Easy set up, easy to use.. I started taking this because I have been so sedentary since covid  and eating poorly .  As with ALA, I do not notice short-term benefits, but I am impressed by the claims, and I have read several articles on NAD . For over 10 years, I have taken either ALA or astaxanthin for antioxidant benefits.  I have a rare genetic mutation that only gets triggered if my body is unable to repair daily DNA damage, so I hope this supplement will keep things in a healthy balance. This is the best product, it will save and restore your liver!.

Like the picture only smaller. My son recommended this product to me.  He tried it and it worked well for him.  It is scientifically backed for improving your health and fitness.  So the reduction of free radicals should be greater.

Customer for life- not even comparable to the  products!. I bought this for my mom in hope it would give her more energy. Great little clipper for under $10.  I have used this close to 10 times since I received it and it is great thus far.  Strong, quiet, and a long battery.   Still have not needed to charge it.

Simple and functional. that is HUGE for me.  I have always been a pretty good sleeper, but I feel even more rested and my dreams are vivid and fabulous.  For the last 15 years, I have been dealing with lower back pain and pain in my left hip.  In my mid-50s, I was also beginning to feel the creep of old age, which scared me.  I have been waking up rested and refreshed at 7 a.  That really motivated me to boost my health and fitness.  Last month I turned the heat back on my health and fitness routines and added this product to my mornings. m.  Then two weeks ago I started a golf clinic, where I was swinging a club for 1 1/2 hours.  The next two days I was pretty sore, but by day 3 I was fine.  without even an alarm helping me.  Normally I had be in pain for days.  The following Saturday I had more golf training, just as rigorous as I did the previous weekend, and woke up Sunday with no pain.   I am going to stick with this.   Even more startling is that the pain in my left hip is pretty much gone.  I mean, it was so bad at times that it would wake me up at night if I was sleeping on my left side.  I also take 200 mg.  I have felt like over the last week it has diminished to just a slight nagging pain.  I have not woken up once from pain.  magnesium lysinate glycinate chelate, which I have been taking for awhile. I heard about this product via a podcast, so I did a bit of research before I ordered a bottle.  I remember seeing myself on video walking up our driveway and was shocked at how "old" I moved.  I think both of these supplements have been helpful in my goal of becoming pain free.  Hmm.  I even went to the local range and hit a large basket of balls and woke up Monday pain free. . .   At first I did not notice anything but I am not one to expect miracles so I kept taking this in the morning.  I am glad I tried it! It has changed my life.  Or if I sat too long, I had get up and be limping.

Such a great products! Must buy!. I have not had any flush issues, but I do not with any form of niacin I have tried. So far these niacin supplements seem perfectly fine.   This supply has not had any negative effects and has been seemingly as effective as any others I have tried. I love NAD boosters for getting me going and avoiding the dreaded afternoon crash.

Shreddy the shredder. RELAXED in a natural way.  I suspect my body is/was craving B3.  Within 20-30 minutes I get an amazing sense of "letting go" as my muscles relax.   My NERVES also calm down during these sensations.  Really nice since I do not like feeling hot or warm.  The incessant buzzing gets unplugged and I can sit still feeling oh so calm, it is foreign to me and I have been desperately needing this. NO flush with this product.  A few other products have done all of these things for me, and this is another I can rotate with my arsenal! These pills are small like an aspirin and slicky.  I feel nice and "decompressed".  I hate taking any pills so I chew it up a bit then swallow with water.  I also get a really cool sensation as if my blood is cooler while running through my veins  I am guessing it lowers blood pressure, which is a good thing for me . I always feel better when I take resveratrol and this is a product I feel is pure enough to take regarding GMOs and other such ilk.

In this order, you get 30 caps for your $54, or $1. 80 each.  That reduces wrinkles and fine lines.  It is also good for the eyes.  I take it for those reasons. Goes to the cellular level and changed heart test after three month exam for the better at Hypertension Institute of Tennessee. Hyaluronic acid is great for helping the skin to retain moisture and therefore its plumpness.   This product also contains wheat oil, but since it is an extract, there is no gluten to deal with.

