Thick and work well. The gel tabs dissolve easily. Used this product every day for the last 2 months.  Definitely suggest drinking lots of water when taking these! Easy to use & Work as it should. I tried Niagen about two weeks ago.  I was very skeptical of this product.  I take the recommended dose of two pills per day.  The bottle says that two pills equal 250 mg.  Before taking Niagen, if I over-did it at the gym, I would pay a big price.  I would feel flu like symptoms for a day or two.  Now, after taking Niagen for two weeks, I am spending 40 minutes on the elliptical machine running at a very good pace along with lifting weights.  I have no flu like symptoms at all.  This product is fantastic.  I really can not believe the increase in energy.  So, now on days I do not work out, I scale back to only 1 pill  125mg  and it still boosts my energy level.  If I take two capsules on a day I do not work out, I have trouble getting to sleep that night.  Also, along with Niagen, I take Pterostilbene, which I also purchased on .  Together, these energy boosters are a hit with me. Love this new item that I added to my crafting .... I tried 2 others and then found this brand. Stop spending your money on the Tru brand of NAD , This brand is every bit as effective and starts working sooner than the brand Tru is making.  After reading the research and deciding to purchase 1 bottle I was amazed at how effective and how quickly it was bioavailable in my system.  This brand did more double blind placebo human tests than the TRU brand.  I felt better every day thereafter.  I started feeling younger as it is a extremely clean form of energy, no buzzy head or shakiness.  Remember TRU has investors so they have more money for their marketing and advertising.  I also noticed my skin looked better and I had a overall more youthful appearance that I did not just notice but my friends did too.  I stopped taking NAD  for months and really wanted to start taking it again but I wanted to try cheaper alternatives.  Save money and get the same or better results than the TRU brand promises.  I used to take TRU but it was really difficult to afford because I use other supplements.  I really do feel that I am in better shape.

The product and all transactions have been first class.. Excellent shedder.. My experience has been that the prescribed dose of 250 mg.  It revved me up, but the rebound effect was very noticeable--exhaustion.  A suitable analogy might be constantly gunning and red-lining one's old, inefficient engine.  So I cut back to a half dose every other day.  I have explored writings and videos by David Sinclair of Harvard, Leonard Guarente of MIT, and others, leading me to the recent reports on the postulated benefits to humans of NAD precursor, Nicotinimide Riboside.  Much better.  I still feel energetic--and optimistic--but am not completely exhausted hours later after the initial burst of energy has waned.   It would certainly seem logical that younger, healthy, and/or athletic folks already have sufficient amounts of NAD, so they probably would not notice much if any improvement from supplementation with NR.  However, old folks have NAD deficiency as a result of aging, and probably see a much greater benefit from supplementation with NR.   Throughout the years I have been following anti-aging and anti-cancer research, as a curious layperson.  which increases NAD.   I am guessing that most of the folks reporting little or no benefit from NR are either younger & healthy and have plenty of NAD; or, perhaps are taking far more than they need, producing some sort of negative hormesis-like response; or are not taking complementary doses of resveratrol, or other pterostilbenes, which operate in tandem with NAD as a substrate to influence anti-aging sirtuins.   An update: I am now 68 and still taking NR from various makers, who add various components along with NR  all Niagen based  and at various dosages.  I also walk 3 miles per day, and have tried to avoid sugar and refined carbs for much of that time.  The 250 mg.  dose is now my standard, however, and I no longer have the exhaustion effect.  I do not know why, but it is gone and I am feeling great.  I always take resveratrol daily, and many other supplements as noted above.   I started taking the recommended dose in early February, 2015, and can report some positive results, although I believe the dosage level is critical and probably varies widely, depending on one's age and health status.  I am also considering the other NAD precursor which is starting to become available, nicotinamide mononucleotide, but the price has got to come down significantly and some major advantage over NR demonstrated.  Another possible effect from taking the 250 mg.  NR dose is noteworthy: my fasting blood sugar is now running in the 60's and 70's regularly, but I do not feel bad.  Leonard Guarente himself takes it, according to his Elyseum website.  I have been doing a form of intermittent fasting for some time, but even when I have a regular meal, a few hours later my fasting glucose is back in the 60's & 70's.  I test it daily.  This may in fact serve as a long-term indicator of the continued efficacy of NR.  I have never had fasting glucose levels this low, before taking 250 mg. I am a 65 year old female who has had cancer twice, and have been in remission from stage 4 metastatic cancer for 11 years, due in part I believe to a regimen of supplements including resveratrol, quercetin, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, and many others.  of NR daily. . I bought this to increase my energy and sense of well being.

