it at LEAST three months to see improvement.

I think they are ok. I HIGHLY reccomend this product to anyone who is looking for hair growth.  I could not be happier with this product. I have not used the product long enough to know whether it works or not, but I did not have any issues with my order and have not had any bad reactions to the product or anything like that.  As far as side effects go I have not noticed anything like extra acne or things like that.

Life changing - for Product needs. Feels like in a week or two, my hair stopped shedding as much.   the smell was not so herbal, but other than the smell, I like this product. Friend told me to try this shampoo as I was having a bad episode of hair shedding. My hair feels so much fuller and softer than ever!.

40 pieces does not necessarily mean 40 items shared. This is a great product. I have long and fine hair and I typically buy “it is a ten” and “ouai” to manage my hair…. It is oily, so use sparingly.

why did I wait so long?. I have baby fine hair I have tried everything nothing has worked until this shampoo and conditioner! Amazing my hair is thicker and growing so fast! I will use this forever !!!!.  Sitting here about 30 minutes later my scalp feels a little bit minty as if my pores are getting more blood flow, but not extreme.

Best Office Upgrade All Year. They really help create and thicken your hair. I have only been using this for two weeks, once a day in the evening, and I am already seeing fine little hairs growing in my previously bald temples which is pretty cool! The spray is easy to use each evening and the mornings that I do not wash my hair, it still looks good and is not oily or anything from the spray.

I have only been using for a few days, but it is very easy to apply.  I chose this product and I am very happy with it. I have been having issues with hair lost, and was recommended by a friend to us a 2% minoxidil.

Great little shredder!!!. It dries slightly crunchy but my hair looks smooth and shiny again as soon as I brush it.  I have noticed my hair looks even LESS greasy than before I started using it.   Now, for the actual effects.  I have only been using this for a little over three weeks now, and that is not enough time to see a lot of results. I have tried other minoxidil brands and they always made my hair really greasy and so I ended up not being consistent or stopping them altogether.  It is recommended to use minoxidil for at least 3 months or longer to see results.  HOWEVER, I have already started seeing a lot of baby hairs popping up especially on my temples, which is where I want to see growth the most.  I experienced more shedding after the first week, but that is normal and a sign that minoxidil is working, so do not stop using it if you see that happening! The shedding has reduced already and I am actually shedding less than before I started using this spray.  This spray, however, goes on like water and dries nicely.  Shedding affects everyone differently and not everyone will notice it at all, while others will experience it more acutely and for longer.  Do not let that discourage you.  It is a good sign and is preparing your hair follicles for the new healthy growth.  I have naturally greasy hair but I am trying not to wash my hair everyday, which is what made the other brands not ideal for me.  All in all, I am very pleased and I am pleasantly surprised to already be seeing some growth.  I will update with before and after photos after I have been using this for three months!.  Before I started using this product my hair was really fine.

Incredible Little products!. My hair is a rats nest after a shower and takes so long to brush through it.  So I bought this. I recently got my hair bleached for the first time ever.  I spray it on my hair and leave it for about 15 minutes and when I come back to it my hair is so easy to brush.  But I noticed that when I am using it, at least daily, I see a difference.