Excellent Quality paper shredder. I used to have to take naps in the afternoon as well as not want to get out of bed in the morning. My 13 year old daughter has arthritis and recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia and has not been able to go to school due to pain and low energy levels.  I now wake up and feel I can get out of bed and do things I need to get done without lethargy and feel I can go without napping in the afternoon.  I was researching this and read some of the other reviews and bought a bottle and within a week her energy level is at a 7-8 out of 10.  I have ordered a second bottle.  None of the regular medications her doctor had prescribed were helping.  I have not left many positive product reviews on here but I can say this definitely worked for us!.  I also struggle with chronic fatigue and started taking this at the same time and notice a huge difference in my afternoon energy level. Handy for teachers and parents. I just started taking this brand of glutathione about one month ago.  I definitely can tell the difference in energy and noticed I am maintaining throughout my day.  This is much different than the pill form.  My skin looks better, my nails and hair looks better.  The 2000 mg Liposomal Glutathione is a quality of life changer.  It is not rolling back time, but it is stopping it from moving forward.

Especially good for newly issued Medicare cards. Pills are average size and relatively easy to take with liquids. Never heard of NAD prior but glad I looked into it as it seems to be needed when you are over 50 I was taking NAC and thought this was similar but it is a bit different.  It is a good price for what it does.

On the other hand, they do not seem to cause any harm.  I am inclined to believe this to be the case based on usage for over a year.   They may  ?  take a while to build up in your body, but you can get a "jump-start" because the package states one pill up to 3 times daily.   The scientific report the company published has a LOT of detailed research info. My honest response is -- I cannot tell if these are helping anything.  Read it and consult with your GP first, if you have any doubts.  In any event, be sure you let your GP know you are taking them. I love the fact that this is liposomal glutathione, and it contains aloe vera and hyaluronic acid also! This is an excellent product.

Cuts as describes.. My functional medicine doctor recommended this product maybe 4/5 years ago.  I have been using it regularly since.  Easy to take, as it is chewable.  Taste is a bit tart and tangy.  I take 1 or 2 daily and may add a third sometimes on vacay when I am having to put in a full day being a tourist.  I am quite pleased with this brand and it always arrives quickly from .   I take it with liposomal vitamin C tabs twice a day for better absorption.

Great price for a micro cut shredder!. is part of my anti-aging regimen.  My usual dosage is 500 mg, twice a day, the exact serving size supplied by these capsules.  There is no odor or taste to these, and they are easy to swallow, making it an easy way to get the supplement I need.  The bottle I received has two years before it reaches the expiration date, giving me lots of time to use these.  This bottle is the largest supply  500 capsules  of the supplement I have seen, making it a great value if you take niacinamide on a regular basis like I do.

Works just as it should. What I can say is that the taste and smell is unbearable.  I mix it in with juice and do not taste it at all, I also have t noticed a difference either.  I have been taking it for a few weeks now. Helps so much with my corporal tunnel, my dr highly recommended this product and brand!!. Can not give a whole lot of info yet.

Does the job efficiently with less space occupancy.. Very versatile.  Many different cutting length attachments.  No problems. Since my Functional Doc recommended a combined NADH plus a CoQ10 as part of my 'protocol' as i journey through several afflictions, i found this brand to be a few dollars cheaper than what he recommended, and it does the same job, and i really like the taste of the losenges after meals!! I would recommend this to anyone whose doc calls for such a thing.

Not for fighting turtles. Each capsule provides 300mg of genuine Niagen  Nicotinamide riboside chloride , plus 150 TMG  trimethylglycine  with provides methyl donors and allows your body to more effectively boost its NAD  stores. I wanted to address one side effect I saw in reviews that initially prevented me from buying this product--Diarrhea.  I have had a bleeding ulcer.  The product did NOT cause me any negative digestive system side effects.  I highly recommend.

