Awesome Little products. I noticed it instantly after a week of using shilajit. Really nice machine. I have been using this religiously for about a year now.  When I first started using it I noticed a detox taking place.  That lasted 3 days and then I felt normal again.  I have never been able to grow my nails out long and always chalked it up to the shape of my nail beds but it turns out that my nails just were not ever strong enough to grow out long.  My hair stopped falling out so much and my period symptoms have lessened.  I really feel the difference this makes. Good products for business use.. Manifesting success! Much peace, love and light ? ?. Great little paper shredder. Caffeine and other energy products usually relax me instead of give me a jolt of energy so I am not sure if that is the reason or not but overall I would still recommend this product.  I did feel a sense of calmness in my body, relaxing more instead of being stressed. Was skeptical about the whole product.  If I drink a cup of coffee or two, I normally relax instead of being woke up.  So it was good for me.

Pretty awesome shredder!!. No I have used many supplements to successfully achieve these goals in the past but the only ones that really work for me are outright stimulants that often interfere with my sleep. Ok I have been using this product for a month now.  Milder supplements do not work for me and are a total waste of money.  I had my doubts about this one but gave in, selecting the purest, most highly rated brand available, and willing to swallow the high price.  The way I figure it, I buy it once and see if it works rather than trying a bunch of lesser, cheaper brands, and wasting time and money in the process to see what sticks.  I am glad I did.  This is a superb form of shilajit.   It took awhile for the effects to kick in but in time I noticed improved energy and focus which was sustained throughout the day.  The other supplements I have tried, at last of the ones that work, do so for several hours and then fall flat around mid day.  Shilajit resin was recommended as a way to improve energy and focus in the most natural way possible in many articles I have seen.  Not in this case though-I was very impressed.  The only times I was dragging mid day while using this product were days I just flat out went to bed too late and did not get enough sleep.  As for performance, I improved my aerobic threshold by 5 beats a couple weeks after starting with this brand of shilajit.  I was thrilled! 1 or 2 beats would be expected with my normal biking training but 5 is a huge jump.  I am now a month in and I have seen no evidence of me getting used to the product and consequently getting diminishing returns as is usually the case with other supplements.  That being the case, I will continue to use this product and am excited to find something so effective!. Slightly challenging to remove but easy to apply. This is by the far the best because of how it is handled for consumers. Many say the taste is not good, and indeed it is not good at all but nothing the supplier can do about that.  It is raw and just has that taste.  The issue for me is that you need to use boiling water to dissolve the stuff enough to let loose off the tool/spoon you are using.  It is like tar.

Great Product Paper!. It reminds me of shoe polish. I originally bought this shilajit while looking for reasonably priced and high quality.  After a while I got so used to the taste and smell, I do not at all mind taking it without coffee.  When I switched brands, I noticed that it did not at all have the same smell and taste or even consistency.  It was an awful sour stink smell.  I also noticed that I did not feel the same level of energy and clarity I felt with this brand.  It was like the other manufacturers had cut the shilajit with other things to create fillers.  Firstly shilajit smells bad when you first open the bottle.  I went through 2 other inferior brands.  On a side note I accidentally swallowed the metal pick, because I left in my coffee one day.  The coffee got cold and I drank it quickly.  I was able to regurgitate it out. .  After having bought it 2 times in a row, the price increased and I went for another competitor. but it was a bit scary.  I am sure most people would not be in my situation but do not leave the metal stick in there to melt the excess.  You may forget and swallow it, like I did.  lol. Quiet small shredder. Great value. We were feeling so sluggish all day started putting this in our coffee of the mornings and about an hour later we can tell a difference. Good products for business use.. But, if you go out and do sports or exercices, you will definitely feel like your body is a few years younger. not entirely clear what this is doing, but I feel EVEN, energy wise.  No lethargy.  Seems to help my mood as well.  Be aware that after trying a few sources, this stuff just tastes rough, but does not leave an aftertaste thank goodness.  Think 'coffee grinds" laced with 'cat piss' and thats the flavor.  Not a reflection on the brand here.  They are all like this from what I can tell.  Still it is VERY worth trying IMHO.

This is my first experience with shilajit resin.  It has been relieving, after years of wondering if I had ever be myself again.  What I can share, is my personal experience with this particular resin.  I am not back to 100%, but I am close!! I am hopeful that continued use of this product will bring complete healing.  The first couple times I used this product, I dissolved it into hot breakfast tea.   The resin itself is very thick in consistency.  After a few days of promising results, I decided to try dissolving it under my tongue  sublingual .  The color and texture are smooth and even.  Ever since the accident, I have struggled with mental clarity, memory, mental stamina and overall energy levels.  It has a rich, smoky flavor, and I do not detect any sweetness or odor.  When I dissolve the resin sublingually, I coat the tip of a small sugar spoon and let it rest in my mouth, under my tongue, for about 10 minutes.   Most noticeable was my nearly immediate increase in energy.  Usually, this is enough time for it to be fully dissolved and absorbed.   I few years ago, I was in a car accident that left me with injuries to my head, face, and brain.  This has become my preferred method, and it is the first thing I do every morning.  I cannot compare it to other brands, as this is the only one I have tried.   I am grateful to have found this product! Super Quiet. Super Quick, Superb Quality. not too big or too small.. Thick and resinous. Love this stuff!! Helps with energy, sleep and mood. not entirely clear what this is doing, but I feel EVEN, energy wise.  I have tried a few different brands and this one is by far the best.