However, I wish the vendor provide a third-party test certification that verifies the amount  500mg/pill .  It would be even better if the vendor can provide results of a small-scale human pharmacokinetics study to demonstrate that this formulation indeed enhanced the absorption in human  even a whole animal study would still be very helpful .  It declines as we age, which leads to nonoptimal mitochondrial function as well as reduced body's antioxidant capacity.  I purchased this product for its antiaging action. I currently was overweight and undergoing issues and these supplements helps out alot and is helping me get back to TOP shape Physically, I DEFINITELY recommend this. NAD  is a key endogenous coenzyme regulating body's metabolism and maintaining proper function of mitochondria  cell's power plant .  With liposomal formulation, it would significantly enhance the absorption of NAD  and therefore is expected to enhance its antiaging action.

Like this products. I was in gymnastics in my childhood and could always get them to pop on demand. VERY QUITE takes many sheets. I run and go to the gym 6 days a week and rarely lack energy. I have been using this for about 2 years now after reading about it in a health and wellness book.  Takes about two weeks to Start working but it is definitely noticeable.  I have used the more expensive TRU when this is not available and found no difference so save your money both do the same thing one is just cheaper.  The sleep most likely leads to the energy but it makes sense since NADs are supposed to aid cellular health due to more efficient mitochondrial function.  I know this is supposed to be for aging and such but I feel less bloated and pass out in a matter of minutes instead of flopping around for an hour.

For me, here's what I found, I did not notice a difference right away, but I play soccer, and I noticed that I seemed to have better cardio when I took it after a couple weeks.  Then I stopped taking it, since I wrote it off as being in better shape, but then noticed that it still had an effect. I usually wait to right a review, since some people notice it right away, and some it takes time.   So yes, for me, it worked.  I noticed differences within 10 days of use.

Go ahead and get this one!. I would have liked to see a GMP or third party testing logo on it but the pills seem well manufactured with no residue on them or the bottle, so overall I think it is a solid NAD supplement.  I can recall words better and memories.  The typical NAD dosage in studies is between 100 - 1000mg, so this supplement at 500mg for two pills puts it right in the middle. Overall it is a good basic NAD supplement.

Excellent Shredder. These work great!. Small and convenient. I had been told about them while receiving IV infusions and fighting an infection in my bone.  I received it by IV the first two times at home.  I tried several different supplements and for some reason this one showed the best long term effect as far as I could tell the difference after a week of regular taking and then I continue.  The heavy Anibodics as well as other medications had me lethargic, very drained and unable to focus like before I had became ill. It is an excellent equipment for teachers.. Same with aging and wrinkles, it is the loss of collagen. Welled packed and stable quality.. Great products Machine. Started reading up on ways to heal the brain, and apparently N. A.  is is naturally occurring in the brain, but after stroke, NAD levels are depleted.  It helps preserve neural pathways, and repairs damaged cells.  I started taking this and about 2-3 weeks later, it was like a light switch turned on. At age 39, had a stroke, lots of cognitive issues afterwards, bad memory, poor problem solving ability, emotional control, just tons of issues.  Either purely coincidental, or this stuff really did help.  My wife read up on it, and started taking it as well, and helped with a shoulder injury that had been going on a long time.  Much better now! Main thing to keep in mind is your body produces this already, so you are just boosting it, which can only help.  You can feel its benefits shortly after consumption.