Great products for the money. The first time I tried a nad   precursor it was NR. First this is the chloride salt of nicotinamide riboside which acts as NR precursor to NAD.  And I got this because I take NAD precursors for the very reason in sellers picture # 3 down.  This picture shows as you get older your levels of NAD go down.  I felt that energy it provided and I really liked it.  But it is way more than just that and for longevity sake it is more important that.  Think of the energy your heart uses, your liver, your kidneys, your glucose intake, your immune system, your ability to repair worn ligaments/joints/skin etc etc.  All of these and so much more do not run on Air.  They require constant energy.  And the ability to provide that energy so your body performs in an optimal state is where NAD comes in  may .  Now, I am use to it even if it is from NMN.  You might say NAD is the center piece of that puzzle.   Now the big question what works better NMN or NR ? First my answer is only my opinion and I am not a doctor or a scientist so one could argue it is not by profession an opinion that has any validity.  My answer is they are so close it is hard to call.  A tie if you will.  What do the studies say ? Many studies say NR makes more nad  but they do not disclose how much more and also a few studies say NMN makes more but once again we are not told by how much.  This is real important to understand that these studies are usually funded by a NR or a NMN company so they do not want you to know that is so close that it does not matter IMO.  But my brain remembers the first time was NR so you could say it is all in my head or my imagination that I think NR is better.  That is why you are seeing studies stating in the brain NR produces more nad  .  Another study says with endurance nmn does better with nad  being present.  Those are actual study results and there are many  nad precurosr brands  saying with this and that mine does better here and there and for the most part that is true.  In certain aspects one does better than another.  And that is the reason I like to cycle with both of them each year.  What is not my imagination is this is a fantastic product and I am happy to have come across it.  NMN is the last step  this is true  before being transformed to nad  so its way more efficient ! And NR says well the added phosphate to NMN  this is true  makes it too big for the cell to use that much.  There are a ton more arguments than these two.  But as it stands, at least to me, they both work very well ! Perhaps with more studies one will move to an undeniable first place.   I absolutely love this brand has added TMG to it.  It serves as an methyl donor.  Methylation is the process of transferring 4 atoms, those being 1 carbon and 3 hydrogens  CH3  to other molecules which need it in order to perform chemical actions to produce many beneficial substances.  I will definitely be reordering this as I really like it.  When NR or NMN helps make more nad ,, if a bunch is made   we hope  they will rely on your methyl pool and possibly lower it or delete it thus limiting your nad  production as well as the above mentioned substances.  This will also raise homocysteine which creates a cardiovascular risk and lowers life expectancy  may .  This is definitely not we want.  TMG provides methyl to facilitate the donations that are needed so the pool does Not run low.  See what I mean about homoeostasis and pieces of the puzzle  paragraph 1  and I have not even mentioned cd38 an enzyme that consumes nad  which apigenin may inhibit.  Hands down one of the best I have seen ! I had no sides but if you are new to this then you might feel extra energy  hopefully .  It is so important to me I just got my new bottle I ordered and paid for 3 days ago and its not cheap.  It is called TMG Pro which has a whopping 1000mgs   1 gram  in it.  I put it in my picture with this and if you look you can see it is made by this same company.   The dosage on this is spot on with what I like.  I try to get 'at least' 500 mgs of NR and with two of these caps I am at 600 mgs and all smiles with that.  Best of Luck and hope this was helpful.  This brand is known for being on high end dosage and I use them a lot for higher end dosage supplements that do not work well in low dose.  And talk about being transparent. . . ,,, with most companies it is like pulling teeth to get them to answer did they do a third party test and if so was it done in the US/UK/Canada ?! Taking this with exogenous ketones while intermittent fasting.  To name just a few as there are tons there is Glutathione, Taurine, Cysteine, Co-Q10, Nitric oxide, Serotonin ,and many more.  TMG has way more benefits than methylation which you should really look up.  I am also getting 400mgs of TMG with 2 caps and stacking this with my TMG pro gets me to 1400 mgs so very close to my 1500mg goal.  I am all 10 stars on this no doubt.   Lets look at the top two well known arguments as there are many.