Great value and added extras!. The way I take it is by dissolving it in hot water and drinking it. This stuff is the real deal.  Does not taste bad to me, but if you have sensitive taste buds then you might not like it.  This stuff definitely gives me energy and clarity.  I like that it comes with a spoon and they even threw in a free small sample bottle of saffron to go with your shilajit tea.  Some shilajit can have heavy metals in it, however, they seem to have lab testing as well.  I wish I had bought the 4oz bottle but went with the 1oz because I wanted to try it first.  Last shilajit I bought cost over twice as much from a different vendor.  Definitely will buy again.  Great packaging, great price.  But through the day, I just felt better.

Uses for all kinds of things. Overall great quality product I will definitely be ordering this again!. Taste good I bought some tablets from another company at it tested like ash however this product is great earthy nutty taste not bad at all. Very good Product pouches. This due to having fun using the spoon to roll up the "tar" like material into a ball to swallow at once versus raking the spoon with my teeth. Great little paper shredder. I was very skeptical about it at first because you never know if you are buying these type of items from an authentic seller.  However i decided to try it early morning on a day I knew I would be off work just in case and was surprised it did give me energy like 25 to 35 mins after making and drinking a glass of tea with this in it but it should be noted it also had me using the restroom not to long afterwards “with the runs” sorry if that is to much info …I continued to use after the first day it had the same effects but my tummy was not hurting the second day.  I place a pea sized amount in green tea with raw honey and lemon and honestly did not taste the Shilajit but benefited just the same. Efficient little worker. Which says a lot lol. I learned about Shilajit from some online sources and was curious about trying it.  This is the only one I have tried and I will be the first to saw, it smells and tastes just awful. Good for my health.  I do find that it gives me lots of energy though! There is a noticeable enough difference in my energy level and the way that I feel that I actually *want* to drink it.  I put a little bit in some hot coffee, add creamer and chug it as fast as I can.

No issues with curling. Absolutely love this!. I was skeptical about this stuff but decided to give it a try anyway.  I am a 69 year old retired male.  I have been taking the recommended daily dosage with my morning coffee for about three weeks now.  I did not notice much until after about a week but into the second week, I definitely noticed an increase in energy and have not had an afternoon nap since! Best Office Upgrade All Year. I would buy from this company again. I am new to shilajit, so I can not really compare it , but I like this brand.  It is a good value. They suggest that you mix it with green tea.  My husband and I both notice that it gives us a nice calm, balanced energy, but it is not racy or jittery like caffeine.

An Educational Tool. I really enjoy the product since taking it my energy has really increased and my stress has lowered a ton. I have not ever taken a supplement like this before! Great products for home. The draw back is lots of energy. The taste is a little strong but tolerable for the benefits.  My mood has improved.  Strange enough I am not as hungry.  As far as focuse I noticed I make fewer mistakes.  Smell ok to me.  The only draw back is the price.  Other than that, well worth it.  My energy did go up.  I take a chopstick and dip it in the substance and that is all I need.  I used to mix with water but found taking it straight gave better results.  P.  I clined stairs without getting winded. s I take on a empty stomach. Wow do I feel the difference across the entire board.

Quiet and heavy duty. I have been taking shilajit for about a week and can already tell the difference it has made in my mood and energy! Great product and price point.. I do not feel any different, but recognize that it has only been a week. Update: After abt two weeks, Im starting to feel more sustained energy.  The taste is very earthy, but I mix it with black coffee and the taste isnt so bad after doing this.  I would recommend to anyone looking for a natural supplement.  Overall, this item was expensive and Ive only given it abt a week, but at this point, I have not materialized the value for my money.  Perhaps related, perhaps not, Ive had a back to back really good workouts, feeling my recovery taking less time and less sore the day after. My only problem with this product is it taste the way my basement smells.

Totally honest review. Anxious for the results or just excited not sure what I am feeling. Just amazing this product, woke up in the morning tired like always then tried the Shilajit in about 10 min felt energized and so awake will definitely buy again.

Does not work well with thin plastic cards. I recently tried the Shilajit Pure Himalayan Organic Shilajit Resin and I have to say, I am impressed.  I think the benefits outweigh the crappy taste.

Perfect for light home use. Difficult to remove from paper. I decided to try this product based on its 85 plus trace minerals.  I was hoping to see a difference in energy and fatigue and it has made a difference.  Now with use overtime I am hoping to see some help in the cognitive area.  Easy to use.

You will never share at Staples again. These masks are great they fit the face good and they are Well painted. I saw this on TikTok and decided to see what all the buzz was about so on I bought some socoscani water and some Shilajit to top it off and started a daily routine.  They are not lying when they say it is a super food!