Best home shredder available these days!. This was MY experience. A first for me.  Been taking enough other supplements.  I watched a video about Nad  and realized I had been missing an important supplement.

Works as intended. The self-stick goes around edges so the object must be smaller and trim to size.. My mom says she feels better even though she has not gotten sick in a long time. I am fascinated with this product, it is the second time that I have eaten it and I can notice the results.  I feel that my body has rejuvenated inside.  I have thus far had minimal effects but I understand it takes up to 3 months for full effect.  I even bought for my mom and aunt.  I can see it in how I feel physically and emotionally.

Very clear, works great. Only know kicking it up to 500.  This stuff works, it has set the clock back many years for me.  Now to the nitty gritty of my experience overal.  I am 79 years old, beat up from too much life, broken back as kid, active as hell throughout life, now having five joint replacements.  A year ago or so, I was dragging myself around having lost my bounce and vitality plus I had nerve damage from the spinal injury of 70 years.  After a year when I mention my age, folks cannot believe it, they see me as 20 years younger.   In order to get a good analysis you must test old mice or old men, not the young ones.  At 50 I could run a marathon, at 78 not.  Within several weeks, my pain had gone away, I could wander around, stand around and now a year later have to remind myself of what I was then.  I know, some will think this BS, but you old farts out there give this product or another a try, it might bring you around.  I logged off some property and worked hard, not as good as I once was, but loved working hard again.  I have never taken a higher dosage, only 125 mg.  To 250mg. It is a little pricey, as are most NAD  products, but better than others I have tried.  I could not stand in one place for more than five minutes without extreme pain and then lose control of the left leg, in a shell, I was getting bad off.  I can and do walk several miles at a time and do not feel the fatigue. Now a long time user of this product, the first purchase was from another manufacturer, but I see little difference in effect.

I had recommend it to anyone asking which inexpensive products to purchase. A very good health product, my whole family and I have been using it for 6 years. I have been talking NAD for few years now… this brand forks the best for me….

Lightweight and easy to use. I believe NR is even more effective if you use it in conjunction with Time Restricted Dieting. I have no complaints.  In a TRD, you can eat whatever you normally eat, but you need to eat it all in an 8-12 hour window, and allow time 12-16 hours a day for cellular repair because the rate of cellular repair does not peak until 12 hours after you stop eating.  In the meantime, they have no bad side effects, and seem to have at least one good effect.  I had an actinic keratosis  sun damage spot  which I recently had removed.  NR has been shown to boost NAD , and NAD  is the mechanism for cellular repair.  I read later that Nicotinamide is supposed to help reduce those, and maybe this is the reason it was shrinking.   These are expensive, but I plan to continue to take them.  Thus, if follows that taking NR, and fasting 12-16 hours will work together.  I do not personally notice any difference but then, I am in excellent shape, and am only a very young 64.  I suggested that a couple of older friends in their 70s try it, and both noticed immediate improvements, and continue to take them.  That way you will have more NAD , and the NAD  will be more active.  In fifty years, if i am still here to write a followup, we will know that the pills did what they were supposed to.  In the month I was taking nicotinamide before I was able to get to the dermatologist, the sun damage spot seemed to be shrinking. NAD  is crucial for better health!.  I think they benefit everyone, but the older you are, the more visible the benefit is.   Edit - A year later, I am still taking them, and plan to continue.

Great deal on Product sleeves.. I got this to help my body, mind and heart, as this product has many potential positive health benefits.   What I find is that it provides me with a significant boost of energy throughout the entire day, but does not affect my sleep at all.   This product helps me a lot, so I will definitely continue taking this mix. No reason to pay more. Handles Large Items - Seals Well. great product.  Started taking this 2 weeks ago, and noticed my D partners getting off earlier than I needed/wanted to.  will be buying more. was exactly what they said in the descriptiion.