High quality and easy to use pouches!. After I did some praying and researching, I found that some ppl said they did great on resveratrol. I am a caregiver to my father-in-law who is an amputee with PAD and alz/dementia.   I am no stranger to natural sups and prefer to do so most of the time.  The cramps were bad and kept him up.   Well, I began to give him these for 2 months and during that time we changed many things and I thought that his lessoning of cramps were from other things combined in his diet & day  basically lots of water, mostly organic, gluten free, dairy free & low on additives .  Well the last time they ended up taking his other leg.  Generally, I ask him everyday if he had issues  esp pain or cramps  during the night.  After being off these  pricey  pills for a week or so, he began to complain of cramps again! High quality Product pockets. I am using NMN resveratrol daily along to boost my NAD levels.  I need to be on it longer to tell if it is working as expected, but so far so good.  It is pretty reasonably priced, especially the purity is as high as advertised. Well made product!. I ordered this item for it is claims to promote healthy aging by replacing the enzymes that help maintain health on a cellular level, that we all lose naturally as we age.  Unfortunately this is the sort of benefit that is difficult to measure without taking it consistently for years.  So far I can not honestly report any noticeable benefits that I can specifically attribute to this product. I have checked a lot of Resveratrol products and for the content/strenght this is about the best buy I have found.

I never write reviews and I have only tried this for a few days but I can feel a noticeable difference in my energy levels.  Reviewing the various supplement ingredients: Trans-Resveratrol, Nicotinamide Riboside, Quercetin, Grape Seed, Berberine HCL, and Black Pepper, each one has beneficial properties to increase your capacity for overall health.  I recently found out that my body does not naturally produce enough glutathione and this supplement has done wonders for me so far! Also does not taste bad so that is a plus.  I have suffered with constant lethargy for years and tried several different ways to treat it to no avail.

This supplement has beneficial ingredients for aging.  I feel good when I take it and I have not had any side effects from it.  Not only do you get the raw organic antioxidants but it also contains raw probiotic & enzymes! A very nice Product sheets. It does appear to be something like a B-Complex with Nicotinamide Riboside and some other ingredients.  Each 2 capsule serving contains 300mg of Niagen brand Nicotinamide Riboside, 150mg of Aquamin  Trace Mineral Blend , 50mg Trans-Resveratrol, and 40mg of Coffeeberry  28mg Caffeine  Whole Coffee Fruit extract.  It is an interesting combination.  The bottle contains information about Suggested Use, a full list of ingredients, etc.  No complaints.  In addition to that there are various amounts of what I had normally find in a B-Complex.  We switched to Reserveage about 3 yrs ago and its been great.   I have noticed nothing out of the ordinary about these NAD  capsules from.

I drink a pre work-out anyway, but even notice a boost to that.  Even on days, I do not go to gym, I do feel a little more energetic.  This product helps to replenish and give a much needed  at least by me  boost. I have definitely notice a slight boost to my energy levels since taking this product - mostly at the gym.  I have not had a cold or the flu since I have been using it.

Good quality matte goods. Ordering more because I am shook!. Look, idk what to say more than I got these delivered, tried a dose in the evening and another the next morning and made it all the way up to the top of my mountain without stopping to rest or catch my breath.  Never been able to make it to the top for 2  years now and even when I did not or did I stopped multiple times to catch my breath. I like knowing that this product has a very reliable technical and scientific backing.  Nothing else changed and this is the only new thing I did.

Works as expected and wanted.. That means my bladder is emptying more completely, which equals fewer trips to the bathroom. Very easy to use.... This nmn resveratrol was to help with recovery after workouts and runs, I certainly feel good.  As stated this nmn resveratrol supplement also helped me lower my cholesterol, and give me more energy.  I have better energy during the day and my skin is smooth and looks younger. Good stuff, helps relieve leg cramps at night. I have been taking this NMN resveratrol for three weeks and I am already feeling a big difference.

Paper has no chance. Love that its sustained release.  We have seen an improvement in my child's glutathione levels since starting this product.  Its another must have supplement here.  Vocabulary was more eloquent and did not feel the need to sleep a lot or stay isolated.

Nice and quiet, sturdy and strong. Our bodies do not produce as much of this ingredient as we age.  Also, our bodies cannot easily assimilate it from our diet.  I take it regularly to help against the bad effects of the chemicals in our food and water. Was that my energy levels went up by at least 30% and endurance level rose up a significant amount along with it. Glutathione is an effective antioxidant and detoxifier.

Does a good job in shredding it to small pieces. This NMN resveratrol is a quality product I just started using. Great product that has so many uses!!. It has definitely helped with my tendon pain in my elbow, but it is really expensive.  I have taken it straight but I found I prefer adding it to a little bit of my water or whatever I am drinking. Product like a professional. Works great, sharp, quite and absolute deal!. I wanted to wait a few months before writing my review.  I am 54 years old and have been in the gym since my early 20's.  The main things I have noticed is that my hair is thicker.  My stylist even mentioned it and when I tried to wrap my ponytail hold a third time around, it would not go.  The other thing I have noticed is that my ankles and wrists do not pop anymore.  I seem to be able to do a little more weight at the gym than before and sleep a little better.  An average of 7 hours per night.

Great multi-use product.. In any case, whether it is can keep your body younger or boost energy are testable hypotheses that are awaiting confirmation and evidence.  In the meantime, you have to take it in the hope that it does what it says.  There is a lot of information on the www about precursors that you can take to boost your NAD  levels.  I hasten to add that I take other NAD  boosters in addition to this product, so any benefits I may have are a composite effect of all NAD  boosters I have taken.  I can not say whether it will let you live longer, but I have found that it may boost energy levels since I am a long-distance bike rider.  The reason I take other boosters is because this product is very expensive so I only use it intermittently. This is a NAD  booster with a high credibility backing.  I do not take all NAD  booster products at the same time, but rather I alternate among them.  I have been able to keep riding long distances  60-100 miles  at better speeds and with less effort even though I am older now than before I started taking this supplement.  Really nice since I do not like feeling hot or warm.  NAD  is touted to be a "fountain of youth" and "energy booster".

It is very easy to take.  I will know more when I see the doctor again in Oct 2023. I do not know if I like this product yet or not. I take it every day and highly recommend.

This was the best deal I had located on. These pills arrived well packaged, sealed, and clean. This is one of the rare supplements that I believe i can feel the effects of quite distinctly.  Taken with food, there seems to be the effect of an increase in energy and mental clarity shortly after.  Thank You.  Very cool stuff.

Nice big Product pouches. Since we are all made of a bunch of cells,  brain cells, heart cells, liver cells, skin cells, etc. ,  all of which need NAD to keep us healthy, it makes sense that, since this product promotes cellular health by increasing NAD, that it works on everything.  No, I do not work for the company.  The science makes it more clear every day.  HIGHLY recommended.  I have been growing literally more healthy in all these years, but you have to see it as holistic health rather than "it cured this or that".  Take it every day.  Since I am now 65, I take a large dose than the recommended 300mg and it shows. This is almost year 10 for me.  This is exactly what I was looking for and I love the quality! Definitely recommend! Will continue to keep purchasing.

Use it all of the time!. I have been taking resveratrol in capsule form. Bought this for my husband as his current trimmer does not stay charged.  He has used this Atleast 10 times to trike his facial hair and we have yet charged it.  It is still running off the charge it came with! Love this for crafts. Please bring back the old taste, they were quite enjoyable, I would swish them around with my tongue until they are all gone.  I tend to chew the new ones.  They still work thought and I guess that is what really counts.  the new chewables seem to taste different.  I do think a much longer trial period  than what I have been able to manage so far prior to this review  is necessary to judge the results better.