It shreds great!  I did 3 full garbage bags right away.. While I would take these in the morning, I have been taking them everyday for the past several years, so I do not really know how much of these changes are attributed to ceasing consumption of these stimulants versus the inclusion of the new supplement versus placebo effect.   I will be taking this in conjunction with 100mg of Pterostilbene and 300mg of Trans-Resveratrol everyday over the coming year.  I have been taking Niagen 300mg p.  I will also be eliminating many sugars and processed foods from my diet as well as the inclusion of low impact aerobic and strength training exercises.  I plan on updating this review over time with any mental and physical changes that I experience.  Over all, I feel calmer and more "centered".   A little background information.  I am a 43-year-old male who has been taking Resveratrol often over the past 10-years.  daily for the past week and I just had the best night's sleep that I have had in a while.  I am also an ex-smoker for nearly 6 years.  I smoked a pack a day for 20 years. 16DEC2020: 5'11" 259 lbs.  I do not have any grey hair nor do I have male pattern balding.  The men on my Mother's side of the family start balding in their late 20's and my Father began going grey in his late 30's.  I have also noticed that my anxiety has been far easier to control over the past few days and I have been able to stop an anxiety attack before it progresses to shortness of breath and sweating.  I had say wrinkling and appearance are average for an obese man of my age.  My sleep quality has been mostly horrible for the past 30  years.   I recently quit taking a vitamin B-complex as well as a Resveratrol supplement that had green tea extract in it. Works great, nice accessories. Such great quality. But then I stopped taking it because I had ran out of pills and really noticed how much it helped. Been using this for a few days now, and early results are good.  I feel like I am having more energy, and while it is probably a little too soon to honestly report on weight-loss, I am feeling less bloated at the very least, and it seems to be providing good results.  Price is reasonable for the product, shipping was well packaged and arrived on time.

Love this for crafts. Unbelievable purity after doing some research this turns out is the best one on the market and the most affordable, two birds with one stone scenario! Good Quality share. This product is amazing.  By the way I am 67 years old.  After a couple of weeks I felt a marked increase in energy level and stamina.  Surprisingly, I took college placement test for reading, math, and writing and did not score below 92% on any of the tests with a high score of 97% in the math section.  I was shocked with my test results. The maximum, for any consumer. I started using this product a few months ago.  My mind is operating at a very high level and able to absorb information readily along with a sharp memory.

This thing is really cool!. I have taken many different supplements for this but this one by far helps me the most!.  Additionally, I have seen improvements in my sleep pattern, and I wake up feeling refreshed every morning.  It helps me to focus all day and maintain energy throughout. Sturdy and convenient.. Have not taken it regularly enough to notice a difference yet.  Have been sick and unable to get back to my supplement routine recently.  Here's hoping that it will help with heart issues that I have. After taking this for a couple of weeks, my energy has increased significantly.

Great addition to the office. Feel better taking these.  But a little on the large side but not horrible. I do love this item and make you very health.

Small batch home shredder. No bad side effects either. This supplement is fantastic and is easy to take.  now you may laugh at that but at 82 naps are or were an important part of my day.  Brand seems to be a good brand that i have many other supplements from as well.

An excellent product that does exactly it supposed to do. Shred paper well.. I have been taking these capsules for 7 months and have seen a significant change in my overall health.  My blood labs have been better than they have been in 6 years and I have better energy, motivation, and sleep.  Although this supplement is expensive, it is worth it!. Really helps I have more energy than I have for awhile.

Works good shredding my cards.. I like these pill and have noticed a boost in my energy.  When I started taking these I noticed a boost in energy which actually helped my concentration on tasks and getting my to do list completed.  Just as a heads up the pills are large and probably not good for those who can not handle larger pills..

Simply the best.. I am a 2x cancer survivor and have really bad post side effects from chemo, I have thyroid issues and have severe sleeplessness and am always tired, this feels like I am a teenager again! Wooo !. Pills were easy to swallow.

Good set of Product sheets for 4" x 6" pictures or smaller items.. It took about a week for me to see a difference in my energy levels.  The product is easy on your stomach, and it does not make you jittery.  I will continue to use it since I did see a spike in my energy. Great adding this to my morning stack of vitamins and supplements definitely helped immunity.