Fixed my shredder. It has definitely helped with my tendon pain in my elbow, but it is really expensive. My 14 year old son suffers from a kidney disorder and he suffers from fatigue and confusion daily due to his disorder!! This supplement has helped him so much with fighting this!! He has taken for almost two months now and he is more energetic and doing his homework and studying has become so much easier for him!!!.

Highly recommend. Great product! Perfect gift for new teacher.. I have taken this for awhile and you can not beat the price. I was recommended niacinamide by my dermatologist for healthy skin and this does the trick.  These capsules are small and easy to swallow.  I have shared them with my spouse, and he had the same effects, and wants his own bottle.

Has little noise. My friend recommended this to me, and it is worth trying out.  I sleep better and feel more energetic with it. Easy to take with quality bottle and dropper - taste is not bad just dilute in water - does not separate or gel like some do.

They look professional but the cost is affordable.. With some of those changes, I decided to take NAD  to help repair any damage I have sustained in my 20's. I have recently started to make life changes as a 28 year old going on 29.   With that being said, after taking this for over 4 months I can definitely say my face and my body are looking much younger.   My metabolism is back to how it was a couple years ago, and I also have a large amount of energy back! Clear and Easy to peel apart. Hard to find, great for dry cracked skin.  Not oily. The ingredients are quite impressive and substantial.

Perfect for light home use. It is all good here. Works great,  does not bog down. I am now convinced that this product has been helping my body heal. I purchased this product some time ago and was taking it here and there, for the past two week I have been taking it daily after coming down with a cold that lead to a nasty sinus infection, suprisingly my sinus infection clear up and so I thought my body was just heading itself.  I am curious to find out what other benefits I am unable to see or feel right now.  I am compelled to order another bottle and stick to the a regimen.  After several days of not taking the NADH my sinus inflamed again and lead to a pressure headache, sneezing and mucus.  I recommend giving it a try.  I started taking the NADH again, lo and behold my sinus congestion would clear up each morning almost immediately after taking the NADH.  I had vitamin b-3 recommended to me since I have some skin problems.

Great bargain products!. I was researching this and read some of the other reviews and bought a bottle and within a week her energy level is at a 7-8 out of 10. A great product have to take for kidneys, and by taking them things have been great with my health thank you.

Arrived DOA. Had to return.. I started off with the recommended dose of two tablets a day.  Here's my experience with it after about 4 months of use.  After a few days of use  4-5 , I started noticing that I slept better.  I have had sleep issues for years, so even a little change is a relief.  A few days more and I was able to figure out that I was waking up fewer times per night, and sleeping much deeper when I was asleep.  This has been a BIG change for me and allowed me to enjoy life more.  I do not know if its related directly, or indirectly, but I also managed to trim up a bit and lost a few pounds.  I believe it is because I am more rested, and I am living a more active lifestyle.  I am sure someone will claim it is the pill.  I do not care about the reason, my sleep is better and my quality of life has improved, which I directly attribute to taking this.  I hope you get similar results if you try it too.

Works great very efficient. Good price and very nice quality. Never heard of NAD prior but glad I looked into it as it seems to be needed when you are over 50 I was taking NAC and thought this was similar but it is a bit different.

Extremely good machine. NAD  is suppose to be one of the most critical molecules in the human body to help with aging well and maintaining youthful cellular health.  This supplement combines Niacin, Magnesium, Fermented B vitamins, Resveratrol and Caffeine. The Qualia NAD  supplement claims that it can boost NAD  levels up to 50%.  Among others.  Seems to be high quality supplement.  I take 2 pills in the morning, as directed and fin them easy to take with no side effects.  Easy to swallow, no aftertaste and no stomach or GI issues.  A little on the pricey side so will have to see if it is as good as it claims.  I have suffered with constant lethargy for years and tried several different ways to treat it to no avail.

Great for car insurance cards. If it does this for damaged toenails. Tastes great!! I had damaged toenails from a heavy object dropped on my foot.  The nails would never heal. . . it was at least a year or a bit longer. .  It might be a coincidence. . . I can imagine what it is doing for the rest of my body! . but I did notice them healing only when I started taking this product. .  I am not sure about the other benefits, but exercising and sleeping alone are huge for me. .  I started taking this stuff, and suddenly I have got brand new toenails.

Great Value - Consistent Results. However, this particular one is more enjoyable than most as it actually smells amazing.  For a second, I wondered if the capsules were meant to be chewed  they are not  because why else would this smell like it tastes good? While the capsules are meant to be swallowed and do not taste like vanilla, the aroma actually lingers in your mouth for a while after consumption, which is rather pleasant.   It is too early to tell what the long-term effects of this supplement are yet but my skin has felt well hydrated since taking it. I am not too fond of popping too many pills and typically find taking supplements a bit of a chore.  I do think a much longer trial period  than what I have been able to manage so far prior to this review  is necessary to judge the results better.   From the unique and beautiful design of the pills to the experience of taking them, this definitely has the feel of a luxury skincare product.   I am impressed so far by the science-backed ingredients and the ethos of the brand, and appreciate that the supplement is made with ingredients that are traceable throughout the supply chain. Does a good job with papers. When ever I am in the fridge I just swallow down a dropper full. So far so good.  They taste great!.  I keep the bottle of LG in the fridge. I have no likes or dislikes.

Good features for a reasonable price. This is the best product, it will save and restore your liver!. Very easy to take this smaller pills, I could se a little improvement in my skin texture in less than a month of use.  No bad taste and very high quality ingredients and trustful brand.  Good price for what the product delivers.

Great for small classroom or office use. It is also been curbing my appetite for me all week.  I like the energy it feels like it gives through most of the day and the possible anti-aging benefits would be really great too even though I am only 32 y/o.  With so many reviews saying this product does not seem to do anything, the seemingly appropriate strategy was to Go Big or Go Home.  So I ordered a bottle of this and a bottle of NIAGEN   Trans-Resveratrol from the same manufacturer to take simultaneously.  This bottle arrived a day later so I started taking the NIAGEN product first and did not really notice anything at all.  Though a lot more time will be required to gauge the anti-aging effect.  The effect feels like having your endurance enhanced mildly so you feel more up to exercising if you choose to but without the need to bounce off the walls like a sugar rush.  Nor is it a stimulant in the manner of keeping me awake like caffeine would. I give thee to my dog.  I have been repeating that regimen for a week so far. I was worried it would not have any noticeable effect.

Great size, perfect for small shred jobs. Pros: Easy to digest, no side effects and feel very energetic after a good night sleep.   Cons: Nothing as of now.  Not sure if it was the one that helped me with falling asleep without my Rx sleeping pills.

These are for full sized documents.. I have not done enough research on how much you are supposed to take per day but I have had no issue with taking NAD in the past and I am having no issue with these current pills. I noticed this is a slightly smaller dosage than I was taking before.  But I am going to continue to take this to see if it does help in the long run. Labinating sheets are high quality - highly recommend. I am retirement age and want to stay as healthy as possible for as long as possible.  I believe in the benefits of NAD and have taken several versions of it.  The capsules are medium-to-large sized but light and easy to swallow, well-packaged, clean and with a very light fresh odor.  The combination of precise amounts of B vitamins, caffeine and resveratrol work with the NAD to facilitate absorption and make this a very effective choice.  The caffeine is 28 mgs per serving, very low compared to a cup of coffee but you still may want to take it in the morning unless you are a Starbucks addict like me .  I am very happy to have this in my anti-aging arsenal.  Highly recommend. I am taking this because doctors recommended niacin, but it drives me crazy.

Great home based product. I take it with liposomal vitamin C tabs twice a day for better absorption.  The nmn resveratrol was also delivered to me super quickly! The first one i purchased worked so well , i bought this one a backup !.
